Sir/mam, i am pratik agarwal from siliguri, west bengal. I am a student in college plus working in my family business, i am a ‘rupay’ card holder,
I am writing this letter to inform you and question you about the problems i am facing using my repay card
The card i am using is a debit card and in the card it is written that its a international debit/atm card but i am not even able to use in my nation only.
All the private banks are issuing rupay and if we request for a master or visa card, they are not providing it to us, therefore if not provided we have to use rupay card but the rupay card itself is of no use as it is not applicable or used in many offical websites to purchase anything
As visa and masters cards can be used in many places and many filds but rupay is not even shown as a option means a person having a repay card is restricted in many ways
If you are thinking rupay a international card i am sorry but it has not even reached conors of india
I myself and people in india are facing problem due to limited usage, due to this it may decline the usage of atm cards as when a website shows “only master and visa card allowed” people egar to buy or purchase something will not be able
If the motive of the card is just to provide national services is ok but atlest it shoud cover the whole part of india means each and every were rupay card should be easy to use
I will request you to take some nessary actions and improve the process

National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have linked my aadharcard[protected] to SBI bank account but in UIDAI server not showing in that shows technical error.that means not updated in NPCI server.my funds transfer has been delayed for this problem
So please solve the problem sir
