      Dear Sir,
      I just submit my mobile phone in "Benz (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Nokia Care Center), C-126, Naraina, Industrial Area Phase-1" in last year 22/03/2010 and that time my mobile handset is dead after one day Nokia care center person call me and say to your handset is repair now and collect your mobile by service center. I am visiting the Nokia Care Center and going to delivery counter and check my mobile but my mobile is same condition I told the delivery counter person he collect the my old job sheet and asking me you are again submit the mobile. I just submit again my mobile is same date 24/03/2010 (my jobsheet No. 10143527/100324/17, IMEI No. [protected], Model No. E51, Problem Phone is dead) in that time and my mobile in warranty period. After some day once again Nokia Care Center person call me and told me your handset is scrap now and replace in new handset. I am just going to Nokia Care Center and see the new handset but new handset is very bad condition and that phone repaired the 3-4 time and used by another customer. I not received the phone and come out the service center and asked to Nokia Manager {Mr. Manoj Wadhawa (Mobile No. [protected]) & Parmod Mahajan (Mobile No. [protected])} and I just write the so many mail to Nokia and so many time to call and I call the Nokia Customer Care No. 30303838 and every time I call this number so customer care executive generate the new case id (case Id # 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]). I am facing so many problems in last one year and Nokia is not providing me a good solution. I just requesting to you sir please see my case and provide the solution.

      Nokia India Pvt. Ltd — defective telephone set

      I purchased Nokia phone model no 5130 on[protected] containing IMEI no [protected] from New Era Communication 1484-D,Sant Nagar Rani Bagh Delhi 34; vide invoice no 01504 for the amount of Rs5300. There is a repeated problem of restarting in the mobile set. Due to this problem the set has been submitted the company's care center for repair for so many times. I have requested the manufacturer to replace the mobile set because the same mobile set is defective but the company is not responding.The mobile set has been submiteed by me on 18th May 2010 for repair with Nokia care and the service job sheet no is[protected]/100518/54

        Hello, i brought new phone Nokia E5. For updating my software, i went to nokia care. I got my phone within an hour. When i reached home i i came to know that my phone was damaged from left side. But because of lack of time, i was not able to go back to the customer care. I went there after a day or two. But now they refused to accept that they damaged my phone. And it will cost me Rs. 700 for changing the body part. Now what to do? My phone is also in guarentee..!!

          I have a Nokia E75 which i have given it for repair at a nokia care center & the full story you will come to know from the communication between me & nokia.


          On 16th July 2011 I had mail Nokia


          Hi

          I have a Nokia model E75 which had network & battery backup problem. I had submitted it to Nokia care center (Harmony Audio) at charni road on 23/05/11. When they checked the warranty on their system they said that warranty of my handset is over as per their record the executive at this center who was attending me told that I have to bring p.o.p. as my handset is not under warranty as per their online record but when earlier two three times when I had given for repair they did not ask me for the p.o.p.. Then I had to go back to the dealer where I had purchased the handset and he gave me a duplicate copy. I did not preserve the invoice because at the time of purchase dealer also told me that sir nokia has an online system where your handset warranty will be updated after your purchase. I am really wondering that how is it possible that when as per my invoice my handset was there under warranty & online it was not. So I feel that nokia is not enough responsible to update their product warranty after the sale. Then I again went back to your service center. There technician checked my phone and declared that this can not be repair here and will have to send to the head office. They said it will take around a week time to come back the handset from head office. I said OK as I thought it might be some major problem. When I asked them for a standby handset they said sir it is not available right now as it is already given to some other customer but we will surely arrange one by today evening or tomorrow. My whole business is relying on the phone because I am a freelancer. I had to buy a new phone. I immediately went to a showroom & bought a new handset worth of Rs.2,500/-. because I can not afford loss in my business just because of a nokia's faulty handset and this was not the first time when handset got the problem prior to this also three times there were problems in my handset and each time I have given handset I had to pay 300 hundred rupees to the vendor who took the backup for me because every time when I give my handset for repair I had to lost my precious data. The reason I am writing you is that I just want to bring it in nokia's knowledge that just because nokia’s faulty handset how much customer have to bear who always trust nokia and always buy nokia. My whole family is nokia user since last 6 to 7 years.

