National highway 66 kerala stretch from Harippad to Oachira road is at its worst condition. Full of deep wide holes.
Its very difficult to drive even at day time.

I travelled in the morning that time 95 Rs deducted and same amount deducted from my wallet when I travelled back within 24 hours. Please take an appropriate action and resolve it at the earliest.

I was traveling from Kolkata to Kharagpur by road on 13/09/2021 and was stuck at dhulagari toll plaza. After waiting for more than 20 minutes at lane we were informed that servers are not working. They asked to pay us using cash. When I protest and informed them about maximum waiting time rule, they forced us to pay else they will hold us there till I pay in cash. I was with my family with two little kids, so I couldn't stand up there but to pay in cash. Can we have this issue escalated to the concerned authority so that I get proper justification.

My swift car number GJ04DN4411 passed at Kobdi toll plaza date12The Aug 2021, toll Plaza charged both time 40/- Rs toll in fast tage within 24 hours...

As my Fastag was black listed the toll plaza company is collecting double money from me as this is not in the rule book of collecting double money when the Fastag is black listed.

Mr. Nitin Gadkari Sir announced, The toll fees are waived off for the vehicle registered in Pune and PCMC (MH12 and MH14) last year, but still the employees at the toll plaza deduct money from common people.

The condition road stretch of N.H 27 between karera distrisct shivpuri (m.p) and raksha, jhansi(u.p).is very poor.There are so many potholes are present on highway which are leading to accidents and damage to vehicles.kindly do maintenance work as soon as possible

Toll Roads between Aligarh to Bulandshahar is totally damaged and inspite of this toll has to be compulsary paid by us. This is total dadagiri.
No roads means no toll

I passed through Vaiguntham highway toll gate (Tamilnadu) on 11th August [protected]@ around 0930 AM. The SMS transaction message wasn't received. Then while returning passed through the Vaiguntham toll plaza again at around 0630 PM SMS message was received for a payment of Rs. 60/- with a transaction id TxnId:[protected] and Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 164.

Received a SMS on 13th August [protected]@ 00:07 AM stating that "Paid Rs 60.0 toll for TN66AF1166 at Vaiguntham on 11 Aug 2021, 09:26 AM. TxnId:[protected].Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 79".

From the above incident it is very clear that there is a loop hole in the system that the contractor able to manipulate and loot the citizens. Is this the honest way of doing business? Even though the road has been maintained in a bad state still we are paying the toll. NHAI should intervene and take necessary corrective and preventive action. If not done I shall send a legal notice to the ministry and NHAI.

In NH66 from Ochira to Haripad it is very difficult to travel due to the very bad condition of the road... If any delay will occur it will cause many number of accidents.. Today we travelled through NH66 and we escapped narrowlly from an accident caused due to the bad condition of the road... So kindly requesting you to taken necessary action against this problem

My car is charged excess toll charge. In badava toll plaza for round trip within 24hr they are charging 90(TO ₹60 anf FRO ₹30), but they charged me ₹120 within 24hr

I am a citizen of India. I am Alvin Edisen from Pudussery grama panchayath, Palakkad district, Kerala state, India.NH 544 is passing through our Place and toll plaza is also locating there (NH 544, Pampampallam toll plaza valayar). There is a village near that toll plaza named Attapallam, more than 5000 peoples are living there. But there is no Service road is provided there, we have to drive 3 kilometers extra to reach our juction.It have been 5 years the road works are completed but they haven't take any steps for our service road work. It has very difficult for us.Lamps are also not provided there.Plese take further movement for our difficulties.

In my Aadhar Card My Permanent Address is mentioned i.e. My Native Place - which is in Alwar District of Rajasthan. Now my Posting is in Bharatpur District. Ludhawai Toll Manganer does not issuing me Local Toll Benefits. He is telling that in Aadhar Card address is not local. Where as I have provided them Local Address Proof - as Written Address Proof from my Government School; In my Gas Connection Local Address is mentioned - I provided this also to them. But they denied my Application and did not provide me local Toll Benefits.
Kindly help me & make me provid local Toll Benefits at Ludhawai Toll Plaza.
In NHAI Rules nowhere is mentioned that Only Aadhar Card can be used as address proof verification and any other documents are not valid.

As we were passing through Mikirati toll plaza, the cashier asked us for cash with a penalty even after we had balance in fastag account. The receipt also does not match our car no.
