That my car jk03B 4107 crossed the Kachkoot Toll plaza in the evening of 23/7/2021 and Rs.90/- were deducted from my account on the same time.Unfortunately, I received one more message at 5.58p.m.today on 24/7/21 that Rs.90/- more has been deducted from my account for crossing my same car at 5.45AM on 23/7/21. Which is totally fake and fraud.So, please look into the matter re-imberse my amount and take action against defaulter....

I was pass through my car MH 14 -EP - 7413 Songir toll plaza ( Dhule Maharashtra ) at 6.45 PM on 13/7/2021, I was stuck around 20 min, I am unable to move any where for track change due to all track was full. I request wave of toll charge due to line full more than 500 m. but PRO response was very casual .

PRO very polite and behavior was very good but I think no rules awareness .

I was travelling in my own car No. AP36AQ4961 today i..e, 24/07/2021 with Fastag from Suryapet to Jangaon (Telangana State) on NH 365. When I reached the Toll gate at Singarajupalli at about 10.45 AM, it was operating only one lane keeping the other lane closed. There were 4 people inside one lane being operated engaged in chit chat. There were about 5 vehicles stopped in the lane since there was a problem with the RFID reader obviously....

Tuticorin to Madurai road, eliyar Patti toll gate. Highway nest mini. Toilet is unclean, water didn't come, bad smell overly come, seftytank full.we inform to shop owner he doesn't take any action.

All goods carriers and heavy vehicles are running on 1st lane. So overtaking vehicles could not be easily pass through. Therefore much more chances of accidents and wastage of fules. So take care of this....

While I was traveling from Bongaigaon to Guwahati, i came accross the toll plaza at Dhalapara, Bikni which had some issues for which we had to wait for more than 5 minutes. And when I asked how much time I need to wait, they started yelling ate and using profanity.
If this is how toll gates operate then it will be difficult for us to travel.
We pay so that the service we receive is of high quality but this is absolutely not...

I have traveled yesterday Hyderabad to Ramympet and charged Rs.85 through fastag. Return he charged Rs. 170? why he charged double the price? afternoon I passed toll gate and by evening I return from same toll gate. I am attaching evidence for my travel....

It is the regular habit of the toll plaza staff to stop the vehicle in the name of Road Tax collection. They take too much time to process the payment even after implementation of FasTag concept. I have not been understood by today why no action is being taken against such toll plaza staff. So far as I think, it is one of the most Corrupt system/ Department even in the whole world.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I own a car, brand Honda WRV Reg No. MH13DE8322. Today I received a message stating deduction of toll charges amount Rs 65.
But my vehicle did not pass through any of the Toll Plaza today and my vehicle was parked at my native Village Kanhad, Tal Sailu, Dist Parbhani.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve issue.

Please be informed that COVID 19 SOP is not followed at the Mokha Toll Plaza (location km44.500) on National Highway :41, Kandla - MUNDRA Section. At around 1326 hours on 23.07.2021. Nobody was wearing face mask n social distancing was also not maintained....

Ahmedabad to indor highway road like village segala, thermal, balasinor, fagvel, ladvel, kathlal to ahmedabad road very bad no maintain road to toll plaza company.but take to toll collection.sir my complaint solution immediately....

In our area of Ramadevi kanpur on GT road there is a speed breaker & Underpass, , , where government athuorties provided street light facility on highway which is covered GT road also, if light is open timely so it will decrease the risk factor of accident on road near speed breaker and under pass below the highway.
Mainly problem is raised if generator, fuel & opertor facility is available by government so why operator is not doing...

I travelled between Indore MP & Nashik MH.
Total toll is collected is ₹640. While the road condition in MP stretch is very good, the road in MH is terrible....

In nh 7 attibele in between bangalore and hosur always toll waiting time is very high in fast lane after cross toll both sides restaurant truvks and cars parking accupied most of the road...