          Then unfortunately very same day I had to move to my native place due to an emergency and returned on 13/07/11. I went to nokia center on 14/07/11 to collect my handset they said that sir your old phone was not repairable that is why company has swapped your phone when I saw the replaced handset it was in some different color my actual phone was in black color. There was timer of around 10 hours on swapped handset & little dent near ear piece so it was not a new handset but a refurbished one that's why at first I denied to take the handset but then finally I accepted the handset because after 1 & 1/2 hour long argument somehow center manager took me into confidence and also I still had some faith on nokia and the main reason was I did not wanted to waste more of my time, energy & money running behind this care centers. The center manager said that sir this handset is already been checked from head office & also at our end that there should not be any problem. But it is really sad to say that the handset got problem very same day. I did not checked handset at the center as I was not carrying battery with me. I went home inserted my Sim and battery and tried calling from another handset it was showing out of coverage area though the network was showing full. So again I had to go to your center while I was going by taxi to nokia center network started fluctuating & display was getting blank. When I reached to the center I showed same problem to the Mr. Anil Shirke initially he was trying to divert me saying that this could be service providers problem but then I inserted my Sim into my another handset and Mr. Anil Shirke had no word to say. Finally he was agreed to the problem. He said we again have to send this handset to head office. I don’t understand that how can a swapped handset get faulty within a few hours only. That means nokia is cheating on customers. Gives them somebody else’s repaired phone as a swap.

          Now I am loosing my faith on nokia. I will not accept a refurbished handset this time either give me a box pack handset or refund my money back. I am loosing my patients now. If nokia will not satisfied my need I may take this matter up to consumer forum. Nokia has tested enough of my patients now.

          I was not at all satisfied with the reply they were giving so I called nokia carline. I spoke to Mr. Dhirendhar. I gave him my service request no. which had come through mail but ridiculously he was unable to check my case history so again I had to explain him all the details. After checking all the details he said my phone is under observation. I told him that the problem was already checked by Mr. Anil Shirke so why are you wasting time by keeping it under observation. I asked him to provide me the contact details of a higher authority to escalate this case. But he did not given me rather he made me speak to his supervisor in which I was not interested. I wanted to speak to some responsible person who understands the company’s (Nokia's) position in the market. But supervisor also neither provides me the contact details of their higher authority nor given me the address of nokia head office.Doesnt customer have rights to speak to the higher authority of company whose product he has been bought & not satisfied with the after sales service. But the supervisor transferred my case to the escalation department. Next day I got a call from Mr. Reema & said that I am going to get a swap handset within 2 days. I told her my concern that I am not interested in a swap phone anymore because I know they are going to give me repaired handset only which must have repaired two three times earlier. I want a box pack handset or refund my money back.

          On 23/07/2011 I got a call from Mr. Anil Shirke that your phone has come please come and collect it. Also after telling my concern Nokia has again send a refurbish handset and this time the condition of the handset is worst then before it has scratches all over, timer is more than 77 hours used. Color is also not the same which I had bought I told Mr. Anil Shirke that I am not going to accept this handset and make either give me mail Id of their higher authority or ask them to call me. Now that two more days have been passed but have not got any call regarding my case. I guess nokia is not able to honor the warranty for their product instead nokia is cheating consumers by giving them used handset as a replacement. Now I don’t even want any of the nokia handset I just want my money back and compensation for all the harassments, mental agony & all my money I spent behind running the care centers. I would like to file a case in consumer forum and also raise this issue in media.

          Nokia India — E75

          E75 is a failed model, nokiacare took my handset for repair and as is it not repairable they are giving me a refurbished set by telling me that its a new one, and when I showed them it has Scratches, then they are telling me that its a refurbished set with new mother board, and they not even matching the colour of my original set. This is bad service. I have been using Nokia phones since 14 yrs, just with the beleive that its the BEST company, But after facing a issue, I am not happy with the service.

          I want Nokia to look into it and offer me assitance which is satisfactory for both party.

            Nokia X2 00 — hanging, low battery backup

            I recently purchased NOKIA X2 00 cell from Nokia priority center in PUNE.
            The cell hangs frequently and battery back up time is very low.
            It hangs during navigation, seeing Vdos.

            What should I do shall I ask for replacement?
            The stated specs does not match with the reality.

                  I have Nokia Handset which was purchase in Chinchwadgaon. The model no. is X3/ O2 .The key pad is not operating so gave this handset to Nokia Care in Nigadi' s Nokia Service shop. The handset is given on 11 th of july but still not repaired.The main issue is that they told me that the repairing cost is 950 Rs. even though the handset is under warranty. They gave me the reason that the water is inside the handset. i am working in office only & using Car . How they ensure the water is inside. Every warranty Handset has same reason ? then what is meaning of WARRANTY.

