As i traveling to my office on everyday via Kolapapcheri toll plaza at Vandalur to Minjur Outering road, single trip charge Rs23 return as same day Rs 12 as per toll plaza charge of car, but my case today 25th July 2023 they consider two times of single trip on same day that means Rs 23+23 = 46 charge how it is doing this kind of mistaken..

I am Rajeev Kumar S/o Sh. Nobat Rai having a vehicle (HR28H8876). Sir on dated 27/05/2023 i am start my journey on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway from Faridabad (Kail-Gaon Side). I was crossed the Kiranj Toll Plaza on 27/05/2023 16:12:19 and take entry on KMP Expressway from Khalilpur Toll plaza. I was exit on Nuh Toll Plaza on time 16:27:58 only after 15 minutes from Kiranj Toll Plaza.
Sir the distance from Khalilpur Toll...

There are 2 tolls plazas within 30 kms of distance at NH 49 between Jharsuguda (odisha) & raigarh (chhattisgarh)

There are two Toll plazas in NH 49 between Jharsuguda ( odisha) to raigarh (chhattisgarh) . The total distance between these till plazas are exactly 30 kms . People travelling regularly between these cities are paying 2 times till tax everyday. The minimum distance between two toll plazas as per declaration should be 60 kms.

This is to inform you that, I am living in PHILLAUR (144410) near to lodhowal toll plaza (Ludhiana) Punjab.
I have a new car and having all the documents like Aadhar Card, Passport, provisional REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE issued by govt. for monthly pass but toll plaza is not issuing me monthly passas I am resident under 5KM radius.
They told your Registration number is not showing online but they have to understand it will take time to get original RC from transport office and I am providing them provisional RC which is also a valid document issued by government department.

Request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my monthly pass.

Dear NHAI Team.

Our Car Punchered on NH 352 Highway near Dighal Toll Plaza and We call the Toll Free No 1033 and They Confirmed For Providing Services on the 5-10 Minutes But After waiting For One and Half hours We Repair The Car From A Local Mechanic on 2:30 PM due to Non Availability of Spare Part with Us by Paying Huge amount of Service Charge.
But According to the Rules and Regulations Of NHAI, They have Responsible for Providing Services on NH, But They Failed in their Responsibility Beyond we Paid the Toll Plaza Charge on Dighal Toll Plaza.

So Kindly Look In this Matter and Provide Compensation.

There are so many pits and erosions along whole length of the road right from Etawah to Kanpur which makes the trip very uncomfortable and painful while you are getting toll tax regularly. now, is your duty to collect the revenue only and have no concern with the facility to be provided to the subscribers. Is it not the breach of contract? Should I go to the consumer court to get the relief ? Why cant you take proper care of your damaged highway roads?

Dear sir,
I am have no lower limbs due to spinal cord injury and I have my vehicle been registered under invalid carriage with Tenkasi RTO. Yesterday I went for checkup to hospital to Nagercoil via Tirunelveli Nanguneri Toll gate, but the staff were not allowing me to pass through toll gate even after showing my ID card, RC book and asked rudely to pay Fast tag fees which hurted emotional very much. The staffs were indiscipline and asked to mandatary pay the fees or said will not allow further.
They told it's NHAI orders recently applied from last 2 months and have to report to police station about my vehicle.
I have found no trouble or problems with other toll gate but only this toll gate staff behaving like this.
I have gone through your website also it's states that Physically handicapped persons can reap the benefits of non payment o[censored]ser fees upon production of valid ID Card.
Sir, with kind dignity I am requesting you to kindly direct the staff members to behave properly and all allow such vehicles without any trouble or problems.

I took from my car which no. is HR51X0026 Breeza Eastern Peripherial Expressway from Maujpur toll plaza in Ballabhgarh, Haryana towards Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza in Greater Noida on 17.07.2023. My fastag did'nt work on toll (due to technical problem) so i asked for entry slip (which was'nt returned to me) and reached to Fatehpur Rampur, Greater Noida and due to low balance i recharge my fastag quickly and ask for toll deduction in mean time a person on toll plaza supervisor or anyelse post (don't know the name but from local village- Ghangola) use abusive language (aise hi samjha hai humein...tere jaise bahut dekhe hai...aja abhi dekh leta hun) and behave like a goons due to these types of persons no one feel safe on highways and big threat to the safety of highway travellers and after all that he processed the toll collection process. It take time to know how much he charged because of delay in message from Airtel fastag company. Next Morning i received a message of Rs.170 (Transaction id-FT[protected], Dt.17.07.2023) toll deduction on Fatehpur Rampur toll plaza in Greater Noida which is Rs.55 from Maujpur toll plaza. I confirm intentionally he deducts more money to harrass. In India eveyone knows toll plaza's have goons as supervisor or anyelse post and the threatened the people's. Please look for that man and take strict action against him so anyone can't trouble the travellers on road and drive in peaceful and safe environment.

Here in Himachal Pradesh pandoah to takoli roads are completely damaged due to floods and they are collecting tolls without providing proper road

My land is located near National Highway 8, Gaddi Thorian Naya Nagar Beawar, near the highway in Beawar, shops have been constructed from Ajmer Bye Pass to Udaipur Bye Pass, for which officials come from Beawar toll when construction is done. And by doing some transactions they allow the construction to be done and while doing so, there has been encroachment at some place and the road land has been encroached upon. Is.
You are requested to remove the encroachment and work for the benefit of all and provide relief to me and the general public.

This a complaint about parking many vehicles and accident vehicles in service road from santhosh nagar colony to Honda showroom in kurnool.they don't even bother about running vehicles and traffic jams.
Please do the needful by clearing everyday including Sunday

The toll opening on Greater Noida had an hour long traffic congestion with an unmoving traffic due to system failure. The manager and staff of the corresponding toll had an unsatisfactory response to the situation. They also refused to free up the traffic after the delay which is a guidelines under NHAI.

