On 28-7-21 at 15:57 hours, while passing from Khed Shivapur toll naka, near Pune
Maharashtra, Tag no. 3XXXBC20. Vehicle No. MH14JH3893 Maruti Swift. Rs.100 is deducted through fast tag, even though no toll for MH12 & MH14 registered vehicles. At toll naka, informed lady clerk not to deduct, still deducted. Please look into & refund the money.
While on 18-7-21 Sunday when passing through same toll naka, money was not deducted.
Please refund

You should have clearly marked lanes for the ones with Fastag, where other vehicles cannot enter. It doesn't serve the purpose otherwise. What's the point of having Fastag if one has to wait donkeys years.

Yesterday my vehicle no kl24a4445 passed kollam bypass at 11.25 am and i have paid rs 25, by return time i have also debit 25+25 (extra charge), during my ist journey i have already paid 25 (penalty charge ) my paytm balance available 225 in my account, but the staff not understanding this things, they have to force 50 as penalty.

Myself mr. Raghubir shukla.. my plot was taken by nhai ..nhai promised me to provide compensation which is still not provided to me. Details are below.

This is ridiculous I have made a complaint 15 days back for none using toll and money had been deducted from my account and money was not refunded yet and again they have deducted money again from my fashtag account.

I am from Naubad, Bidar, Karnatak.
The NH-50 Road project has been going from Naubad (Bidar) to Nanded via Udgir for three years.
Our Colony standing beside Jabshetty Layout Lane, and it is NON-AGRICULTURE (NA) Land with Panchayat Layout, Landmark is Opposite Ramachandra Layout and Beside Vasanta Law college on Bhalki Road Naubad, Bidar, Karnataka.
As it is now connected to NH-50, a year back ie. in January 2020 We approached the concerned person in NHAI Office existing at Bagdure Building, at Jabshetty layout, and requested him to leave the road connectivity and make the drainage as per standards.
But he rejected and gave reasons and the drainage is shown on height, without considering it as a colony road.
Now ie. In July 2021 as the project is about to get completed, we once again approached the same concerned officer and requested to give connectivity to the colony as it is on 8 feet height from our Colony entry Local Road, anf the only road from th Main Road and we asked him to make a slope to enter into the colony from the main road of NHAI .
Even now he also rejected making a reason.
Now it is not only difficult, but impossible to enter the house/s in this colony.
We even cannot enter from other plots, as they are making objections.

So kindly inform the concerned and do the needful.

serving officer of Indian Army.
as per toll army 1901 act and decision of supreme court of India in 2007 on the subject all serving officer Soldiers of India army are exempted from paying toll tax on all national/state highways.

Whereas Baretha toll management has allegedly taken toll from me on 22 Jun 2021 even after showing my service I'd Card.

May I request you to impose penulty and raise enquiry on the management on harassment and alleged violation of toll army act 1901 and supreme court decision 2007.

Date of Journey[protected] @ 02:01 pm Transaction ID ETC/[protected] for Rs.110/-.
On[protected]@10:49AM an additional amount of Rs.65/- charged to my Fast Tag Account showing my vehicle as VC20- transaction id - MDR/[protected].

I was travelling on 25th July 2017 from Hyderabad to Amalapuram and at Korlaphad Toll Plaza initially debited VC4 rate and on 27th adjusted by charging Rs.65 to my Fast Tag Account showing as VC20.
When my vehicle passed almost more than 5/6 Toll Plazas how come one toll plaza showing my vehicle as VC20.

Need your action on this fraudulent transaction.

When I reached sv Puram Toll road, the road is Very worst maintenance, toilet cum bathroom didn't cleaned and sanitized properly, if I affected any virus infection, the Toll Plaza is reasonable person for virus infection to me as well as other users. Hence please take action against toll authority otherwise I prefer to file compensation petition against the toll authority

I was travelling from Lonawala to Pune via Pune-Mumbai express way on 25th July (Sunday), At Talegaon Toll Plaza, I paid Toll tax via Cash which is 203/- Rs. but at the same time the toll collector deducted additional 203/- Rs from my fast tag account without informing me, which is totally illegal or fraud.

After some time when I got the SMS, I realized that they have deducted the toll tax twice. (Cheating)

This is not the first time it happened to me, 4-5 times I was the victim for this fraud/Cheating.

I would request you to please take this seriously and return my additional deducted money .
I believe there should be some provision/security for fast tag amount deduction like OTP or code.

I was traveling from Pune to Tembhurni dated on 27 July 2021. My car is having fasttag. But at Patas toll plaza, Toll plaza employee made me to paid Rs 150/- in cash. according to him, reason was fassatg was not working. I had checked with my bank, i.e Axis bank and they confirmed that Fasstag was active. For double sure, I had checked status with NHAI app and there also shown active status. it is absolute loot and request to look into matter and take necessary action.

Again, I travelled from Tembhhurani to Pune, I got same experience. Plaza workers are not polite with me.

There has illegal construction happening on NH47, Near Udalpur, opp. Asopalav hotel, the construction happening within the building line..there is no sufficient margin desided by NHAI...so please stopped that type of construction as early as possible...this may be obstacles when widening of road..

It needs immediate attention and repairs

I have submitted my application along with cheque of capital gain bond on 26/6/21 and cheques already been en cashed on 28/6/21 but till now I have not received any emails or any acknowledgement from the you.

I am R.K. Srivastava and my car number is RJ14 NC 5994. With profound disappointment I want to inform you that I had a very bad experience with toll plazas while travelling from Jaipur to Ahmedabad.

My fastag had Rs 1435. On 22nd July, I recharged my fasttag with Rs 1000. On 23rd July morning, we started for Ahmedabad. On the first toll (Thikariya), my fasttag showed blacklist when scanned. Toll plaza...

I no gose to pithdiya toll plaza today(28 july 2021) but today i got messege i lost money withourlt run that toll plaza..

My vehicle no. UP78BT6126 have IDFC frist bank fastag which is blocked due to another fastag active and we are remove this on last 2 months back but IDFC FASTAG still blocked. I was wrote mail more then 10times conversation but not solution provided by bank. My commercial vehicle stopped due to not able to paas any toll.

Toll Place - Mundiyar Toll, Baran, Rajasthan.
They ask for double charges even when I have recharged fastag running in my passenger bus vehicles.
On asking why they charge, they say there server is not running. I asked them to charge reasonable decided toll amount then they started abusing and didn't let my bus pass the toll. On paying double charge they let my bus pass. I have a proof of my fastag balance and there receipt of double charge at one time.
Cash collection corruption is going over there.

Sir, I was crossing the Pundag toll Plaza, Ormanjhi, Ranchi on 26/07/21 at 9.40 AM towards Ranchi through lane No 10. My Vehicle is Maruti Wagon R with registration No JH01BJ4986. I have Paytm payments bank Fastag with balance of Rs 145. But Counter person told me that you have insufficient balance, So i have further recharged my fastag with Rs. 200 immediately. Again counter person told me to wait for some time. Counter person has very rude behaviour and he is not ready to open the gate. Ultimately I have to wait there for around 30 minutes to pay toll charges which was deducted from my fastag. There is no rush or Que at the toll plaza, even though I have to wait there for no reason. This caused me very much inconvenience. This incident may be verified through CCTV recording. I therfore request you to kindly see the matter and toll charges should be refunded.
