I am travelling t datia from jhansi on 17 july 21 at dagrai toll plaza person told me that your fastag has no sufficient balance so you give the toll charge so i gave him he did not give me any cash reciept after passing the toll i got the message that toll has been deducted from my fastag wallet and there is sufficient balance . I want to file a complaint aainst dagrai toll plaza datia.

Sir/Madam,
We were stopped in toll plaza telling our was blacklisted but went and saw the account balance was 1200 rs. Each toll plaza crossing from dindigul to Bangalore we faced the same issue and asking for double payment. In every toll plaza we stopped and called 1033 and answering those members. It is very hectic to answer each and every toll plaza.

Sir, yesterday on 18/07/2021 we passed through thriya khetal toll district bareilly uttar pradesh on 8:11pm and returned at11:36 pm, as per toll list toll charges for return journey is 185 .But 200rs per charged from us transition id for passing is[protected]bP, and return id[protected]bP, kindly enqire and take steps and make return

Yesterday we are are travelling in the evening on NH 48 from Karjat to Panvel, ( Maharashtra, Raigad) in between at Shedung there is toll plaza. We have stuck in traffic from 1KM away from toll plaza almost for 1:45 Minutes. The reason was water logging around three to 4 feet dip near to the toll plaza. People were risking there vehicles just cross the water log area and get out of this. The toll plaza was not taken any action, if they are aware of the water logging, they should have stop the movement of small vehicle on the road 1Km before the area and asked vehicles to divert the traffic to safer road, available within the area.

I am surprise when after taking the risk crossing and water logged area, the shameless people have charged toll to us.

I don't mind paying tolls, but we expect certain level of care on the road if you are aware of the risk ahead and avoiding possible loss of life and trouble to the travelers on the road.

With the grace of god we reached safely at home, I am not sure what happened to those who were still behind us waiting to reach home on the road.

The toll booth authority demanded cash. to enquiry his response was, "FAST TAGS ARE CLOSED", after arguing for not paying the toll if no fast tag service provided on a national highway, we had to finally pay in cash.

In Kerala, potholes have formed on the National Highway 66 between Vadakara town and Palolipalam in Kozhikode district. Bike riders are in a lot of danger. Please take action to close the pit.

I was travelling from lucknow to prayagraj.
At Andiyari toll plaza at 8 Pm two lanes were closed by barrakating. Two lanes were open were a long queue of trucks were there. After waiting for half an hour I passed the toll plaza although my vehicle was equipped with fastag.
This is a routine practice of aforesaid toll plaza.
Kindly do the needful for breaking the practice of closing the fastag lanes.

Thoothukudi to madurai highway has been heavily damaged till arupukottai area.. 4 lane roads appear to be cut along the way. It looks like somebody has cut the road completely and wantedly almost like ( 2x2 metres apx) ..I am not talking about the tar which was taken from superficial layer of road.. . they are charging around rs 75 and rs90 as toll fees per car but not repairing the road.. I was travelling in my car.. due to cuts in the road.. my tyre got burst out.. and thank god i did not hit any vehicle or divider on the highway... i hear that many of my relatives and friends in the area are also facing same issues.. but dont know what to do.. complaints at toll plaza are not taken seriously. Kindly do something to protect the travellers..

NH3 from Dhule to Malegaon is most pathetic amd dangerously filled with potholes. The driving on this road is the worst experience. Too many unnecessary speed breakers are made. It doesn't even look like a National Highway, its like an Idli maker.

Condition of road highway from akbarpur to Kanpur is too pathetic and a gaddha between PAC TO RAMADEVI IS DANGEROUS AND MAY CAUSE FOR ACCIDENT..

I traveled by car from Hyderabad to Nagpur on 18 July, 2021. While the roads on Telangana side are maintained excellently including planting on road dividers, the condition of road on Maharashtra side are pathetic. Big potholes is a frequent occurrence. It is dangerous to drive car at speed. The roadside plantation is negligible. Authorities should see to this. Why collect toll if the roads cannot be maintained?

Even after new toll laws for time, I waited there for 15mins. This is really poor promise.

On 16th July 2021, I travelled from Bahadurgarh, Haryana to Hapur, UP and came back the very same day. In my way I passed through 2 Fastag authorized toll gates and 1 cash gateway( at KMP EXPRESSWAY). So in total I passed 4 times from Fastag authorized toll gates and payment was deducted for them on same day. But today i.e. on 17th June I received one more message at night of deduction of Rs. 90 from a toll from where I didn't even pass. Please solve this issue and refund my amount. When I checked in my earlier history, there also they have deducted this amount unreasonably. Please look in this matter and refund my amount.

There are 2 biodiesel pump's working @ chikhali taluka muktainagar district jalgaon (mh) and 1 another @ near purnaad phata taluka muktainagar towards barhanpur road, here without any permission from nhai, collector office, s p office, and local authority biodiesel pump's are working and no one can take an action on this illegal biodiesel pump the pump's are running without any norms set by nhai there is no safety, please do the needful.

Respected sir/madam I want to say that there is a highly dangerous road before Haladgaon toll plaza in Wardha. The road is witnessing accidents almost every day. also, some parts of the road are raised so much that the engine of the cars gets hit and damages. The haladgaon toll plaza takes 75rs for a one way trip but they do not care about the highway. THe exact spot is near the starting of the Asola village. The coordinates are as follows:

Despite fasttag facility booth managment still using manual operation for opening of barriers .

Hi my name is ajinkya resident of mumbai i often use the bandra worli sea link I don’t have a car so i travel by cab so every time i try to pass the toll and ask for a return toll i am been denied the return toll giving the reason its not allowed and every time i have to buy single tolls and pay extra money and the company named MEP is just looting its costumers

We are suffer more problems on sanwara toll plaza in himachal pradesh. We are waited for 1 hour on this toll plaza. Toll plaza memebers are said that they are not free to traffic. Their behaivour is very rude to public.

The L&T tollways near Coimbatore they should charge only Rs.45 but it consist of 6 tolls. 16/07/2021 they were debited more amount from my account. This is not the first time they do always like this and toll booths are very slow it takes more time to cross the toll.(Pollachi Cochin toll plaza, Pollachi Salem toll plaza, Trichy Cochin, Trichy Salem, Madukkarai).Please consider this and take action against them.
