On 24 july around 1800 hrs... I passed Raunahi toll plaza near faizabad. The behaviour by agent at toll both was inappropriate
I being serving defence personnel was travelling on official duty was still charged toll fees along with fine for not putting fastag on personal vehicle
I made it very clear that I was in my personal vehicle but travelling in official capacity
His behaviour was inappropriate.
Kindly look into the matter such inappropriate behaviour is not tolerable

Started journey from greater noida after crossing jakhauli toll tax t-1 booth (km5.500) booth operater 14 & b 1402 demands on 26/07/2021 time 15:17 hours 180 ruppes even after i told her that i have fast tag and having balance. She answered no sir you have to pay in cash and charged 180 rupees in spite of 140 rupees. This type of behavior is not good by nhai with a custmer. Even after paying toll deduction twice and and producing different charge is very shameful. Kindly do the needful.

Its been more than 2 weeks now that due to repairing of a very small section of a bridge the two out of three lanes have been closed. Due to this there is a continuous heavy traffic jam on the road. It takes around an hour to cross the section daily sometimes even more.
Due to this repair daily work is affected alot and a lot of fuel is wasted in such times when fuel prices are at its peak.
Kindly look into the matter and complete this 2 day work as soon as possible.

Sir I am complaining about KN hundi toll plaza mysore I am a local person nearby to that toll I buy morning one toll fee while going to factory and evening one toll fee while going to home but these toll person force me to buy every time when I travel in the same day every single time and they behave very rudely with everyone please take action sir

Hi, this is to inform you that most of the time we are charged extra money at Kachkoot toll plaza, For to and fro from Anantnag to Srinagar, one should be be debited INR 90 and INR 50 but most of the times customer is charged INR 90 and INR 90 for both to and fro trips on the same day.
There is no check mechanism to control this, request to look after and address this issue.

Sir toll plaza at Urse, Tal MAVAL, Dist Pune, at Mumbai pune express way collecting toll from local residents . Mr. Deshmukh (supervisor) demanding toll fee from local residents. Today I.e. 26/07/21 I was travelling around 11 to 11.30 am from that toll plaza, he demanded toll fee from me, because of only vehicle registration is from Karnataka. I am local resident from Talegaon which is 5 km away from that toll. I have purchased that vehicle from karanataka. Plz do something

Sir,
While returning from Koadaikkanal with my family members 2 Male and 2 Females and when we crossing toll plazza came by 3rd lane, nearing seen the board showing in 2nd lane with FastTag, in between cross road for lane change So trying to cross to 2nd lane, that time one staff banked ran behind, noticed and stopped in the corner itself before stopping itself he banked my car back and right side made dent. Kindly note that there is no other cars, started questing him, why he damaged supervisor also joined stated that we made illeagal entry started fighting with us.

My God few police guys reached the spot, then they stopped. One police sub inspector name Mr.Lawrence intervened and convinced us move without enquirig toll staff's, he was trying to push us and make a move . Even after i requesting to see the CCTV footage for making decision, he never seen

I am compeltely upset on misbehaviour of staffs and arrogant approach by damaging my car without giving compensation.

Requesting to see the footage and take action according to give compensation of damages made. Since i got completely upset could not able to take video footage.

Dear Sir,
There are lot of people travel from Tiruvannamalai to Bangalore for work.
Many of them shuttle every weekend. The NH44 is in very horrible situation which is not good for public transportation in a car or even bus.
Please take necessary action to rectify this road.

The condition of NH3 Nashik Mumbai road is currently very bad with lots and lots of Pot holes.. Risking the life of people who travel and slowing the speed and growth of the Country.. During heavy rains the visibility is very poor and its impossible to see the pot holes.. Our vehicle purchased by hard earned money is getting damaged due to the pot holes and still we continue to pay the Toll tax for roads which are not maintained.. Every year the condition is same and we common man is suffering ... Request the authorities to travel on this stretch and see the condition of our National Highways NH3 from Nashik to Mumbai. Request to refund the Toll collected

Fast tag details - MAT 632144MPEJ0520, toll plaza operator has asked for Rs 180/- and provide a slip and at the same time my fast tag amount has also been deducted of Rs -90.I request the authorities to refund Rs180 to my fast tag account so that the things would resolved amicably.

I have fastag purchased from paytm [protected] fro vehicle number MH12HZ6781 for which they had uploaded wrong vehicle number MG12HZ6781 for which i had to pay double toll.I had raised a complaint for same and they have updated vehicle number but i have not got any refund for excess amount paid on toll.

There are many holes on road after luhrauli toll plaze on NH 34. Why to take toll tax when their are broken roads while it is damaging our vehicle.

Repair the patches on the road and refund my toll tax as there are many patches on the road.

Today on 25.07.2021, I'm travelling up n down to Nasik - Igatpuri - Nasik. I have been charged ₹.120/- @ 3:32 p.m. and again ₹.120/- @ 06: 45 pm, for a journey done on same day within 24 hours.(MH12MB6704)

I am a regular user of the NH 6 and use the toll plaza located at Jaladhulagori.

Through this mail I would like to bring to your kind attention about the in-ordinate delay on part of the toll plaza operator in clearing vehicles which are affixed with the fast tag.

Despite having a valid fast tag motorists are often made to wait for 10 – 15 minutes for clearing the tool booth. This defeats the very purpose of the governments initiative in reducing the time at toll plazas.

Prima facie it seems that the above plaza is not equipped well enough to handle the vehicular inflow. In such cases I feel the motorists should not suffer.

It also observed that few lanes are blocked for vehicular traffic. (Not the VIP lanes). Upon enquiry it is revealed that these lanes have been blocked due to non-availably of manpower.

I would be obliged that in such cases the motorists be allowed to pass without paying the toll. As it is not a fault on the part of the motorists in case of such inordinate delay on part of the operators.

Would request for appropriate actions against this operator.
