This email is regarding the claim which i have registered in the month of december 2019 for vehicle number od05l0842 in the name of mr. Himansu mohan parida. This is for your kind information that no surveyor came neither any enquiry happened. I followed up several times in cuttack office and kolkata office but zero response.
I got a call from mr. Shyama g kanhar bearing mobile [protected] and first of all he told to send application along with all details to the address which he will provide, but today when i called him for address he is changing his words and not providing me address nor helping me.
Therefore request you help me in getting my claim and take strict action against the person as he is very rude and asked that what ever i want to do i can...

I appreciate your team for worst/poor response.

    My car met with an accident. Th he surveyor never shared the assesed value and breakup. I am not convinced with assesment value. They are telling the value but not giving the breakup. Bad customer treat ment

      Dear sir!

      I am working with branch do-9 rohini sector-8, delhi with agent code (Niaag[protected] since october 2019.

      I am regularly providing average monthly business of rs.20 lac but unfortunately every month i had to suffer a lot for release of commission. I used to communicate again and again but the company officials never respond properly. It had become very irritating.

      The things became worst when they did not release my commission for the month of january 2020. With a hope, i continued the business but due to non realisation of commission i stopped giving business in march 2020. Resultant, they did not release for the month of feb 2020 also.

      Here, i am compelled to pen down to bring to your notice this nonsense act of the branch that even after communication and requesting regularly they all make fool to us.

      I am a female senior citizen and this is too much disgusting to make mentally and financially torture by holding commission amounting rs. 1, 14, 223 (Jan 20) and rs. 31, 105 (Feb 20)

      Kindly look into the matter and i expect a favourable response from your side at the earliest

          I yogesh kumar mittal member of icai, my membership no. Is 096729, i have started my medical policy in march 2014 from iffco tokio, thereafter i have ported this policy in march 2016 into cigna ttk health insurnace and therafter in march 2018 i have ported into your company "the new india assurance co. Ltd." on 30th march 2018. And i have taken this policy by me on individual basis, i have put all the data by myself and premium also paid by me directly. You have given some discount to icai members only but its not a group policy. Now when i have send my policy to another company for porting in march 2020, you have decline that this policy is a group policy and it can't be port. Whereas i had not taken any group policy, and not even written anywhere in the policy. And now if my policy is not ported then my policy will start as new policy and the benefit of my last 6 years policy as locking period for some diseases will not get.

            Request your immediate help with the correction of my name to sumanta ghosh instead of sumantha ghosh and the email as [protected]@live.com instead of whatever is mentioned in the policy#[protected].

            Not sure who is the operator available for your contact# [protected], she seems to be least interested in helping customers and every next time i call she puts the call on hold for some stupid reason which i am not aware of.
            Please place some responsible person for helping customers and not some who is just incompetent enough to handle customer's queries.
            Completely not acceptable.

            Your immediate intervention and help on the same would be appreciated.

              Madam/dear sir,
              I have applied for car insurance from the new india assurance co. Ltd. Through the policy bazaar of my car no. Wb20 ag 5615 on 18.02.2020.
              My previous policy was expired on 18.01.2020. So, inspection was required to issue the policy. After paying the amount they have instantly issued the policy certificate to me and i have noticed that my previous policy certificate expiry date was written there 18.02.2020. I realized that i will face problem in future for this reason for insurance claim. Instantly i contacted with new india assurance co. Ltd. And informed them about the errors and requested to inspect the car and rectify the policy but they were saying that since i have done the policy through policy bazaar, i have to contact with them regarding this whereas new india assurance co. Ltd. Directly sent my policy details to my mobile no. [protected]. They don't have any concern about the inspection and correction of the policy.
              Then i contacted with policy bazaar and raised the issue twice from policy bazaar my account site but no one from policy bazaar contacted with me and responded through mail that no policy correction is possible after issuance the policy. Then i was really scared and felt that at the beginning of policy i am not getting any help not from policy bazaar nor from new india assurance, what will happen if i claim insurance in future if any unfortunate event occurs?
              Then i decided to cancel the policy and raised cancellation through policy bazaar site on 20.02.2020. But now they are saying i have to show them the alternate policy and not refunding the money. I told them if they don't refund the money how will i be able to make another policy. But they are saying they will not refund my money.
              So, i kindly request please look into the matter and help me so that i can refund my hard earned money and make my car insurance from an honest insurance company directly.

