My Nokia 603(IMEI [protected] phone keeps on restarting in 3G network. I took the phone to nearest nokia care (Aerostar enterprises Erode ). They check the phone, changed software and ask me to check. I checked. Problem not solved. It happened for 3 or 4 times. Then they asked me to use 2G network only. After some verbal fight with them they send my phone to company. After some days i got my phone saying that it's working fine. I checked. Problem not solved. When nokia called for feedback i gave a negative one. So nokia care at erode called me and asked me to bring phone to them. They kept phone in nokia care for some days for testing. Yesterday i got my phone back. Phone is still restarting.

        Purchased lumia 710 on 27.6.2012. It developed two problems-
        1)device charging port has become loose and frequently stops charging
        2)you can not talk using ear phone .voice can be received but does not go out, tested with other earphones same condition.i.e problem in device
        As advised by their website to contact nokia if the charging port is loose .I showed it to nokia care centre at sector 10 noida UP IndiaM/S Mannat telecom .Dealt by Ms Dolly.Phone checked by service engineer who completely damages the port and returns the device claiming that as usb port is damaged the warranty is void.Now the mobile can not be charged at all while previously I was able to charge itand it was only loose.
        They refuse to repair both the problems saying warranty is void. Now their person breaks the port and then claims repair charge of Rs. 3500/-which is highly unfair.This is common manufacturing defect in nokia 710 as can be seen from enclosed file.The phone has never suffered even slightest damage and only been used with nokia charger supplied with it.

        It is shocking that nokia customer care is stooping to such low levels to cheat its consumers.When I contacted their customer care then -AT FIRST THEY CLAIMED THAT IT WAS CASE OF LIQUID DAMAGE AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM. THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED THEIR VERSION THAT IT WAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE .THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR MALINTENTIONS.THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE DAMAGING THE DEVICE AND THEN ASKING MONEY TO REPAIR IT..THIS IS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE POLICY.Their Team nokia which replies to complaints is doing so only as a gimmick to fool people that they are very concerned but basically they do nothing and people should think ten times before purchasing any Nokia product.They are simply cheating their consumers.

        Nokia — defect in the device

        i purchased a e-7 handset frm nokia on 1st may 2011 bt it is defective and company repaired it bt still it is nt workin properly nw company is givin me swap handset whch i m nt acceptin therefore, i asked company to either gv me new box packed handset or refund me the amount bt they are forcing me to use swaped handset only..its being 1 month dat i m waiting 4 d resolution..

THEY IMMEDIATELY CHANGED THEIR VERSION THAT THEY ARE SORRY FOR MISCOMMUNICATION AND IT WAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE (email dtd 17.3.2013).Again after sometime I received mail dtd 23.3.2013 &amp; 16.4.2013 that the device has been diagonised as physical damage. After a day when I contacted them that the same was done by service engineer while checking the phone, then again vide e mail dtd 17.04 2013 and 18.4 2013 they informed that device has been diagonised as liquid damage.THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR MALINTENTIONS.THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE DAMAGING THE DEVICE AND THEN ASKING MONEY TO REPAIR IT.IS THIS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE POLICY? Their Team nokia which replies to complaints is doing so only as a gimmick to fool people that they are very concerned but basically they do nothing .I have asked customer care to please clarify:
        1)Wheather your backend has diagonised the phone as physical damage or liquid damage.
        2)You have constantly ignored the fact that the device was damaged by your service engineer and the same was confirmed by your service engineer in the conference call with your representative Mr. Lokesh.
        3)You have not cleared the reason for rejecting the warranty claim for problem of device that you can not talk using ear phone .voice can be received.
        4)Since lodging of complaint your backend team has not talked to me nor they have ever seen the device .How can they diagonise problem as x or Y without examining the device or talking to me?

        Please give a point wise reply so that I can then approach the court then.

        Your nokia repair centre first damages the usb port and then claims that as device is physically damaged and is not under warranty .When I complain to contact centre they claim it is liquid damage when I challenge them they say sorry for mis communication it was physical damage .When I point out that physical damage was done by your service engineer they immediately change their version that it was diagonised as liquid damage.They are simply cheating consumers and passing time so that customer will get tired and stop claiming warranty

        I would be Highly obliged if you will kindly intervene and direct your service department to repair the device under guarantee as the device was damaged by Nokia service engineer .The same was confirmed by service engineer during telecom with your representative Mr. Lokesh.

