Dear Sir / Mam, This is to bring to your notice / complaint on MS Navata Transport. To detail you further I had book a delivery of 35 KGs Rice Bag on 24th April 2014 with LR number :- I038036. Unfortunately still my material is not delivered and whenever I called, they respond saying you will get in 2 days, but it never happened. They always give me vague answers saying no manpower / no vehicles / we are tracking your order and most funniest part is they always saying "we will call you back", but never respond. Request you to take an immediate and respective action on the said company and help me in getting my request done. You are the only hope. Please find below the correspondence mail with Navata. i sent 3 items through navatha transport fromi.pangidi to pamarru krishna district.3 items reached to pamarru but 1 item missed.there no responce for my phone calls my waybill no-G24782-4 dt-9/05/2015

    Hi Sir, We have used transport facility from andhra pradesh to Bangalore. Cot got damanged like anything. they kept in rain i think so. wood swelled too much and wood is coming like cotton. that cot position become worst.       I contacted Navata Transport to move the House from Chennai to my Home Town Tenali. First they told it was a Home Delivery and after reaching Tenali, they told I need to pay extra 2000 for Home Delivery or else they will not deliver the Articles. Then, i paid the money after long arguments and got them delivered. After the delivery, i found 3 articles were missing and 4 articles were damaged. The damaged articles are Fridge front door, Books table, TV table and computer Table. The missing articles are AC Condenser Tube, 2 Plastic boxes in cylindrical shape (15 KG). Straight away, i complained it in the Navata Head Office Vijayawada about the missing and damaged articles and also the way they have looted extra Money from us for Home delivery. I have given the complaint on Dec 18th, 2013. Till now, i got no response from Navata Transport and whenever i call their complaint cell, they chant a single word. "It is under process and we are checking with Chennai Office."

      It's been more than a month and till now there is no news on Missed articles and also how they are going to compensate for my Loss.

        sir i am N.NARENDRA REDDY. given one refrigerator to KPHB Navata road transport for deliver to DACHEPALLI Navata. L.R NO; E053985-1, Booking date 10/05/13.
        they are not deliver my refrigerator till now. I called them lot of times they are not giving any correct information. personally i gone to navata office fore times they are telling that article has missed so we will find that but our enquiry process will get 3 months, after we will decide next thing.
        I bought that refrigerator for marriage gift already that marriage also completed. they are talking irresponsible and some times they pick my phone call and not respond.

        navata road transport — bike damage

        i have parceled my bike to banglore through navata transport the bike was damaged on the transport i complained about this they are not responding.

        Refrigerator — Transport related

        I have purchased a refrigerator(SAMSUNG RA19F) from Smile store Birhana road and it was told by dealer that it will be sent by transport to me.But till 3 days they did'nt send it atlast i took it by my own transport.Now i want to take transport cost from the dealer.

          teak wood sofa was booked for transportation through Navata transport from Bobilli, Andhra Pradesh to Bangalore, Karnataka. one leg of Sofa was broken into 2 pieces.when we called the transport after removing the package, they then told they will come home and check and will take the decision on it. they never turned up till 4 days and then I went to office and they are responding very rudely and told that will not do anything for damage. Please help me out.

            Dear Sir,

            I have booked Kinetic Scooter at Hanamkonda to Mahedipatnam Hyderabad (140 km) vide LR NO R095692 on 20/5.And the consignor has told me and assured me that the scooter will be delivered on 21/5 evening. I felt happy and booked my scooter. But till now 24/5 evening when inquired to Navata Mahidipatnam they confirmed me that they not received any Vehicle. And the response is very poor. First of all nobody lifts the phone and after several hours of trail over phone when I get connected the staff speaks adamantly. What is the time period of delivery after booking I do not know, please help me if any compensation they will pay for the delay.

              This is vineetha, i send refrigirator,(P017059) from hyderabad to ongole by navata transport hyderabad,dilsukhnagar branch on 17th dec.2010.it was first time i went there actually .they didnot gave me the detailed information,so i didnot submitted the bill slip.they delivered my good without billslip.so A.C.T.O of suryapet caught my good .they told me to pay 14.5%of my bill amount.so i suffered alot. i didnot recieve my good yet. please consider my request for justice.please punish navata transport employees.they are not doing their work properly.

I SPOKE WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE (MR.SAIBABA) REGARDING THIS MATTER, LATTER-ON ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEE CAME TO OUR STORE AND HE HAS INVESTIGATED THE MATTER, AND IN THE SAME WAY, I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAIN IN WRITTEN TO YOUR EMPLOYEE(MR.