                    I am Diwakar, I recently purchased mobile Nokia C6 mobile from Mobile store on 7th April-2011.Mobile was worked properly exactly 3 months, after that it was creating so much problem,i was visited in Local NOKIA care center,they have done only software upgradation but the problem was not cleared,again i went to the Nokia care,they are telling presently we have no stock of touchpads,it will take 10 to 15 days of time.

                    It was only 3month old,it was creating this type of problem,what was the solution for this,i am verymuch irritated of this mobile,i am suggesting to my friends also not to buy Nokia c6 Mobiles.

                    I am Jay from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, I am facing the same problem from NOKIA.
                    I have submitted NOKIA C6-00 in NOKIA CARE CENTER and they said it will take 15 days,

                    They know that it is COMMON PROBLEM IN NOKIA PHONE then they should sort out the problem.

                    I went to many Cares in Ahmedabad and called up all of the NOKIA CARES in Ahmedabad but no one had the same part.

                    One of the CARE had 8-10 phones pending for the same issue of TOUCH PAD.

                    And same as your view I WILL NEVER EVER BY A NOKIA AGAIN and I WILL DEFINITELY ADVICE MY FRIENDS NOT TO BUY NOKIA.

                    And this nokiaindiadigitalmarketing people are here for formalities, they have got nothing in their hand to solve the issue.

                    It is entirely IRRITATING.
                    i do have similar experience with this Nokia c6 mobile..just bought 1 month back..and same problem...if i have read this message earlier i would have not purchase this model...hmmm...NOkia should rectify this problem, moreover most of the care cente doesn't have the touchpad for this models..and thats even more irritating...

                      I purchased a nokia handset (nokia E[protected]. after about week the handset started hanging and it gets switched off on its own and sometimes doesn’t start working for 15minuts i showed it in nokia care. they updated the software and returned it to me in two hours. but the problem started again in just 1 hour of receiving the handset.
                      Please Sir, note the problem its still the same with the handset. we have been suffering in both using the handset and taking it to various nokia care centers, but no one helped us.
                      I hope i don’t get disappointed here. kindly take notice of my problem and help me.

                      Nokia E5-00 — unsatisfactory results of complaint

                      I have complained many times to the authorities of Nokia and also filed a complaint here on website before also regarding the same but no proper actions are taken. My mobile phone has been replaced by the Company for 4 Times till now and still I am facing the problems.

                      The personnel at lower level are not given any sort of authority for any unusual situations that come. The persons who have authority try to run away from the situation. They are not at all responsible.

                      The organizational structure is improper due to which there is lot of communication gap and it takes a lot of time for the message to be communicated to the right person but still he/she is not having the proper information or is having incomplete information. Moreover no one wants to use the authority for solving the problems and due to that the consumer suffers a lot.

                      I seek for replacement of model which has the minimum features of my current cell (E5-00) so that all the problems that I am facing are resolved and also the compensation for such a long known or unknown harassment that I faced along with the time I wasted and the expenses that I have borne for the same.

                      Please do the needful immediately for the same.
                      I want to know till when the solution of my problem will come.

                        Respected Sir,

                        I am very sorry to inform u that my mobile model no. 2690 is not working properly due to software and hardware problem since long. The same was given for repairng 3-4 times to your authorised service station at baroda and they had sent the same for repairing all times to your company expert.i not understand why same problem .i.e shut down of whole mobile is coming against and against after resolving the problem from company's expert.I had also given the same for repairing on 12.07.2011 having jobsheet no.[protected]/110712/24 to your service station.My warranty period will also expire in sept.11. I am suffering from this problem since long and looking to past experiance i am sure mobile will work after repairing.i had requested for replacement if replacement is not possible i am ready to gift this mobile to nokia.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased a Nokia 6303i mobile phone from North Tower, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh on the August 2010. But after purchase this set shown several troubles like problem in speaker, network disorder etc. I had sent it to Nokia Service Center at North Tower, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. After one month they have returned me the same set. This set worked for few months but again it shown trouble like network out of order. Again, I had sent it to the same service centre on the 15.07.11. They again told me that it will require time even more than a month.
                          I am totally dissatisfied with Nokia Care. Due to fault of this mobile set I have lost money, time and got huge pain. Now I demand for Money Back with proper compensation.

