Toll tax Rs.130 deducted from my Paytm balance against AS12H1018 without visiting Madanpur Toll Plaza on 26th October, 2023.

I m gone through khondali toll plaza i have balance in my fastag account and it is debited also but toll manager said you have to pay by cash because it is not showing in our system and i paid 120 rs cash and 60 rs also cut through my fastag account. So instead of 60 rs i have to paid 180 rs means 120 rs extra because of toll system not working. Its toll plaza fault that i have to go through.so refund my 120 rs of toll.

I am a fast tag holder from Air tel Payment Bank. My vehicle number is KA09MB9708. My mobile number is [protected]..
On 28.09.2023, during my travel from Mysuru to Bangalore, I have found in the first toll plaza near Srirangapatna, that my fast tag was not functioning. When enquired with the toll authorities, I was told that my fast tag is blocked and I was forced to pay double the toll amount. Whereas the toll amount is Rs.155.00, I was forced to pay Rs.310.00.

Again, on the same day 28.09.2023, when I was passing through the second toll from Mysuru to Bangalore, near Bidadi, the toll authorities informed me that my fast tag is blocked and instead of paying Rs.165.00 toll fee, I was forced to pay double the toll fee of Rs.330.00.
Later, on reaching Bangalore, I had checked the balance in my fast tag account with Air tel Payment Bank and found that the balance in my fast tag account was Rs.415.00.
In the meantime, I have recharged my air tel fast tag account on 02.10.2023 for Rs.10.00 and Rs.50.00 which was duly accepted in my fast tag account.
On 07.10.2023, I had passed through the Ramanagara toll plaza. The toll authorities again informed me that my fast tag account is blocked and therefore, instead of paying the normal toll fee of RTs.165.00, I was forced to pay the double the fee of Rs.330.00
I do not understand. as to how my fast tag account was blocked without any reason and without any intimation to me. There appears to be a serious service deficiency either with NHAI or with Airtel payment Bank.o and because of which, I was forced to pay fine without my mistake.

In the meantime, I have called upon your toll free number of Airtel Pyament Bank regarding fast tag complaint. I was informed by the customer care that the fast tag account is not blocked and is active.

I, therefore, request you to take up this matter seriously, and let me know the reason for this untoward incident caused and suitable action is to be initiated to compensate my loss. Please note, in case your reply is not satisfactory, I am constrained to refer the matter to higher authorities. I have enclosed herewith the toll plaza receipts

On a single journey to Mysore form Bangalore, Rs.165 is charged at Kaniminike toll and additional Rs.155 is charged on Gananguru Toll plaza near Mysore. Please clarify on this.
The Single toll which has multiple names that Sheshagirihalli Toll plaza and Kaniminike toll plaza. Clarify this also.

I have to wait more than 5 minutes and pay the toll amount using my UPI ID, I have working FAST TAG on my car TS15FD3236. The Amount I paid is 130 rupees. Please refund the amount and please install working FAST TAG readers

I am writing to bring your immediate attention to a serious concern regarding the ongoing road construction activities on National Highway 66 in Kannur, specifically in Edakkad. The current situation has resulted in severe dust pollution. Additionally, there is a lack of cover in the construction area, exacerbating the problem. I urgently request that you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure a safer and cleaner environment for the local residents.

Over the past weeks, the accumulation of sand and construction waste on the road sides has reached alarming levels. The sand has formed large mounds, resembling mountains, and every passing vehicle or gust of wind raises an enormous amount of dust into the air. The resulting dust pollution has become unbearable, causing serious discomfort and health hazards to the community.

Furthermore, it has come to my attention that there is a complete absence of cover in the construction area. Without any protective covering or measures to contain the dust and debris, it spreads freely into the surrounding areas, affecting the air quality and creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians, motorists, and nearby residents.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I trust that you will act promptly to resolve these pressing concerns and restore a clean and safe environment for the residents of Kannur.

This is to bring to your kind notice that Srinivasa Edifice Pvt Ltd., the contractor of NH - 167AD - Macherla to Dachepalli has their concrete mixing and facilities plant located just adjacent to my agricultural land in Rayavaram village, Macherla mandal, Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. They are discharging drainage water continuously into my agricultural land, damaging the crop and the land's fertility severely for over 1 acre. The workers working in their plant are throwing alcohol bottles, cigarette packs, and all the garbage into my agricultural land. We have complained about the same to the AGM of the firm, but they are taking it in a lighter vein.

