Vehicle repair inbetween the toll plaza we contact the toll plaza there is nothing action should be taken they contact us but there is no help from toll plaza it is not safest place so that only we need help it is very bad response by toll plaza it is danger place for female and girls so that only we need help nothing response and it makes so delay for responsing us the why having the helpline number plz help people for their needy help don't delay .

    Dear Sir/Madam (NHAI department),
     We, the concerned local residents of Kadambai Village, located in District Tiruvannamalai with a pin code of 606611, NH77(Old NH66), write to bring to your immediate attention the gravely unsafe road conditions in our locality. The residents of our village are enduring severe hardships in transportation due to the alarming state of the interjection roads. We are deeply distressed by the lack of action and consideration from the NHAI department, despite the alarming number of accidents and fatalities that have occurred in recent years.
     We demand an explanation as to why the NHAI department has not taken appropriate measures to address the hazardous road conditions and the lack of safety measures. The past incidents have claimed the lives of numerous innocent individuals, with an estimated death toll exceeding 1000 people. The absence of safety systems and the failure to implement necessary precautions have perpetuated the dangers on our roads.
    Allow us to provide you with a comprehensive account of the unsafe road conditions we currently face:
    1. The main roads and connecting sub-roads in our vicinity are in an extremely dilapidated state, making accidents a daily occurrence. Tragically, past accidents have resulted in fatalities and severe injuries. The lack of appropriate safety systems exacerbates these dangers.
    2. Pedestrians, including school students and senior citizens, encounter immense difficulties when attempting to cross the roads. The narrow curves and uneven terrain obstruct visibility, leading to severe injuries and fatalities. Additionally, two-wheelers and four-wheelers face significant challenges while crossing, resulting in numerous accidents. These hazardous conditions stem from the unsafe road structures and designs, which have disregarded the essential considerations of village intersection sub-roads.
    For instance, a recent accident in the first week of June 2023 involved a collision between two two-wheelers while crossing the road. Tragically, one person, a government employee from the police department, lost their life due to the severity of the injuries sustained. Another father and daughter also suffered moderate injuries due to poor visibility in the curved area and the presence of a slope between two ends.
    3. Although new road construction has taken place, the absence of designated bus stop lanes has resulted in immense difficulties for residents, particularly school students and senior citizens. The absence of proper bus stops has contributed to accidents and increased risks for commuters. Moreover, the lack of adequate lighting at bus stops during nighttime exacerbates safety concerns.
    4. Furthermore, the pending connectivity of village roads to the national highway has become a critical issue. The current implementation does not adhere to NHAI road safety standards, making it challenging for vehicles to turn and cross between the highway and village connecting roads. This deficiency has led to numerous accidents and further highlights the urgency of addressing this matter.
    Given the dire circumstances and the loss of innocent lives, we urgently demand immediate action to rectify the unsafe road conditions in Kadambai Village. We implore the NHAI department to take the following measures:
    A. Conduct a thorough assessment of the road infrastructure in Kadambai Village, prioritizing the repair and improvement of main roads and sub-roads.
    B. Implement comprehensive safety measures, including proper signage, road markings, speed-calming measures, and appropriate safety systems at dangerous intersections.
    C. Enhance visibility by addressing issues such as narrow curves, uneven terrain, and poor lighting to ensure clear sightlines for pedestrians and motorists.
    D. Construct designated bus stop lanes equipped with adequate lighting, prioritizing the safety and convenience of school students and senior citizens.
    E. Accelerate the pending connectivity of village roads to the national highway, adhering to NHAI road safety standards, to facilitate safer and smoother traffic flow.
    We demand immediate answers and assurance that the NHAI department will undertake these critical measures promptly.

      Hi sir/madam,

      On 8th july 2023 I went from tirupur to coimbatore in a car.While crossing kaniyur toll plaza.I had fasttag but in the diaplay it was showing tag blacklisted, I do not have any idea so toll person tried with registration number and said there was low balance, So in that traffic I was stuck and paid double amount 230 rs.So later when I checked the balance was shown 225 rs with account status active.Even though i recharged 500rs.Now the balance was 775rs.When I returned I thought the problem was resolved again but it was shown tag blacklisted again.Again toll person came and checked you have low balance but i showed him the balance he says for me it was showing low I cannot do anything.Then I checked with other lanes more cars and trucks faced same problem some scanned manually othes paid double.This is very wrong.Think this problem persists one full day how much cars and trucks paid double without even knowing them.This is serious cheating the government should takecare.When I asked about problem the irresponsible answers by toll persons are:

      1.You dont have enough balance even though I showed my balance.
      2.your fastag sticker not placed properly.
      3.This is your problem with bank
      4.we cannot do anything
      5.Pay double amount.

      Please take serious action on this.This complaint i raised not for my benefit.Its a biggest corruption.Iam attaching the screenshots please take action.

        Address: Sanwara and panchkula toll plaza located at Chandigarh Shimla Highway

        I submit that I was driving from Chandigarh to Shimla on 17.06.2023 at 05:38:49 AM, the Sanwara toll plaza located on NH 22 (Now NH 5 ) charged the toll fee of Rs. 70 + Rs. 70 ( total Rs. 140 for not having Fastag) for my Swift VXI (registered vide number HP 19 E 8933 in the name of Anshu) even after showing my unique disability card HP[protected] (original). And on my way return on 18.06.2023 at 11:07:58 AM the toll plaza kalka sadan, kalka Shimla road panchkula charged me Rs. 35 + Rs 35 ( Total Rs 70 for not having Fastag). Both time the person sitting on the counter has stated the reason that the UDID card is not valid and vehicle specially modified are exempted only. I submit that in my visit I have passed these toll plaza for two times and have only charged the toll fee one time at each plaza.           Yesterday 07thJul-23 afternoon 01:20PM, i passed from kherki daula toll ( tata nexon Car, no. HR26FB9153)) & pay cash.
          Toll operator deducted 160/- and give me toll slip, when checked later its found that operator given me other vehicle toll slip which mentioned
          1) Wrong amount
          2) Wrong Vehicle no. ( Last 4 digit mentioned 8257)
          3) Time 11:19 AM

          you can plz check footages.

