    We booked material from hoskote branch bangalore to nirmal town wide lr no l071017 dt 13/12/17 while booking navata people said transport charges will be around rs 9000 and even the lr was raised for rs 8831 but while delivering the material collection point people had collected rs 19090 saying that it was wrongly booked by the agent. The mistake was done by their agent and they put penalty on customer and also if varation is how the transport cost will be double. While booking they seen the material and booked the same. Even we booked a separate truck with 60 rolls for rs20000 from bangalore to nirmal town and navata had collected rs 19090 for transportation of 12 rolls from bangalore to nirmal town.

      We had a consignmet against the lr no-b085850 to schreiber dynamix dairies p ltd, kuppam-517425, chittoor dist ap. The material was received dt;15122017 your representative behavior was very bad and response was unsatisfied were our valuable goods were destroying at the moment o[censored]nloading.

      Kindly take action against this comment, or else you will loose our business if it happens regularly.

        My self sreenivasulu redy. N. On 18.11.2017 two rice bags was booked to mysore, karnataka from nellore, a. P with a way bill no. Y042695 with a weight of 90 kg.

        The rice bags was delivered on 22.11.2017 5.00 pm and it is in open condition but at the time of booking it was stitched. Depending on this situation i felt rice was threatened from the bags approximate of 10 kgs. The auto driver deliver the goods and forced to my wife to sign on the invoice and he is in drunk already. That's why she was signed and send out that person immediately. After that she fond one was tied and one bag is in open condition and she informed me. Immediately i called to auto driver but his mobile was switched off. Immediately i called to mysore navata office ([protected]). I was wondered with his answer, he told bags was delivered to me in open condition. Here i am attaching the photos of bags for your kind reference. Public had a trust on navata transport. I f this is the case how i can public trust your transport. I am planning to rush to public forum depend on your response. Why the navata was encourage the day time drinking persons. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

        Expecting immediate positive action on this regard.

          Subject:- my parcel instead of kishan bhag (Hkbg) branch, it was parceled to medipalli branch in hyderabad, kindly request to re-arrange in same branch: hkbg

          Since last 13 years i am using navatha transport, first time my parcel transported in wrong branch.

          Instead of near by mohidipatnam recently shifted - kishan bhag (Hkbg) branch my bag: lr no: g091945 was parceled in medipalli branch, as it is too long from me hence local auto guy is asking 900 to take it to my home,

          While we are sending parcel, we told them very clearly but bbl branch employee, but because of his negligence it was shipped wrong branch and for this i am not responsible for this mistake.

          So kindly re-arrange my parcel in regular branch code (Hkbg-kishan bhag), your prompt response would be much appreciate in this regards.

          Hi team,

          As i am reaching customer care number but not answering my call regarding my parcel (Bbl-lr no: g091945) shipped wrong branch (Instead of hkbg branch parceled in hmdp) in hyderabad from bbl (Bobbili).

          While we are parcel we told very much clearly to bbl navatha staff but convinced like this is mohidipatnam near by address, so i am not at all responsible for this wrong parcel, so kindly re arrange in nearby mohidipatnam branch-kishanbagh branch (Hkbg).

            I have parceled my books from chennai to kurnool on 27th june from royapettah navata branch chennai.
            They asked for extra amount for packing(40rupees for each) which I have done well at home.
            Since I refused to pay extra money they wantedly damaged the box and table and sent for transport. We will loose
            Kindly take necessary actions about them.

              Dear sir,

              We are giving a regular booking to you people for shamshabad and attapur but the customer is complaining regarding the dispatch as he is getting the stocks 4 to 5 days delay form the date of booking.

              Yesterday we booked the consignment wide lr: c[protected] dt:19.06.2017 amount charged 1719/- for your booking person informed that it will delivered after 3 to 4 days only or else you take back your stocks and get somewhere else booking.

              This is very ridiculous that you people cannot deliver the stocks in time then why are you running the business close it na.

              Kindly confirm us shall we close the booking at your branch of nacharam hyderabad.

              If any query please call me do the dispatch at the earliest per month we are giving you approx 35k to 50k business.

                Charging extra amount other than bill amount for booking and delivery

                I have received rice bags from my native place. Booking people charged extra amount for booking with no receipt. Even at the delivery place, they are charging amount though all the billed amount is paid. Took 6 days to deliver.
                Kindly look in to this and see that the customers are not charged unnecessarily. It seems that private travels/rtc bus services in transporting goods are better and this is an alternate solution people have....

                Sir my lr no 28195.. I have placed a transport of 1 computer table and 5boxes in kakinada commercial road.. To jyn. On 8/04/2017. But i received d item of table in parts of pieces. K i have signed on owners risk but i haven't given the item in pieces.. For small brokage or damaged i can bear it... But it totally received in parts of pieces... It seems to keep in fire in winter season.. Such a waste transport i haven't seen ever.. I have transported same items in train transport.. I haven't got any damage... So take it as a complaint.. As an hope in navata i have transferred my bike also in navata at 14/04/2017.. Now iam getting afraid of how it will be received...

