Tpa (Health india) repudiated my claim citing reason policy clause 4.3.1 which describes "all internal and external benign tumours, cysts, polyps of any kind will be covered after 2 years"

In april, 2016, my son, age 1 year was admitted with high fever above 100f and blood hb count of 6%. I paid more than rs. 14000 in medicines and hospital bills of 5-6 days.

Doctor reported "acute tonsillitis with anemia". On word "tonsillitis" they are repudiating my claim.

Doctor's view is that acute tonsillitis is not tumours, cysts or polyps. It is a severe type of infection. Even classification of disease by who proves him right. After repeated explaination by doctor, tpa is not rewarding my claim.

Should i wait 2 years for treatment of an infection which is not benign?

I am searching for ngo who can help me prove my doctor's view and can help me get my claim settle.

    I have taken mediclaim policy for rupees one lakh from 2007. my policy no.[protected] from new India assurance Co. annanagar branch Chennai.
    last month 2nd May 2016 I underwent appendicitis operation at narayana multi speciality hospital at white field road bangalore. total expenses for three days nearly 1.1 lakh.
    I submitted the bills to raksha tpa to claim my settlement for rs. 81000 and odd.

    today I got credited to my account only rs.28447/-.

    I never applied for claim for the past. This is the first time.

    I enquired to raksha regarding this. They said according to room rent only they will calculate all the other expenses. The room rent eligible for me is only rs. 1000/-.

    my room rent is rs.6580. bed charges for four days.

    my name is. V.PANKAJAVALLI.

    If I am not eligible for insurance coverage of rs.1 lakh why they are informing me you can avail upto rs.1 lakh.

    Please help me to get the amount as I submitted the form to raksha tpa gopalauram chennai.

      Your company that my policy no. Does not exist in your record, even though i have phoned many times and it was then not at all intimated. It is further brought to your notice that earlier a claim had already been addressed with the same policy no. It is not understandable that why this kind of information is given.

      Amount of rs. 650/- was deposited on 25.04.2016 in reference to the second claim but till date no response in this regard is given and now after taking money it was informed that policy does not exist.

          I bought a two wheeler policy on 19/12/2015 through online and the proposal number is[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but not received any insurance document. When I contact IOB customer care, he stated that your amount holding the insurance company. After that I contact the insurance company by phone and email but not response from that insurance company.
          I purchased htc mobile with insurance of the new India insurance company through gizmo secure plus. After damaged of mobile in insurance period company clearaly said in mail we will not give you any claim. I send all require document to company before one month. I am totally disutrb from this company.

          The New India Assurance Co. — Landline not working

          The dial tone is not responding while attending an incoming call. The dialtone is ringing even if the handset detached from the land phone and the same thing happen when try to call someone.

            My phone was stolen around 2 months back and I have given all the necessary papers for getting my claim but the company keeps finding new excuses every 10 days for not giving it. They are making a fool of all the customers. Don't buy phone insurance from this company.

I have submitted my HTC E9+ phone which got damaged and i have given it to your collection centre on[protected], however till now i have not any postive response from your team...please note the following points which are as follows:

            1. I have called on your customer care no i.e.[protected] lasw week and one of your customer care representative said by next week i.e.[protected] my phone would be repaired and issued to me.

            2. I have inquired about the same on[protected] in the afternoon around 2:30 pm and i spoke to Ms. Megha (customer care representative) and explained her about my concern with regards to phone not being repaired till date as i have submitted my phone on[protected] and till date no revert. Hence Ms. Megha assured me that she will arrange a call in next 15 minutes. However no one called back. When i tried calling the no later on after sometime on[protected] i was unable to speak to inspite of calling for 4-6 time.

            I hopw that my concern would be addressed at the earliest and i will get positive response hence my phone can be delivered to me.

            Please understand due to this i am facing lot of challenge in day to day communication.

            Awaiting to hear from someone senior in the who can help me as i have not got any concrete response till now.

            I have raised my Claim on 25/2/20. Got an in-principle approval on 9/3/20. There were two options - either they arrange for pick up and get it repaired OR I obtain an estimate and forward them.

            On 12/3/20 representative called me to obtain an Estimate Letter from SAMSUNG Service Centre and mail it to the office. I did it on 14/3/20 around 1130 hrs. Today it is fourth day and I have not received a GO-AHEAD response from the agency.

            Even if I call from the registered mobile, it says "you are not calling from registered mobile and so call cannot be transferred". They are not calling back even.

            Its a case of harassment. If you have given approval then why cant you close it

Claim submitted included Rs. 50, 000/- as Surgeon's Fees for Operation at Vrindavan Nursing Home for Left Inguinoscrotal Incarcerated Hernia.                     I had done insurance for my Samsung Core PRime Rs.8350 With Insurgence. The phone got damaged so i had called the insurance and they took the phone.and after 1 month they said that you have mention Wrong date so your claims was rejected. after that i have resent the all document to Hyderabad for claims purpose . Now they are not responding to phone or email.and also said that you have do as you want to do and using abusing language . .so kindly help to me as early as possible .

                        I have purchased Nokia Lumia 1520 worth 48, 000 and did the insurance for the same, . Phone screen broke because and I had submitted the phone to insurance company around six months back. After no response form them I have submitted a written complain to them around two months back. I have been following with them to get the phone back but they are not responding by when I will get my phone.