                Sir, i filled wrong manufacturing year of my car in my car insurance policy by mistake...i want to get it edited as soon as possible..please help

                  This is regarding claim submitted under policy no.[protected] of alishba ahmed. I have not received the claim amount yet although all the necessary documents have been submitted on 17/08/2019 and claim status is showing passed since 2.5 months. When i enquired with raksha tpa 1 month ago they replied that a technical error is there. Again last week, i followed up with them. I got the same reply.
                  I fail to understand what type of technical error can be there which is unresolved in 1 month in this era of technology. It is clear that i am being made to wait unnecessarily for the payment of my claim. Also the coverage of the sum assured amount has been decreased while i have not yet received any payment. Kindly lodge my grievance and do the needful.
                  This is not expected of a company which is leader in insurance sector at national level. I have been your customer for more than 8 years. I hope you will value our association and act accordingly in your customer's interests.

                  All the public and private insurance companies for vehicle or medical or other insurance make lots of promises while offering policy and record conversation between their executives and customer but after taking policy or at time of any claim ask to refer to policy document wherein many contrary things as compared to what was told at time of taking policy are mentioned The customer acts in good faith and does not record anything which ultimately goes against him .The insurance companies have got time line of 2-4 days and even more for replying and the purpose of any emergency by customer is defeated .They should be directed to respond to customers on same day and should be made accountable when some claim is made .IRDA should take necessary steps in this regard to protect interest of customers

                    I regretted to inform you that united also a govt. Company and it is not considered as third year policy. The claim is under query and tpa raksha is not clearing the file for claim.

                    You are requested to confirm why i should not go to consumer court for this claim.

                      Had incisional hernia on 25 dec 19. I did not go cashless due to bitter experience in july 18 for hysterectomy where i went cashless, but was sanctioned less than half of main bill amount (Paid 1 extra day charges). I got it reimbursed eventually.

                      This time, fearing that i will have problems with cashless, i went for reimbursement. Now they need declaration form from me stating that the insurance company will reimburse only the agreed tarriff and over and above the tarriff will not be reimbursed. This clause has not been informed to me earlier and not even when i renewed my policy in november 2019. All of a sudden, this is being cited as a requirement and thereby delaying my settlement. This is unethical i feel.

                        I am following up with the customer care since Dec2019, the parients was operated in Nov and from them I am following up with the Insurance provisers for the claim. But all in vain.

                          I am having policy no.[protected] for my car at jodhpur rajasthan. I lodged a claim and surveyor without any information to me conducted survey. He approved repairs and parts in part. I came to know of the same today through service centre. I spoke to surveyor d. S. Bedi and requested for complete redressal. He told me that for front approved claim also he will make adverse remarks. This is very astonishing to me. May be there are some serious issue with surveyor but i feel that some appropriate action be taken in the matter for sanction of complete claim as the policy is zero dep and i am not going to pay anything for repairs please note down that.

                                  Hello sir

                                  My self abhijeet shivdas pawar. I'm from pune.
                                  I was admitted in noble hospital on 17/12/2019 — 11.42am.
                                  I purchase insurance from new india assurance pvt ltd company. And it's third party is mediassist.
                                  During that period i face very bad experience.
                                  Totally fake assumption of cashless settlement provided by company to me.
                                  Due to this i had to pay around huze amount rs 27000 out of 48500, which was not good.
                                  My premium was 4781 and my policy limitations was rs 100000 but they provide approximation deduction 50, %
                                  And gives only approval of around 35% (16000).
                                  At the time of dischange i had to pay rs 27000 because of 35 %approval
                                  .

                                  Pls refund my money rs 27000 early as possible
                                  Otherwise i will be complaint against mediassist and new india assurance comoany about fake assumption provide to customer and making fraud in total bill.

                                  Pls take strict action against respective executive early as possible

                                      We kindly want to inform you that our vehicle number (Mp66h2049) has an accident as on 24.01.2019 which has insurance from your new india assurance company (Policy no.[protected], we have applied for claim but we are not satisfied with your surveyor claimed amount he has assessed biasedly. He has left out so many parts which are damaged and also mentioned in estimate bill as well as in final bills. He has also not approved the revised price of parts. So we are very disappointed with your surveyor behavior and attitude. If this kind of services will be provided by your company than how could the customer will continue their insurance from your company. My vehicle is still standing at the workshop till date.

                                      So we want to request to you to please change the surveyor and reassess the claim amount and solve this matter as soon as possible because your company has already taken a long time.

It's been over 14 days that my claim was processed for settlement but i have not received any response nor payment... I have been mailing and calling them on regular but there's no response... They don't value their customers... The response i get is its going to take time, there is an internal delay... How is that solving my problem?
