      Hello, i bought car insurance from new india insurance from an agent in my locality.
      My car got accident befor one year ago.
      My car number is rj35cb0008.
      But till now they are not picking up my phone making excuses everytime. That agent gut left his job and now not picking up my phone. Chittoargarh office anr jaipur head office making excuses.

            I'm dr. Gurpreet singh sran... I have been attached with new india insurance from last 6 year's... This time my car verna fluidic was hit in a ditch at 6pm of 24/6/17 (Saturday) in evening on amritsar bathinda highway which is under construction from last three years. My car engine was hit and i knew it after my car stopped by itself after it went for 10-12 kilometers. I got help from local mechanic in village harike. But my car didn't work again after going for 5-6 km. I tow my car to local agency on monday as its closed on sunday. Agency personal said that cost of repair amount to 2.25 lakh as engine has been damaged and insurance personal in charge said that there shall be no claim for engine as it has been damaged as i drove my car after it signalled... I'm ducked up with amount of 2.5 lakh without any help from new india insurance. I shall not recommend this agency to anyone anymore... Good luck

                Sub.: regarding my claim issue against my vehicle (Hr77a5364) insurance policy no.[protected] from your company.

                This has reference to the frequent telephonic conversations along with several emails from your end regarding no claim bonus (Ncb) against my current new india policy no.[protected] and claim denial (For rs 51292/-) by you as my vehicle no. Hr 77a - 5364 met with an accident on 05.03.2017. Till date, your executives {mr. Rajesh madan and d. M. (Mr i. C. Sirohi) from sirsa branch} were making false statements and were giving only baseless verbal assurities to me for payment against present claim. I am really shocked to go through your response against my ongoing claim amount of rs 51292/- for which you are now creating the issue of ncb of previous insurer.

                Please be informed that while renewing my current vehicle policy no.[protected] from your company for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017, you have demanded previous vehicle policy no. [protected] document (From m/s sbi general insurance) from me for complete details. I have cleared my situation at the very intital stage of getting policy from your company that i am in this situation with my previoud insurrere and have not got any claim from them. Being a commom man i was not even aware if i was awarded ncb or not. It just came to me as a shock that even after getting insurance for my vehicle i am not entitled for any claim as there was blunder created by your representative while issuing policy to me. They did not clear the picture with previous insurer and issued the policy. Had they been informed me at the intial stage i might have though in different direction and would have made my mind accordingly.

                Evenly i have informed you that i have taken no claim from my previous insurer (M/s sbi general insurance ltd.) against previous policy no.[protected] till date and already denied for it.in this regard, i have all requisite documents in support of my statement.
                But surprised to see that while renewing my current vehicle policy no.[protected] from your company for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017, you have adjusted 20% ncb in my current policy after going through all my previous policy records. For this, no objection was there from my end although other insurance companies provides up to 50% ncb. But now at present, while raising a claim for rs 51292/-, now you are creating issue of previous sbi policy no. [protected]in”open state” so the current claim can’t be processed. But this is a baseless issue.

                I have clearly informed you that i have taken no claim from my previous insurer and have proofs for it. If the previous policy (Sbi policy no. [protected]) is in ”open state” as informed by you then it’s not my fault. You should enquire from your end that why this previous policy in open state and must be confirmed while renewing the current policy for present period of 08.11.2016 up to 07.11.2017.
                Moreover i am totally dissatisfied with your services. Your executives (Mr. Rajesh madan and d. M. (Mr i. C. Sirohi from sirsa branch) were making false statements and were giving only baseless verbal assurity to me for payment against present claim since april 2017. I am totally upset from your such type of response.

                If you see my situation as of now, it is like i am without any insurance even after paying premium to you as you are not ready to consider any of my request regarding claim. I am not able to take out my vehicle for any ride as now i am aware that it is as good as not insured. Not sure why m. Sirohi mentioned ‘close relative’ in email reply. It gives a feeling that he is taking it personally and trying hard to deny this claim. Please suggest if that ‘close relative’ overlooked any rule while issuing insurance or is he on a post where he can influence any policy of company. It seems i am a victim of any internal clash of your organization.
                I think there have been so much of to and fro emails and letters. Now may i request to please inform in black and white if you are clearly denying my claim or considering it for any payment.
                If you see there has not been any fault from my end. I just paid premium and expected claim from you. But it is stuck in the technicalities of rules and regulations which you are using for denying my claim.
                Kindly look in to the matter and close this out in an amicable way while keeping in view my situation.

