THIS ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN HINDI NEWS PAPER Nav Bharat Dt 09.01.2015 about NHAI 69 BHU-SAMPADAN Zingabai takali but today Dt 13.03.2015 not taken any action for BHU-SAMPADAN by nagpur collector office or NHAI department .when will follow nagpur district guardian minister and maharashtra state energy minister MLA order for NHAI 69 BHU-SAMPADAN.i send NEWS paper cutting photo.

I had travelled from jaipur to ajmer on 3rd Feb 2015 by my Car No RJ-14 CT 5147 . i was made to pay toll tax at Jaipur Plaza as well as kishanghar plaza @ Rs. 95 each .Subsequently I came to know that toll tax is required to paid only at jaipur Plaza and no toll tax to be paid at kishanghar plaza .There is no prominent board to indicate that toll plaza receipt given at jaipur plaza is valid for kishangarh plaza also .Nor did the toll collectors asked me about the payment at jaipur plaza .As such I lodged the complaint No 339 at JVK Kishangarh plaza on my way back on 05 Feb -15 for prominent display of board for commuters to know that slip issued at previous toll plaza collection is valid for other toll plaza also .I was assured due action with in 7 Days of my complaint .But till date no action has been taken by JVK and they continue to collect illegal toll collection at these toll Plazas .Despite of my pointing out this illegal activity they have neither refunded illegal toll collected nor have they communicated action taken by them own my complaint . It was agreed that on Saturdays & Sundays the toll won't be charged at Kamothe toll plaza, Navi Mumbai. Still the incharge are collecting toll, if we agrue they do not collect & laugh. Could you please look into this & put a hoarding/banner informing that the toll won't be charged on Saturdays & Sundays.

ON 04 OCTOBER 2014 I WAS TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO GOHANA VIA ROHTAK. THE TOLL PLAZA ON ROHTAK - PANIPAT ROAD NEAR ROHTAK DIDN'T ALLOWE ME AND HARRASSED ME I SHOW THEM A COPY OF LETTER ISSUED BY NHAI AND I AM EXEMPTED. BUT THEY DIDN'T LISTEN. I SPENT ALMOST ONE HOUR BUT YOUR STAFF DIDN'T BUZZ. SHIFT INCHARGE MR SUBHASH ALSO MISBEHAVED. I HAD TO PAY UP ONLY THEN I WAS ALLOWED. I WAS TRAVELLING ON 9 FEBRUARY 2015 I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE SAME. DEAR SIR ON THIS TOLL PLAZA THE FREQUENCY OF THIS TYPE INCIDENT IS ON HIGHER SIDE . THE STAFF DONT LISTEN . Respected Sir Here with I am sorry to say that some of the-toll barrier under your company violating the order regarding exemption of toll tax from vehicle carrying physically disable person. As per my knowledge a vehicle carrying disable person with disability of more than 40% are exempted from toll tax at all toll plaza under NHAI country wide. Here I want to share with you the harassment faced by me while travelling on NH-! JATL PlAZA- in vehicle no GJ-12_BJ-9896, in spite of showing disability certificate of more than 80% the operator refuses to hear my voice and he charged and said that we do not exempt from tall tax to disable person.I have shown the order from secretary NHAI letter issued in year 2003 mentioning the armed forces person and disable person are exempted from the same, Even the order mention that Toll Plaza violating the order will be penalized and even the contract may be cancelled. To, The Executive Engineer, National Highway Sub Division Kannur Subject: Illegal construction I am resident of Thana.This is to bring to your kind attention to the ongoing construction on a plot near to Speciality Hospital (Building # KA 4, 5, 6) and in between Juno Automobiles (Building # KA 7) and Hotel Ruchi (Building # KA 10) with Survey No 4/13 RSNo 610 .Construction of commercial building are in full swing on the plot.I request you to review the approval plan of the building in the name of Sahitha P., Nash Mahal, Near Kambil High School, Kolachery PO, Kannur 670601. As adequate set back and other requirements are not being compiled by the owner . The owner of the plot has digged the bore well at late night. The well is very close to the National High Way also without any set back from the NH (Kannur Calicut Road) near Thana Junction. The open well is safety hazard for the locals especially small kids. I request you to take necessary actions as apparently the owner of the plot has not obtained necessary permit for the construction of the building as well as for the well from relevant authorities. Dear Sirs, This very serous complaint, with regards to NH8 Bharuch section. Since 10 year and above, the national highway bridge on Narmada River is in very very bad condition and you Yourself check what is going on? Always traffic jam and take 3 to 4 hours to clear that bridge. Why???? It seems that there is no responsible authority who can take care of and all private cars ans taxis are using Golden bridge. Why???

