I had submitted my request to surrender my License with New India Assurance Co. Ltd.
Since two months they have been delaying the process, and they are asking for Rs.5000/- to provide a cancellation letter .
There were no such clause during the time I was appointed as Agent in the year 2002, that cancellation of Agency requires a payment of Rs.5000/-.
I have written to them multiple times and also contacted the RO, but...

Retired staff mediclaim has been delayed by over one year.
Mr Salian expired on 12 Oct 2019 but New India has still not cleared the claim.

There is something wrong with your policy.I have purchased policy via policy bazar.com for my bike for 3 years .During purchase of policy PA cover is for 1 year.Same thing escalated to customer care of The New India Assurance Co.LTD.But nobody bother this issues and giving a contact no of [protected].I have tried a lot to contact this no, But nobody picking till now.

I am wilson kumar, i want to deactivate my agent code of NEW INDIA ASSURANCE from IRDA portal. Agent code is AG00072339 and my pan no is BCRPK9448N. Because i got job at PNB METLIFE. I already submitted the code cancel request on 24.01.2020 I also enclosed my cancellation letter below but till the time code status reflected inforce in IRDA portal

Non receipt of my mother short settlement claim till date. I at least 20-25 times make reminder to my agent and he taken follow up with HEALTH INDIA TPA service provider, but till date we haven't received any reply or payment and not answering any reply in against of our various complants....

I have submitted my claim two months ago but it was rejected with improper reason. I have called customer care but they put my call on-hold and taking it back. As per their instruction, submitted new claim as well.

I filed a cashless claim and pre and post hospitalization charges, New India Assurance co Ltd. Their TPA, Raksha, and New India Assurance do not even reply to my emails leave aside reimbursement.
My claim no. Is [protected].

How can they do this after collecting premiums . I pay n don't get any service.

Kindly inform you that this Surveyor RatulJit Deka belong from Guwahati, Assam is very rude surveyor, ill behaved and some time use slang languages. Such a lazy surveyor who does not collect the bill from the dealer and never submit his report on time.
I hereby request you to please take action against this surveyor.
