        Delivery done on 5/4/16 to navata office
        He is bribing for extra amount to give the delivery
        Here at the unloading point they are asking huge unloading charges
        But the LR for this form is rs. 688
        He is in drunken state and not giving the delivery and speaking in unparlimentary language. He has took the full amount and postponing the delivery when I ask him to repay he is saying get out of my office first.

          Sir, on16th february total 5 packets of rice booked from koilakuntla to ongole, but in ongole 3 packets only came and answered we received only 3 rice packets. dont no balance2 packets. and u enquire at koilakuntla or nellore. and i informed at koilakuntla also they are also not responding. no body give correct answer so i request you plz find out the balance rice packets and help me to reach ongole or else recommend handover the worth of that items money to me.

              I transport my new pulsur from banglore to tirupati, they told me it wil take only oneday to reach there, after that Its very disgusting that navata people treated customers, delivery date shifted to 2 more days and while calling to transport people response also very bad. please don't transport anybody.

                I have sent my Goods From Bangalore(BLKR) to Shadnagar(SHNR) on 22ndJune2015 . They told me that Goods will Delivered with in 4days (MAXIMUM) . Till now i havn'r recieved my goods. Your customer support Sucks . Every time i call to the Customer support they will reply the same Answer "Sir will definitely ship your goods tomorrow" . Some of the articles ricieved at Destination end and that agent fellow telling that we will give your goods once every thing is recieved by him. Waste support never saw before.

                    Dear Sir\Madam, On 28-04-15 we booked 11 cases of Coconut oil through Navata transport, Bhavanipuram with L.R.No.36170 from Vijayawada to Pamarru Krishna dist. On[protected] Navata pamarru branch staff received our stock in wet condition and 8 bottels were fully empty. Our distributor was made advance neft for this stock on April 26th 2015, he was not ready to receive that wet condition stock. We are sending our stock in perfect and there is no any leakage. Why our stock changed like that damaged condition.Stock value Rs.50000\-. Who gave answer for that stock to our distributor? Stock received delay more than one month 20 days and also in damage condition ... We don't ready to Liston any answer for that damage. We want solution for that damage stock.                       This is the worst to worst services in south India which doesn't have social responsibility and commitment towards customer . Just looking only money doesn't care about goods and delivery ... Saying we have 652branches but doesn't make any sense ... A common man will lose his entire life for this service i[censored] trust... My sincere request for people dont choose this services my services choosen from Adoni to bangarupalyam

                          Sir, i have booked 2 cots from penugonda to bangalore bommanahalli (LR no M97814) on 21.5.15. I have received the goods after 10 days after several visits to the transport center. The cots received are completely broken and cannot be used at all. Please help me regarding this.                           There are lots and lots of complaints against Navata which are not addressed by the management. Proper steps should be taken to cancel their licence. They should be taught good lesson so that they don't play with people and their belongings. The operator should be ashamed for spoiling his fathers name and fame.
                          Navata Road Transport — Delivered a severely damaged cot

                          rude and irresponsible behaviour of your transport company in bangalore:
                          Address: 139/18, Transport Street Opp. KR Puram, Railway Station, B Narayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016.

                          I had requested to transport my wooden cot from Bangalore to Nellore on 19th Jun. Since there was a lockdown in Bangalore they had promised to load the cot monday (i.e. 21st Jun) and the cot will be delivered to me in 2days. But I noticed that the bill has been generated for 23rd June 2021 which is 2days late. Attached is the bill shared by the company to us for your reference.
                          In this case the cot should have reached me on 25th June. However we got no response from the staff on the cot. We had to continuously follow up with both Bangalore and Nellore staff and they kept on delaying the delivery saying that we did not receive all the parts of the cot and the Head of the cot is still yet to be received. This happened for more than a week and the cot still did not reach me and it was kept in a different location.
                          But we took the complete effort and collected the cot in two different locations. One from Santhapet and other from Autonagar, Nellore and the additional cost also were borne by me.
                          Post receiving the cot, we noticed that the packing was very poor with lots of damages in different parts of the cot. The head of the cot was completely smashed. I had paid additional charges of 1500/- for safe handling.
                          The company had taken NOC for damages incurred during transport. I can accept minor damages on different parts, but the head has been completely damaged into pieces which cannot be repaired. Image has been attached for the same.
                          Upon contacting the Nellore transport agency, they informed us to check with the Bangalore agency as they claim that they only delivered the product. When contacting the Bangalore agency, they initially said they will check on the issue and provide a solution, but after a lot of follow-up, they now say we are not responsible for damage as you have signed the no objection form for damages. 
                          The response from the staff is highly unacceptable . They are irresponsible and very negligent.
                          Due to this below are the loss incurred by me:Cot cost - 13000/-Transport cost with additional safety packing - 5400/-Self collection of cot head from a different location - 1000/-total - 19400/-
                          It's going to be almost a month and still i have not got any resolution yet. I am greatly disappointed with your service.
                          I would like to escalate this issue and address it at the earliest. Else I would take this issue legally.
                          I have already contacted Legal India to raise a consumer dispute and they have accepted the complaint. If this has not been addressed, I will be filing a  complaint under Section 21C in the Consumer Protection Act.
                          Before proceeding I thought I would contact you one last time for a decent issue resolution.

