Cashless fraud

Today i was discharged from Fortis Hospital Vashi after having a Operation . the Insurance Coordinator in the hospital sent the CLAIM amount of (1, 83, 004 INR) t0 DHS but the approved amount was only (97, 000). when checked with DHS HO CASHLESS Department no any responce .but it was still not clear why was the amount deducted for claim of (83, 004).
