Sir, we purchase a policy of my car mahindra kuv 100 in your company policy no :-[protected], my car is damaged in accident i claim it in your company.
i pay total amount-spair part-12410
labour -21526
surveyer fee- 2100
total amount=36036
as per surver disscousion he passed my claim 32671+2100=34771, but i recived only 29100 rs, i want to know why company cut my claim, my policy is zero depeth based
please solve our issue as soon as posible

    I have been a loyal customer of national insurance since 2000, Paying my dues on time or rather before time. The time when you people wanted to sell the policy big promises were made, but these all came out to be false . I underwent a knee replacement surgery, for which first I was told to furnish old documents and then I was told that the payment was made late 2 days and 9 days late . I don't understand why such harassment is being done when firstly I haven't made any late payment anyhow . Secondly I was given a condone note for the same. Still I was harassed by the TPA people and they asked me to furnish old documents and the process was delayed for 24 hours. Secondly my policy is for 3 lakh and I was sanctioned only 2 lakh may I know why. If I pay for a 3 lakh policy why am I entitled for 2 lakh. I think what you people want is that a customer should pay lifelong and don't claim once. My only fault is that I paid my premium on time and that I associated with you people . Such a huge firm and such cheap activities . please look into the matter or I will go to the consumer forum.       Dear sir/madam,

      I have two nic mediclaim and varishtha policies as below:

      Policy no 354500/48/14/85-154 maria fatima pais (Self)
      Policy no 354500/48/14/85-153 tatiana trindade fernandes (Mother)

      Both the above expire on 23rd may 2016.

      Each year i do not receive any renewal notice and have to make innumerable number of calls and send emails to be able to renew the same. As officers who are also incommunicado most of the time, get transferred frequently, there is no one we can really approach. Two previous officials have been kind enough to support me so far.

      I cannot renew these policies online for whatever reason and no one answers the phone at this office from where my policies were purchased.

      This is really shameful for an organisation like nic who do not seem to have any professional way to deal with customers and once money is paid will not do as much as respond. The name and contacts of the manager of the said branch are not available on the website or online chat which is meant to help customers.

      Please could you tell me what i should do in the circumstances. Is it also possible to move my policies out of this branch to one in south delhi where i live - vasant kunj or nearby. As a senior citizen i find it very difficult to chase these people all the time and it just adds to my stress.

      Kindly let me know the way forward as i am worried with the short time i have in hand to renew my policy

        Hi,

        I want to complain about the national insurance company limited. I am having one medical complain and i want to renew that policy so i called to nic, kalol branch office and they are not giving premimum amount on phone. They are saying i need to go bank of india (Bio), as i taken insurance throught boi so you need to go boi.

        They are giving rude answer on the phone.

        So i want to take an action against that lady. How can i take can you please tell me.

            I purchased a new car from swani motors amritsar (Maruti agency) on 11th april 2016, i purchased the insurance from your co. Directly through your agent who is our family friend vide cover note no.[protected] book no. Si/[protected]. For car vitara breeza vdi value rs.784000/-. The premium was paid for rs. 22919/-by me. Now swani motors who is also agent of your co. Is threatening me that my said policy will not get benefit of cash less in amritsar as well as in india besides some other benefits as i have not insured my new car from them. Now your co. Office, court road amritsar (Maruti hub) have also telling me the same story. Pl clear me that when insurance premium is paid by me is same as swani motors are demanding & insurance co. Is same then why this difference/discrimination is there & you have to pay appx.20 % as incentive/commission to maruti agency, which is saved as i have purchased policy direct from your co. Its very strange & new to me.

But at that time i checked from courier that when my parcel has arrived at that destination its on reached there on next day.. So why they people still msg me that u still not send your document..                 I have paid the premium of rs. 9017/- by cheque on 8th feb.2016 against which the money receipt is issued of rs. 7214/- only.Inspite of repeatedly contacting on phone and personally, they have not refunded the excess amount of the premium to my bank account. No renewal notice is issued. I am senior citizen. My policy number is 300500/48/15/[protected] dt.8.02.2016 boi national swasthya bima policy. A period of three months has passed but no refund is given. If this is not cleared within a week, i shall approach customers grievance cell for harrassement and claim for compensation.                     I'm from chenai I have submitted my vehicle with the workshop on dec 2015 and the cashless claim were submitted to them in mid of march. Its been more than a week but they hae not sent the liability stating that there is some issue with IT team internally. they are not ready to give a time line and it is more than 2 weeks since they have identified this issue. but still nothing has been done and there is no work around as well. And the insurance person is speaking rude over the call and asking me not to call them again and I need to wait till they resolve the issue and they cant quantify the time. If I need the vehicle I need to pay the amount and take it.

