Dear sir, On 01 may15 i travelled From modinagar to daurala village by my own car. When i asked the toll cleark for Exemption then he refused it by saying that there is no concession for defence personnel. I want to know weather it is there or not and if it is there then please take action against him.I am attaching the copy of slip of toll plaza. Mob No. [protected]

Hi Sir, Some one is using Instructions board of NHAI on NH-8 as a hoarding board, The place is exactly at Rangpuri, When you from Rangpuri Bust stop towards Guargaon on NH-8, after approx 100m, there is a Battary house owner who placed his shop board on the Instructions board of NHAI. He daily put that advertisement there and at night when he close the shop put that advertisement into his shop, How he can use public property like this, You have to stop this and give a warning to him. Attached find photo of same. In that you can see the board. Pleas take a action against him.

Dear Sir,
This is inform to you that, I am Noor Mohmmad Khan Driver of Truck No. UP 78 BT 9991 (Motorcycle Container 10 Vehiler Truck) I have crossed Anantram Toll Plaza NH2 District Auraiya at the time of 08:40:59 date 22/04/2015. I have paid toll Tax then ticket collector give me Rs. 390/- included with overload charge. When that my Truck is also under load then, I was put up the question to TC, Why have taken Extra Charge without over load. Then, Ticket Collector absued to me and after TC give me 2nd revised slip Rs. 270/-


But, in this period heavy jaam on the Plaza, so Other duty security guards come down from my Truck staff and beaten him.


So, I request to take the hard & quick action against Collect Extra Charge an underload Vehicle.

i am physically handicapped person and owner of hyundaixcent automatic transmission private car, while i registered my vehicle at RTO road tax exemption, and central excise duty is also exempted. in this circumstance 75% affected by post polio shall i get/apply any concession toll tax pass, pl inform to me by side sweet reply, if any government order realised for disabled person vehicle pl be intimated by earlier. cell [protected] email; [protected]@gmail.com

Sir, I have used to travel from Visakhapatnam to Srikakulam NH5 highway on weekly. We have toll plaza at Bhogapuram, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh. I have given Rs 500 to collect toll charge. I was asked very rudely to give Rs 40 and told him I could not have exact Rs 40 and have only Rs 500. Then he called one person he was the supervisor at toll plaza. Shockingly he used very filthy and bad language. Abused severally and took my car keys. It was very pathetic situation who the hell he was took my car keys. Do you think passengers are slaveries? Toll charges collected for the benefit of passengers? . I requested NHAI to counsel toll plaza workers otherwise big agitation would be happen at Bhogapuram toll plaza. I hope you may understand the grevienc of passengers

Despite several letters and clarification on the same, some how the toll plaza operators are not aware of the rules about the exemption of tax on defence vehicles. I am an officer in IAF who has recently got posted to coimbatore from Allahabad and sent the household goods through truck. The truck was stopped at Rolmamda toll on NH-7 between Islam nagar and katdal, stopped the truck carrying my house hold goods. Despite showing the toll in charge the required exemption letter, he refused to allow the truck to go and misbehaved with the staff in truck. It is absolutely ridiculous and speaks volume about the kind of mis management that exists. Please senstize the toll plazas about the exemption list.

Hi, I am a defense personnel and used to travel from Jhajjar to Panipat in Haryana state via NH-71. There is toll near to village DIGHAL. Since the toll is operational they are exempting me every time being as a defense personnel. But during Dec & Jan they start charging me toll fees. In Jan it was advertised in newspaper that defense personnel are exempted and need not to pay toll fees. Now on 3 Apr 2015 while crossing they again asked me for toll fee. They said that their company had started charging everyone from Apr 1 2015 onwards. That day i was coming from jaipur and passed many Tolls on the same route. None charged me anywhere. They start arguing with me. Even after talking with their higher authorities I didn't get any satisfactory response. While discussing all this with authorities on toll, they are simply exempting many vehicles basis on their relation and Names. When a defense personnel is exempted by Central Government during travel then why this particular toll is charging without any legal notice or any order.

Res sir, NH-547 made by NHAI, and a tollplaza running on contract basis by INRADEEP INFRASTRUCTRE CO., INDORE. Toll persons taking illegal amount and missbehaving with passengers. by NHAI notification rs-225 monthly pass for lacal people who r living within 20km from the toll plaza.but toll persons are taking forcelly and illegally rs1900, rs 1500, rs 1200 or rs1300 as per setting. rs 1200 taken from me and toll personals not allow to cross toll plaza without amount and missbehave with me and my family.i am local person and residing within 10 km from toll plaza.

Hi, This is to inform you that road conditions from Meerut to Ghaziabad on NH-58 is worst then the roads of a Village, mostly every day a truck got stuck in a belt on 50 Kim's due to roads not maintained properly. We as a citizen gives road tax and toll and after that we still face the same situation its shame on NHAI. There is no patches on road and its full of pots. You will amaze to know in a belt of 50 Kim's you cant found 1 km where the road is smooth. Generally, the time taken to cover 50 km is normally 1hr however, on this highway it took 2 hrs to reach safely which would harm the transport and would be a total loss. Please start work on this as soon as possible as everyone would curse the team and government for same.

