This is with reference to above mentioned claim details. I was hospitalized in BLK Hospital on[protected] in emergency after suffering a severe chest pain, Seeing my condition worsening Doctors rightly took a decision for angioplasty where they implanted 1 stent right away as blockage was almost 100 % ¸ as I still had some uncomfortable feeling doctor decided for another implant of stent where blockage was 80-90% as not doing so was risking my life, so another Angioplasty was done on[protected] which was necessary and unavoidable. After 2nd angioplasty I start feeling better and was discharge on 21.12.2021. I could have stayed for 1-2 more days at hospital. As I was feeling much better my family and myself took decision to go home where better care can be given as the cases of new covid variant Omnicorn was spreading I didn’t wanted to risk myself to expose in hospital with other attends.
The total bill amount came to be Rs 248941/-. However, the settled amount was on Rs 202303/-. The deduction amount comes out to be Rs 43375/-. I was surprised to look at such a huge amount of deduction which was done. I was further surprised to look that the reason for deduction was given " As per PPN Package for General Ward".

I am not able to understand why the claim was settled as per package for general ward. I am a loyal customer and have been paying my mediclaim premium for more than 10 years now and having National Mediclaim Plus policy for sum insured 8 lacs.
Even after taking a policy for sum insured 8 lacs, I have been paid as per package for general ward then why should one take policy for higher sum insured. Then, it is good to have policy with sum insured 3 or 4 lacs if everyone is treated the same.
You are requested to look into the case again and settle the difference amount which has been deducted, Rs 43375/-.

    I had written a mail to MDIndia regarding approval to probable expenses of Rs 5.20 lakhs prior to operation of both knees on 19th October 2021.I had written many mails but no response from the New India assurance.However the replaced both knees of my wife in Mahajan Ortho and surgical Hospital, Nagpur.Now the bill is reduced &is finalized to Rs 3.50 Lakhs.My bill is reduced by 113000.I am unable to bear so much loss.My CCN is 6710013.Kindly approve the bill without deduction.

      i have ford car which insurance is the new india assurance.co.ltd policy number -[protected] its for three year third party validity from 5april 2019to 4th april2022 but its not showin on any website its showing policy hasbeen expired on 4th april2020.i have renue my policy thats policy number is[protected] and ithis is not showing on any website. i am facing many problem my number is [protected], [protected] please resolve this as soon as possible.

        This is to inform you that, I came to know that my claim has been rejected by TPA by saying Fraud, Misrepresentation, Concealment. Even after waiting almost 6 months of processing time and investigation they says this. I want to know what fraud and misrepresentation were done by me or the hospital. I was admitted on the same date, and done the treatment somehow managed to survive from Covid 19. I was so sick and saturation decreased drastically and with the support of oxygen and proper medication I managed to come back to normal life. We as privileged customers normally think that my mediclaim company will support me when this kind of situation comes. That was the peak time when all over India suffered from covid spread especially Delhi NCR due to lack of oxygen. Everyone knows that. It was too difficult for me to get a hospital that time, and somehow we managed to get a hospital with O2 support through one of our sources. It was all happened and the treatment has been done, and now my insurance company says we have done Fraud and misrepresentation to get money from them????? Are they serious? I want this case to be reopened and re-investigated. Also This has to be taken legally now. Hospital is also with me on this. Even after 10 years of relationship and constant renewals my insurance TPA says I am involved in fraud activity to get my genuine claim done. I cab bring each and everyone who were involved with me at the time of my treatment. For me its personal now and this is mental harassment. This is absurd and totally illogical reason given just to reject my claim. There is no use of taking such policies without trust. Kindly Help me please to get my genuine cliam... please.

        All required papers were submitted by me, my agent Mr.Vimal ([protected]) knows the same. I have even visited their NIA branch as well which is in Yusuf sarai. Whenever the query was raised it was cleared by submitting the relevant documents. TPA should have informed me before rejecting or not getting support from the hospital, also it should have mentioned non cooperation from the hospital end instead of saying Fraud and misrepresentation. Who are they to decide this? This is literally an unprofessional approach from a nationalized firm.