We are forced to pay Toll Tax even we stay in 5 Km of range of Toll Plaza, Location Bhiwadi, and the people say that you stay in Society so you have to pay Toll tax whereas in same range people who stay in local their own residence they do not have to pay so why we?? Whom should I ask this I do not know, Manny people like me are suffering on this can anybody help me out.

Dear sir, 1. I am a serving army officer, as per indian tolls act, army pers are exempted from paying user fee on production of valid identity card. 2. Some toll plazas are entertaining the same but some are not. one of them not accepting the exemption is toll plaza at kurali. i had shown them the identity card also. however they insisted that they have got instructions that army pers will have to pay if they are travelling in their personal vehicles even if they show identity card. 3. I would like to request you that the above issue may please be clarified as to whether army officers are exempted in their pers vehicle on production of identity card. thank you

ON 11 JAN 15 WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON NH-7 TOWARDS BANGALORE, INSPITE OF SHOWING MY DEFENCE I CARD, A PERSON CALLED YUVRAJ INSISTED THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY THE TOLL CHARGES AS I WAS NOT IN UNIFORM.I URGED HIM AND ALSO SHOWED HIM A COPY OF THE LETTER FROM GOVT OF INDIA STATING THAT DEFENCE PEOPLE NEED NOT BE IN UNIFORM TO AVAIL THE EXEMTION, HE STILL DID NOT AGRY AND ACTUALLY HARASSAED ME BY NOT ALLOWING ME TO PASS BY AND WASTED MY PRECIOUS TIME.HE ALSO THREATENED ME WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF I DID NOT PAY UP.FINALLY I HAD TO PAY UP TO AVOID FURTHER TROUBLE TO OTHER TRAVELLERS.THE DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS. Misbehaviour of toll person dasna with female travellers. Tried to pull my husband out of car and forcefully put baracading infront of car. NHAI needs to take actions against them as they moreover behave like Gundas...and threatend people too.

Respected Madam/Sir, If NHAI does not have funds; please ask me directly but stop harassing people on the highways. First thing, Ludhiana-Pathankot Highway is not in good condition and the toll charges are so much that you would prefer to walk rather than pay your charges. Here is what happened on 30th of December 2014. I came out on Ludhiana Highway and then you have this toll summary: Soma Isolux NH-one Tollway Pvt. Ltd, Ladowal, Punjab - INR117 (Charged at 8:24PM) Sahakar Global Ltd, Mumbai, Chollang Toll Plaza, Punjab - INR70 (Charged at 9:39PM) Sahakar Global Ltd., Harsar Mansar Toll Plaza, 23KMs before Pathankot, Punjab - INR75 (Charged at 10:21PM) So, within 1 hour of ride; you penalized me for using your not so good highway but it was my family with me so as a Common Man had to bear the same. If you have ties up with all the vendors for shares in the above toll please tell me; I am willing to pay you upfront than to be harassed on the road. Neither of the toll plaza accepted other's receipt. Toll people are so violent tat they even mentioned that many people gave complaints but no one could touch them. So, clearly it was NHAI and Punjab Government playing their roles in this. NH 47 Paliyekkara tollbooth Thrissur, KERALA refuse to give exemption of toll fee for ex service man.
They are saying that their is such an act for ex-service man thereby the company forces the ex-service man to pay the tool fee.
Please take necessary action against this problem.

