I am biplab kumar behera, i am paying via samsung pay mini upi date-11/07/2019, time-12:38 am, amounts-3452/-, amounts are deducts from my account but still not received beneficiary and me also. I raise the query samsung pay money, they told it's regarding you contact to axis bank upi partners, then they told you contact to your kotak bank. So i very disappointed. I think you understand my problem. Please, solve my problems and refund my account as soon as possible.

my aadhar number is not linked to NPCI . Link to the bank then .NPCI is rejected from.