                          Nokia 6303i — camera

                          I purchased nokia 6303i classic on 30 april 2010 IMEI no [protected] . I purchesed for the sake of 3.2Mega picel ,But camera is very low quality no whiteness just dull. Plz look into it

                          Nokia 6303i — Third class service

                          My self , Hanumant sharan mishra. I have purchased the Nokia 6303i handset 2month s back and was facing problem with voice and speaker. I have visited the nearest nokia care center situated at chandreshekhpur, bhubaneswar . While handing over the handset i have request to take backup of my contacts and updated once the same is handed over to me. After reparing the handset all the contacts have been deleted and to my surprises they have not take the backup of my contacts and all the details have deleted. i have never expected such a kind of treatement from a reputed brand like nokia.

                          The customer care executive at the desk were not able to provided me any solution and have apologised for the mistake.

                              This is regarding Quality of Nokia Handsets and on top of it the Service Quality of the Nokis Care Outlets!

                              The phone has been troubling has been ever since, the major problems faced by me are as follows :
                              1. frequently Phone hanging and rebooting,
                              2.Software Crash,
                              3.Trouble with keypad (Keys Not Working),
                              4.Auto Bluetooth On/Off,
                              5. Incoming Voice Low,
                              6. No Battery Backup,
                              7. Poor network receiver,
                              8. Bad Tranuble smission,
                              9 Excessive heating of phone Phone Heating while in use, and
                              10 . Freezing very frequently

                              for resolution of this problem i visited the authorized Nokia care centers but unfortunately the things got even worst since then.

                              I would like to take your attention at the quality of your care centers where the staff is most arrogant and unskillful. Many of my precious hours have wasted and yet the phone is not repaired, instead the body was broken and it was given back to me.

                              I can sence that since nokia is one of the leading mobile phone selling company, thus they are least bothered for the customers and considered their hard earned money as waste and therefore we don't get value for money neither in PRODUCT nor SERVICE.

                              I specially wish to mention the names of 2 executives at the Service center who are arrogant and disrespectful, they are Mr. Deepak , & Mr. Ronak.

                              this total episode has hurted me a lot and has created a lot of disturbance in my professional and personal life, I hope Nokia will not be insensitive and my problem will be resolved, if not then i would be FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

                              I have suffered a lot already and now I will not bear anymore nonsense, if i wont get the reply in next 2 days then we would meet in the consumer court.

I found they use phinix software for update. Is nokia provide this software to nokia care? When i say they told me come today.

                                  My Nokia c7 handset had battery backup problem and I took it to Nokia care centre Hadapsar (Shop No 4/5 Ravidarshan Complex, NR Gadital Sahakari Bank, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028) which is an authorized nokiacare centre. The handset was submitted there on 09/07/2011 and was promised to be returned on 18/07/2011. However on calling up on the target day they told me it would require some time. They promised me to let me know by the next week. And one day i called them and they told me that your battery is ready. And when i went to their office and they told me that now we don’t have that battery we give it to other costumer and they don’t have any serious attitude they are just smiling about that issue. They told me your battery is delivered in next 5 days. God knows what kind of work they are doing? Even I do not know what the latest status of my handset is. I think I have to go to the police and report against them. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment, what kind of freak they are?. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and harassment of customers.

                                  So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Nokia Care centre Services,

                                    I, Kurian Cherian. purchased a cell phone on the sixth December 2010. its model is nokia X3.this perticular phone was purchased from a authorised nokia dealer , 3G Mobile World , Delma Building,Mavoor Road Calicut.the phone lost one side Keypad functioning 22. 6. 2011. i took the phone to this dealer who directed me to a nokia care at Tirur, malappuram. When i went there they said that this complaint is not common and since i am in my warranty period i'll get the phone repaired and corrected soon. they updated software, the complaint was continuing, then handed over the set to them they told me that there was one month waiting. they kept me walking around for one month.Whenever it get back some physical damage also occured on the folding parts, acknowledged about it they made fun of me and told me to throw my phone away. they are not planning to replace my cell either. i brought this cell for 6500 indian rupees and am cheated completly. please help me out in this matter

                                      I have purchased Nokia handset Model E5-00 on 20-Jan-11. Since I have purchased handset I am facing many more problems in handset.

                                      Like :
                                      1. Email Account not created and if it’s created synchronise not done. Email sending & receiving not done.
                                      2. Net not connected easily. Sometime Packet data connection not found.
                                      3. In video capturing its hang and restart and video not saved. In Video capturing video not run continues and its show garbage in video.
                                      4. Images not processed quickly, and its hang/restart the handset.
                                      5. Daily I have received 20-25 missed alerts, but all time I am in network.
                                      6. Problem in defining Data connection i.e. Net, MMS.
                                      7. Sometimes Contacts not read. Its shown no contact. After restarting its shown.

