I'm sarthak agrawal from surat i was crossing the toll plaza named bhatia toll plaza in surat, where i had to wait for 35 seconds for my chance to come, where as the rules are that we dont have to wait for more than 10 sec in the fast tag lane, so when i told the toll collector over there about this rule he said im unaware of such rule and called his safety incharge named nayan vyas, he was very rude while speaking to me and he being the incharge was also not aware about the rule so he called the nhai help line number 1033 as i was trying to call but it said that the number does not exist, so after that he made me talk to the person on phone from nhai help line center to whom i explained everything and that person on phone agreed that there is the rule of 10 sec but still the incharge over ther kept on denying and wasted my 25mins there after that too i had to pay the toll tax which i think is inappropriate, i also have tthe video proof of this incident, the time and date of this incident are: date 21/7/21 time 10:15 p.m, place:BHATIA TOLL PLAZA, SURAT
NOTE: the person on the call on nhai helpline number kept the phone on hold and then hung on the call so i did'nt got any help from him too. so tell me what a coman man will do in such a situation?
I HOPE THAT STRICT ACTIONS ARE TAKEN AND I'M BEING COMPENSATED OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE LEAGLE ACTIONS AGAINST THIS INSIDENT IN WHICH BOTH THE TOLL PEOPLE ARE AT FAULT AND THE NHAI TOO.
