The person at Murthal toll plaza misbehaved and talked in an inappropriate manner and even after showing the I'd card and was on duty still he deliberately cut the toll tax by typing the car details in the system.strict action should be taken against it and the same should be informed through email. The card details are ford ecosport HR04G6542 and time is 0610hrs.

Nashik-Sinnar Tollways Ltd does not follow the NHAI rules for more than 100meter que and 10 second wait time. There is no 100meter yellow line on either side of toll plaza. Toll plaza employees are misbehaving while asking to follow the NHAI rules. In peak hours, there is long ques and wait time is more than 15 minutes usually, but toll management not opens the gates. Forcefully they charge the toll after waiting in que for more than 15 minutes.

Airtel payment bank made debit freeze of my fastag with tag id 34161FA820328AA205BFE820 for vehicle KL16J7234 on 16 jun 2023 with sms stating "for your safety we have restricted a/c and resuming a/c change mpin...". this unilateral action took me by surprise and it would have caused unnessesary trouble to me and to other fellow toll users had i travelled as I had enough balance. this kind o[censored]nilateral freezing of account is never heard of any where. airtel should be punished for such activity and hefty punishment would desist airtel in repeating such misadventures and it would send other fastag operators as well good message. more over it would ensure healthy operation of overcrowded tolls. the response shall be sent to me to emal [protected]@gmail.com

I along with my 3 friends was travelling from Indore to Ujjain on 24th June. We were crossing one of the toll plaza near Dewas on the road (photo attached) when one of the staff behaved very rudely with us. He used improper words and started shouting.

When we tried stopping him, he became very aggressive and tried to damage my car by his hand. He was wearing thick bracelet and with that he damaged my front door. The door has dent and scratches.

When we tried complaining this to the toll plaza manager, he refused to accept it and started mentioning that "You tried using improper words first and hence this all happened". He even not ready to accept that his person has damaged my front door with his hand and thick bracelet.

I tried tweeting this to Mr. Nitin Gadkari on the same day but have not received any response yet.

This was around 5.50 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on 24th June.

Can I atleast expect justice against this rude and arrogant behavior by toll plaza staff and his manager.

Please remove the toll plaza from bhiwadi Alwar road it is a very big problem for residents of bhiwadi as we have to pay 80 rs for traveling in bhiwadi itself and it's not fine so plese remove the toll or shift it somewhere else

I have gone to Thoothukudi before 2 weeks. But now PUDURPANDIYAPURAM TOLL has debited Rs:40/- today(24/06/2023) (11:29 Pm).so I'm kindly requesting you to check and solve the issue.

Our car is home from past two months not moved an inch from my home in village. But don't know toll deducted.

With reference to the subject above I would like to inform you that my account was debited for Rs65 on 21.6.2023 by madanpur toll plaza(reference no-0010032306212311162416) and Rs45 was deducted on 22.6 2023 showing that I have crossed Galia toll plaza on22.06.2023(reference no-378012001220623032927).However both the transaction has been unauthorized transaction and I haven't crossed d mention toll gate with the above mentioned time
This is for your information that I have passed through the toll plaza on 21.6.2023 at 6:05 pm and Rs130 was deducted as toll fee which was the authorised amount to be deducted.The other two transactions of Rs65 and Rs45 was unauthorized deduction.
Moreover waiting time at the mentioned toll plaza was more than 5 minutes and when I requested the staff to expedite, they misbehaved with me informing that no fixed waiting time is mentioned as per NHAI rules at toll plaza.
I request you to kindly refund my amount at the earliest and take action against the toll plaza immediately.
Otherwise I will be compelled to approach court for justice.
There has been several complaints in the past against the same toll plaza for unauthorized deduction.

Please also note that waiting time at toll plaza was more than 5minutes even where there was no rush.When I asked toll employees to expedite, they misbehaves with me saying that there are no such waiting time fixed in toll plaza.

If matter not solved at the earliest I will be compelled to take the matter to the court.There has been previous complaint by the customers in recent times for unauthorized deduction.Plz look into it on priority basis.

Due to Toll plaza payment gate way. The required amount has been deducted from vehicle. But System not showing in Toll Booth. After More than 5 minutes wait I'm asking for Responding Officer. Which is Not available At site. Security Behaving Like They are not Passing the vehicle. Saying that Go back and Come in Another Lane for Tarrife Payment.

I was travelling in car KL49M1959 today 21/06/2023 from palakkad to kochi . At 7.48 am I crossed palliyakara toll which is thrissur District of kerala state. Rs 90 was deducted from my account as I crossed the toll. The one of the staff threw a drum I front of my car as if I did not pay the toll amount. My front bumper got damaged. Photo is attached for reference. As I was travelling urgently for an hospital case I did not stop for an argument with the staff.
I had heard lot about this kind of goondalism in palliyaraka toll today I witnessed it.
Please take strict action against the staff and please arrange Rs3000 for my bumper repair.

The government is claiming a remarkable completion of 344km of NH-7 but I want to know that making a toll gate completes the highway.
Their is service no these road, no proper demarcation are their. If you try to complaint at the roll boths, the government or the thekedars have placed Gundas over there. Even the toll gate has no markings, no yellow lines, no proper management of cash lines and fast tag, no clearance of traffic if time is plus, no notification of rates, no information of changes in rates.

Hi, i was in a cab n crossing badarpur border toll tax booth. But the server was this slow that it took 10min to complete the process and which messed up my schedule as i have catch the train.

There are potholes on service road at Bavdhan, Pune. The exact location is marked on the attached map FYI.

Pls address as monsoon is near and these potholes will create issue as lot of school buses ply from this service road.

INR 120 toll paid from IDFC FIRST Bank Tag 3XXXD500 for vehicle no. AP05AB7288 at ANAAZ on 13/06/23 04:48. Avbl. Bal.: INR290.
How is that possible when I crossed Gadanki at 5.00 pm on 12-6-23 and returned after 10.30pm same day to collect onward ₹120 at 04.48 am 13th?
Where is ANAAZ ?

Kindly remove or shift kherki daula toll plaza as it coming between residential area. Due to which long traffic jams and high pollution which is affecting habitat area. Gurgaon people had already paid toll amount for 15 years

Concession is available at all toll plazas across India on showing your identity card by a soldier of the Indian Army. But Ganaur (Sonipat, Haryana) toll plaza is the only toll plaza where they are not given exemption and they are also misbehaved with them. I request you to look into this matter. You will be very kind. An Indian soldier.