          Also, amount 80/- deducted from my Paytm as well.

          Plz look into this and support me.

              An oversize pit taken for drainage duet remains unfilled after duet construction formed a water filled pond, causing obruction to entire in my property from the last three month.Two families one doctor and an engineer are residing there, having 4 children below the age of 6 years.Vehicles remain kept at the road side.The issue can be solved by simply dumping one or two load of filling earth.Solicited your early attention.

                मैंने KMP पर 2/7/2023 को पंचगांव से फरुखनगर तक यात्रा की थी। एंट्री पर टोल पर स्कैनिंग में दिक्कत आ रही थी, जिसके कारण उन्होंने manual scan किया और बोला कि scan हो गया है, मैने उससे पूछा कि कहीं आगे तो ज्यादा पैसा नही करेगा तो उसने मना कर दिया।जब मैं फरुखनगर से एक्जिट किया तो ok स्कैन हुआ, पर कोई मैसेज नहीं आया। मुझे शाम को ही वापिस आना था तो मैं जब वापिस फरुखनगर से Kmp पर चढ़ा तो स्कैन के टाइम कोई issue नही हुआ और पंचगाँव में भी कोई इश्यू नही हुआ, लेकिन पैसा updown के हिसाब से 20rs कटना था जो की 35rs कटा। फिर 4/7/23 को entry टाइम के पैसे कटने का मैसेज आया।जो कि 135rs था। ऐसा ही मेरे साथ 13/4/23 को हुआ था।जब मैं पंचगांव से राई गया था। और भी 2-3 बार हो चुका है। यहां पर या तो कोई सिस्टम issue है या यहां का स्टाफ जानबूझ कर ऐसा करता है।
                कृपया करके मेरी प्रोब्लम का समाधान करें और जो एक्स्ट्रा अमाउंट कटा है उसे वापिस करें।

                      I have 2 fast tags associated with one vehicle. On 1st june 2023, at mathura toll plaza, toll of 160 rs was collected twice for the same vehicle.

                      Both these were collected for 1 vehicle only.

                        Thanks with regards, I wish to state that I am S.P Rana Chairman of N.G.O. On 20.06.23 I went to Meerut for a meeting with the senior officers of the Administration of Meerut.

                        After finishing the meeting when I was returning from Meerut to Delhi, as I reached the toll tax point of Meerut, I have been harassed financially and mentally by the toll tax staff. I make so many requests that the amount of Rs. 160/- had already been deducted from my account but they are not ready to listen. They charged me double the amount which I paid in cash. That means I paid 3 times instead of once.

                        I humbly request you to take a legal action for natural justice and return the extra money which has been taken from me forcefully by Path India Ltd.

                        I shall be obliged for your kind support.

                          The person at Murthal toll plaza misbehaved and talked in an inappropriate manner and even after showing the I'd card and was on duty still he deliberately cut the toll tax by typing the car details in the system.strict action should be taken against it and the same should be informed through email. The card details are ford ecosport HR04G6542 and time is 0610hrs.

                            Nashik-Sinnar Tollways Ltd does not follow the NHAI rules for more than 100meter que and 10 second wait time. There is no 100meter yellow line on either side of toll plaza. Toll plaza employees are misbehaving while asking to follow the NHAI rules. In peak hours, there is long ques and wait time is more than 15 minutes usually, but toll management not opens the gates. Forcefully they charge the toll after waiting in que for more than 15 minutes.

                              Airtel payment bank made debit freeze of my fastag with tag id 34161FA820328AA205BFE820 for vehicle KL16J7234 on 16 jun 2023 with sms stating "for your safety we have restricted a/c and resuming a/c change mpin...". this unilateral action took me by surprise and it would have caused unnessesary trouble to me and to other fellow toll users had i travelled as I had enough balance. this kind o[censored]nilateral freezing of account is never heard of any where. airtel should be punished for such activity and hefty punishment would desist airtel in repeating such misadventures and it would send other fastag operators as well good message. more over it would ensure healthy operation of overcrowded tolls. the response shall be sent to me to emal [protected]@gmail.com

                                I along with my 3 friends was travelling from Indore to Ujjain on 24th June. We were crossing one of the toll plaza near Dewas on the road (photo attached) when one of the staff behaved very rudely with us. He used improper words and started shouting.

                                When we tried stopping him, he became very aggressive and tried to damage my car by his hand. He was wearing thick bracelet and with that he damaged my front door. The door has dent and scratches.

                                When we tried complaining this to the toll plaza manager, he refused to accept it and started mentioning that "You tried using improper words first and hence this all happened". He even not ready to accept that his person has damaged my front door with his hand and thick bracelet.

                                I tried tweeting this to Mr. Nitin Gadkari on the same day but have not received any response yet.

                                This was around 5.50 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on 24th June.

                                Can I atleast expect justice against this rude and arrogant behavior by toll plaza staff and his manager.

                                    Please remove the toll plaza from bhiwadi Alwar road it is a very big problem for residents of bhiwadi as we have to pay 80 rs for traveling in bhiwadi itself and it's not fine so plese remove the toll or shift it somewhere else
