    I send two rice bags of each 25g from hyderabad ameerpet office to pune shukrawarpet office. At pune office only one rice bag reached. There is shortage of one rice bag which cost rs:1200. The representative at shukrawarpet made me to wait for one month. Then he asked to submit the shortage form. Which i did on 4th june 2019. He said i will give amount check after verification. Which will take one month. Now it is almost one year, there is no update from him. When i contacted the representative at mobile [protected], he asked to follow up with navata head office. Kindly can you check into this and update me as early as possible.

        We booked one item from pallavaram, chennai, by lr no 89932 date 21/3/2020, locking plate qty 315 nos, (One gunny bag) with 39 kgs, to senior materials manager elsd/south central railway, kazipet.
        But some other item is given to railway, by same lr no, but the item is not ours, so railway not received that item.
        Kindly track our item, and handover to our booked place.

        Sub: wrong article supplied instead of our booked item.
        Ref: lr no 89932 date 21/3/2020 booked at pallavaram, chennai.
        We are your regular customer for more than fifteen years. We supplied materials to railways, and we booked at navata road transport to various places from pallavaram, chennai.
        We booked one item from pallavaram, chennai, by lr no 89932 date 21/3/2020, locking plate qty 315 nos, (One gunny bag) with 39 kgs, to senior materials manager elsd/south central railway, kazipet.
        But some other item is given to railway, by same lr no, but the item is not ours, so railway not received that item.
        Kindly arrange to supply our item to railway. Otherwise we have pay additional penalty to railway.

          Hello sir my parcel received in chirala 16 th march 2020 so at lockdown period no service is available on roads and transport vehicles. So today we are delivered on 08/05/2020 in chirala. Total 7 parcels they took extra each parcel rs:100 /- total amount rs: 7x100 = 700/- + normal dalivary charges. They said we have personally charged that 700 rupees. So that is double charged so we are not supported to navatha road transport. We took other company goods parcels excellent service no extra charges.

            Hi all,
            I got a parcel on my name from navatha. They were denying to deliver the parcel to me due to no company seal. I requested them that i will produce my id proof if required. I don't what's the problem to them. I am receiving all parcels with my id proof only from other services. I am getting problem only with navatha. This is new started station. It will take [protected]@15 days to get stamps from our head office. Can i get an update on this.

              I have received a parcel on 02.02.2020. I have received an SMS that my parcel is ready for delivery. So, I went to your office at Mangalagiri Branch and seen that the Office is closed down. When I called them upon phone, they stated that Sunday is holiday and parcel can't be delivered today. I also requested them to deliver my parcel as i cannot come again on week days as i will be busy then. but they responded in odd manner and hung my call without giving me appropriate information.

                My booking id is 27786 from hyderabad.
                During handing over the suitcase, lock was made infront of the authorized person at dilsuknagar branch hyderabad.
                While receiving we have noticed lock was broken.
                When enquired at aslali branch ahmedabad, they are unaware of any lock that was made, when called to dilsuknagar branch. Mr. Badri spoke rudely and challenged me to complaint to head office if i can.
                I press you to severe action against such issues... We are yet to determine the value of loss.

                  I booked a pure teak wood cot from kotturu of srikakam dist to kompally branch of secunderabad with above said details costing around 10, 000 INR. As per your records The item has been checked at time of booking and was tagged as in good condition, but it got damaged in the transportation. Please let us know what would be the further steps in registering a complaint.

                  I have not received any status of my compliant till date hence request to take immediate action on same and resolve this issue ASAP
                  I have sent a new double cot bed from hyderbad(nagole) to kodad.before transportation in hyderabad I have packed additional in nagole branch.for that I have paid 300 rs.i have been raised an issue to customer care.but they are saying that status is delivered, you have to check during delivery.
                  How can I open that huge package?.that is not my duty.your officer should check the product during delivery whether the product is damaged or not.

                      We booked rice bag on 29th july 2019 at piduguralla, guntur, ap to pune wagholi navata. Pune navata received on august 2nd 2019. I collected on august 9th 2019. I opened the rice bag september 1st and observed that it is smelling kerosene. Day by day it is getting worst. We wonder that smell is not going even after cleaning the rice with water. This is very bad experience with navata. How come transport allowing flammable things with other items. I am going to complaint to rti on the navata. Before that i need explanation from navata why it was happened. Waybill no : m001660.

                        Navata chandanagar branch people are very very rude to customers and they demand more money to deliver the product that has been shipped. I shipped one almarah by paying 2400/ and again to deliver it to home they asked for 1800 rupees. When asked to deliver with 1200 they initially agreed but each day saying different reasons. Until now they didn't deliver it. This is the worst service.

                              I booked ricebags from mancherial to tarbund Hyderabad location on June 07 2019.The way bill number was K007519.Till now not received my bags they said one bag was came and another was missing .I was contact to customer care office they taken the complaint on 14 June 2019.they said we will check and inform to u.but nobody didnt call to me.nobody care about customers material. I repeatedly called to tarbund and autonagar Hyderabad offices they said daily we will check and send to u.but no one take responsibility.worst employees in Hyderabad location and worst service.

                                My way bill number are 081191, 081192, 081193 and total bill amount is 1482 rupees, but he collected 1600 rupees, as per his words collected extra 10 rupees for each bag(total 12 bags), total amount collected extra is 120 rupees and i asked him regarding this and told like it is loading and unloading charges.
                                if loading and unloading charges to be collected it should be on bill not to be collected unofficially

                                  We had booked our material on 12/6/19 at Autonagar Diwancheruvu to Nallajerla bearing cosignee number[protected]. Already consigned copy reached destination. BUT MATERIAL NOT reached. And they are saying no material is here. Everybody is saying not reached but 3 days over.our business customers are getting angry on us. Will you recover our customer remarks. Otherwise I will go to the higher authorities.

                                    I have booked request on Monday 20th may, and it was supposed to be delivered by Thursday, but they didnot even conifmr till Tuesday. They say one item is missing and they are unaware of the item. When I reach concerned persons they are shouting on customers. They are not following up and verifying the issue.

                                    When I reach customer care in morning they said it has reached Hyderabad by evening I can collect. When I call Lin the evening they say it's still in Vijayawada and not reached.

                                    When I called concerned person by name varalakshmi she is asking me in return what she should do.

                                    It's like going to hospitals and transport is similar kind of challenge

P) on 6-may-2019 it is suppose to reach by perungudi chennai navata by 9-may-2019 (Got the message from navata that our bags are ready for delivery). But when we went to perungudi navata they said like our bags are not yet reached.

                                        On[protected] i booked navata transport from vizianagaram to navata transport vijayawada.
                                        I send 3 cot parts and 1 pb of rice from vizianagaram to vijayawada. We received only 2 cot parts and 1 cot part found missing.
                                        We gave complaint in both the navata offices in vizianagaram and vijayawada but there is no response from them.
                                        Already 14 days gone we have not received any message or call regaring the missing of cot part.
                                        They are so reckless that they are even not responding to complaint in both the navata offices in vizianagaram and vijayawada.