Company Employees could not be able to give proper answer for status of my delay payment So I gave Application in Grevience Department on[protected] At New India Assurance Company Ashram Road Ahmadabad. Whenever We used to talk about my claim settlement They always said under process. I don't think it takes 3 months or more time to investigate this kind of case. One of their Emeditek Employee visit home and Hospital investigation is also done. E-Meditek provide really WORST service i have experienced ever.!!!                             As per Received letter from New India insurance for said claim that this case has been resolve in 15 days from date of 5th Aug 2015, But as on date no letter for repudiation or no payment for claim received.
                            This was a worst service from insurance company.

                                A) Purchased mobile (samsung galaxy grand : cost Rs 20, 500/- ) on 09.09.2013 from poorvika mobiles pvt.Ltd, Aringnar Annanagar West, chennai-600040. b) insured the mobile on 09.09.2013 from Poorvika & the New India Assurance cellular insurance policy for one year. c)Lost mobile on 31.05.2014 while travelling in bus (mentioned in claim form). d)Claim form of New India assurance company Ltd. e)complain registered with Thirumangalam police station, chennai on 31.05.2014. f) received NTC (Non- Traceable Certificate) from police station on 05.06.2015 We submitted all the above mentioned documents along with PAN Card, letter of subrogation on Rs100/- non-judicial stamp paper, ID Card, Prepaid sim change undertaking form on First week of June 2014. However only NTC from police station received on 05.06.2015 and the no objection letter from my employer (Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd) dated May 13, 2015 were submitted, on first week of June 2015, to the office of the poorvika & the new india assurance located at Arcot road (opp. Meenakshi college), Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024. My complaint file no : 1925 provided by poorvika in their record. i have made contacts several times in the poorvika office at Arcot road and they are not replying clearly and following delaying tactics. From insurance company side, they always mantain silence and no reply from their side. Ihave tried many times on phones and they try to ask again and again my file no. and and no result till today. Therefore, I request you kindly solve my problem for getting my insurance claim as early as possible.                                   I bought a Nokia handset from an Nokia authorized dealer in Rewari, Haryana on 21st of October, 2014. I also bought an Insurance Policy of New India Assurance Co. Ltd.. On 27th of May my mobile slipped from my hand and its screen got cracked.The display was working properly but then outer most part of touch screen was not working.I claimed for damage repair in insurance company.Then the company asked for the original bill and policy documents and a claim form along with the damaged handset. On 8th of June, 2015, an executive picked up the device from my home and gave me a receipt which is attached with this mail.On 29th of July i received a mail from that my claim reference number [protected] has been approved for total loss despite fine condition of the device expect the touch penal and company asked for the other parts of the handset i.e. box, back cover, battery with my account details to pay me INR 3000/- to settle the claim . I have not sent any salvage to the insurance company as i want my device repaired .

                                    I had done insurance for my Nokia Lumia 1520 (Rs. 36000). The phone screen got damaged so i had called the insurance and they took the phone. Its over 40 days the approval is done by the insurance. Now they are not responding to phone or email. I have asked them to give me the phone back i will get it repaired and then submit the bill as the estimation they have given is around 15, 000 for the repair of the screen.

                                      Even After sending the mail to higher level of New India Assurance there is no response and IRDA is also not taking action on them. Where is the way for the public Govt. has to take proper action on them. Can we ask the PM to some thing on this.                                         I purchased my car (SANTRO XING- UP82J0605) insurance (Receipt No-[protected]-[protected] Customer id- PO[protected] with New India Assurance Co Ltd. on 10.04.2012(Duration 10.4.2012- 12.01am-09.4.2013- 11.59pm) (Annexure 1a and b). During insurance period the front glass of my car broke due to stone (non criminal matter). To claim, insurance I followed all required procedure and submitted all required documents to Agra office on 4.4.2013 (Annexure 2a b). Surveyor Mr Dharam Veer Singh made survey and submitted his report. And then submitted bill on 7.4.2013 (Annexure 3). Since then (more than two years) I am continuously tracking my claim and I am misguided every time by Mr Sanjeev Agarwal (Head of Agra Office). I went personally many times to Agra office and dialled 20-25 times. Finally in January 2014 I was told by Mr Sanjeev Agarwal that my claim amount has been transferred to my account (HDFC Bank SHAMSHABAD ROAD, AGRA-[protected]) (Annexure 4 Cancelled cheque- Annexure 5- Bank statement) BUT ACTUALLY NO MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED. I updated Mr Agarwal that money is not transferred and I submitted him New Account no. and Bank statement ([protected] -Axis bank Sanjay place Agra) (Annexure 6) to Office personally but after waiting for 5 months still money has not been transferred even in this new-old bank account NEITHER any cheque-cash has been issued. Then I write an application under RTI act to Mr. P.K. Sahu (CHIEF MANAGER and CPIO New India Assurance Co Ltd) on 22.05.2014, but did not received any response. After that I personally called and went to office 4-5 times but I was told in January 2015 that my case will be looked after end of financial year. BUT even after pass of 3 more months after 31st march my case has not been solved and my money has not obtained. After inquiry neither I am provided the transfer details nor the document file no.
