All goods carriers and heavy vehicles are running on 1st lane. So overtaking vehicles could not be easily pass through. Therefore much more chances of accidents and wastage of fules. So take care of this.

    Address: Dahalapara Toll Plaza, National Highway 31, Moutara, Assam 783390

    While I was traveling from Bongaigaon to Guwahati, i came accross the toll plaza at Dhalapara, Bikni which had some issues for which we had to wait for more than 5 minutes. And when I asked how much time I need to wait, they started yelling ate and using profanity.
    If this is how toll gates operate then it will be difficult for us to travel.
    We pay so that the service we receive is of high quality but this is absolutely not acceptable.

      I have traveled yesterday Hyderabad to Ramympet and charged Rs.85 through fastag. Return he charged Rs. 170? why he charged double the price? afternoon I passed toll gate and by evening I return from same toll gate. I am attaching evidence for my travel.

          It is the regular habit of the toll plaza staff to stop the vehicle in the name of Road Tax collection. They take too much time to process the payment even after implementation of FasTag concept. I have not been understood by today why no action is being taken against such toll plaza staff. So far as I think, it is one of the most Corrupt system/ Department even in the whole world.
          Please amend your reputation. In the open public, toll plaza staff are considered to be goons/ Gunda, Lootera, etc

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I own a car, brand Honda WRV Reg No. MH13DE8322. Today I received a message stating deduction of toll charges amount Rs 65.
            But my vehicle did not pass through any of the Toll Plaza today and my vehicle was parked at my native Village Kanhad, Tal Sailu, Dist Parbhani.
            Kindly look into the matter and resolve issue.

                Please be informed that COVID 19 SOP is not followed at the Mokha Toll Plaza (location km44.500) on National Highway :41, Kandla - MUNDRA Section. At around 1326 hours on 23.07.2021. Nobody was wearing face mask n social distancing was also not maintained.

                    In our area of Ramadevi kanpur on GT road there is a speed breaker & Underpass, , , where government athuorties provided street light facility on highway which is covered GT road also, if light is open timely so it will decrease the risk factor of accident on road near speed breaker and under pass below the highway.
                    Mainly problem is raised if generator, fuel & opertor facility is available by government so why operator is not doing his work with his dedication.

                      I travelled between Indore MP & Nashik MH.
                      Total toll is collected is ₹640. While the road condition in MP stretch is very good, the road in MH is terrible.

                        In nh 7 attibele in between bangalore and hosur always toll waiting time is very high in fast lane after cross toll both sides restaurant truvks and cars parking accupied most of the road

                          Address: Anewadi toll Plaza booth on National Highway (NH4) near Satara, Maharashtra

                          I reached the Anewadi toll Plaza booth on National Highway (NH4) near Satara, Maharashtra on 18-April-2021 at 7:17pm. Our toll tax for the new Tata Nexon Car has been deducted from Kotak FastTag account No. [protected] but the sensor to remove the barrier did not work so a person from the window booth came out to operate it manually. Before we could cross the barrier, he dropped the iron barrier over the car and the right-side door of our vehicle was damaged.
                          I called Toll Plaza office bearers and filed the complaint in the office complaint book. We also cross checked the incident in the CC TV which proved the mistake of that booth person.
                          Toll Supervisor asked to get the quotation from Tata Motors. We talked to a Tata motors executive on the mobile loudspeaker and provided photos of the damaged car then he provided us with a quotation of Rs. 5000. I tried to reach Toll Manager Raghuvir Singh (Mobile-[protected]) over the phone, but he did not receive calls. Supervisor said they will get back to me in 2 days.

                          After one week of multiple follow-ups, Manager Raghuvir said Toll authority is not responsible for this and he asked me to contact Labour Incharge Jitendra Shingate(Mobile-[protected]). When I talked to Jitendra Shingate, He said he is also not responsible for this and he asked me to contact booth worker Prasad Bhosale(Mobile-[protected]) who dropped the barrier on my car.
                          Prasad said he is very poor and also, he did not get his salary paid for the last couple of months. He was ready to pay a partial amount of Rs. 2000 which I did not agree for.

                          How come Toll authority denies taking responsibility and blames their workers and asks customers to handle this personally with booth workers. These people aren't even guilty about their mistakes and not giving proper reasons for their mistakes.
                          I don't think innocent people like us who are paying proper toll should suffer like this.
                          Please look into the matter and arrange for the losses.

