As we all know no toll tax is being charged currently but still at duhai toll tax there are two lanes for vehicles to go but one lane is closed where they are charging toll tax unofficially from those who do not have fastag sticker and are unaware of the fact that no toll tax has to be paid and also people are waiting in long queues.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a ICICI fastag having account number 24545494 and Tag No.[protected] for my car having registration Number UA07G3620. Today in my fastag account Rs 460/- was balance but at Lacchiwala, Dehradun toll plaza, they charge penalty and toll amount for both ways Rs 340/- vide tick no.[protected] shift :2 dated 26/07/21 time 12:31:13 (Rs 170/- charged) and tick no.[protected] shift:2 dated 26/07/2021 time 13:29:45 (Rs 170/- charged again). The copy of tick nos are attached and account statements are also attached.
It is requested to refund Rs 340/- to me which are charged wrongly while there is balance available in my account.

There is toll between Rudarpur and Kichha for a track of 14km. This toll has no meaning. Today i travelled through this road. I couldn'tgo beyond maximum speed of 45km/hr. Lots of traffic and the road is also damaged. I want to know

why NHAI is taking toll of this road.

I paid 160Rs as of now and i coverd this 14km road in 18-20min.

I have travelled today 31 Jul 2021 from dhule to Nashik. In between I had charged[protected] toll on each toll which. Comes in Dhule to Nashik highway.

Hello Nhai Team,

This is inform to you that the road conditions are very bad in between Tanuku to Rajahmundry, Their is a toll between these two with highest charges but the road conditions is worst, Please look into the matter and resolve the issue, we are paying for road maintenance in the form of toll charge and simultaneously we are paying for repairing the wheels of vehicles...

I would like to notify that which I got double charged by my travel 25/7/2021 Evening travel. I was travelled with my family Tambaram East to Sholinganallur ECR side beach and returned few hours to tambaram but I was charged toll same 90 rupees I believe my supposed charge only 60 rupees for my return. So please be analysis and refund my money at the earliest.

You are informed to double deduction of Swift vxi bearing plate number JK08G 7048.at 3.54 today on 30.7.2021Rs 140 by manual on counter, Rs 70 by fastag automatically, asthe computer operator told that fastag is not active, she got payment of Rs140, later I saw the message Rs 70 is deducted.you are requested to refund Rs 140 to my air tel app or in to my account number DWARKA NATH Sheportarma.Message me your further report.

The person at the toll counter lied about fast tag balance low and gave a receipt manually upon checking my account, the d
fasttag amount rs 90 was already charged. corresponding fasttag msg is pasted below.

Our car had a fastag and he was charged with fastag of RS. 130 online today but then the person in Barahagoda toll plaza NH-06 asked him to stop as his machine was not working and charged him Rs. 260 again extra saying that he has to pay the penalty of Rs. 130+130 because the fastag isn't working. But, our fastag was working for which we paid a fine for nothing. Then when we complained them after few hours, we got a refund of Rs. 260 but the point is why someone with proper fastag on car be harassed because of the toll plaza's fault? Please make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you!

This is highly torture in day to day life, passing BETL toll at attibele Bengaluru for the residents near toll. They don't have any facilities for commuters living adjacent to toll. At least we need 1hr to pass 50mtrs. Let the toll have their own rules and regulations but why they are disturbing our daily day to day life. Horrible thing that the toll is at the center of town i.e attibele. Let they put fencing to their toll and toll road and allow us to commute us through town service road. I am doctor residing since 35yrs here, now this toll authority is making our lives misreble.
The problem is that the toll is at the center of town, disturbing common people to go to their works, go to their fields, go to their person works as there is no service road and the toll authority has closed all local roads also, making our days very miserble.
Let them do their work and toll providing local residents adjacent to toll to move freely without any interruptions and waiting times.

When I reached to tolla plaza at musunuru, kavali Nellore dt, Andhrapradesh..there was no amount in my fast tag and is running at low balance,

I haven't noticed it so it got little bit delayed to get recharge and it made problem to the vehicle who are in standing behind my car.

The person PHANI who said that he is shift incharge during this time and responded ke rudly instead of inconvenience of other vehicles.

Even I have paid double charge by cash, he continued to argue with us.

I am adding the photo of the same person.i want the team to take the action over this complaint to avoid the same for others travelers.

I travelled from Nashik to Ghoti on 20 July 2021 at 17.21 and returned onthe same day at 19.17. On both time Ghoti Toll Plaza made deduction of Rs 120/- resulting the total deduction of Rs 240 /-
In this I request you to pay Kind attention regarding the complaint and please pay refund amount.

NH 544 Paliyekkara Toll Plaza Salem Kochi Highway, 680301.
This toll plaza is not adhering to any rules and regulations issued by NHAI such as tidiness, complaint book, display of rates, treating public in gentle way and avoiding road traffic by allowing vehicles to pass within 10 seconds. If you ask the toll booth staffs, they use bad language to shower on public. They use goons support to run the business. NHAI should interfere immediately and fix the issues permanently.

My village Gusain Sir district and Tehsil Bikaner is on National Highway No. 11, 33 km from Bikaner towards Jaipur If there is a provision of road lights in the area up to 1 km, then this accident will not happen. Therefore, please make arrangements to install road lights at the earliest, otherwise we will have to agitate. Rural Jugal Kishore [protected]

The scanner at the lane could not read the fast tag of my car with chas is number MA3EWB22SJD454538 on the first go . Instead of professional behaviour and technical help, the staff shouted like anything and put blame that my fast tag have not sufficient balance . My fast tag had sufficient balance and my fast tag was linked with chasis number of my car . They could have used the hand tag reader but they behaved unruly and put me out of the queue and made me wait for more than 20 minutes . On the second go scanner detected my fast tag . Instead of apologising they kept talking rudely with us.
As more than 20 minutes of my time have got wasted and have to suffer humilating behaviour without any reason, i request a full refund and also strict action .

While travelling on Mumbai Pune express way dt 14.03.2021 a additional deduction was made as Chargeback Debit adjustment of Rs 1173.
There was a regular deduction of Rs 203 at sane toll same time. Please refund the deduction at the earliest.

Sir there is No fastag on PNC Dohna bareilly toll plaza .i am working in srms bareilly and daily cross this toll palza.but due to no fastag at this toll plaza .i waste lot of time due to traffic jam at toll plaza .
So please take necessary action for this because many others are also face this problem.

Dear sir

I am resident of jammu and I have to travel katra daily for my work, there is toll name ban toll on the way to katra and it charge Rs 215 daily and there is no provision for the daily travellers like.. it is too expensive for anyone to afford kindly look into the matter.
