Dear NHAI Team, We humbly request you to kindly explore the road between(Up and down trip) of Walajapet to Poonamalee on NH 46. Its is like a nightmare to travel in this bad road. Please take necessary steps to solve this issue of bad maintenance of road, Just after 15 to 20 kms from the Walajapet toll gate, when travelling from Walajapet to Poonamelee it is the most worst road maintenance. We are paying money at the toll road all months to travel in it safe and with comfort. Just think of people who are elderly and pregnant ladies who also use these rough roads as no other option even after paying the toll we are not getting good roads to travel. Please do the needful. Thanks.

The stretch of road in Chennai Bangalore express highway that is from kaveripakkam to sriprembuder is in very bad condition the road is having a lot of potholes and uneven road filling by the authorities for some temporary use of the raod is unusable for the vehicle traffic in that busy stretch though they collect huge fare a travel fee for the use of these bad maintained road . Hence i request the concerned authorities to take the necessary steps and assure the safety of the road users

When ever we want do shopping or drop friends to busstand at attiibille we are paying toll gate charge at attibille karnataka entrance, even showing the proofs that we stays near to the toll gate. Please do the needfull or guide me to make this complaint to move next level and take necessary action Thanks

SUB ENCROACHMENT ON PUBLIC LAND BY MS.BABITA RESPECTED SIR, With due respect, that MS BABITA with the help of MR HIRA LALYADAV, MS URMILA YADAV MR KAILASH AND SOME PEOPLE has been enchroaed the public land /road divider at sarita vihar Mathura road under metro pillar no DP3A . By establishing a separate peer mazar Which was already shifted near metro depot, sarita vihar, Delhi, LONG AGO AS PER DIRECTION OF A CONCERNED AUTHORITY Now she has taken law into their hands she has threatened us that she encroached the public land by constructed peer mazar. Every Thursday whole day some people sit on a divider of a mathura road and doing drama of a religious faith {Chunis, Agarbattis, match box, flowers}. THERE IS NO RAILINGS IN THE DIVIDER. Kindly Immediately take legal step by removing encroachment upon the public road being the public property for making hurdle in the traffic, previously resulting into fatal accident, FIRS longed apart for making furious enmity between the two religions and attempting to mock the religion in large. But there is every apprehension that she will do the same act again as she has threatened us while leaving the spot PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

Hi, I travelled on this road last week and observe that few people are collecting toll but some one told me that toll on this road is not legal as govt of india had abolished toll on this 1.5 years back. Can u tell me if toll collection is legal or not. If its illegal request to kindly take action against them..

Few days back I crossed the Dasna, Ghaziabad toll plaza, I stopped on the toll, first of all there is all untrained staff, moreover I saw 12-14 years aged kids working on the plaza, so for a National Level authority like NHAI this should be a matter of concern that directly/indirectly they are indulged in child labour. Secondly, when I asked about the authenticity of the staff, they started collecting in group and misbehaved like the Toll people are doing a favour on the commuters passing by. Please see to the matter and keep an eye on the staff members behavior with the common people passing by the toll. One more thing, I need to ask that whether the toll is authorised to take the toll money or not, since it has been taking the toll from a very long time. Thanks,

Dear Sir, Ahmedabad - baroda Express way IRB Contract department is to be Canceled As beacause they dont provide facility of Any Kints.due to that accident takes place .As per serve Within 3 Days 1 Accident happens in the Range of Ahmedabad baroda 80 Km, Petrolling vechile also not Keep an eye and as per thier charges they dont provide facility and in toll Ticket they do Fraud .At Night many chieft happens but their is no any petrolling . The road under the Sarita Vihar flyover has more potholes than road. After a shower of rain it fills up with muddy water and it is a traffic hazard as one can't judge the depth of water. One doesn't expect such shoddy roads in a city, let alone the capital. If NHAI can't fix roads under their nose, how will they manage other important roads in Delhi?

Dear Sir, We have noticed very Bad condition of old Bridge, which is allowed just few months back after repairing the Bridge. So please look in to the matter, If you are going to allow vehicles on this bridge definetly there will be a big accident.

Dear Sir There is lot of encroachments and unauthorized access on the Jaipur Kishangarh section of NH8, between Jaipur toll and Bagru stone traders have kept stone stock in NHAI land between Mahela and Bagru two hotels namely Chowdhary hotel have built permanent structures and parking sheds in NHAI Land no action is taken against them which seems that either company or NHAI officials are hand in gloves with the encroachers Unauthorized access is taken by hotels and trucks suddenly comes from these hotels leading to accidents Please make the NH land free from encroachments

I am from pune i daily travel on pune -satara highway via anewadi & ked shivapur toll both.Current status of highway is no road on highway only large pathhole, diversion, no any notice board, ambulance etc.But contractor has taken toll fee from customer that is illegal.Please check the road condition & one time travel by using comman man vehicle, actually lots of people dead on this bad third class highway.I think lots of person managed for such non humanity activity.So please take strong action on this .Firstly cancel toll fee until 98% of quality of road build.

