Subject: Complaint: Insurance Claim for policy number. 271700/31/11/[protected].
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with regards to my insurance claim on the above mentioned Car policy.
On the outset I would like to express my complete displeasure in dealing with your company for recovering my claim money for more than six months now, which incidentally is not still recovered.
I have been following up on the payment since July, each time I was given a certain commitment and not delivered. In the month of January when I called to follow up on the status of my claim, your office informed me that the cheque is ready and will be dispatched to my currant office address in Hyderabad. The Cheque was supposed to be dispatched by registered post. Hence, assuming it would take further 7 days more I called your office after 10 days and I was informed that, your records shows that the cheque is dispatched by registered post on the 5th January and should have reached me. It is very obvious that if I had received the cheque, I would have made a call to your office to thank them and not to ask them about the status on my cheque. I also went to the local post office here and reconfirmed whether they have received any post in my name. However, the search was all in vein. Now your office assumes that the cheque has been lost in transit and wants me to send a letter of Indemnity on a Non judicial Stamp paper and send it to your office by only post which they will start processing my payment through electronic transfer, which in turn will take another 15 days more post receipt of the indemnity bond.
Out of sheer frustration I have complained about this on your website under the Grievance tab, to which I yet have not got any response. Hence, I got even more frustrated and complaint on the consumer forum website, which was again not responded to. Hence, I am now completely convinced that you are a very cash rich company and do not really care about customer service and their sentiments. It is also obvious that troubling customers for their claim till the customer gives up finally would have been a contribution for you to become a cash rich company.
As spoken to you, I have no choice but depend on your mercy and hence, I am sending the indemnity bond with very less hope even at this time to receive my claim.
Well it is needless to mention that I will not dare to recommend your company for any of my family, friends or corporate clients as unlike you, I am very concerned about my reputation and would not like any one to blame me for any incident s that happens with them such as mine. I would rather propagate my experience to all of them so that they know as to what reality they would go through in future.

    A Simple way to cheat the 13 year old Customer . A claim worth 3.3 Lakhs is only settled at 1.47 without justification. The TPA is considering the knee problem as pre-existing

    The Company provides no policy details at the Time of issuance of Policy. Also Mr Grish at RO, Jhandewalan advised to Senior authorities as he cannot do any thing in this regards. also he said that he cannot send the detailed policy with every cover note.

      My Policy No.MI[protected] reg. no.RJ-14-CK-2812 Rs.16081/- along with bills were submitted by me dtd.[protected]. Three to four times we visited the M.I. branch office but still today is[protected] my claim has been not issued. I request you to pls. issue my claim as early as possible. I will be obiliged.

        This is regarding renewal policy which I had done for "National Insurance Company Ltd." under the name of Laxmi Vishankumar Marothiya on 04/10/2010, but have not received any policy renewal confirmation yet.Below is the email I sent to their customer care Bajaj capital(Pimpri branch), but have not received any reply from their side yet.Please let us know the course of action to be taken on it.

          I and my family are insured by this company under mediclaim under policy number420700/48/09/[protected]. My family is having the medical insurance cover for the last 6 years and have never claimed for any disease. But last year my wife Madhu Kundra underwent Laser Surgery for GLUCOMA from GLUCOMA IMAGING CENTRE DELHI 0n 27/11/2010 The information for which was given to VIPUL MEDI. CORP. PVT. LTD. vide information number C01B01GIG10947 well in advance on the same day. The case for tho Rs 7724 was also submitted well in time. But till now i have neither received the amount and nor any information.
          So please help me in getting the claim.

            Dear Sir,

            My Toyota Corolla car No. HR26AE6051 had met with an accident on 9-9-2011 ,and I sent my car for repair to AAdi Motors pvt.ltd.,In gurgaon.I sent the insurance company all the claim forms and the necessary documents attached with it to the company as requested by them.Firstly it took more than 32 days from the date from which the claim was passed by the surveyor at the site where i gave the car for repair.

            I had to litreally run behind the company to get my claim as they were trying to disconnect any communication I was trying to make with them either through phone calls or emails for which I have a complete record.

            My driving Licence was also valid and appropriate while the company tried to take out all excuses and tell me that my driving licence was not appropriate to get the claim and it was a fake one.I have the same driving licence photocopies which I have given to all the govt.departments for my various jobs.This delayed my claim even more as they verified by originality from the gurgaon licencing authority and took a written permission from them statimng that my licence was genuine and it turned out to be genuine as I already told them.

            I have taken the Insurance in the name of my company M/S. Cee Em Exports Pvt.Ltd.,512 deepshikha building,Rajendra Place,new delhi-110008,India.

            I have got the claim of Rs.8800 INR.in a form of a cheque from the insurance company.

            Complaint:Firstly,I would like you to compensate me with the troubled caused to me due to my driving licence originality delay,Secondly the 32 day periodthat was lapsed from the date when the surveyoy had passed the claim on my car,Thirdly the rude behaviour in which I was treated by the company.

            Note:All the unnecesarry delays caused had lapsed the 32 day period of getting my claim refund and the claim refund that i got was lesser then the amount that i was told by the company ill get.

            Urgent-My claim should be more then rs.8800 INR.Pls look into this matter immediately ASAP AND GET BACK TO ME.

            I have all the necessary documents to prove my authenticity.

