National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — inactive bank linking status

Sir,
I am md kalam ansari customer of state bank of india, branch-ghanghari, dist.-hazaribag, state - jharkhand, pin code - 825405.

I have submitted all type of document to bank like aadhar, e-kyc to bank. But they are linked aadhar to bank, it was done before 15 days ago, but when i visit https://resident.uidai.gov.in/bank-mapper website then bank linking status show inactive.

Sir please help me. I always visit bank but bank staff say i have done my work.

Sir /madam this is damma Narasimha Rao .I have an account in Andhra bank it linked to aadhar but the NPCI link does not exist, due to this reason the lpg subsidy amount is not received in bank account.so please take this complaint and request to solve this problem. Account number:[protected].

I have updated my aadhar but still its status with bank linkage is inactive. Why it shows inactive. Please mention the procedure to activate aadhar.
I have linked aadhaar to my bank account and LPG. I got message that your aadhaar no is not found in NPCL data base that's why credit of lpg subsidy is failed from last five transactions.