Hi, We recently travelled from Hassan to Bangalore. Toll person is still giving chocolate instead of proper change at Nelamangala toll. As per the Supreme court decision, tolls have to render proper change at Tolls, else they can be imposed fine upto 10lakh INR. Please look into this issue.

Hi, Now a days there are many two wheelers which are capable of reaching 100kms/hr easily. They cause huge problems in the highways. If the highways is 4 lane (2 lanes each side), the 2-wheelers travel in middle of the first lane which cause huge problem to cars, buses. 2-wheelers travel in range of 60 to 90km/hr and this becomes a problem to change lanes repeated. As far the toll cost for 2-wheelers is free and the problem is caused to 4-wheelers and buses who are baring the toll cost. Please look into the issue. Applying toll even to 2-wheelers can may help to reduce the problem.

The owners of Vasanth Apartments, bearing Door No.4, T.T.Mathew Road, Chennai-58, situated at the junction of the Underpass which connects the Service Roads running parallel to the Chennai Bypass Road, at Mogappair West and Athipet East, respectively, have encroached nearly 1/4th of the breath of the Service Road; in collusion and connivance with the authorities of the Corporation of Chennai as well as the authorities of the City Road Division of the Department of Highways. This encroachment has caused a Bottle-neck for the vehicular traffic of the Service Road. Necessary steps may please be taken to restore the encroachment and clear the Bottle-neck, posing threat to the life of the users of the Service Road, immediately, in the larger interest of the public; under intimation to me. It is a regular fate of Toll Paid users of NH4 at Battarahalli Junction near Hoodi Cross (Mulbagal - K.R. Puram Section). Though the users of the road has to pay toll of Rs. 15/- per side for a stretch of just 12 Kms, the users have to wait for more than 10 minutes every time to cross the above junction. It is so disgusting that the service road users are not at all bothered about the Highway users. The just keep their vehicles blocked as if they are not bothered about the main road users. I have been complaining about this several times using several modes. Still the authorities are not showing any interest regarding this. I have a suggestion to resolve the problem at above junction. Just close the divider opening in the middle and make two openings 100 feets apart so that there will be no through fare of the vehicles. The service road vehicles may have to just pass 50 feets and take a turn and join the other service road. This is the best solution I can suggest and it will run for long time.

We live in BTM 2nd Stage & we take the road which goes is from KAIS colony to Kuvempu nagar bus stand. And there is stretch where slum is there & every time this people will block the road for any reason "some puja or if somebody is died". This people are causing problem to public & nor police is doing something nor the any government body. May be some MLA is supporting them for vote bank. And if we ask them to remove the road block they abuse people with bad language & assault them. And today we were assumed that police is standing their & watching all the people suffering because of some fools.

Iam a frequent traveler on national highway of CHENNAI TO BANGALORE. The road condition
from sriperumpudur to walajapet toll is not at all fit for driving due to lot
of pot holes present every single feet and the road is in the wavy form and
absolutely in pathetic condition. This causes lot of accidents everyday while
driving the vehicles. Moreover this condition remains bad for the past 5 years.
Over bridges are not repaired since many years,
recent rains spoiled them further. Night time travel has become very risky and
life threatening, especially for cars and two wheelers.


Further they also collect Rs-55/- for using such a bad road. Even after complaining
many times to the toll officer regarding the toll road risky and pathetic
condition, there is no improvement. As such, the toll collection should be stopped
immediately and the road requires proper repair and re-laying. Please pay
immediate attention and requesting some sort of action to be taken immediately.

to the responsible director/ government authority kindly please note that i m a regular indian citizen and traveller on national highway of india and a responsible youth of india. this is to bring your department, awake from continous sleep on the issueof what services of roads are being provided to the public who is paying regular travelling fees on toll plazas alloted by you to the contractors. we citizen and public of this area, are facing tremendous problems, no maintenance of roads, no any special services, and hige money is being taken from us.also if you government authorities spare some time and see the condition of kanpur to lucknow roads in night, your national highway is not a highway but a parking spot of trucks right from kanpur to lucknow and kanpur to jhansi. you are kindly requested to look in to the matter, and kindly treat the matter most urgent and imortant otherwise next complaint will be directly to mr. prime minister mr.modi thankyou

Reference is made to Mulbagal - KR Puram stretch of NH75 (Old Madras Road NH 4), a Toll collected Road. It is noticed that there are lot of road humps on this road which are unscientific in nature. Recently, new series of road humps are laid near Hosakote Police Station. It is very difficult to drive vehicles, especially two wheelers to cross these road humps. I urge the authorities and Concessionaire to remove those unscientific road humps and either install a standard road hump or remove them. There are many such road humps throughout the stretch of 81 Km Road including service roads. Many of the road humps are not at all required. I request your good office to take a survey of number of road humps and retain those which are essentially required. Otherwise please take immediate action remove the unwanted and unstandard road humps at once.
