I received your latter for repudiation of the above mentioned claim. Saying the reason that present ailment is non-payable during first 30 day's of the policy. However I have renewed this policy on12th of August 2016 and Ms. Poonam was admitted on 11th of September 2016. August month is of 31st days, so as per date of renewed this policy (12 th Aug ) we can count 20 days in month of August and 11 September she was admitted so in month of Sep we can count 10 days. Total 30 days (20August+ 10september ) and on 31 st day after renewed the policy i.e 11th of September 2016 she was admitted. So I can see that there is an totally completion of 30 days.

Second reason u have mentioned that the symptoms of said ailment were before 4-5 days of admission. So, if any patient is suffering from any circumstances, u can directly go to hospital an admit the patient ? or else u can go to local or family doctor for few days n than if patient is not filling well than only u can admit the patient in hospital?

However if there is an any condition apply than please let me know the terms and condition.

    I want to state that i had successfully applied for the post of assistant in NIACL recruitment 2017. I also got the receipt after applying. But the registration number and password have not been sent neither to my mail id nor on my mobile. Now i don't know my registration number and password. Because of that i am not able download the application form as the above are required to download the form. So kindly send me my registration number and password to my email address or message me on my phone. It will be a great help.

      Issue - insurance money taken, device insured by the company but claim not given when device got stolen

      I had purchased the "vivo v5 mobile" in big c mobile showroom on 1st january 2017 and on their recommendation, i got it insured by the company. The company's service provider took money and insured my device and i was not informed about any terms and conditions related to the insurance (Since the device insurance is not yet a widely used service, a common man does not have detailed information, and i felt that my device was insured successfully). My device got stolen on 15th january 2017 in vijayawada (Andhra pradesh). I gave a compliant in local police station and after all the procedures they gave me certificate that they had been not able to find my phone. Then we applied for the claim with that certificate and all other required documents as per their terms. We were patiently completing the required process and fulfilling demands of the company again and again since 1.7 months. After this long time (Approximately 1 months), the company repudiated our claim, in spite of all complete documents (Attached with the complaint). They didn't even stated any statement of rejection of claim. Even i tried to contact them on phone no one responding at any time. But in reality, i was never informed about the condition mentioned for the repudiation, during the time the company took the insurance money.

      We request the forum to understand our grief (Both from the device theft and then this repudiation), and help us in the matter to get our claim. I am also attaching the soft copies of our complete claim documents such as invoice, fir, sim blocking form, claim form sent to the company. Moreover, we have also not yet received back our original documents. We applied for reconsideration and were waiting for the reply before filing the complaint. Please help.

        india assurance co vide policy no 980000031160304164650 valid upto 3
        july 2017. But the surivour Mr. Malikit Singh and Br. Manager of new
        india assurance has not clear our case due to his personal
        interest.please advise to the concern otherwise case will be refer to
        the court aggainst these two person.The action against the surivour s.
        malkiat singh should be intiated immdeliatey and ban his working in
        the govt innsurance companyto save the image of innsurance company in
        thew market. the acse of the surivor may be intiateds for action to
        the irda hydewrbad separtely.action is aviated please.

          I have insured my Samsung Smartphone through Appsdaily. My claim intimation no. is AD_D_230816_[protected]. In November month I had submitted all my documents and broken phone to Appsdaily at their Mumbai address. Then after they said we will verify your all documents and after verifying all the documents we will send your documents to New India Assurance company ltd. for claim process. I am trying to follow up since last 3 months but none of their employee replied to my mail and calls. Then yesterday I complained through Consumer Complaints to Appsdaily and they replied that your claim is rejected by New India Assurance Company Ltd. How is it possible to reject the Claim without any reason. I just wanted to know the reason behind it.

          Till now we have not received any solution or any response from new india assurance company.so its very poor service .
          It is very regret to note that our complain and settlement as aforesaid is lying with you from last one fortnight even after as inspection and all formalities are being done.

          We are surprised to see your poor service as well as cavalier attitude.As we have number of vehicle are insured with your company.