                      This is reference to the communication by the national insurance co. Ref no. Nic/droi/motor/hub/10616 dated[protected] which has been received by speed post, which appears to have been dispatched vide dy. No. 9, dated[protected] and was received on 22 march, 2016 and again a second letter dated[protected] which has been received by speed post, dispatched vide dy. No. 18, dated[protected] and was received on 07 april, 2016, i am surprised at the purported decision made (Which has been intimated to me) in respect of the above referred claim arising out of the theft of the vehicle which was insured with your company all along since its purchase by shri om prakash bhatia. Theft of vehicle no. Hr-55-m-4605 took place on[protected] from sanjay gandhi transport nagar.
                      Prior to the last issue/ renewal of the policy requisite premium payable had been paid by cheque signed by my son, shri dinesh bhatia to the concerned official of your company's divisional office no. Xxi in kailash colony market, new delhi who had also been apprised about the demise of my deceased husband. My son had been advised that the renewal / policy will be issued in the named in which the vehicle has been registered. Thereafter the above referred policy was issued. As would be evident, the policy relates to goods carrying commercial vehicle and the same is being used in accordance with the condition as to use.
                      It would thus be seen that no information has been with-held. Appropriate disclosure had been made about the demise of shri om prakash bhatia, as aforesaid and steps were taken as desired and advised.
                      It may also be stated that we have been making inquiries regarding the settlement / payment of the claim orally and in writing and were advised that the matter is being processed and the claim will be settled and they kept us in dark for complete one year. After which i have received the letter of repudiation.
                      In the circumstances, please be advised that i am in dis-agreement with the alleged decision referred to in your communication (Claim stand as closed as repudiated) and would request you to settle the claim and effect payment of the amount.

                          I have a policy of national insurance in last year but 10.2.2016 ie in second year i switch over the national insurance into oriental insurance co ltd . Yesterday my car accident on dt 18/4/2016 and deposit the car in workshop of honda for accidental repair .I need a ncb certificate from national insurance but the person sits in honda on behalf of national insurance deny for giving me ncb . I doesn't understand every thing available in portal why he deny;s for giving me ncb certificate. So, may i request you to provide the ncb in 2 days otherwise may claim is rejected.                             Hi,
                            I applied for cashless claim 12250636 for my Father's eye surgery. I had to call the help desk again & again but couldn't get the claim. We were told that for cashless we have to wait till the end of the day in the hospital till any response comes from the insurance company.
                            I waited along with my father till the hospital was about to get closed. Then I had to do all the paperwork again to change the claim type from cashless to reimbursement, as the claim didn't get process till the end of day.

                            In reimbursement, The claim 12280942 was kept on hold after more than 1.5 months even after repeated followup. Then it was denied by giving a reason I couldnt find in the policy document.

                            Then when I informed that I have read the policy documents & couldnt find the clause specified in the denail reason, I was again asked to wait.

                            Finally I went to the escalation authority, the claim was reprocessed again as claim no[protected] & after more than 2 months after wasting a lot of my time and labour, I got the amount .
                            Had I not read the policy documents carefully, followed up repeatedly, my claim would have got rejected for sure. In the midst of all this a lot of my time got wasted unnecessarily . I have all the email communications with me. i am attaching the screenshots of the earlier neglected & denied claims .

                              Sub. Non credit of insurance amount to my a/c
                              Ref. Policy no.[protected]

                              I have a honda activa two wheeler vehicle bearing registration no. Kl-16 l.2101. During february 2016 i claimed for motor insurance after an incident. I havesubmitted all relevant documents related to insurance claim along with the declaration from varkala fire force station. Marikkar showroom palachira had returned the vehicle after the completion of works based on the instruction from sreejith an officer of national insurance, varkala branch. I had remitted the entire amount in the show room and submitted the bill brfore the national insurance office varkala. Subsequently the insurance office replied that the policy belongs to trivandrum office so that they had sent the documents to national insurance co. Trivandrum. Later we had sent many letters to their gmail id: [protected]@nic.Co.In and telephoned to their land line numbers such as [protected] & [protected]. But there was no response from the part of trivandrum - aristo junction national insurance branch.

                              In this context i request to intimate me the present status of my claim through my gmail noted below otherwise i will be compelled to approach the legal authorities for justice.

                                Respected Sir,
                                This is to inform you that my policy no. is 170704/31/15/[protected] valid upto 8/4/2016, name - Sanjay Kr. Sinha.i have an insurance for my car Renault Duxter, car no Jh-05 AZ 0625.An accident occured on28/3/2016.
                                It was the time of closing and I have to repair and leave soon as I was busy.Anyhow the car was repaired enough to be driven. As i had shortage of time I could not complain in patna. I have tried to lodge my claim at madhepura branch but the branch manager did not accept the claim saying he will accept only local claim and I should claim in Patna Branch .claim proceses should be clear in any branch of the company, my claim is not being lodged even. If any action will not be taken i will have to approach consumer forum .

                                My name is vinod gujral my residence is d167 tagore garden i already paid the amount 5 mnth back but i havnt received the papers or any reference card of mine

                                may be they guys stuck my money or these al are fake

                                  My insurance dhid number se[protected] police mumber:251100/46/14/[protected]/217114 and my name is ankur barot.
                                  I have injurd and admit in hospital so my hospital bill amount is 13628 and i have submit all bill's and x-ray report of your company supervisor but i have received pemnet 10628 so i have your company customers care numbers but i have no replay and my insurance is cashless insurances so i have not satisfied your company rules so pls call me and my 3000 rs deduction refund pls.

                                    I have a mediclaim policy no.362001/48/14/[protected]from malviya nagar branch. I lodged one claim for the reimbursement of my eye treatment which has been rejected.Reasondoctor record was not matching, wheras i have made the payment to doctor and he has issued reciept for the same. If a doctor is not maintaining the record why should i be penelised for this. I have already got my earlier two claims for the same treatment from the same doctor and i am getting my fourth treatment from the same doctor.
                                    You are requested to kindly interven and get my claim settled at the earliest.
