Therefore, you are requested to take cognizance of the above information and take appropriate action after conducting an inquiry.

Hello sir,
with out using the car toll charges has raised more then 3 times, 4 th july have charged toll from (pondicherry to tindivanam) 45 rupees and again (tindivanam to pondicherry ) 20 rupess so i have raised the complaient on 4 th july. Again 14 th july again got charges the same toll like i have been used. I have not been even took the vechical from morning till now but i got notisfication like i have been traveled. So kindly pls rectify my problems and refund my money . And its happening more then 4 times.

i am santhan from pondicherry, i have been charged toll gate with out using the road and i have not been travelled too, its happened more then 5 times. so kindly pls take the action and resolve my queries and make it as refund .thank u

I want to file complaint against bann toll of jammu jk. They have deducted money from my fastag on 14 july 2021 whereas i last visited this toll on 10 july 2021 and while crossing this toll money was already deducted. They deducted all the balance now my fastag has zero.

Today I came to eastern peripheral way from bahadurgarh. We didn't get any slip while entering the highway neither we asked because we had fastag . But at kundli toll booth they charged 285/- in cash. They said fastag don't work here.ticket no [protected]. They should be penalized and I must be refunded.

Mere fastag me paisa rahtha hai phir bhi fastag se nhi katha hai aur waha wale fine kathe hai bolthe hai ki paisa hi nhi hai fastag me is se mai paresan ho gya hu jitna jaldi ho sake upaye kare nhi tho mai higher authority ko complaint karunga aur jitna fine diya hu mai aur jitna time mera barwad hua hai mai direct high court me complaint karunga jitna jaldi ho sake is pe kaam kiya jaye

मेरी लैंड NH 56 पे है जिसको बिना नोटिस के ले लिया गया है ओर नाही कोई भुगतान किया गया हैं। मेरे सारे डॉक्युमेंट जमा भी करा दिये गये है।

On 12th july my relatives were traveling from satara to pune for marriage function on kini toll naka ata around 12. Pm on lane number six which was fasttag our car stopped to pay for toll fast tag got scanned n money git debited... the toll both incharge person said u r fastag is blocked ( even with checking ) n asked them to pay in cash n started shouting as all the passenger were ladies they got scared paid amount ... very next day i took same car to enquire about same n asked for 160 rs refund .. ( i showed them the txt from fast tag company) they refused to pay me they asked me cone next time ... n become rowdy... in that situation i have to seat on road to just solv the problem...
After 30 min they refunded my money...
This kind of scam keep on happening...kindly look in to it
Even on google review many ppl mentioned they had same issue regarding this toll both ( kini toll bith...main problem is staffs behavior is not at all good ... we r paying the tax we r not refusing then y to be rude

I was travelling from Haridwar to Dehradun at the toll on the way, i was issued the manual slip whereas i had enough balance in my Fastag.
The receipt shows the duplicate one as it has wrong spellings, and wrong Date and Time.
I travelled at approx 11:30 AM on 12th july, but receipt shows 23:30 PM on 11th July.
Staff at toll was very rude and did not listen my concern of having enough balance in my Fastag.
Kindly get this checked and try to refund my extra charged money.
PFA the slip which itself seems to be forged slips been issued.
I would request to get the CCTV cameras checked to verify my concern.

I was travelling from Haridwar to Dehradun and at toll on the way, my Fastag did not work toll but i had enough balance in my fastag account.
Toll people issue me the double charge slip, when i requested that i have balance in my Fastag still they did not her my concern.
They were more inclined to double charge and give the manual slip.
Attached is the slip which seems to be forged one.
I travelled at day time around 11:30 AM on 12th July, but the slip shows 23:30 PM and Date of 11th Jul'21.
This is sheer corruption going on at toll plaza.

On NH 48 there are no highway lane reflectors visibility properly in many areas. Please make sure.

Car no HR26 EH7537 in the name of Indu Bala; ph no [protected] was in Rajender Nagar Delhi for test from 4.30 to 6.30 PM on 11.7.2021 but we got message that toll of Rs. 75 has been charged at Main Toll Village Jakhauli.

We have not visited this toll but charged forcefully; fraudulently. Plz repay in the tag account itself with compensation o[censored]nneccesary harrassment and take strict action against the culprit who caused this mental and financial harassment to us.

Rs 75 was charged on 11.7.2021 at 18.18 hours at main toll village jakhauli for vehicle no HR 26 EH 7537, ph no [protected] n email id [protected]@gmail.com.

But the vehicle was parked in Rajender nagar delhi for practice test which was from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Not possible that car has used the toll.

Please penalise the defaulter, refund the money with compensation of harrassment at the earliest

This is to bring to your notice that the condition of Highway from Surat to Ahmedabad is worst specially during monsoons. i am sure you must be aware of the dangerous potholes and construction works going on without implying safety measures leading to numerous accidents.
i am aware that the government least bothers about common public issues in general and mostly this email will be on deaf ears, but kindly have a look at the pictures and videos attached herewith which would make you aware of the condition of roads (this accident was on start of flyover from near kosamba, near schmittens factory outlets and Omya India Pvt ltd which is nearly 50 kms from Bharuch, Gujarat at NH48) and the difficulties in driving even after payments of hefty Tolls, hiked Petrol prices, over the board taxes, and dealing with all social and economical problems along with covid pandemic which the government had to address but they are now being dealt by common people like us.. coz govt has other busy agendas which actually serves no purpose.
This e -mail is to bring to your notice that the damages caused to my car due to accident caused by potholes and damaged roads on was paid by me also the mental stress i had to go through was dealt by me because of poor and lethargic road construction near Kosamba, Bharuch which was done by the road authority using a part of my money and for which again we pay the tolls.
Now i am aware that the I.A.S lobby will now send this e-mail to the concerned engineer and the engineer who actually is fulfilling all desires of the illogical I.A.S lobby who are actually responsible for all the policy failures and mishaps will get away easily because of strong lobbying and their service to the political mullahs instead of serving the country, perhaps this is one of the reasons why the country is still poorly developing since 60 yrs of independence and not yet developed or fulfilling basic human needs which could get this country out of the third world.

By the grace of god i am living to write this e-mail on behalf of all the common people who couldn't survive the accidents met due to the poor road construction.

like many other complaints and e-mails this e-mail will keep circling various offices but, all officials reading this please understand that may be your child will be fortunate enough to go abroad and settle there but think of other children and citizens who wouldn't be fortunate enough will have to live in the country which you make and will have to live with deeds you have done.

There is huge fraud going on in the name of Rasoiya Dhamna Toll plaza (Barhi). Stretch : Barachetti - Gorhar (Km 240.00 - Km 320.00), PIU Dhanbad
At a distance of approx 77 kms from Rasoiya Dhamna Toll plaza (Barhi), there is a small installation at Dumri with people having handheld devices to scan fast tag and the money is being deducted in two concecutive transactions/ they scan the tag twice saying its the part...