                                      Above problems is common in Nokia E5-00.

                                      For above problems I have submitted my handset seven times at Nokia Care Centre, Wardha (Maharashtra). At last I have submitted my handset on dated 07-06-11 by Online Job Card Number[protected]/110608/21 dated 08-06-11 and manual Job sheet no. 2319 dated 07-06-11.

                                      My handset sent to Delhi by Nokia Care Centre for resolving my issues.

                                      On dated 28-06-11 my handset return back by Nokia Care, Delhi to Nokia Care Centre, Wardha.

                                      On dated 15-07-11, I received my handset but all problems are still coming. I am also going to Nokia Care on 16-7-11 but they told me All problems are solved and checked by Centre Manager, and he is usin my handset from 28-6-11 to 15-7-11.

                                      Please suggest me what can I do? Right now I have copies of four Job Sheets. Can I file a case.

                                        I am Nishant Kumar from Jaipur, owner of NOKIA Mobile Handset Model No. E-72, bought in June 2010. My warranty expired recently, and I was facing problem of data sync in between my mobile handset and Nokia Ovi Suite (on my computer). When I visited the Nokia Care Centre at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur by name of Care Zone, they said that it would require a software update for my handset that would solve its data sync problem. The amount they charged me to that was Rs. 540/- which is too much for the phone software update. According to me it should not be more than Rs. 150/-. This service charge of Rs. 540/- is too much for the software update of mobile when there is no major repairing involved for the phone. When I asked from one of their employee, he said that the Nokia company has higher service charges for the N-Series and E-Series mobile handset phones. I don’t understand why they are charging higher amount for the N-Series and E-Series mobile handset phones.

                                        This is a loot, when consumers are not usually known that such high service charges exist for Nokia customer care. In such a critical situation when consumer is not able to use his handset, and when he needs it immediately in today’s age of communication, there is no option left to the consumer but to pay for whatever the Nokia Care Centre asks for. When Nokia is allowing such practices in its customer care centres, it is making its consumers really henpecked, this should be immediately stopped and strict action should be taken against the company for carrying on such unreasonable practices. The government should impose heavy penalty on the company, as any company can not be allowed to charge such high charges from its customers.

                                        Nokia-Mobile Handset-N 72 — Complaint/Intimation against the service of the Mobile handset and service centre

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        This has reference to my complaint No-160680 dated 2/12/2008 registered over phone of Natioanal Consumer Helpline.I have mentioned my grievance in details below,
                                        Myself Palash Dutta having a mobile handset N-72, IMEI NO-[protected] purchased from Nokia Priority Dealer at Kolkata on 18th July’2007(Copy of bill attached).On paper my warranty period was over on 17th July’2008.After completing just one year warranty period on 30th August ‘2008, I found display problem in my mobile handset.Then I repaired it from Nokia Dealer M/s. Tele Junction, Madhu Vihar, Delhi-110092 (invoice attached) on 8th September’2008 and was given only a warranty period of one month against this repairing by the dealer.
                                        Then I found the same problem on 15th October’2008 just after completing the warranty period.As my service requires frequent outstation visit so since that problem I was not able to repair my handset again. But being a consumer my question is that, how this can be happened so that the handset is going to create problem just after the specified warranty period.My new set started troubling just after completion of one year warranty period and secondly the repaired set started same problem just completion of one moth warranty period.
                                        This only can be possible whenever either the parts used in the handset at the time of repairing was faulty or they have not yet made any repairment.In both the cases the Nokia is responsible either from their service centers or use of faulty part.Administratically the service centres are also the part of Nokia systems and you can not part with any discrepancies committed from your service centres. But in both cases I’m victimized being a consumer as usual.I feel that this only can be happened in case o[censored]sing the parts not upto the mark.
                                        In this connection please note that i have once only contacted by Nokia Kolkata office on mid of February'2009.After that i did not get any call from Nokia authority.I am not able to use my said mobile since October'2008.Please do the needful.
                                        Whenever i call to customer care number-[protected] of National Consumer Forum, nobody picks up the call.So this was the only possible way to contact with you.Hope you will look into the matter seriously and make the purpose of my complain fruitful.
                                        I expect your concern authority will come forward & explain or clarify me the proper reason behind my suffering as I want to reuse my handset N-72 once again without expending a single penny on it.