            My name is Shamlal.S. I am from kerala.working in a finance company (Cholamandalam) as SM.I take one car insurance from u people's.my policy no;[protected].it's a bumber2bumber.then the story started .
            My vehicle got accident on 6th of Jan 2017.( hitting a buffelow in a turning road at 9.pm) my vehicle on workshop 9th of Jan 2017.I inform insurance agent on that day and the survair came on 10th evening 7pm.he came and just look the vehicle and told the mechanic that one person will come on tomorrow for taking photos and he went away.I already given my orginal document to workshop including licence.next day another person come and take photo that is on 11th.he told the mechanic that to start the work.the number was fully distroyed and the right side headlight also gone.nobody contact from this insurance office to me.after completing work the mechanic call from work shop.I call the survair that the work has done.he told me that you do one thing play the full payment and relece the vehicle.I relieve the vehicle on20th Jan evening.there is no response from the servare about the insurance payment.I call him on 24th and he told me that he will collect the bills from workshope.I give my bills to workshop.after that I call him 31st Jan. I told him that I didint recive my payment.he told me that I didint revive your car documents.I contact and complaint to this landnumber [protected] this office number.he take my policy number and he told me will call back.he didn't call me .then the survair call me and told me I want that car papers send me through whats app.I sent him papers .at till time nobody contact me and I didint revive the insured payment.what the hell insurance company is this .we also have insurance in chola.we are doing almost 20 core vehicle business in Cochin area .I willnot suggest any customer to take THE NEW INDIA ASSURENCE .and about the survair.pls dont put this type of persons who lost the name the insurence company.who the bledy raskel he is .his attitude to the customers is very bady and it will lost ur ferm reputation.an #### insurance company and service.the surver name biju the king and the customer is me shamlal who is ...

                With reference above subject matter, we would like to inform you that:-

                1. My doughter was Hospitalized for 2 days (17.09.16 to 19.09.16) at Baba Madhav Shah Chikitsalaya because her (L) Ankle was injured on road accident.
                2. As per Doctors advice we have to admiited to our doughter in Hospital for 2 days. Because she was so serious and her leg was plastered. As per Doctor at home if proper care will not taken then my doughter can be partially Limping for whole life.
                3. Against New India without prejudice letter we are submitting herewith Doctor Certificate dated 11.01.2017. In which he clearely mentioned that “She required admission”. The Original copy of certificate enclosed herewith for your persuals.
                4. Our mediclaim is for very small amount i.e. Rs. 2, 968/- and we process this matter to “Bima Lokpal” for Justice. Because The New India Assurance not paying my Claim.

                I hope you will consider my request & reimburse our Mediclaim Rs. 2, 968/- at the earliest.

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime on December 2015 and took an Insurance policy for the same. Samsung Smart Cafe, a retailer shop have arranged my insurance from AdaptCare Mobile Insurance. Later I received my policy document via mail. On 31st December 2016, my mobile went off suddenly. When I went to servicing centre, they told me that board is complaint & the estimated cost will be Rs.5000/-
                    As, I have the Insurance, I paid a visit to the retailer shop but it was closed for 6 months. I have contacted each and every numbers in the policy document and every contact numbers was out of service. In their policy document Adaptcare says that, Adaptcare is only the facilitator & the real insurer is New India Assurance Co.Ltd.
                    Then I called New India's Customercare & visited the branch at M.G Road, Ernakulam, Kerala, but they all are saying that the policy number given in my policy document is not theirs, and they don't have any dealership with AdaptCare.
                    What should I do now????
                    Please help me.

                      I had purchased a vehicle from an Individual and ownership was transferred in my name. On 17.07.2016, I met an accident and one of my friend was spot dead and the vehicle was completely damaged. The insurance policy was valid on that date but unfortunately the insurance policy was not transferred to my name at the time of transfer of title of vehicle. Now, the Insurance company is stating that there is no valid claim against the insurance as the owner of the vehicle and the Insurance policy holder's name are different.

And they said they will pickup my mobile within 3 days but they aren't pickup my mobile 21 December. I am very upset from the service of this company.                             Hi,

                            When i bought car in 2014 dec and the dealership insured our car from your company under a debt cap policy.
                            After a year when we renewed our policy again to debt cap then they said we have to pay 18002 rupees as a premium.
                            We paid 18002 and then when around aug-sept 2016 we took a claim then you guys said that the insurance is not a debt cap so we have to pay 8000 for repair of a vehicle. And now there is again a time to renew the insurance and the guy from dealership who is dealing with insurance said that your old insurance was a debt cap. Because the premium which we paid was according to a debt cap.