                    Hi,

                    Little did we know that when buying a car we can choose insurance provider ourselves else we would have checked some reviews online. Anyway we did the mistake in ignorance and we are paying the price of it now.

                    Car : hyundai create
                    Reg no.: hr24w 4455

                    I met with an accident in nangli, haryana on 4-may-2017 and the car was towed to deep hyundai nangli on same date. Today on 27-may we received a curtain raiser when on asked to pickup our repaired car we receive the shocks which were unheard in today’s competitive times. Attached are the pictures for your review.

                    - the hinge pillar is misaligned so the service team inserted a wooden block, some putty and fixed the door as if it’s a toy car and not creta worth 15 lakhs.. We are wondering if new india surveyor named saneev khanna is in tie up with deep hyundai as when we called well in advance to have a look at the car, he simply denied saying it is no more his responsibility.

                    - the glove box is misaligned but to the deep hyundai staff this 3cm will not hamper my car usability and i should accept it... Obiously surveyor thinks its not his work anymore.

                    - the left side door after repair have a 2cm opening as shown in picture and again to deep hyundai they cannot correct it as they do not have surveyor’s approval and the new india assurance’s approval for same.. We are wondering what did they charge all the money for.

                    - here is the icing on the cake, the deep hyundai people wanted to deliver the car the new rim and tyre changed in insurance as two separate units and they asked us to get the tyre matched to the rim outside since they do not have machine for it.. Imagine the odesity of a service center.

                    All this is today’s story and the old drama has to be refreshed to you guys:
                    - 4-may accident and towed to center
                    - 11-may survey was done after numerous calls and emails eventually reaching to grievance cell
                    - 12-may we get a call where deep hyndai says x, y and z is not approved by surveyor and we traveled 40km to the accident site taking pictures of the location to show to the surveyor and then he agreed to survey and approve the repair of left front door which was the major part damaged besides the wheel, rim and its parts
                    - for last one week strating 21-may deep hyundai has been delaying although all parts per them were available… obviously it will be as the pictures show they did all temporary measures and nothing has been repaired to cars and occupants safety.

                    We would want you to kindly review the pictures the facts and suggest if we need to give up the hope of getting our car back in safely drivable position or are we to bear the brunt of clash between new india assurance and deep hyundai nangli.

                        Took My claim Policy 9 years before for Rs. 1 Lac each, for self and family members when all were health with New India Assurance Co. DO 100, Chennai 600001. Renewed without break till date when all were healthy. Enhanced the limit from 1 Lac to 2 Lacs 3 years before and reported Diabatics and BP in the proposal. There was no claim for all two years. In 2016 admitted for guiddiness. They TP - Vidal short paid by 18464/- . Reasons not given. They seem to have taken SI as1 Lac and not 2 Lac for claim settlement treating as preexisting disease . Mails not properly responded and Rs.18464/- not settled.Vidal Health is the TP.

                        My husband mr. Premkuar (Died due to accident) several years before and renewed without any break. He met with accident and admitted into vijaya trauma care where he died due to accident. Fir and relevant documents were submitted to the tp (For the cash paid claim) belatedly. The claim amount was rs. 38902/- but they have applied pro rate (Reason not explained) and settled for rs. 6749/- short of rs.32153/-.

                          The new india assurance.co. Ltd portal office at mukkam, kozhikode is not working on proper schedule. Usual working hour starts at 10 am but here it's depends on the workers decision. Its not happening first time many customers facing same issues. So please make any step to solve the issue. Otherwise we are force to change the company.

                                      I contacted Ms. Thulasi at your indranagar branch, Bangalore, and sent her a mail on 23/3/17 regarding the renewal of my Ertiga vehicle which was purchased last year and the insurance was done by the showroom. In spite of attaching relevant documents and reminding her the next day to reply, but she has not bothered to revert.
                                      Since I have the insurance of my other car KA01MM 971 with you and thought I could have the insurance of the above mentioned too at your branch.

                                      I just wanted to know whether this is the attitude shown to a customer even after following up with her. A shear negligence towards her Job.
