Address: Haridwar to roorkee road uttrakhand.

Dear Sir/madam,

Being a responsible citizen, I would like to inform you that a fly over in front of patanjali phase 2 haridwar to roorkee road being damage and seem to be an accident in future. Even one other the base piller of this fly over has damage too which was given a support by some iron beam by authority. Hope you will take sone action over this.

Updated by Dhimanpawan There is no benefit to complaint here, I think so. How we can say that we are safe by NHAI WORK. kindly go through the video and photo took to update. In first complaint we asked to take action for this piller too but there is no benefit. How public are safe with this type of work.

    On 9/7/2021, I travelled from Pune to Thane and paid correct toll Rs 203 through rastyat served by PAYtm at Talegaon toll naka. My details of car is LMV Jeep type, Mahindra TUV300 Rgen.no. MH04HM763.

    After deducting toll Rs.203, on the same time & date wrong toll of Rs.1173 was claimed on my fasttag PAYtm. This huge toll amt. never attracts my car.

    I am surprised that how toll officials have claimed huge amt. toll to my car ?

    This might be a mistake/ malfunction / scam at Talegaon toll plaza operated by IRB.

          I used to travel daily through this toll plaza always there are two tolls functioning at a time . So we have to wait through a long line to pass through this toll even it take upto 5 to 10 minutes each time. Even we are not exempted toll fare even after waiting so long. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

            Always debiting more amount than the actual cost or two times they debit and not refund the money in L&T tollways in Coimbatore many are facing the same issue.I got debited two times by taking 45 & 45 totally 90 they debited from my ICICI fast tag only 45 should be debited. Please to take necessary action.

              Sir,

              I was travelling form Kolkata to Durgapur on 01.08.2021. AT Banskopa Toll, the toll boy misbehaved with me and my wife. Even tried to slap me from his cabin.

              Time of Incident : 04:07 PM.
              Date of Incident : 01.08.2021.
              Toll lane : extreme left toll lane while going towards durgapur from kolkata.

              Please take action against the same. I shall move to the court for seeking justice if no action is taken & confirmed in writing to me.

                    Dear Madam/Sir,
                    With reference to the above subject I would like to draw your attention towards the condition of NH 80 road between Bhagalpur to Pirpainti. The condition of the road is very very poor, and it's too dangerous to commute on it. Every year a patch work is done during the monsoon which lasts for maximum 2 months and the road gets worst. There is movement of heavy trucks on this route but I am sorry to say but the NHAI has never considered the grave situation. The commuters are getting serious disease like asthama and TB, but we are not getting any relief, you can see the condition your self if you travel on this particular route, please look into the matter and start construction of the road on priority basis. And please don't do the patch work.

                        Nelamangala to Kunigal toll plaza has maintained improper scanner and toll staff are behaved rood and worst people 😑 are behaving like roudise, making scan improper and collecting more money from customers if they have sufficient funds/balance, please take serious action on them and management.

                          I have a commercial vechile with fasttag number ( MAT508473H7F09043 ) ICICI Bank fastag. The vechile is used for supply purpose . Every 3 to 4 days truck is stopped by chajarsi toll Plaza workers by saying that fastag has low balance or fastag is black listed even when fastag have sufficient balance, the toll Plaza workers try to bully the driver and even threatens him . Kindly look into the matter

                                I travelled from Pune to Dhule on 31st July.. the toll plaza person swiped my fastag as well as took cash from me stating fastag is not working..While going I ignore it thought might be an mistake but while returning the same thing happened.. I gave them the showed slip which I took in morning while coming back but the person at toll plaza still swiped the fastag and said it’s not working… I am not sure how my people they are looting like this.. also the road conditions is not so good not sure why the so much toll..

                                    As we all know no toll tax is being charged currently but still at duhai toll tax there are two lanes for vehicles to go but one lane is closed where they are charging toll tax unofficially from those who do not have fastag sticker and are unaware of the fact that no toll tax has to be paid and also people are waiting in long queues.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have a ICICI fastag having account number 24545494 and Tag No.[protected] for my car having registration Number UA07G3620. Today in my fastag account Rs 460/- was balance but at Lacchiwala, Dehradun toll plaza, they charge penalty and toll amount for both ways Rs 340/- vide tick no.[protected] shift :2 dated 26/07/21 time 12:31:13 (Rs 170/- charged) and tick no.[protected] shift:2 dated 26/07/2021 time 13:29:45 (Rs 170/- charged again). The copy of tick nos are attached and account statements are also attached.
                                      It is requested to refund Rs 340/- to me which are charged wrongly while there is balance available in my account.

                                        There is toll between Rudarpur and Kichha for a track of 14km. This toll has no meaning. Today i travelled through this road. I couldn'tgo beyond maximum speed of 45km/hr. Lots of traffic and the road is also damaged. I want to know

                                        why NHAI is taking toll of this road.

                                        I paid 160Rs as of now and i coverd this 14km road in 18-20min.
