Respected Sir, As mentioned above, I am Preeti Dhir a resident of a small town in Himachal Pradesh. My hometown Dharampur is situated on the NH-22. This is with reference to the widening of roads taking place in the area. My father Mr. Surinder Kumar Goel owns a shop in the main market in the town. The highway authorities have proposed to widen the road to promote tourism. For this, they plan to dismantle all shops and residences on the valley side. FYI the shops on this side have already been dismantled thrice in the previous years for the same reason. Such an act leads to a severe financial, emotional and mental setback in everyone’s lives. The residents work hard and by the time they try to reestablish the government who is supposed to be the savior acts like the destroyer and ruins lives. It shall be noted that about two years back a bye pass was approved in order to prevent the loss. Recently, a sudden change in the plan has occurred and again the road is to widen in the main town. Few people shall face such a loss that they will have no source of living and the families will never be able to recover the loss. It is great mental torture for the people. The compensation amount offered by the authority is far less than the actual amount. It is very nominal. We had always thought that we live in heaven but now it seems to be a curse. The government is thinking only about tourism. No thought is given to us the actual owners to the place. Please release us from this state and look into the matter. A Bye-pass road can be made easily as already made from Pinjore to Parwanoo. I wonder why isn’t this approved as it would save thousands of lives from destruction. You are our saviours. It’s your responsibility to look after us as a mother looks after her kids and all are treated the same. Presently only the benefit from tourism is being considered not our sorrow. Sir, My name is RP Agarwal from Agra and I have been traveling from Agra to Delhi thrice a week since 11years for the dialysis ofy wife in Apollo Hospital. Today when I was going for the same through national highway, at mahuvan toll plaza I gave the amount of toll but it took me to wait quite a long time for the toll receipt. When my driver asked the reason for it he was told by the staff working on the computer that system is slowed down. When my driver suggest him to repair the system he (staff) argued with him(driver) and misbehaved badly and slapped on my driver. 1. For construction of fourlane was not fully as per rules of NHAI
(i). Width of road, width of divider.
(ii). Capacity of weigh bearing of fourlane road, capacity of weigh bearing of service road.
(iii). Plantation of trees in place of removed trees due to fourlane.
(iv). Bridge & underpass construction as need of the people.
(v). Other facilities – Emergency, toilets, parking, service roads.
2. For quality & quantity of construction materials & follow up as per rules
(i). Total used sand, stone & gitty. (quality, bills, Royalty, taxes).
(ii). Total used cement, iron & wages. (quality, bills, Royalty, taxes).
(iii). Extract of stone, minerals & woods during construction of fourlane.
(iv). Inspection report of NHAI regarding quality of work.
3. Public objections, facilities & safety.
(i). What happened about Ghyapan / objections from 2010 ?

Why unjustice with Aam Aadmi of Bharat ?
1. The fourlane for public, the cost recovered from public but no body care & consider the facilities & safety of the public ?
2. If public pay the cost of fourlane then he should know the cost & quality of fourlane, how much amount was realized from public by way of toll tax ?
3. Why public objections regarding facilities and safety was not consider by NHAI & government ?

4. If the cost of fourlane recovered from public then construction company should be answerable to committee which consist of NHAI, State government, Local government, MLA, MP and public (aam aadmi).

On 16 Aug 2015 while enroute from Mhow (M.P) to Aurangabad I was crossing Kalaghat Toll Plaza in my Tata Safari Car along with my family while moving on posting from Mhow to Bengaluru. After I was asked to go after showing my identity card (I am an Army Person). While moving ahead suddenly the barrier dropped and damaged the windscreen of my car which was seriously damaged. I asked the available authorities for help and they said that nothing could be done since it was a Sunday. However, they asked me to write a complaint and copy of which is enclosed. They received the complaint and told me that they would be contacting me on my mobile Number as well as my e mail. Noone has approached me so far.

Hi My native is Villupuram and i am working in Bangalore. It is really painful to travel to my home weekly.As there is no frequent train, I need to opt for bus.The road between krishnagiri and thiruvannamalai is worst and terrible as it is full of potholes. According to my knowledge road laying is in progress for past eight years, but road condition is worsening more as the day goes. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

1. The NH7 bangalore bellary road footpath from Bagalur cross to Palanahalli yelahanka is completely dug by the NHAI from the past 2 months. They have opened the footpath and kept it open also 30% of the service road is blocked by the construction material. There is school and college in that area and five people including 3 students have damaged / injured their legs / hands falling in to the open drain.. Every day we see accidents on this road only because of negligence of Highway Authority. why can't the finish the work past. DO YOU REQUIRE 2 MONTHS TO COMPLETE 100 MTRS FOOT PATH. HOW DO PEOPLE WALK ? WHO WILL ADDRESS THE ISSUES ? BE ALIVE AND CLOSE ATLEAST FROM BAGALUR CROSS TO PALANALLI YELAHANKA ROAD TO AVOID INJURIES / ACCIDENTS AT NIGHT. THE CONTRACTOR NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND. PLS HELP. I am requesting to respective Authorities to take necessary steps ASAP, to save ThousandS of Life.

