National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

It was agreed that on Saturdays & Sundays the toll won't be charged at Kamothe toll plaza, Navi Mumbai. Still the incharge are collecting toll, if we agrue they do not collect & laugh. Could you please look into this & put a hoarding/banner informing that the toll won't be charged on Saturdays & Sundays....

Since 10 year and above, the national highway bridge on Narmada River is in very very bad condition and you Yourself check what is going on? NH 47 Paliyekkara tollbooth Thrissur, KERALA refuse to give exemption of toll fee for ex service man.
They are saying that their is such an act for ex-service man thereby the company forces the ex-service man to pay the tool fee.

In the toll near Electronic city going to Hosur road, the person in the toll gate peeped inside the car and saw that we were a family travelling(and not some authorities).