                Dear Sir,
                I ( Deepak Kumar) have taken insurance for my car HR26AM 0903 from National Insurance company from last three. I have claim for my vehicle first time in the month of August from insurance company for cashless, but they refused and replied that they will pay by cheque after submission of all related document.
                We have taken my car by full payment to Vipul Motors according their promise they will pay by cheque within seven days.

                Now two month gone they have not paid anything, and they are not ready to listen any thing.
                I have discussed with Mr. Spra, always getting negative response.

                    I am a lower middle class man employed in a private job. Gall bladder operation has done on 16th May 2011 in South Suburban Clinic Pvt. Ltd. of 67, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata – 700038 and expenses made by own by taken a loan from office.

                    I had filed a claim for my operation with the TPA GENINS INDIA TPA LTD of National Insurance Company Limited on 10 June 2011 for INR 34592.00. As per website report of GENINS INDIA it is showing INR 34474 has been sanctioned, cheque also prepared and sent it to National Insurance office, Divn. XVIII, 6, Lyons Range, Kolkata – 700 001

                    Unfortunately more than three months has passed and my agent personal visit I am not getting response from the TPA agent or the branch. I have also recorded a e-grievance at National Insurance website vide their reference no. GRI[protected]. No reply has come.

The undersigned regrets to inform that if the public authority of such esteem financial institution takes the grievance of the consumer/holder so lightly and even refuses to hear the difficulty of the holder/consumer and behaves them with an attitude of humiliation it would be difficult for a bona fide holder to submit their grievance.                           Thank you for settlement of my Husband claim of Rs.80,000/- ( incl.Cashless ).From your claim settlement letter I understood that you settle the claim on the basis of Total Sum Insured Rs.1 lac against Varistha Mediclaim Policy issued by the National Insurance Company, Burdwan Branch.

                          MYSELF Mrs. Maya Roy, aged 59.years is covered under Individual Mediclaim Policy issued by your Burdwan Branch of your Company along with my late husband, Mr. S. Roy (Proposer) and other family members continuously since 2007 There was no claim till 2010.

                          In the year 28/05/2009 my late husband Mr Santi Kumar Roy preferred to shift from Individual Mediclaim Policy to Varishtha Mediclaim Policy with Rs.1,00,000/- for Normal medical disease and 2,00,000/- for critical illness. (copy enclosed) .

                          In the year 2010 on 17th September my husband fell sick and he was admitted at AMRI Hospital, Salt Lake for treatment of Heart Attack and expired on 5th Oct,2010 A sum of Rs. 30,000/- was sanctioned as Cashless benefit by the TPA and though the actual expenses was near about Rs. 6 lacs. I lodged the claims with all the relevant documents for re-imbursement on 29/10/2010.

                          On 08/03/2011 I have received Rs. 80,000/- ( incl.Cashless ) from the TPA, Medi-Assist copy enclosed. But as per Varishtha Mediclaim Policy issued by National Insurance Company, policy covers Rs.1 Lac for Normal Medical treatment and Rs.2 Lacs for Critical Illness Treatment . My Husband Late Shanti Roy died in Critical illness which is covered under your policy condition.

                          Now I appeal to you for reconsideration of my appeal and request you to settle the balance amount of claim as early as possible.

                              In May 2011, I met with an accident and my car got damaged,as a normal practise I went to FX Hyundai Company in faridabad to get my car repaired with the help of insurance policy.After one week i.e on 12th May2011 when I went to take my car I came to know that insurance company had denied the claim amount of Rs.17243 without furnishing any official reason due to which I had to bear the expenses on my own.

                              I am knocking the doors of insurance company but till date have not received any official reply from them & they are simply directing me from one desk to another on grounds that they are not the concerned persons.I want to bring to your kind attention that unfortunately due to the mental tension because of above incident I again met with an accident in June'11 due to which I had to again spende an amount of Rs 7800/- by servicing it from a private repair centre.
                              I am a senior citizen and at this age I am facing mental tension and harrassment due to the indifferent and irresponsible attitude shown by the Insurance Company by neither accepting my claim nor providing any reson for not honouring the claim.
                              My insurance poilcy and service bills are enclosed for your reference.
                              I request your urgent intervention in this matter to immediately instruct the Insurance company to provide me the claim amount.

                                Since one year i am awaiting my vehicle claim amount (1.13lac)to get resolved by national insurance company limited my policy num is 452102/31/09/[protected]-vehicle num U.P.60 H 1122, owner name arif Ali, DOB -jan 26th 1987.

                                i do not understand why claim is pending, is there any one cares or you guys only concern about premium collection.
                                such a pathatic service.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have a Bike insurance in national insurance company ltd. and my policy no. is ([protected]). My bike stolen on 1st october 2010. i was complaint in Police station and i have receive FIR Report after three months when policeman not found that bike then they given me Final Report. On base of Final report i was submitted all bike documents within time to time. I was subbmitted all documents in January 2011. But Till date i donot receive my claim. Please Settle my claim as soon as possible earliest.

                                    this is to inform you that i Achin Chawla r/o b-2/29 sector-15 rohini want to register a complaint against National Insurance Company Limited ,DD Motors Peeragarhi from where i renewed a policy regarding my car insurance dated 23/4/2011.the policy number is[protected].
                                    i got my policy cancelled on 4/5/20011 and i was insured that i will get the refudable amount within 2-3 days through ECS but the procedure has been delayed so far and now they say that it will take around 2-3 months. the statement which i got was <<this is not a private insurance company, ye sarkari kaam to aise hi honge>>
                                    kindly look into the matter so that i can get my refund back soon.