                          WORST BEHAVIOUR FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE!!!

                          I just got a call from customer care and they claim that the product was delivered to us in good condition.

                          To clarify you,
                          - The agency did not open the parcel and show us to check if the cot came in good condition or not.
                          - The cot was indeed delivered by the agency staff themselves.
                          - The parcel was never touched by us and upon opening the packing, the cot was damaged. This clearly shows it was damaged during transit.
                          - The customer care associate indeed accepted due to heavy load, there might be chances of damage. This already proves the cot was already damaged before delivery.
                          - the head of the cot was delivered from autonagar, nellore and the body was delivered from santhapet, nellore. upon enquiring why the parts of cot were in different locations, i was told that there was a mistake in transit. Please note that this again is a mistake from your end and the head of the cot was clearly damaged during transit . That is the reason why the agency was delaying the delivery of the product.
                          - Now since there was no reason to accept the mistake, the staff blandly came up with a reason that we do not take any complaints once the product has been delivered. To be clear, customer support is to address customer grievances even after the product delivery. Kindly educate the staff on the same.
                          - Also, the staff disconnected the call without completing or addressing my issue.

                          Upon checking the complaints forum on your transport company, I see that there have been multiple cases of damages, delayed delivery, theft, incorrect delivery from your end. Considering all these irresponsible behaviour of yours, I will definitely be taking action legally as this is crystal clear that there was no single mistake from my end.

                          To also update you I have recorded the call where the customer care staff had clearly mentioned damages are common during transit. I am not going to take responsibility for your mistake and I am ready to face the consequences.

                              I booked the consignment on 16/05/2015 informing that the CB contains mangoes and needs to be delivered in 3 days, navata employee (not agent) told that it will take 3-4 working days to deliver. I agreed for the same and booked the consignment. I have been calling Customer care everyday and they gave one or the other reason which I recorded.It reached destination on 26th and when we checked the box along with the agent in bommasandra it was completely damaged. When I ask for compensation head office people told that goods are delivered at owners risk, when I ask the reason for delay the told it was due to drivers shortage. I strongly believe that the delay in shipment is the main reason for the damage. Kindly help me.

                                We did not receive the item mentioned in the way bill no: 23824 till now. I was contacting the Navata customer care, Navata Tagarapuvalasa, Navata KR Puram branches. Till now I did not get any response from them. What happened to my item? Are you taking any action on that or not?

                                  your incharge form ambattur industrial estate doesn't know proper ethics to speak with customers, despite being your customer for more than ten years don't get proper response from your side. your incharge is using foul language when he was contacted by our representative for a booking. he was very rude to our representative and also declaring that he is the owner and no one can question him and asking us to change our logistics for booking the goods. to bring to your notice this is not the first time we are facing this problem. we are very much unsatisfied with the behaviour of your incharge towards us. we would like to continue our orders with your transports if due action is taken against the person so that he doesn't behave the same in the future, not only with us but also with other customers hope you consider this compalint and take proper action regards balajee [protected]

                                    hi Team, When we checked in chandanagar office is there in near Geeta mahal. But the same is changed to outsut of lingampally which is more than 5 KMS from original place. If you have changed place then the same should be upadted in net as well, when i asked same question responce is like we have get approval. Not sure why you have changed office without government approval.

                                      we took delivery of goods without cheking weight, my staff took as such, the guy who delivered goods said from tirupattur branch the weight and all s correct only you can take the goods, once my staff took the goods as such and came to shop, we found that the goods are damaged and loss of weight, immediately we checked the goods weight it was 4.5 kgs shortage . worth of 10000 rs . people working there are not responding correctly in tirupattur navata office. plz take necessary action immmediately . we are waiting for your reply .plz support us