This incident occurred in a Toll Plaza in Paranur (NH 45) Near Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram. On 30/03/2015 Monday around 8:00 PM, I had paid an amount of Rs35 (Car) for the toll and got the receipt. After driving for some distance found that the receipt had amount of only Rs20 & was mentioned local.Since i was in some urgency i was not able to come back and check with the toll plaza about the fraud. Yesterday 05/04/2015 around 4:00PM i happened to cross the toll again and i checked about the fraud the toll collector has done. Some 4 to 5 people surrounded the car and started assaulting. This cheating has happened for the 2nd time and i am deeply hurt. Request you to take necessary action immediately.

Sir, Its been sad to see the cuted national highway railings at Agra shows a pathetic look to the indian infrastructure . Most of the petha shops at nh2 Rambagh Agra to shahdra chungi Agra they cut the railing with out informing Nh Authority about it Even some corps encashes in doing so .. i dont understand that keeping supervisory how they people have the power to exploit the rules of nh while cutting down the railings kindly do some action on to it unless the authority will be not been considered . I am writing this letter for bring your kind attention regarding a highly prone accident spot near Toll plaza (1.5km away from paliakera). Every week minimun one/two death cases are being happening in this spot and other injuries too. The main problem is that, there is a small gap between the barrier and NHAI Sign board. This gap is just opposite to nenmanikkara panchayat road and amballur bus stop. So, those who are from Nenmanikara panchayat and passengers those who are getting down from both private and public buses are using this gap for road crossing. The road is very curve in this crossing spot. So while they are crossing road, they are unable to see the vehicle which are coming from Thrissur side and become the victim of accident in everyday. . some suggestions for resolve this problem, 1) Close this narrow gap 2) Instead of this narrow gap make a Zebra line for pedestrians safe road crossing (Around 150 m away from signal Jun of amballur). 3) Install the Warning sign boards or red signal etc near to this Zebra line.. Today morning itself i am a victim of an innocent pedestrian death. Kindly take necessary action as earliest for save the life of common people. I enclosed some photos . I am travelling Chennai-Madhavaram to Chennai-Tambaram for office. Total distance is 40 kms, if I travel via Chennai Bypass. I facing two toll gate one in Surapet and another in Maduravoyil. Maduravoyil toll lease was breached couples of years ago. But the toll gate is running. Daily I am spending 140 for my travel in the tollgate. Please check and close the Maduravoyil tollgate, if its running illegally.

This is to bring to the notice that the toll gate fees have been hiked in the essel walajahpet poonamallee road toll gate located in the wallajah by 20% without any basis from today 1april 2015.. Already the roads are not maintained properly because of which a case is filed at madras high Court.. Do the needful to decrease the sufferings of road users..

Tindivanam - Krishnagiri Highway is the "nation's shame ", its a classical example of how govt in India work. The road was ploughed down, to construct a widened National Highway in 2011- 12. The work commenced in 2012, in the entire stretch as patches in between, latter by 2013 the entire stretch is dug up, and suddenly the relaying work was halted due to unknown reasons. Now the current situation of the road has become non motorable one. This Highway stands as " Sham " of the country apathy. Mr. Gadkari instead of opening up new Projects, they should focus on completing the existing ones, which are dug up and left.

Dear sir, As a responsible citizen i feel the pain when i see the way electricity is wasted for the lights on the highways. I feel this because our officials do not know how to utilize the day light we have. I see that the lights are not switched off on the highways upto sometimes 7.30am and they are on by 5.00pm in the evening which is a total wastage of power in an otherwise power deficient country. This is nothing but total irresponsibility.which is condemnable. I request you to switch off the lights by 5.30am and switch them on only at 6.30pm in this summer. Please look into this and take the necessary action. SAVE POWER SAVE OUR NATION

from 18.03.2015 since the contractor of toll plaza at NH-2 KM. 225 TUNDLA, operating staff is misbehaving very rudely with all the passengers on root. There is very long que every time and takes 15 minutes to 60 minutes to cross toll plaza. Local news paper have published news of such concern.

Dear Team, Kindly register my complaint regarding NH-58 in very bad condition.On daily basis an accident took place on NH-58, but no one is taking care of this. More than a year has passed there is no repair on the highway and no traffic rules are taking care. Team it's my humble request, kindly repair the road so that people don't loose their life. On this NH-58 I lost my Father in a road accident due to bad condition of roads and not obeying the traffic rules. Request you to kindly take action as earliest. Your Truly, Shantanu Pathak

Illegal charge is being demanded in a coercive manner.Please take the corrective action as well as make my money refunded ( Since it has been collected . Would you please clarify the toll charges and why the vehicle passengers are facing the misbehaviour conduct !!

As per your guideline only the distance between two toll gates on a national highway should be mininum 60 kms and the distance between panipat toll gate and karnal toll gate is less than 30 kms. Why is it so ? Is it not against the guidelines?