            I have purchased Nokia Handset (X1-01) on 27/06/11. At present the phone is in warranty period due to NOKIA CARE PROTECT (NCP). After purchasing of 5 months my phone getting Hang, Bad network transmission. So, I gave the phone 6 times for servicing just in 3 months. Totally I have submitted 11 times this phone in Nokia Care. But the same problem still persists in the phone. Again I reported the Nokia Care Center and they told me to submit your phone in service center and promised me to rectify it within 5 days. But they are not able to solve it.

            So, I kindly request you to provide replacement of Nokia Handset (X1-01).

              I purchased a Nokia Lumia 920 on the 3rd of march and same day after 15 mins i realized that the phone's touchscreen in not working properly. It used to stop working completely for almost 2 hours, 3 to 4 times a day. After 3 days on the advice of Nokia customer care line, i submitted my phone to the NOKIA CARE CENTER in Patel Nagar (one touch communication). They gave me a waiting period of 8 days. On the 7th day i was informed that company had accepted my request to replace my phone with a brand new handset as there was a hardware problem. When i went to receive the replaced handset, i realized on proper inspection that the handset i was provided was a thoroughly scratched one and the sides were dented. It was far from being "brand new", or should i say it was a roughly used phone. NOKIA LUMIA 920 is an excellently built phone and does not catch scratches easily, but this replaced phone had scratches as if it was scratched with a knife.
              The NOKIA CARE CENTER people refused to take consider the case and treated me like a pig. They simply asked me to leave their office. I came back home and registered my complaint with the Nokia care line[protected].

              Its almost 15 days since i purchased my phone and 11 days since i registered the first complaint. But Nokia has not taken my case seriously. Even the call center had promised to arrange a call back for updating me on the progress of the case but these were all false commitments.

              I have been demanding either a full money back or a brand new seal packed handset, but i have no response yet.
              I have already spent considerable amount of money in visiting the care center number and calling the care line multiple number of times. I also am without a phone since then. And moreover i have realized that i have been fooled by these people who were trying to give me an old handset.

                    I bought Nokia Lumia 800 set from Marathalli Bangalore. Since very first date i am facing lots of issues like while calling on headset sounds not getting reduced by using sound keys. Voice is not clear, Overheating issues like burning a set. While connecting a set with external speakers sound is not coming properly.

                    Since very first day i am regularly going to Nokia care center for getting solution. Wasted my lots of time and took half day leaves from office. But no responses.

                    I did lots of complaint. Left my set with Nokia care center on 9th feb and collected after 19th Feb they told everything is fine now. But again if faced all the same issues. Again i did complaint and given my set to nokia care center on Feb 26th and collected on 13th March. At this time also they told everything they have fixed. But still on the same date i faced all the issues.

                    I left my handset with Nokia Guys almost for 1.5 Months but no resolution yet. I know its a manufacturing defect. When i asked them to replace the set they told replacement is not in their policy.

                    I have only hope with Consumer Court. If its really effective just try to resolve my issue. I just want replacement of my set.

                    i am narender kaushik purchased the mobile phone Nokia 6500 slider on[protected] from hot spot bill number[protected] customer id = [protected], from the purchased to now my mobile had 3 problems in it.all were get resolved from the nokia care address bunglow no .02, main patel road in front of metro pillar no 229. west patel nagar, delhi -110008,

                    But today as on september 14- 2009My mobile had a another problem there is no display in the screen. for that i bring my phone at nokia care as same before, there were a guy name Mr. Sachin assured me that the mobile mother board wiring is get corrupted and for repairing of that they will be charge me 2700 rs with no warranty. i told him for the warranty of my phone, then he replied me that you must be open the phone from outside local mobile mechanic but some body ask him why should i make open the phone from outside if it is in warranty. i am very frustrate after the way of talk of that guy, i came back home and start working on my phone i thought why should i make the restore then i do it and my phone get normal now.

                    but my complaint is against that guy who want to theft me. that Mr. Sachin in nokia care.