Respected sir, As we are living in the borders of NH5. we are frequent commuters to nellore via NH5. we undergo three toll gates 1.sullurpeta 2.Gudur 3.venkatagiri all these 3 tolls doesnt allow us to get a 2 way toll ticket. it would be greatful to you, if the tolls are given for two way service at once.

iam trvelling in a call taxi from madurai city in tamil nadu to thirumangalam (20 kms from madurai), we are using the state highway only, before 1km of thirumangalam comes the nhai user tool booth(location--at km18652 on nh7 near village kappalurin madurai district). in the tool booth they are collecting toll amountfor vehicles going to kanyakumari, . there is a court verdict that they should not collect toll amount for vehicles using the service road to go to thirumangalam. but the persons working in the booth named shankar and shinde told that they will not obey any rules and all the vehicles should pay toll when they cross the booth even though they use the service road .they collected rs.60/- for up and down. i explained them tthe vehicles from madurai to thirumangalam only uses thee state highway fram madurai to thoppur and from thoppur to thirumangalam they are using the service road provided by the nhai, so collection toll is illegal, but they dosent bother about anything i told, they put barricades infront and back of my vehicle and collect me the toll and then released my vehicle. they are supposed to collect toll for the vehicles from km 15000 to km 52300 in nh7 in the state of tamilnadu asper nhai . please give strict instructions to the persons in the toll to refund the amount paid by myself and to stop the illegal collection of toll charges for the vehicles going to tirumangalam from madurai, and collect compensation from the both persons who are inchare on that day the shankar and shinde for the mental torchere made by them to me thnking uou

WHY DO YOU PEOPLE COLLECT TOLL ? IS IT FOR THE USERS TO FURTHER PAY FOR THERE REPAIRS OF SUSPENSIONS AND TYERS OF THE VEHICLE OR WANT YOUR CONTRACTORS EARN MONEY WITHOUT EVEN SPENDING A PENNY ON REPAIRING THE ROADS ? NHAI IS A PRIVATE ORGANISATION OR IS A GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION ? THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ON THIS POST BUT NOT ASINGLE ACTION TAKEN SO FAR.THE ROAD ON NH-4 BETWEEN WALAJAPET AND POONAMALLE HAS ONLY POTHOLES AND THEY COLLECT THE TOLL WITHOUT ANY REGRET, WILL NHAI STOP THEIR CONTRACTORS FROM COLLECTING TOLL UNTILL THE ROADS ARE REPAIRED. The stretch of road in Chennai Bangalore highway that is from Poonthamali to walajabad road is in very bad condition the road is having a lot of potholes and uneven road filling by the authorities for some temporary use of the road is unusable for the vehicle.we are paying heavy amount as a toll fee to get damaging our own vehicle. There is no road safety for the road users. Note : we already made an complaint about this on 07-dec-2013, but till now we didn't get any response

Dear Team, We were travelling from Bangalore to Hosur in car. In the toll near Electronic city going to Hosur road, the person in the toll gate peeped inside the car and saw that we were a family travelling(and not some authorities). He told us to pay to a person standing outside the toll. We paid the money and asked for the receipt but he said "Go Go". Since there were many vehicles standing behind us, we could not ask him anything more. Dear authorities, kindly check these bad guys so you can get the lakhs/crores of money they are looting in toll gate without receipt.

Sir, Yesterday at 7:15 pm I was going with my family from Agra to Mathura using NH-2 road in my Eco Sport UP80 CN 2353. On MAHUVAN Toll Plaza(km 110.250 to 200.00 km on NH-2) I took my car in a lane DM14 which was already having 3 cars waiting for the toll ticket. It took 20 minutes for my turn to come to take a toll ticket. When I told the person giving ticket for waiting me for such a long time he said, very rudely "It generally happens here and if you are in a hurry then you may go from the Yamuna Expressway." I really dissapointed by hearing this and request you to take a strict action against this misbehaviour.