                            We was harassed by the dealership and your employees when we took last claim and they were keep saying that our insurance is not a debt cap but now they are saying that yes the insurance was a debt cap.

                            Make/model : hyundai i20 asta 2014 december 14th.

                            Now when i called the insurance guy and i said i want debt cap as last time they did something else and then after verifying the policy he said that your old insurance is also a debt cap. I dont know who is the one who did this mistake. Because dealership said we charged for debt cap but the insurance guy forgot to write the debt cap on your cover letter so you can not claim this as a debt cap which is a ridiculous and very sad.

                            If your company really cares about the customer then please respond on this issue and call me at [protected], [protected].
                            Otherwise i know can't do anything but i can only change the company and will never suggest your company to anybody else because of this fraud or whatever you guys can name it.

                              I am submitted all claim related reimbursement documents dated 3rd Nov 2016.

                              I tracking online for claim status, till date claim is in process.

                              Dated 16.12.2016, I called Medi Assist customer care number, She said Internal clarification of Insurance company and Medi Assist is pending, Medi Assist Team already sent email to insurance company regarding this, after confirmation received by Insurance company claim will clear.

                              After that Insurance company said this is pregnancy related issue not covered in policy so after remark receive by RO meeting then will process, But 99% not approved.

                              My concern is after long time follow up then insurance company said me this things my question is following.

                              1. If this thing not covered in policy so why accepted claim documents?
                              2. after that why send me msg - Claim - IN Process, also remark on query food charges not include.
                              3. after I called customer care of Medi assist then i know this things, then insurance company update me.
                              4. This is insurance company responsibility update customer all things time to time. if not possible clear it immediately.

                              I make future planning for insurance amount, give PDC cheque for some relatives depend on policy amount. if insurance company clear me immediately i manage it who is responsible that.

                              Plz see this matter, i am very disappointed New India Assurance services.

                                This is with reference to my above mentioned claim which is long pending since august 2016.
                                My mobile was theft in the 1st week of august and thereafter i raised my claim in quick heal. I submitted all documents as asked by them. They raised pending and i resolved those as well.
                                Ever since, whenever i am following up with them, the only reply they are giving is that the claim has been sent to the insurance company and the same is still awaited.
                                Now, i am forced to connect you, the parent company with the hope that my claim will be addressed and settled as soon as possible.

                                  I have claimed for my bike as 5100rs 2 months before and i didnt receive my clam yet i have called there many times i dont even pick.
                                  At last they picked my phone and said that we have deposites your money in your bank accunt which is [protected]. I think they mis guide it and may be deposited in some other account. So you are requested to resolve my probleb as i am very needy.

                                    My reimbursement claim for expenses incurred on my surgery on 23/06/2016 at Sunrise Hospital, Kalindi Colony, New Delhi is now long overdue for settlement.

                                    The claim papers were sent to Ms. Vineeta Gupta, A.O. Health Department at Kanpur Regional Office by speed post on 05/07/2016. The biopsy report finalized only on 06/07/2016 was despatched by speed post on 12/07/2016. no formal acknowledgement has been received for these communications till date.

                                    When I called Ms. Guha on phone a few days later, thankfully, she did confirm their receipt and also informed that the claim papers have been forwarded to Mr. Sudheer Arya at the company's Dibiyapur branch for further processing.

                                    Further telephonic follow- up of my claim with Mr. sudheer Arya has not worked so far. It has been now well over 4 months during which I may have called Mr. Arya well over a dozen times with no results whatsoever.

                                    Having got tired pursuing the matter with Mr. Arya, I felt compelled to lodge this formal complaint which I hope would draw prompt action including inquiry into the delay and settlement of my claim without further delay.

                                    I am confident that the responsiblity for quick disposal of the claims is well recognized and understood.

                                    Looking forward to fair and prompt reimbursement of my claim without further delay.