        Anyway I am taking this up legally now, I want a clear explanation from them, also would request you to reconsider the case and do the investigation properly. If you need any kind of support documents from the hospital then let me know. If there is any discrepancy found by their investigation team then they should have informed me or the hospital via Email or through any other communication method. That is the proper protocol to be followed. They have taken more than enough time to get the investigation and process. I have all the mail trials with me where I have done the follow-ups and reminders.

        Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

        I really want the legal authority to intervene on this case and please help me to get my genuine claim processed this time.

        Still I have not received any status of this complaint from anyone...This is a genuine customer complaint but not even a single response received from the portal as of now. I am taking this up legally now.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          My father Shivaji Vibhute was having PMSBY insurance of your company against account no- [protected]. unfortunately he was made an accident on 28/09/2020 after accident immediately we had shifted him to hospital wherein during treatment he died on 05/10/2020. all the documents along with FIR & PMR was submitted to your good office on 21/11/2020 through your sangli office. many a time i have enquire for my claim but after so many followups they told me that they required divisional officer letter a 10 days before, which is also i have submitted today.

          honorable prime minster has launch this scheme to cover the common peoples & help them to survive after demise of head of family.

          Till now its almost 1 years 2 months passed after submitting my claim but i haven't received my claim amount yet.

          Please look into this & help me to get my claim amount at the earliest. if no response received from you also i will approached to prime minster office.

            I am having health policy of New India Assurance Company with Policy No.[protected]. This policy is of Canara bank account holders group insurance policy. In the month of August, I have sent my all claim documents according to their document list mentioned on their official website with policy by DTDC courier, then also, they are demanding unnecessary documents.
            For this purpose I have visited the New India Assurance Co. office many times, there Mr. Balraj Kota has tried everything by calling Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore. But No response is getting from the same. Also, I have Called 34 times to Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore, then also I am not getting any positive response from them. the Names are below to whom I called from Vidal Health TPA, Bangalore. Mr. Sagar Padwal, Mr. Kalpesh, Ms. Suvidha. etc. Kindly do the needful in this regard and acknowledge me regarding the same.

              Claim registered and all documents submitted more than a months back. Requirement being triggered and are unnecessary. When called up the new India assurance office, officer named Mr Deepak states that how come your surgery is charged so much. I am a customer and not a doctor to say and understand the cost. All details of the bills are submitted and clear details are provided. This is unnecessary ways of troubling a customer. I am old and working hard. Dur to complaints had to undergo surgery it's was not timepass.
              I need my claim processed and decided with all due amount being reimbursed else will have to go legal ways.

              No help recieved...all clarification required is given...still status is showing Requirement not recieved. Only partial amount given. Question raised for why surgery cost is more. Clarification taken from hospital is taken and shared. Have been following up. If my remaining amount is not recieved then I will take this .atter to consumer court.

                      The policy holder had undergone a D&C procedure at KIMS Hospital, Trivandrum. She was admitted in the hospital on 26th September, 2021 for the same and discharged the next day after the procedure. Prior Intimation was sent to the TPA FHPL regarding this on 25th September, 2021. Claim intimation No. given was 399907. Under the terms of the policy D&C procedure was also covered for reimbursement. The D&C was necessary to check for abnormality as consecutive scans showed progressive thickening of endometrium. However the claim has now been rejected by FHPL on the grounds that there was no active line of treatment.
                      Kindly look into the matter and settle the claim at the earliest.

                        we would like to raise a complaint against New India Assurance, We purchased Motor Insurance Policy for our vehicle and the vehicle was theft, we made a claim and provided all the documents as per their requirement and the letters we received.
                        Due to the Covid-19, the courts were not functioning so we were unable to provide the Court Order and the Vehicle Non-Repossession Letter so we asked them for some more time via email, on 21st July'21 we collected all the desired documents and provided them via email after so many reminder emails to know about our claim status, we also submitted the hard copies to our claim branch office at Laxmi Nagar.
                        Since then we are trying to know about our claim status via emails and calls, but we didn't receive any response, And when we tried to contact to their customer care we got to know that our claim has been rejected and the reason is unknown, the insurer has rejected our claim without any intimation, We have submitted all the desired documents still they have rejected our claim, We made various attempts to know about claim status via calls and emails but nobody pick up the phone or answer the emails.