                    Hi Nokia Team,

                    I have send the mail as per your post.

                    Apart that i called nokia care center. They provided fake information to me. First when i asked them to provide me the status of my complaint they denied that there is no complaint at all. After that i gave them a complaint number ( The Service Request No. is 1-[protected]
                    Job Sheet #:[protected]/130209/42 ), They told there is no data in this complaint. After that when i told them all the details and i ask them to transfer the call to the senior executive they denied that they can't do that. After a long debate "INDRAJ" (costumer care executive) transferred the call to a person "Gurupreet" (Don't know whether he is a senior executive or not ). After a discussion when i asked the employee code of the Gurupreet he denied. They told that according to NCC i am going to deposit my handset. But i never told NCC the same. In mails also i am having in written that i am not going to deposit set anymore since i got fade up by doing all this.

                    So i am eligible to raise a case against NOKIA for 420
                    1. Before selling the handset when i asked for services they told its near to the place. And i will never face any servicing issues (But Nokia care center sent handset to delhi center that takes around 15 days time)
                    2. Customer care executive providing fake information to the customer like in their record they have mentioned that i am going to submit handset for repairing but the i have never committed for that.

                    According to RTI i am eligible to knowing that -
                    1. Each time what are the observation, analysis, repairing they have done. I want details of each.
                    2. What are quality checks they have performed after repairing a handset. A report of test procedure.

                      I purchased a mobile Nokia 7210 Supernova from Mobile store in april 2009 . In December month , it show some problems to me and after that i was erased my all the data, contacts, sms. I went to Nokia care , they flashing my software and gave it to me.

                            i have purchased nokia 6500 slide on 26th december2007. i am facing problem to set wallpaper and to change song, s volume.rather i find it very slow and unusual.

                            Nokia/6500S — Problem with 6500s model.

                            There is problem in the Nokia 6500s model, form the very first day of purchase. The problem is hanging & restart issue, it reoccurs after 15 to 20 days, it is not possible for an office going person to submit the mobile for a month always as the customer care takes minimum one month.

                            I have never got a satisfactory service from the Nokia care. I really don't know how they can bring such mobile model before properly testing the product. I am really fedup with the Nokia...

                            I have purchased a nokia mobile phone model 6500s-1 on 02 april 2009 (with bill) from M/S paragon dealer at udaipur. Recently my handset stopped working properly.Then I went to Rama nokia care.They prepared the job sheet and at the end of the day when I collected my handset back it wasn't working properly.They asked me to contact at M. S. Maroo nokia care. They also kept my handset for 1 day and said that there is some hardware problem. Both the nokia care centres identified different problems. And still my handset is not being repaired. I am suffering from great problem. Since I am a marketing executive, my business is suffering a great deal. kindly replace my handset. Since last 10 years I and my family members have been using Nokia phones only. I am very much disturbed by the services of your service centres.                               Purchased lumia 710 on 27.6.2013.Now it has two problems-
                              1)device charging port has become loose and frequently stops charging
                              2)you can not talk using ear phone .voice can be received but does not go out, tested with other earphones same condition.i.e problem in device
                              Showed it to your nokia care centre at sector 10 noida UP IndiaM/S Mannat telecom .Dealt by Ms Dolly.Phone checked by service engineer says USB charging port broken and returns the phone after completely damaging the port.Now it can not be charged at all while previously I was able to charge it.
                              They refuse to repair both the problems saying warranty is void. Now their person breaks the port and then claims repair charge of Rs. 3500/-which is highly unfair.This is common manufacturing defect in nokia 710 as can be seen from enclosed file.The phone has never suffered even slightest damage and only been used with nokia charger supplied with it.

                                I have Purchased Noika 6300 Model dated on 04/11/2008 for being this cell to till date headset conectivity problem goes on.                                 Nokia Cell Phones — Repair Issue.

                                I am Regulary facing the problems in my Nokia Handset 6500 Slide which is still under warranty. Even the Nokia Care Center got it repaired several times but still the problems can't be rectified. As i deposited the set on 5th .Oct.2009 but still no status has been updated to me .

                                As the Handset falls under the warranty status therefore i want it replaced with the new one. But my Company is regularly giving me excuses. They are not providing me with any details or updations.

