I bought a two wheeler policy on 19/12/2015 through online and the proposal number is[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but not received any insurance document. When I contact IOB customer care, he stated that your amount holding the insurance company. After that I contact the insurance company by phone and email but not response from that insurance company....

My phone was stolen around 2 months back and I have given all the necessary papers for getting my claim but the company keeps finding new excuses every 10 days for not giving it. They are making a fool of all the customers. Don't buy phone insurance from this company.

Raksha TPA has made a deduction of Rs. 20, 000/- towards Doctor Fees. Claim submitted included Rs. 50, 000/- as Surgeon's Fees for Operation at Vrindavan Nursing Home for Left Inguinoscrotal Incarcerated Hernia. Out of this amount a deduction of Rs. 20, 000/- was made and balance amount was paid to us. Our Policy No. is[protected]. The bill no. of Vrindavan Nursing Home is 6047 dated 14/10/2015. The claim settlement date is 09/12/2015....

Renewed the two wheeler insurance through The New India Assurance Co. Ltd App, with quote no [protected] customerID PO32531841, 931 rs deducted but no respoce till yet. Customer care providing no help but to wait...

I had done insurance for my Samsung Core PRime Rs.8350 With Insurgence. The phone got damaged so i had called the insurance and they took the phone.and after 1 month they said that you have mention Wrong date so your claims was rejected. after that i have resent the all document to Hyderabad for claims purpose . Now they are not responding to phone or email.and also said that you have do as you want to do and using abusing language . .so...

What the hell your company doing

On my RC book its clearly mentioned that vehicle is fitted with outside CNG, then why not CNG covered in my insurance and what documents you are referred while renewing insurance.

I want to my CNG coverage in insurance otherwise I will complaints to consumer forum.

I bought a Nokia handset from an Nokia authorized dealer in Rewari, Haryana on 21st of October, 2014. I also bought an Insurance Policy of New India Assurance Co. Ltd..