I had Rs.2603 in my fastag wallet..Mathur toll plaza in chennai stopped me and verbally abused me for around 5 mins not reading my fastag properly.(. PY05J4142..later I received message that Rs.45 was deducted from my fastag amount long back..Mathur toll plaza Dont even know that they have deducted my amount already, but stopped me for no reason and started verbally abusing me..please ask them to change their reading machines properly sir/madam..thank you

Sir Gopal Swaroop resident Jaunti Delhi 81, Sir I want to draw attention towards the corruption happened on Kundli Manesar toll road, my vehicle is DL8CAA 8062. In 4 july 2023 time 23:09:55 booth no 13 operator tc1544 entered on western peripheral from kundli and got down from kharkhoda peepli toll, whose toll is Rs 35 or 40 but I was charged Rs 255, this happened to me many times . So now I am fed up and informing you

Vehicle repair inbetween the toll plaza we contact the toll plaza there is nothing action should be taken they contact us but there is no help from toll plaza it is not safest place so that only we need help it is very bad response by toll plaza it is danger place for female and girls so that only we need help nothing response and it makes so delay for responsing us the why having the helpline number plz help people for their needy help don't delay .

 We, the concerned local residents of Kadambai Village, located in District Tiruvannamalai with a pin code of 606611, NH77(Old NH66), write to bring to your immediate attention the gravely unsafe road conditions in our locality. The residents of our village are enduring severe hardships in transportation due to the alarming state of the interjection roads. We are deeply distressed by the lack of action and consideration from the NHAI department, despite the alarming number of accidents and fatalities that have occurred in recent years.
 We demand an explanation as to why the NHAI department has not taken appropriate measures to address the hazardous road conditions and the lack of safety measures. The past incidents have claimed the lives of numerous innocent individuals, with an estimated death toll exceeding 1000 people. The absence of safety systems and the failure to implement necessary precautions have perpetuated the dangers on our roads.
Allow us to provide you with a comprehensive account of the unsafe road conditions we currently face:
1. The main roads and connecting sub-roads in our vicinity are in an extremely dilapidated state, making accidents a daily occurrence. Tragically, past accidents have resulted in fatalities and severe injuries. The lack of appropriate safety systems exacerbates these dangers.
2. Pedestrians, including school students and senior citizens, encounter immense difficulties when attempting to cross the roads. The narrow curves and uneven terrain obstruct visibility, leading to severe injuries and fatalities. Additionally, two-wheelers and four-wheelers face significant challenges while crossing, resulting in numerous accidents. These hazardous conditions stem from the unsafe road structures and designs, which have disregarded the essential considerations of village intersection sub-roads.
For instance, a recent accident in the first week of June 2023 involved a collision between two two-wheelers while crossing the road. Tragically, one person, a government employee from the police department, lost their life due to the severity of the injuries sustained. Another father and daughter also suffered moderate injuries due to poor visibility in the curved area and the presence of a slope between two ends.
3. Although new road construction has taken place, the absence of designated bus stop lanes has resulted in immense difficulties for residents, particularly school students and senior citizens. The absence of proper bus stops has contributed to accidents and increased risks for commuters. Moreover, the lack of adequate lighting at bus stops during nighttime exacerbates safety concerns.
4. Furthermore, the pending connectivity of village roads to the national highway has become a critical issue. The current implementation does not adhere to NHAI road safety standards, making it challenging for vehicles to turn and cross between the highway and village connecting roads. This deficiency has led to numerous accidents and further highlights the urgency of addressing this matter.
Given the dire circumstances and the loss of innocent lives, we urgently demand immediate action to rectify the unsafe road conditions in Kadambai Village. We implore the NHAI department to take the following measures:
A. Conduct a thorough assessment of the road infrastructure in Kadambai Village, prioritizing the repair and improvement of main roads and sub-roads.
B. Implement comprehensive safety measures, including proper signage, road markings, speed-calming measures, and appropriate safety systems at dangerous intersections.
C. Enhance visibility by addressing issues such as narrow curves, uneven terrain, and poor lighting to ensure clear sightlines for pedestrians and motorists.
D. Construct designated bus stop lanes equipped with adequate lighting, prioritizing the safety and convenience of school students and senior citizens.
E. Accelerate the pending connectivity of village roads to the national highway, adhering to NHAI road safety standards, to facilitate safer and smoother traffic flow.
We demand immediate answers and assurance that the NHAI department will undertake these critical measures promptly.

Hi sir/madam,

On 8th july 2023 I went from tirupur to coimbatore in a car.While crossing kaniyur toll plaza.I had fasttag but in the diaplay it was showing tag blacklisted, I do not have any idea so toll person tried with registration number and said there was low balance, So in that traffic I was stuck and paid double amount 230 rs.So later when I checked the balance was shown 225 rs with account status active.Even though i recharged 500rs.Now the balance was 775rs.When I returned I thought the problem was resolved again but it was shown tag blacklisted again.Again toll person came and checked you have low balance but i showed him the balance he says for me it was showing low I cannot do anything.Then I checked with other lanes more cars and trucks faced same problem some scanned manually othes paid double.This is very wrong.Think this problem persists one full day how much cars and trucks paid double without even knowing them.This is serious cheating the government should takecare.When I asked about problem the irresponsible answers by toll persons are:

1.You dont have enough balance even though I showed my balance.
2.your fastag sticker not placed properly.
3.This is your problem with bank
4.we cannot do anything
5.Pay double amount.

Please take serious action on this.This complaint i raised not for my benefit.Its a biggest corruption.Iam attaching the screenshots please take action.