                  In my home town send rice bags last 10 days back. We have some personal problems that's why we came 22nd 8:30 pm but they are not responding properly with me i don't want to talk wt you
                  u have to come 10:am to 6:00 pm. We don't have time my timings 9:am to 8:pm then how can I pick up. He told I don't no all that take live and resive ur product.

                    I gave my vehicle to transport on 17th March, 2017 and toaday is 22nd March, 2017 still not delivered.
                    It's from Martur to Hyderabad (~300KM, ~5Hrs)

                    Why They took one week to deliver ? Still not guaranteed on one week. Where is my vehicle ?

                      Just wanted to inform you that I have booked a consignment from Chennai to Hyderabad on 6th of January 2017 which just reached to Kishan Bagh branch today all because this branch was closed for about 10 days which I'm still awaiting and just reached.

                      It took 15 full days to ship the package from Chennai to Hyderabad. Wonderful, great job (Sarcasm).

                      I've spoken to Venkateswarlu from Vijayawada branch on this and not hearing from them. Sai Baba from Hyderabad branch never stays in the office to attend the customers problems.

                      The telecaller Mamata, Suvarna etc are playing around customers and the service the quality that they speak in is worst.

                      I hope you understand the customers problem and would like to maintain that relationship and credibility.

                        I got a machine from surat to challekere on 2/1/ 2017...the machine which they sent from surat was brand new ...but wen I got it delivered to challekere on 2/1/2017 ..I got the product ho.email and i checked the ...it was totaaly damaged ...wen i went bacj to the transport office to raise a complaint about it ...transport office has not been responding ...I kindly request u to help me out with the problem...

                          Yesterday[protected] I have submitted rice bags (4*25Kgs & 2*50Kgs) at Navata transport for transport from Mancherial to Nirmal, and the Navata transport People has charged for Hamali charges (for shifting the goods) as rs.140/-, this is Not at all correct,
                          I Extremely argued with them but they are not agree with me,
                          So Please kindly once Look into this and do Help for Consumers

                            While booking the goods, booking persons are charing 50 to 100rs extra money which was not included in the bill, Like wise for delivering also they are collecting extra money of rupees 50 to 100. if we questioned that why the amount is not included in the bill, they are telling that those are for booking charges. I had booked a washing machine from ongole to rajahmundry, actual cost is 557rs but i paid 680rs. Behaviour to the customer is also not good.

                              I have bought a recliner chair at @home (hyderabad) and sent that through navata ransport on october 8th. i came to know that it got stuck at kodada by a commercial tax officer because there is no proper documents (way bill). i did give the invoice to them. my question to navata transport is "why you booked item if way bill is compulsory". i called up navata (miyapur) branch and informed them that i will go to kodada on my own expenses and try to convince the officer so that i wont be penalized or something like that. if there is some payments that needs to be done, i am not responsible.

                                But they have broken the washing machine and gave us in this horrible situation. that washing machine was in good working condition. I request you to do needful.

                                  I was booked 2 rice bags from kovur, nellore dist.on 01/08/2016 to Patamata (vijayawada)point. i got a message on 06/08/16 that my articles ready for delivery at Patamata branch. when i went for the delivery, they simply told they got papers but articles not reached to Patamata point. I reported to Mr.Venkateswar Rao regarding missing by the suggesion of Patamata point owner., he simply told you come to head office for delevery. Then i went to KANURU, when i reached KANURU and called Mr.Venkateswar Rao not lifted my call.but due my job i returned.
                                  So again i went to KANURU on 11/08/16 and try call to Mr.Venkateswarlu he never lift my call, so i complied at reception. The receptionist is directed me to Mr.Nagaraju (mobile no:[protected]), after waiting more than a hour he said I will my article not traced, so he will inform at evening regarding my article.
                                  I was waiting up to evening but no reply, so i made a call to him, then he said that it not traced "so give me time up to saturday i.e 13/08/16, he will trace and inform.
                                  again i waited up to Saturday evening, but no message from your end so i made a call to Nagaraju he is not lifted my call.
                                  Again i traid tuesday afternoon but he is not respond.
                                  On trying so many times he lifted my call at 18:30hrs, and asked total story which shows that he forgotten this, and told that "wait sir I will call with in 2 minutes" but no call from him, and even i am trying to call he will not lift my call.
                                  This is your employees worst behavior, All the call records are with me.
                                  Do needful or we will meet at consumer form.

                                    I booked washing machine from Narsipatnam, vizag dist on 31/07/2016 to macherla guntur district.I have got deleivered the goods on 13/08/2016.During transport the base of washing machine is completely broken and the sides of washing machine totally damaged.The washing machine is newly purchased and not used at all yet.I contacted them and they are saying they wont insure the household goods during transport and wont claim and reimburse single penny for damage during transport.so kindly accept my request and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Actually we transport 35 (Cottons and other) and 6 polythene bags from bangalore bommanally branch to hyderabad kukatpally branch, in that we received 35+4=39 bags remaining 2 poly bags are not at received