The project has been started 4-5 years ago and the road condition is even today so horrible. On the other hand the old 2 Lane road between indapur and mangaon is in really nice condition. has NHAI given up the work on this project? it needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

We are to inform you that we are waiting at sAsaram toll plaza for our turn to take ticket in Innova with vehicle no Ap 26 AL1111.infront o[censored]s a lorry was also waiting. The lorry reversed damaging the front portion of the vehicle.during discussion the toll plaza staff colluded wit the lorry driver.they first let the lorry go and not allowed us to go for over five minutes.this helped the lorry to escape. The incident happened on Paranur toll plaza near chengalpattu in tamilnadu. On the night of 20.07.2015, I was returning home with my family including my mother and sister in law, in my car from chengalpattu towards chennai. As I showed my Govt ID card (am a Govt Doctor), the guy within toll booth let me go. As I went yards from the toll booth, 5 people who were in staf[censored]niform, all heavily drunk, surrounded our car, seized my id card, asked me to pay the amount and called me by bad names. I explained I would have paid in the booth itself, if i was asked to pay for it. One supervisor was called he too dint address the situation. They tried to damage my vehicle, and tried to pull me out forcibly. All were recorded in the CCTV camera there. Paying toll amount is not a matter for me, I need the faintest of respect from the staff. I ask the authorities to keep a check on such drunkards/gundas who are threatening the life of common people like me. Is there no protection for people who travel at night? Travelling in night with family has become a nightmare. Toll free complaint number/helpline number has not been displayed in the toll plaza. Helpline number is not printed in the toll ticket. The authorities are flouting the law as they wish, we people who pay our hard earned money are ill treated. I request local police authorities to man the respective toll plazas, to avoid such incidents.

Respecred sir, as you knoee an overbridge is being constructed by nhai( sadhbhav engg.ltd.) at site t.c.p.3 hisar cantt.sir, at this site due to sharp diversion no. of accidents are happening but nhai had taken no steps to check the speed of vehicles except nerely keeping the barricades to navigate the vehicles.ollz do needful

To whom so ever it may concern This is to bring to your kind attention that the NH 58 stretch from UP Border (Near Dilshad Garden) till Mohan Nagar stretch is in a very dilapilated condition and the road is broken at many places with big pot holes due to continuous movement of trucks. Half of the road has been occupied by DMRC due to ongoing metro construction and the rest half is not being maintained by anybody (Neither DMRC nor any other civic agency). The situation gets worsened in the rainy season when the pot holes are filled with water with almost nil space to drive. The entire situation may lead to some mishappening at any moment. Requesting authorities to take care of the road lest some untoward incident takes place.

Sir, Myself is serving in Central Industrial Security Force which comes under Ministry of Home Affairs. Hence it is in the exemption category of NHAI. But on 05.07.2015 at RPTPL Makraoli Toll plaza I was forced to pay toll charges of Rs. 170 for ta and fro ( receipt no. [protected]). It is very strange, if NHAI wants tolls charges from Paramilitary personnel it should amend its exemption list or its staff must act as per rule please.

On nh 17 byepass ( ramanattukara- vengali, calicut, kerala) one of the builder named hi lite city illegally made concrete border on road. This was happened on may 2015. Now the road become narrow.So loat of traffic jam happens. The exact place is palazhi - pala byepass junction.Calicut, kerala. Please do the needful to remove concrete border.

Dear Sir This is to inform you that as per the transport minister Mr, Nitin Gadkari toll tax will pay on any national highway after completion of the total work of highway but at nh 91 the pnc planned to start collecting the toll tax by mid night of 24-june-2015 but a lot of work is still pending on this highway after that they want to collect the toll tax on this highway. I was travelling from Pune to Karad on 21st June 2015 and was horrified to see the pathetic conditions of the roads on either way. M/s. PS Toll Road Pvt. Ltd. charges respectively Rs. 120 & Rs. 85 for Khed Shivapur and Anewadi toll plaza. But they have not at all maintained the roads. There are so many potholes that sometimes our internal roads seems to be better. It is dangerous and my cause fatal accidents. One of my friends already met...

Travelling on Mumbai-Goa Highway(NH 17) I found 2 toll plaza collecting toll tax illegally. One near penn and other near manngaon. This came to my notice on 15/6/15 and 19/6/15. I know for a fact that collection of toll tax has been officially closed at these booths. It is really embarrassing as ignorant tourists are looted. Signs should be put up.

Dear Sir/Mam - I Have a problem when I am Going to Kanpur, PNC Kanpur Highway Ltd Aliyapur Toll Plaza NH-86Km43+500 UP78 CY-8830 in My car no. but this toll plaza my car no. up78 cy 8820 in toll raseed given me this no. when i go to manager Mr. Pravendra Singh & i ask him to give me toll free no of HQ, But he is says that i have no toll free number of NHAI . When I asked him to give me Complain Register for Complain . But He is not provided to me. In Traffic One Vehicle to this plaza pass with in minimum 2 Hour in night. This is regarding the below toll booth- City: Bangalore Location: Bangalore to Tumkur highway (toll booth present immediately after Nagasandra metro station). The toll booth was named "Navayuga". Description of incident: I was on my way from Yeshvantpur to Jindal hospital. An elevated highway started near Peenya and a board was present with clear message "Use the flyover and pay toll OR use the service road and do not pay any toll". I took the service road (road that was present below the flyover). I continued along the service road till Nagasandra metro station. After the Nagasandra metro station, the flyover ended and there was a common toll for traffic that used the flyover and for traffic that used the service road (road below the flyover). I said, I have not used the flyover but they insisted that the service road meant another road and not the road that is present below the flyover. That is, even if somebody uses the road that is present below the flyover are forced to pay toll. I have seen several others complain about this toll booth. Please look into the issue. I am planning to file a RTI.