                            I travelled today on 22 nd. July 2021 through the plaza and was asked to pay INR 180.00 instead of 90.00 written on all boards around toll. Which mentioned the rates 90 for one way and for multiple entries at 140.00.upon enquiry the toll boy refused to entertain and charged double the charge of 180.00 and on return I was charged again 180.00 however the receipt mentions double user fee.
                            I started arguing and finally I was given 10.00 rupees discount. I paid only 170.00 on return.
                            My request is to enquire about the matter and put each toll rate on your website and which would help us to cross check.
                            If the charges are higher a strict action needs to he taken against the fee collector M/S Ranchor Infra Dev. P. Ltd.

                              I am regular travelling from Faridabad to Delhi and use Badarpur to Faridabad toll plaza. Everyday 10 - 15 minutes consume to cross the toll. and today toll operator given me green signal. When I cross the barrier at that time immediately barrier fall down on my car. Due to this dent occur on roof the car. "Please let me know who will bear that cost"? Apart for that ministry of transport "Mr. Nitin Gadkari" made the serval rules but no toll plaza will follow any rule. And who will bear the petrol cost also. Toll people don't know how to talk with others.

                                The person in one of the booths towards Shimla at the toll plaza on Chandigarh-Shimla highway near Sanwara charged the double toll-fee inspite of fast-tag on the pretext that there was no balance in the account, which was not true. The same incident took place few weeks back with another commuter, however as the commuter that time checked the account on the spot and it was brought to notice that there was balance in the account and the fault was at the person-in-charge's end, double toll tax was avoided. The person dealing at the toll plaza was the same girl both the times. Due to this inefficient and unprofessional behaviour, commuters, especially who are not informed enough about the fast tag system and its working, have to face inconvenience and delay.

                                  We are sending the picture of N. H. 28A near chattauni chowk, Motihari.Due to faulty design of drain of NH 28A water is logging on NH 28A Drain is 18 inch above the road and there is no access of water to flow. Hence all the water is logging on theNH causing inconvenience to the people.

                                    I'm sarthak agrawal from surat i was crossing the toll plaza named bhatia toll plaza in surat, where i had to wait for 35 seconds for my chance to come, where as the rules are that we dont have to wait for more than 10 sec in the fast tag lane, so when i told the toll collector over there about this rule he said im unaware of such rule and called his safety incharge named nayan vyas, he was very rude while speaking to me and he being the incharge was also not aware about the rule so he called the nhai help line number 1033 as i was trying to call but it said that the number does not exist, so after that he made me talk to the person on phone from nhai help line center to whom i explained everything and that person on phone agreed that there is the rule of 10 sec but still the incharge over ther kept on denying and wasted my 25mins there after that too i had to pay the toll tax which i think is inappropriate, i also have tthe video proof of this incident, the time and date of this incident are: date 21/7/21 time 10:15 p.m, place:BHATIA TOLL PLAZA, SURAT
                                    NOTE: the person on the call on nhai helpline number kept the phone on hold and then hung on the call so i did'nt got any help from him too. so tell me what a coman man will do in such a situation?
                                    I HOPE THAT STRICT ACTIONS ARE TAKEN AND I'M BEING COMPENSATED OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE LEAGLE ACTIONS AGAINST THIS INSIDENT IN WHICH BOTH THE TOLL PEOPLE ARE AT FAULT AND THE NHAI TOO.

                                      We have crossed allonia toll plaza 2 times on 21.07.2021 but toll has been debited 3 times during our to and fro journey from Jabalpur to Nagpur. Details of toll tax deduction are as follows:

                                      3rd transaction

                                      3rd transaction is a fraud transaction made manually by the toll people, so kindly refund my amount to my fastag account immediately.

                                        कल सुबह के समय मैं जयपुर से कोटा अपनी कार से जा रहा था तथा कार में fastag लगा हुआ था जब मैं देवली से कोटा के मध्य जा रहा था उसी समय मैं Kishorpura टोल प्लाजा को क्रॉस कर रहा था उसी समय टोल कर्मी ने अचानक से बूम barrier को बंद कर दिया जिस कारण कार का पूरा शीशा टूट गया
                                        इसके पश्चात टोल कर्मियों ने मेरे साथ दुर्व्यवहार किया तथा धमकाया

                                        कृपा करके आप मुझे न्याय प्रदान करें तथा नुकसान की भरपाई करायें
