    We are holding the policy from past 4 - 5 years for both of my parents (father and mother). Till date we had paid premium for every year. Now they are giving new premiums every day to pay while we give the premiums check. I don't know kind of professionalism they follow. When i asked for the 5 years policy certificate for personal accounting purpose they are still not considering and asking me to wait for some days and every time i call they reply " will provide the same after 31st". I still don't understand what kind of work they do. They can't even give me my policy which is in their system. I request you to please help as in am very much in trouble because of this company. Please dont take any insurance policy from this company as they dont have any professionalism at place. Their moto is to trouble people and take premiums and then NO service.

          I purchased new Renault Duster car on 7 Feb 2014 through Jabalpur Dealer Name -Katwani Motors, during purchasing time my vehicle dealer & insurance company was told that we are giving zero depth policy also told me that it cashless . So they charged me more for premium .but when i came across accident then surveyor inform me that it is normal policy. After this i compare the premium, it is found that i have charge Rs 5000 to Rs 8000 extra amount in premium. My premium amount Rs 32, 296 /- for IDV Rs 8, 65, 987 with zero value for other things. Now I want that this policy should consider as ZERO DEPTH policy as I have already paid more premium.

          I also complained in IRDA, in July but till now there is no response.

            I was going To Renewe My Motor Policy Online on 30.04.2014...I made two transcation one is failed and second is successful and renew policy but in first transcation my Amount is Deducted from My Account and till now Not Refunded from new india assurance. I had talk several times to new india branch office Ajmer Rajasthan, Regional Office Jaipur and Head Office but they Are not Responding...Its so Embressing.

              i m Dinesh from dehradun son of Mr Kamal Singh Rawat my father buyed a truck tata 1109 model 2004 on date[protected]. I have insured our truck, The New India Assurance Co.Ltd Period cover[protected] to[protected].

              Unfortunately my truck accident on[protected].

              I had submitted all required documents he had asked me to submit.. But till[protected] we have not receive our insurance claim amount. We are finance for this truk about 3Lack and Rs 12000 pm i will pai installment. But i have not a paid any installment for last 5 months .

                I had made complaint to deepak bhardwaj & deepak rahane on 22 may 14 regarding above cited subject, the details are below
                I have renewed two motor policy on dt. 02-05-14. Also last year I insured my vehicle through your esteemed organization.
                1. policy No.[protected], Customer ID PO21128723 for Maruti car (period cover 07.05.14 to 06.05.15) amt. 3103/-
                2. policy No.[protected], Customer ID PO15087082 for bike (period cover 13.05.14 to 12.05.15) amt. 872/-

                I have not received NCB for both policies. NCB should be given to me. Pl. tell me how & when I will get NCB amt.
                for S.No. 1 there is many mistakes made by New india assurance Co. In policy document variant, colour, cubic capacity, nominee's name was not written (although both policies are concerned with me, mobile no. and address are same. There is nominee's name in single policy (2)

                There is also one mistake in collection receipt date (02.05.14) in both policies

                Sir, I am govt. servant and always I take help from your nominated agent Mr. Amrik singh (AG[protected]. After receving policies I contacted my agent but there was no positive response.

                  related to my father’s death claim settlement to Ranipet New India assurance co
                  Ltd through agent Mr. PV Naik immediately after accident death of my father. My Agent
                  Mr P.V Naik has followed up on this through call and personally visited the
                  branch for getting details. They have not provided any related information(
                  Claim No.) yet. Since 1 yr over and still i couldn’t get any claim number or
                  current status of the request. My agent submitted all required documents on Feb
                  2013 and we keep on hearing that your file was handing by old SBM and he
                  was transferred to other branch and new SBM says he has taken charge on
                  Aug 26 2013, he is new to insurance sector and not aware of claiming processes
                  and keep on extending time says will make it in 10 days, 7 days etc. I need
                  your intervention here to settle my father’s death claim at the earliest.