I am an old poor farmer. This is the only agricultural land I have and is my only source of livelihood. I kindly request you to address my grievance and see that an amount of Rs.35, 000 is paid to me by the contractor as a compensation for the loss I have incurred in the farm of damaged crop, loss of fertility of the agricultural land by over 1 acre.

I was asked by the toll plaza staff to provide cash for passing through the toll gate even though I had fastag balance . I passed through the same plaza an hour ago and they told me initially I didn't have balance and then checked again and let me through . When I came back after an hour they told me I didn't have balance and made me pay 120rs .

This toll plaza is located on the container road that extends from Cheranallur . I have added the address below

We are continuously facing traffic issues in the Hazira area where illegal parking of Container trailers and blockage of service roads due to parking of trailers since the Adani PORT has opened.
all the working staff is being affected resulting increase in travel time by 30 minutes more than the average time.
There were recently fatal accidents were happened due to this traffic and rage truck drivings.

There is only 1 single route from Hazira to the city area which is at high risk when there is an emergency, People will not be able to reach due to such traffic conditions.
it is not even controllable by POLICE as the rush is too high.

Request your support to plan an alternate route for ADANI Port traffic which will help to reduce traffic.

There is service required at NH 7 near Dyalpura Road Zirakpur.

This strech is from Airport lights on patiala road till VIP Road traffic light on NH 7.

Please let us know by when this will be made.

Mud and stones on this road can become the cause of a major accident.

Road conditions are not at all suitable for driving. In such situations collecting toll is completely unjustified.

I crossed Badarpur toll plaza from Delhi to Faridabad, last lane on the right has taken cash from all the cars stating that the fastag is blacklisted. How can all the cars be blacklisted.? You need to get the machines tested. They deducted through fastag as well. They took 70 rs cash and deducted amount from fastag.

There is sign board on NH152 before chandlana road when coming from ambala to narnaul. The sign board placed for the direction of pundri is wrong instead of pundri it should be dhand. It causes alot of inconvenience for the people.

Sir my vehicle ts19h0112 travelled from mancherial to bellampalli the road is under construction still they are collecting high toll fee for regular toll road users.please resolve the issue and save human rights

I have a received a transaction details for my journey used my car No: TN63Q8645 on 29.09.2023 at 11.07.47
Plaza: Samayapuram Toll Plaza
Charge deducted from my HDFC account: RS 55 and remaining balance amount available: 579.13.

My complaint: I did not travel on the above said date and time to Trichy-Samayapuram.
My car was used on the said day for office purpose in Karaikudi only.

I have complained to Customer escalation
and they supplied ticket no: 717408 and also asked me Full RC copy and vehicle image (front and side) and transaction date.

my question is without used my car with fastag, can deduct money from my fastag account by nhai, how?

It is requested that immediately take action, otherwise i will go for legal action againt samayapuram toll plaza and HDFC Fastag account.

Today 2.10.23 i have passed through Dahisar toll plaza time 07.58.09 with my car number MH 04 FA 3668 & toll was deducted from fast tag account 45 Rs normally it has to be deducted Rs 40 . but Rs 5 extra debited . request to refund the same .

I have received the communication that I have cross the Daulatpura toll Plaza at 12:02 PM as on 29th Septemeber 2023 and INR 70 has been deduced at 01:32 PM from my Paytm Wallet. but as the car was standing in my house at Jaipur . It is appalling to note that the functioning of the said toll plaza, how a Fastag can be read at a toll plaza when the vehicle has not showed up.

This smells of some wrong way of functioning or mal practice. It is a serious matter as it can put the vehicle owner to serious problems.

The highway between Medchal (Hyderabad) and Manoharabad is very bad. There are lot of repair works going on at multiple stretches causing inconvenience to travelers. Lot of accidents also are happening because of this. It is very unfair to collect toll on this poorly maintained highway.

This week I had to travel to Bhilwara using NH 27 and NH 758. Highway between Aroli Toll Plaza and Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza is badly damaged for approx 30 Kms. the road is so much damaged that its not possible to drive at a speed of more than 20 Kms/hour. I have been charged toll of Rs.40 each on Aroli and Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza on 24.09.2023. Similarly on 21.09.2023 I have been charged Rs.75/- on Dhaneshwar Toll Plaza (6:58 PM) and Rs.80/- at Aroli Toll Plaza (6:19 Pm) (Vehicle No RJ20CC 5121)

I Demand reversal of the above toll collections against deficient services provided. The washrooms provided at the toll plazas are also not hygienic and clean.