                        We purchased the insurance policy by paying premium amount of 16, 095, and what we got, this struggle where the company is not even responding to our calls or emails.

                        Now we would like to request you to look into this matter and settle our claim as its already been delayed due to Covid-19.

                        Further, We will think twice before choosing New India Assurance and also wouldn't recommend to anyone as their services are pathetic.

                              I Mr. Manoj Kumar Menon was having a corporate health insurance of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. and my policy No. Is[protected] and my employee ID code is 83 UHID NAER is 1184796, I had gone for a cataract surgery Of my one eye on 04/06/21 for which my claim ID is 148332 & for the second eye the surgery was on 11/06/21 and for the second eye my claim ID was150086. I had applied for reimbursement for both the claim and after successfully completing the audit report by TPA Ericson Insurance Tpa Pvt Ltd till date I have not received the payment from New India Assurance Co. Ltd. I have followed up with the TPA Ericson several times but there is no response from their side nor they are giving any satisfactory reply in this regard so I request you to kindly look into the matter as already more than 2 months has passed and the claims are still pending.

                              An screen short of Ericson audit completed report is attached herewith for your reference.

                                I want to complaint against CD Charges My LIIC Policy no is[protected] as I receive my salary on 7th of every month and my LIC instalment cheque will present automatically on 5th of every month and get dishonour every month as I receive half salary from last year due to COVID . So I pay LIC instalment online after 10th every month and they impose me with late fee near Rs 15/- -20/- and CD charges RS 125/- Approx. every month which is unnecessary as I made lots of request to change by instalment date to 10th of every month but they always Denay to change date as this is not my fault its the agent fault who did my policy or companies fault . So I request you to please stop these late fee and CD Charges to deduct from our hard earning money or make a rule to not to present LIC cheque to our banks before 10th of every month.

                                  I met with an accident in March 2021 and the new india insurance dharmapuri branch decided it to be a total loss.

                                  I received only a partial insurance amount of 1.15 L but I have yet to receive the promised salvage amount of 1.75 L.

                                  After several calls to DM(Subramani) hosur branch who is handling this. There was no response from him.

                                  It's really frustrating. I have been waiting for the settlement for more than 5 months.

                                  Please take this as an escalation and settle the amount soon.

                                  Please find the attached insurance policy document and also please go through the below mail chain for more information.

                                  Please do call me for further information.

                                    As my two wheeler duke 200 was theft on may 2020 in chennai. my bike was under insurance period in new india insurance. After lockdown I got FIR copy and other police stations duties. after 90 days I got my noc certificate from court. After completing every process for claim, the insurance company didnt take any action till now. i have contacting them for almost 3 months, they are not responding for my calls and text. please take this complaint and make them to process my claim process

                                      With humble submission I want to state that I, Imtiyaz Ahmad Shah, have insured building and house hold goods with your office at Anantnag Kashmir vide above mentioned policy number.There was a loss to my building due to Earthquake which occurred on 12th of February 2021 and I intimated the office and they deputed the surveyor namely Mr.Irfan Alam and he has submitted his report in the office and I have completed and submitted all the required documents with him. Now the office has issued me a letter after a gap of five months in which they have asked me to submit meteorological report to confirm the cause of loss.I would like to request you that I have submitted media reports with the surveyor in which it is clear that a heavy Earthquake occured on 12/02/2021 resulting in the losses to the buildings which confirms the cause of loss and Surveyor too has surveyed the property and has confirmed cause of loss due to Earthquake.
                                      I am surprised to see that after a gap of five months the said office is demanding for a meteorological report when cause of loss is clear to them and it surfaces that they are delaying in the settlement of loss without any logic. Everybody knows it very well that on the date of occurance of earthquake the magnitude of which was 6.2 on Richter Scale and whole Northern India was affected.
                                      Keeping in view the above facts kindly advice the concerned office to settle the claim without any further delay as there is no need to get any certificate further in the matter. Please ask the concerned office to settle my claim at the earliest without any further delay.