                      This is regarding on the caption subject that we’ve purchased insurance policy of your New India Assurance Company Ltd. Vide policy no.-[protected] from 16thMay,2012 to 15thMay,2013 from your Maruti Authorized dealer, i.e., M/S Modern Automobiles, Karnal. This policy is continuing since long. The Company issued the policy on the cashless basis. On 11thMay,2013 when I was on the way to Kanpur; I met with an accident near Firozabad around 3:30 PM with my family. I went to your authorized service partner, i.e., M/S Aman Motors, Firozabad for repair of my damaged car. He said ‘’In Cashless Policy, you would have to wait for 1 day as it is already 5 PM and surveyor will be deputed by the Company and after then he will come and make the report. This time it is not possible to do on cashless basis. You pay the cash and repair your vehicle and claim the amount from your Karnal dealer otherwise you stay here and next day, we’ll deliver you the car.” At the same moment, I talked to concerned agencies in Karnal. After giving me the assurance that you repair the vehicle at Firozabad right now, we’ll see the matter in Karnal. After then I repaired my damaged vehicle from Aman Motors vide their bill no. - 021642 dated 11thMay, 2013 vide their job no. 0017712 for Rs.12,001 (Twelve Thousand One Rupees), paid in cash as it wasn’t possible to stay over there because of my family and myself were in the unknown area. I returned to Karnal on 17thMay2013, and I went to M/S Modern Automobiles, Karnal for the claim. They called the insurance company representative. The insurance company refused to give me the claim saying that your policy has been renewed vide no.-[protected] from 16thMay,2013 to 15thMay,2014. Saying that you’ve given the NCB 25% in the policy, we’re helpless and cannot do the claim. I requested him that if he could adjust the NBC in the next policy but he did not agree to do so. Being a customer, I don’t understand where I am faulty and why I and my company will continue with your Maruti Channel Partner & New India Insurance. I’ve 5 vehicles with me which are insured by your company. In future, how can we trust on you? I request you to kindly do the needful action and give my genuine claim to me. Also, I’ve already visited many times for same issue from last 2 months but every time they manipulated me which has lost my faith and trust. Their unsatisfactory response has resulted to bring this issue under your guidance for early response. An early action would be highly appreciated.                         my daughter "Pavitjot Kaur" born on 28th Sep 2012, was also a beneficiary in the above mentioned policy. She suffered from "ECZEMA HERPETICUM WITH SEPSIS" in June 2013 and was admitted for this life threatening condition At ANKUR KIDS SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITAL, jalandhar from 27th to 30 th June 2013. After her discharge I applied for Reimbursement from the insurance company with all the required documents, but they refused my claim with a note that it's a skin condition and is not covered before 2 yrs of policy
                        I am a doctor my self and I know that it's a serious life threatening viral infection
                        "ECZEMA HERPETICUM WITH SEPSIS" that affects all the systems of body, though it's a complication of eczema which affects the skin commonly.
                        I ve presented the brief report of my complaint.
                        Now please take some action against insurance company and help me finding justice.

                          When I took the health insurance for my father. They informed me that sugar will be covered. After that once my dad was admitted to the hospital. They did not paid me even a single penny. Guys please do not go with health policy of New india assurance , It is complete fraud. You will lose only ur hard earned money.

                            I paid my current year's premium in the month of March,13. However, I went to CMC Vellore in the month of April for a check-up. As I got back to Kolkata, I received the I.D. card from Heritage Health TPA Pvt. Ltd. But till date I haven't received my original Policy certificate even after contacting my agent repeatedly.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am Lalit Prasad and I got a medical Insurance from The New India Assurance Co. Ltd.. My policy No. is[protected] and period of insurance 13.03.2012 to 12.03.2013

                              In the month of February my child was hospitalize and I was claim the medical amount from the Insurance co. but they did not take any action of my application and not release the payment.

                              I was call them but all time they give excuses and I also submitted all document and queries what they want for payment release but no payment is yet to receive.

                              Kindly do the needful and take an action on this fraud company.

                              medical policy cancelled due to our age is above 68 and according to them after age of 68 they can't continue the medical policy.
                              we have this medical policy from 1991 now at this age we require the medical policy and they are not giving us the policy.
                              Please look at the matter.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I insured my car (MH43 R9721) from “new India assurance co. ltd” under policy no.[protected]. On April 24th 2013 I met with an accident & my cars front door got damaged. I filed the accident claim against policy. But they didn’t gave me accident claim no. after surveying of car they told me to repair it & they will reimburse the expenditure. On 28th April 2013 I submitted the bill. But they didn’t clear the bill. I called their customer care for complaining but they are asking for accident claim number. But the branch where I filed the accident claim they are not giving me claim no. also not reimbursing the amount. Also they are not treating me properly. It’s more than a month and I visited their branch more than 10 times. Even my vehicle was cleared by their surveyor. Please help me.

                                  my client Harji Bhimji jungi has take his crew china degan insurance with The New India asu.co.ltd.Dadar,Mumbai under JPA policy no.130600/47/98/3337. for si.250000.in 1999crew has drown in midsea during fishing worke in fishing boat.n crew dead body not found till date.as per law insurance co.must pay claim after seven year n his official enquiry.but even 10 year has passed.but new india is not responding in this claim matter even many reminder forwarding to co. they do not trying to make any official enquiry to make claim settelment. crew family need help for alive live under below poverty line. pls help us to settel this claim on huminity ground.

                                    My Claim is Not Settled after providing Documents to the Company. They are saying that claim is passed but still i haven't received any Chq or Cash. The Company Is NEW INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD. I have also gone many times to there offices to Check the approval of the Claim, They are saying its almost done since last 6 months. What should i do in this case.

