I shashwat pratap singh visited to nike store in phoenix mall, bareilly, uttarpradesh. I just asked the employee about the products price comparing from online web sites. He started miss behaving with me. Abused me. You can check the camera of store on 2nd july at 6:30. This is the worst experience till now. From last 8 years i am purchasing from nike but from today i ll not buy anything from nike. And also take some legal action against nike.

I bought a pair of shoes on 25 june. I indicated to the salespeople that the size seemed too tight. They asked me to try it out for a few days and said they would give me the next size if brought back unworn. I did so on 28 june. To my surprise, mithilesh rai indicated that he did not have the size. What is more, he refused to refund and rudely insisted i take back the wrong size (Useless to me) shoes as i should not have listened to the salespeople.

I am exploring what actions to bring publicly and /or before a consumer court.

Hi, i saw a shop address: sai fashion, ix/1220, navrati devi market, subhash road, gandhi nagar, delhi-110031 selling duplicate adidas shots and pants in wholesale. When i approached the shopkeeper named parveen sharma, he said that he is running a huge factory of manufacturing of adidas duplicate shorts and pants in east delhi itself also he has stored high volume in his one of stockroom/warehouse. I bought my shoes in january, 2018 with a nike manufacturer's warranty of 6 months from myntra mobile application but within 2-3 months the shoes started to get torn, bends and indents started to appear on the toe part, threads started to visibly come out from multiple places and crack signs started to appear on the sole part on both shoes. Regarding the same, i went to multiple nearby stores but all of them refused to honor the warranty provided by myntra. So, i contacted myntra and they refused to honor the warranty claiming that nike does not agree for the same. I bought nike for the sole reason of its product quality and endurance, but not only did the shoes were did not meet the quality standards of a nike a product, i cant even invoke the warranty. What good is this brand if cant consistently deliver quality products and on top of them, not honor warranty. What should i do now. I either need replacement of the product because i really loved the product when i bought it or if thats not possible, i need my full refund.

This is in reference to my purchase of nike shoes on 26.05.2018 from nike store in mahipalpur, delhi. My credit card statement and message received on my mobile regarding the payment is enclosed herewith. It is pertinent to mention that the shoes bought has this unique manufacturing defect i. E. There is bump on the left shoe which is clearly visible when i use stairs (Photo enclosed while using stairs). A normal photo is also enclosed while normal using, there is small bump in this photo also. It creates major problem while getting upstairs or downstairs. It is also mentioned that the right shoe is in perfect condition. I realized the problem after few days and i though it is because it is a new product and it will get resolved once i wear it few times. However, the problem is still there.

It is therefore, requested that the product may be replaced with a new product at the earliest. Contact details - [protected]. Let me know the procedure, so that i can follow that.

I have purchased a pair of Nike running shoe (air max)from your store at nth Jamshedpur, for walking of Rs 9000/-
It has just one and half month has gone and air max has been punctured while walking in ground.
Your sales executives are saying that it has got damaged because of stone in the field.
I would like to inform you that the running shoe I have purchased for walking in the ground only not in the bed room.
Shoe got damaged because of poor air max quality, so you are requested to inform your store persons to replace the shoe because it has got damaged within 2 months only.otherwise I will go to consumer forum.

I did not find any other site thus writing hear.

Nike should take notice that online sites like snap deal are selling fake nike products to its customers.

The product in question nike track pants, i bought that from snap deal site, and on receipt found it fake, if it is not a fake and you are selling through snap deal such quality and it is in bad taste and not expected from nike.

It is your call to take, customers like us will move on.

I bought a nike shoe for almost 5, 000 rs from flipkart which is a parent company of myntra, which claimed that product is under warranty for 6 months.
Now the product pasting weared off in 2 months, which is a shoe fault and need to be replaced, I visited nike stores, they declined the replacement, contacted nike india on email, they also refusing now, flipkart changed the product update from its website and not replacing.
Since its a nike shoe, it must be replaced as the 6 months is not completed yet.

Duplicate nike. Loteray hai sale, d mall bechte hai company ka tag lagake. I purchased and shoe get tore off in just few week. When come to argue totally mad staff vishal violent and shouting. Shatter off the shop when staff like vishal is working in the shop who has no knowledge of respect and how to behave with customer.

Actually i bought a nike for 1500bucks (Slipper), then that got torned in around 3months, they replaced that with a new one, which got torned from it's side within 10days, i have been sending emails to them but they aren't replying now, they replied me 5days back i guess with a message telling sorry we do not replace for wear and tear, but my product is not fir wear and tear it got rid from one side and tell me ho much a person can use a product in 10days, my product is still in warranty and want it to be replaced again.

I purchased a nike shoe 'Nike Zoom WINFLOW 4' on 3rd Feb 18 at a cost of Rs 7995 from M/S Sports station Tezpur in Assam. The 3rd day after purchase when I went for running, I developed severe pain in my left palm. There was no twist, no injuries but pain was unbearable. When I saw and touch both the pairs, I found there is difference between the pair of shoes. The central part of left pair is raised more compared to the right one. I consulted orthopaedic who advised me to change the shoe. When I went to the showroom, they denied to exchange and told to write to customers care. I want now to exchange the shoe or refund. Please resolve.

I took the nike shoes from the nike showroom in elante mall, chandigarh. The shoes got torn in 3 months due to poor fabric used by nike. We contacted the people in the showroom and returned the shoes. After 15 days, we went to take the refund/exchange of the shoes but we were shocked by the rude behaviour of the staff. The staff did not have any variety and told that we do not any pair in the shoe you returned. These people behave so nicely when you go for purchasing the shoe and you find a totally disgusting behaviour when you go with some problem. The staff said that we are doing a favour on you that atleast we have returned your shoe. I never expected this from such a big company. We are very disappointed and we would like that we get our money back as it is totally a waste to invest money on nike.

I stay in west delhi and have been a regular customer with nike’s jailroad store. Yesterday i went to the store to buy a pair of shoes and also bought a couple of clothes. When i came back home i found that they packed wrong shoes so i went back within 15 minutes to get my shoes exchanged. They said one that i chose have been sold out. I wasn’t convinced how they could sell that specified model in 15 mins in the same size. I really liked the shoes but since i had no option and it wasnt my mistake i asked the store manager to either give me the pair i like or refund since it wasnt my mistake. Rather than helping me he stood there like the owner of the place and suddenly started shouting at us. He was so aggressive that i had to call police. Although he returned me the money later but now i can never go to the store again. Sadly nike was one of my favorite sports brand. I will share my experience with everyone i can. Do check my reference attached images for the managers picture and my bill. I will share this every where i can.

I am jagadesh from coimbatore. We are a nike family. Purchased a food ball boot online 3 months back. Almost used 5 to 6 times the inner and side sole has come out. I am sure the shoe won’t last more than 2 months. We would have purchase 100’s of sports and foot ball boots but experiencing this the first time. Being an international brand and a long time customer i expect nike to replace the product

I am a student of class x of Royal Global School, Guwahati, Assam. I purchased a pair of Nike shoe from Students Gallery Guwahati for school use but the shoe got ripped within one month o[censored]se . l complained about it in this website on 18th November 2017. Accordingly Students Gallery replaced the shoe last month. After using the shoe for about 15 days I was surprised to see that the new shoe getting ripped off at the sides and in the top. In some places the threads came off. The quality of the shoe is not good . Nike shoes are known for their quality and are long lasting.
I request you to replace this shoe with a better pair which would last longer .
Please take immediate action because I cannot wear this shoe anymore and I have to attend school in full uniform .
