with reference to:
Srinagar toll plaza, Palwal, NH2, trans no.7GBD0196, ticket no. 0158, lane DM7, dated[protected], time 7:22, the person who collected the toll did not give back right amount, when we asked for money he verbally misbehaved also when we tried him to realise his mistake, other persons working there gathered and started physical misbehaving. when we asked for complaint book, they said book is at toll plaza office . when we contacted Mr.DINESH at office he said the book is at toll booth, so they only pretented but did not provided complaint book so we could not lodge a complaint. so we request you to take strict action, and please also acknowledge us about the action.
