hello sir / mam

i am Ankur Sharma.I had bought a nokia x6 handset 8 months ago .
the EMIE no is [protected]
last month suddenly its touch sensors stopped working.When I went to Nokia Care (Bilaspur),they said that you had to change the touch . They had changed it worth Rs. 1800. although it was under warrenty.
also i had to update the software so they said that you had to send the cell to company.
when it came back from company i got another problem of microphone as mentioned above.
they again send it to company instead of replacing the microphone
when i asked them to replace the microphone , they again asked for Rs. 550
also i had not my cell phone since 15 days.
Acc. to nokia care (Bilaspur) they said that you got your cell in 7 or 8 days.

i just wanna know that is this all right of taking Rs. 1800 and again asking rs. 550 instead of replacing the whole thing.
Also i want to take a quick action on returning my cellphone back.
i shall be thankfull to u .

    Re:- Replacement of Nokia X2-00

    I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. Within one week of the purchase the keypad has stopped working. When I went to the Nokia Care Centre, they said it will take at least 20 days to solve the problem. I was shocked to hear that as it was a brand new phone which was hardly 1 week old and I had purchased the phone at a very dear price. I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

    The Nokia Care team had repaired my mobile on 20th July but now, after 3 weeks, I am again having problem with the set. I would like you to look into this matter a bit more seriously and do the needful and replace/repair my set and make sure this does not happen again.

      I purchased nokia c5 03 handdest from Mihani mobile gallery , shop no. 31, mini gandhi stadium, Itarsi( M.P) on 28/02/11. It has some problems. one major prob is outgoing disturbed. I contacted shopkeeper and handedover mobile for repair but after 10 days I received back and found no results. I request you to kindly do needfull and let me take new one.

            Dear Sir ,

            This is in regards with , my job sheet number[protected]/110608/24 emei number [protected] . my nokia N8 phone use to hang so i went to have a software update to RS TELICOM ,Shop no 104 ,Kumar funshop ,hindmata ,Dadar mumbai 400014 . and . when software update happened the OVI store of my phone disappeared when i tried to download and install it , it was not happening . so i visited your above mentioned service centre four times and all the time they told me to do a software update .On 6th of june they told me they will have to send the phone to IMC delhi for repair . so i submitted my phone on the very date . on 21 when i went to collect my phone they gave me a fone with scratches on it and told me they have changed my mother board . i did not collected my phone as defects on it . Then they told me to wait for another 10 days . i again i went to the service centre on 1st july . they gave me a green colour phone . my phone was black colour i choose a black colour phone and i payed for a black colour phone. they how can i accepting a green one . my EMEI NUMBER also changed . my phone is in warranty and why is it that i am getting a assembled phone with a different mother board and a different body i went with nokia cos of its brand name if i need a assembled phone i could had gone for china phone with lesser price . when questioned the executive told me that the manager was not in office had gone for some personal work and forgot his fone in the office . there where no means to contact him so i had to wait for 2 hour yet he did not showed up . i called your help line on[protected] , there to they told me they have taken my complaint and i will get the call by 5th of july i did not received any call. when i called them today they said my number was not available . i was getting calls from all other numbers so its hard to believe that my number was not working .

            I purchased my phone so i could get utility from it not to keep it with your service centre. but its been a month my phone is with the service centre. i even requested a DOA but it was not granted to me.
            how can i accept a phone of different emei number and after all of this incident i need a box seal pack or my own phone with my own emei number . i will not accept a assembled phone I request you to look in to the matter and revert back to me ASAP or i will be compelled to go to a proper consumer forum for justice . i made the executive of RS Telecom to write the entire incident on the very job sheet of how i was mentally harassed

                I paid nokia care five hundred seventy five bucks to extend my mobile phone on date 11 october 2010 so that i hav no maintainance issues for next one year, but six months have passed and amy mobile pnone warranty has not been extended, it seems that i have been bluffed in this case and i have paid my hard earn money for nothing, i have got the receipt of my money paid too.

                  I had bought a Nokia X2 mobile handset bearing IMEI no.[protected]
                  on 11/02/2011,which went off suddenly on 27/ 05 /2011. Shortly afterwards I
                  took it to Nokia Care Centre Durgapur,who said some hardware problem
                  came and agreed to send it for solving the same(Job Sheet no.[protected]
                  /110527/19) After 10 days I was told that the warranty was void,as it was a case of
                  LIQUID DAMAGE.
                  The set has not been exposed to rain or even drizzle,or water. Only
                  perspiration can be suspected,which is very common to most of INDIAN
                  COMMON PEOPLE. My humble question is how an organisation can
                  market such product to drain money from our country? And a humble

                    These people had replaced a old phone instead of new phone, where my new phone was not working due to some internal problems and they told will be replacing.
                    Very irresponsible guys - Nokia care
                    i purchased my mobile on 24 october 2011 from that day my mobile restrat randomly so i went to nokia careso repaired the phone, again my mobile have same problem but the problem is not solved tweleve times i went to nokia care but my mobile have same complaint..the problem is not solved mobile gave Delhi customer care ...again the problem came they replace the phone but ..they have replaced only the bord ..then the phone is not working properly..now they wont replace a new phone.. shall i get a new phone?

