This refers to the policy no. 250500/48/08/[protected] in the name of my mother Mrs. Radha Narayanan with National Insurance Company.

She had undergone cataract surgery on 14/02/2009. On 26/02/2009, I had put up my claim through Heritage Health Services Pvt Ltd.

As per the policy, claims are supposed to be settled within 45 days. Now almost three months have passed, still the claim is not settled.

Packet no.gkl613900 sent by Mr.Ganapathy.M.M on 23.05.2009 to National insurance Co.ltd, Bantwal branch. The packet is not delivered as on 25.05.2009. I have contacted your office and they are not able to locate the packet till now . This is the 3rd time our packets which are sent from Gonikoppal is misplaced or sent to wrong destinations.