                                      We have taken Fire Insurance Policy from New India Assurance Company, Sivakasi branch to cover the godown stock of Copra and oiled cake at National Bulk Handling Corporation, Udumelpetu, Dindigul District, Tamilnadu. On 17/05/2011, fire incident took place and the same day one preliminary surveyor is appointed and inspected the fire affected godown .Even though full strength of District fire brigade force attempt to control the fire will lead to an end only next day morning ,We are under tremendous effort to to save maximum goods from fire by demolishing wall with the help of available BULLDOZER ,CRANE etc. and we succeeded to save 666 MT of Copra in good condition .We are also taken the salvage by tender and the salvage is removed from the godown under the supervision of the representative of the Surveyor, Mr.Prakasham. We filed the claim along with all the documents required by the Surveyor on 04/08/2011 and after all verification of our accounts, documents lastly the surveyor submitted his report on 09/02/2012 after obtaining consent letter for Rs.35493000/-after deducting policy excess .

                                      The incident was on 17.05.2011 and now almost 12 months have elapsed. We have paid interest for the last 12 months. The bank also sends queries about the disbursement of the claim. We have sent several request and complaints from branch level to Head office level of the New India Assurance Company for settlement of the Claim amount but not settled the claim or not even received a reply from the insured.

                                      Meanwhile on 24/02/2012 we received a mail from New India Assurance, Sivakasi branch that Senior Divisional Manager raised some queries regarding the claim to be clarified by the Surveyor or the insured. The senior branch Manager forwarded the queries to the Surveyor and he answered all the queries also.

                                      On 16/03/2012, while the queries are pending before the Surveyor to answer to the insurance Company, the Senior Divisional Manager, Sivakasi appointed Mr.A.S.N.Arya and Co., in consultation with R.O.to investigate the same queries which are pending before the Surveyor.
                                      The last query send by the Surveyor is regarding stock variance between KRPL & NBHC stock statement and regarding Final Police Report also. Both queries are answered and Police Final Report also submitted on 11/01/2012. After that the surveyor released his report and based on that report, we submitted our consent letter for a total claim of Rs.35493000/- (After deducting Policy excess). We accept the above amount and sent the consent letter as part of settling the claim immediately and we are waiting to receive the claim settlement cheque from the insurance company.

                                      The incident took place on 17/05/2011, and only after several visit, verifying all documents, stock statement (which took approximate 9 months) the surveyor released the report. Now the Divisional Manager’s queries are also referred to the Mr.Alok, Surveyor and all the queries are also answered by him. Now a new query is raised by the new investigator regarding the salvage. Please note that the salvage quantity in this claim was in all times with the custody of National Bulk Handling Corporation Ltd, a well known Warehousing Company in India. After the Tender, we have weighed and removed the salvage in the presence of a competent surveyor deputed by the Senior Surveyor Mr.Alok Shankar, and he did issue a supervision certificate also. Therefore we are of very kind opinion that any further investigation regarding the salvage quantity at this final juncture is unwarranted.

                                      Lastly we filed 7 Complaints online before the grievance cell of IRDA and all complaints are escalted .Therefore we request your kind authority to intervene this issue to settle our claim and to prevent this type of harassment by the Insurance Company to the insured in future.

                                        I have a medi claim policy with New India Assurance policy no 111900/34/11/01/00008432. Their TPA are MDIndia Health Care Service Pvt Ltd. Pune.
                                        My son was hospitalised for Degue fever on 7/9/12 till 12/9/2012. The Claim details were sent on 11/10/2012 to MD India for an amount of Rs 31062.00 (claim ID MDI 398256). The claim amount was settled for an amount of Rs19159.00 on 25/10/2012. When we did not receive the cheque payment of that amount we contacted their head office on 7/11/2012. We were told that they had stopped issuing physical cheques & payments are made by ECS only so we were asked to submit an ECS detail form. We did the needful on the very same day. On our repeated phone calls to their office yielded no response from their end. First they said that they had not received our ECS form, when I provided them with the proof & bombarded their interactive site with around 25 copies of the ECS details they accepted they had indeed received the ECS details and would be forwarding the details to New India Assurance for final payment within four days. When we did not receive the payment we again contacted them & their reply was there was a technical problem and they could not upload our file to New India Assurance it would take some time but were not specific of the time. When we contacted them after seven days they said they had uploaded our file to New India Assurance and would receive our payment within 5 days. When we still did not receive our payment when contacted the reply given was that New India did not have the funds to make the payment & the same would be done shortly.The whole process was being handled by the ground staff headed by one Mr Deepak.
                                        When we contacted them today 27/12/2012 the ground staff Mr Alex started the same old story that they had not received the ECS details when confronted he said there was a technical problem, when questioned more & asked for Mr Deepak or his superiors he refused giving vague answers. Mr Deepak also refused to come on line.
                                        We are here with attaching the photo taken of their inter active site which clearly shows the attitude of MD India. & their cover up operation.
                                        They should be heavily penalized & debarred from being TPA of New India Assurance & others.