                                  My phone, Nokia C5-03, stopped working a week and a half back. The phone would not switch on. It is in warranty period. So, I took it to the service center for Nokia in Gariahat. They kept the phone for a few days for inspection and on the due date they said that there is a problem with the motherboard and the LCD is broken, and that it will cost me Rs.1900 for repair. They charged me Rs.100 for inspection.
                                  Since my warranty was not doing any good to me, I took the phone to a well known independent mobile repair shop. The engineer there said that there is a problem with the motherboard and it has to be repaired. Additionally, he said that the phone's LCD is broken and that it is of a different model, not the Nokia C5-03. They also informed that this Gariahat Nokia service center has been noted, even before, for such mischievous acts.
                                  I knew that my phone's LCD was not damaged and when the Nokia service center official had said that I suspected foul play. Hence, I took my phone for inspection by a different repair engineer.
                                  All I conclude is that my phone's LCD has been replaced by a damaged LCD of a different phone, which of course is also a different model than that of mine, in order to falsely charge me with an extra amount of money for repair.
                                  I hereby request that my phone is taken back and is repaired free of cost for the harassment and the misleading that they have subjected me to. I will see to it that this complaint is also forwarded to every official, including you, that can take strong actions against them.

                                  SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
                                  In response to my complain I had received a phone call from Nokia inquiring about the details. Since then there has not been any further query or no concrete solution has been provided. I am without a phone for almost a month now and this cannot possibly go on for long.

                                  I beseech you that you look into the matter again. They are to apathetic to look into it, the way I see it. What I have experienced is pure forgery and I have been, in every way, pretty lenient in my complains but this cannot be a way to handle such an issue on your part.

                                    I have got Nokia C6-00 mobile with IMEI No. [protected] . Warranty period is running. Many problems occur in this device. So many times it has been given in the service center.

                                    dated on 27-Feb-2013, I have submitted my mobile phone at Nokia Care Centre-NCC (Milaps Electronics-NAGPUR) subject to technical verification for Liquid Logged & Tampering of handset due to internal damage in Battery (according to job sheet developed by NCC Nagpur).
                                    They told me that handset will take 10 days to receive from the company.
                                    After 10 days I had been there at Nokia Care Centre-NCC (Milaps Electronics-NAGPUR), to receive my handset which is being repaired by them.
                                    There after I found that the external body of handset was not mine.
                                    Someone’s damaged and tampered body was mounted on my phone. I asked authorities to make this problem solve and get my original/new body.
                                    When I refused to take that handset, they started telling company has replaced your handset and there is no guarantee of external body and new.

                                    This time also they asked me to submit the handset for more 20 days.


                                    My questions are:
                                    1. How they replaced the handset with different body without my permission?
                                    2. MY handset body didn't have any problem, if there was any problem with the handset circuit board as per my previous experience Nokia just replaces the board keeping the body same, I suspect some problem/issues/grey areas with the Service Center (Milaps Electronics-NAGPUR).

                                    Is this a way dealing with customers???
                                    What is wrong with your brand (Nokia)???
                                    I'm really irritated..!

                                    i want my handset back...or want new piece as replacement..
                                    else I’m going to file complaint against brand (Nokia) and Nokia Care Centre (NCC-MILAPS ELECTRONICS NAGPUR) at Consumer court.

                                      everytime i gave my nokia asha 200 for repairbut i don't seen it as working the condition of my mobile is now much more worst than it was before i have given this mobile many times for repair they keep it for two weeks and don't repair it. please do the needful. i don't have any phone to use plss

                                        sir, i purchase new mobile. model - C-6 white at date -20 Nov. 2011 EMEI NO=[protected]. after some time problem in mobile set. this complaint called as multi colour line on screen. so i give this mobile to service center date on[protected] .but after then my mobile not working satisfactory. so that i have many loose of money in my business .last time i repeat all process & give mobile at care center, Ur company replaced me other hand sate but it also in treble its model Lima610 . i am not satisfied from this company service . Lima 610 EMEI NO=[protected]warranty start on[protected] . company commitment me for warranty 22 month, this mobile are four time mistake in only one month. so i am very mentally disturbs. & climb to company for my all business lose ..........................................................
