The toll opening on Greater Noida had an hour long traffic congestion with an unmoving traffic due to system failure. The manager and staff of the corresponding toll had an unsatisfactory response to the situation. They also refused to free up the traffic after the delay which is a guidelines under NHAI....

The person at Murthal toll plaza misbehaved and talked in an inappropriate manner and even after showing the I'd card and was on duty still he deliberately cut the toll tax by typing the car details in the system.strict action should be taken against it and the same should be informed through email. Nashik-Sinnar Tollways Ltd does not follow the NHAI rules for more than 100meter que and 10 second wait time. There is no 100meter yellow line on either side of toll plaza. Toll plaza employees are misbehaving while asking to follow the NHAI rules. In peak hours, there is long ques and wait time is more than 15 minutes usually, but toll management not opens the gates. Forcefully they charge the toll after waiting in que for more than 15 minutes....
