Policy not sent even after payment

I had a insurace policy (360901/31/09/[protected] from 27-12-09 to[protected] for my car (DL8CE4783) with National Insurance, 620, Somdutt Chamber-II, 9, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, 110066 . I renewed it by sending cheque (422940 for Rs. 1469) which got encashed on 28-12-10. Till date (7-1-11) the policy has not come to me while i am getting harassed by police for not having valid insurance papers for my car.

I am a resident of delhi and got a mediclaim policy through national insurance company, kashmere gate branch. My claim is pending with park mediclaim, rajendera palace, new delhi.
