Road quality is very poor on nh27 from kota to baran, and toll tax rates are very high, there are pits and holes everywhere, if accident happens due to such larges pits who is responsible??? Public is suffering, we are not able to drive properly, the is booth for collecting toll tax, if roads can not be repaired, then don't take tax at least so we can repair our vehicle at least...

I travelled from gurgaon highway 48 to palwal on 08/04/2019 through western paripal expressway while I entered to western paripal expressway at panchgaon the entry toll.was under construction as not operational so i passed gate through thinking that may unter trial so free passge provided
while on exit point before palwal, they have asked for entry slip which was Not operational and not provided they charged for 85 km of full stress...

Dear sir,

The above mentioned truck is passing every day in nallur toll plaza no. 168001 in tamil nadu, the truck no. Tn23ap 5446.
You are charging rs 262/- while passing the toll and while returning again rs 262/-, which you are supposed to charge only rs 132/-.
This has happened always in this toll to the mentioned truck and the same toll is crossed by my other trucks which charged with correct fees.

Sbi fast tag has stopped recharge of tags for kyc. All the documents were deposited while issuing fast tag but they have blocked top up and also charging fees 150 rs for kyc again. Also the site shows limited kyc and full kyc with same documents.

Kesara toll plaza is located in between vijawada-hyderabad on nh 65. It is having one fast tag lane and 3 general lanes. But most of the times of the 3 general lanes it will operate 2 lanes only so that there will be always long queue. I request you to please look into this matter and do the needful. They will always put some barricades on one of the lanes so that generally there will be long waiting period on other 2 lanes....

There is always u will find long ques in both the sides.
It takes 10-20 minutes to pass the plaza.

I was travelling today and crossing toll plaza karnal.. At around 1110 hrs.... I showed my i card to the collector... But he denied saying that this is taxi so not exempted from anything.. Finally my driver paid the toll and then only we were allowed to cross toll. Please take appropriate action according. As per the dir from your hq any vehicle carrying defence person is exempted from toll....

I was traveling in swift dzire car towards pune and stopped to pay the toll. Toll amount was 90 rs and i gave 500 rs note. There was huge queue as the time was around 5 pm evening on sunday 16th dec. The Borkhedi (Nagpur ByPass) NH-7 Of Madhya Pradesh toll plaza has increased the toll rate by previous Rs-95 to Rs-115 for single journey(Car/Jeep/Van) by 15 Aug. I don't found any updated notification on NHAI website regarding the same.

Is this hike is legal?

Also what development has been done for the 35 Km road to increase the rate by such margin?...

This is regarding the two tax.Here the system is always having issues. You always have to wait for at least 15 minutes. There is written "penalty of 500 RS as per government of India in case a non tag vehicle goes into tag lane". But it is never working, a person manually handles as stop bar doesn't work always. And the priority to them always goes through this lane even if it is a non tag vehicle.
If this rule is to be followed...