                      Hello,this is Vivek Rajpoot,I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your staff at Nokia Care, Bareilly(Uttar Pradesh), Inida Cheated to the customer.
                      Today i go to the nokia care centre i.e Central Corporation 88 civil lines bareilly(Uttar pradesh) India.They told me that your nokia 6303 classic handset display is broken it is to be replaced by 1600 Rs ,i said ok please repair it.Then these guys implement pirated display into my set when i complaint then they told this is original.One of the most important they did not give me bill when i force then they provide me bill of Rs1760.To ensure me when i go to nokia retaier then they told me this display is pirated.

                      This is somthing that is not expected at Nokia's service center take place, I have heard that they do monopoly at Nokia Care but this somthing one cann't expect this.

                      I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this. Otherwise I resserve all my rights to take appropiate action aginst Nokia Care, Bareilly(Uttar Pradesh) India, in appropiate court.

                        Complaint is Right selection key on mobile hanset is very hard to operate/stucks or doesn't operates smoothly like other keys.
                        So took this handset to dealer to get it replaced, dealer said they will have to send it to back Nokia for checking that would take
                        my question is why can't dealer straight away replace and give me fresh mobile instead of all this repairs and sending back mobile to Nokia for investigation and repairs. Since i have not used handset not even for a day.

                          Sir when i m purchased the mobile from that day to till date i m faceing lots of problem in my mobile.my problem is given below,
                          1. In my mobile network is not coming properly.
                          2. My battery backup is too low.
                          3. My mobile cabinet is too loose.

                          I had bought a new C6-01 of month of may.It was a great mistake as this phone is showing so much of problem.I had given phone to nokia care they had resolve that issue and replaced with new one ( IMIE No [protected]) but now it is showing some other problems, so i gave it again in nokia care.Now almost 45 days past but they have not repaired properly.Hope this time it will work fine or i will go to lodge complaint in consumer court.

                            I have purchased a 3 G Model Handset for Nokia , Which is C 6 handset,further live streaming is not supported in this handset and we have been fooled stating that the same is a 3G Based Handset.

                            Neither Customer care is able to take the compolaint on the same.

                            All the Websites on Live 3G is been supported by Flash 10.0 Player and Nokia C6 has an inbuilt Flash 3.0 Version which donot support Live straming channels.

                            Further there is no updates on Live tv on Nokia Apps (OVI Store)

                            We have visited thrice on Nokia Centre (Salt Lake Branch) but no resolutions found.

                            Lets stop fooling the consumers and with an amount take of 12.5K ,necessary updates cannot be given , this is like a pain for our hard earning money

                              I am jomy george working in dubai. I lost my expensive mobile (Rs.12, 000/-) at the erode railway station, on 1562011 while travelling to vellankani . This mobile has a number of important contacts. It is an act of professional pick pocketing. I have lodged a complaint at erode railway police station on the very next day .



                              I am badly in need of my mobile as it can be traced easily using the IMEI numbers. I am aware of so many cases where our Chennai Police have successfully traced and handed over the mobiles to the owners (out of 8000 cases only 200 have been traced which is a big challenge to the Police forces). Stealing mobile phones are the work of professional gangs and it needs the support of all service providers of telecommunications so that we can book the culprits and bring them to justice. Since this mobile is expensive one, I am confident that the mobile will be available in the Second Hand mobile market.

                              NOKIA MOBILE THEFT ERODE — MOBILE THEFT

                              Today i travel from bhavani to erode. Rush hours. I have my new mobile on my pocket. I reached erode P.S Park. My nokia mobile 5310 is stolen. So i have imei no and go to nearest police station at erode. But the police officer ask me thats not our responsible and u only handled carefully such like this. After that i dont give any complaints.Please help me how to find out my mobile. i have documents and receipt.What can i do please help me.

                                  Two and half months back i gave my nokia handset N900 to nokia care vapi and till now I haven't received the handset. When I made call to nokia care and nokia customer care ,I just got the same answer that the part is not avilable and they are arranging it. From last two months I am listening the same thing. Even some time the customer care executives try to misguide me.


                                  What to do now? I am just fed up with nokia services.

                                  I M VIPUL from nagpur i purchase nokia e62 in feb 2007, after 3 month problen occure in joystick so i submit handset in nokia care and recive after 20 days, next 15 days again same problem so agin i submit nokia cae and same problem occcure fourth time, i submit handset nokia care at 2 nov 2007 but till handset can't recive me.
                                  the R J Tradelink, mahajan market, sitabuldi, nagpur that a nokia care center, is very very poor services, he says that ur handset going to pune, and wait for came from pune, so i m going 6-7 time nokia care center he says that wait. ur handset under repair, wait 1 week,

                                  NOKIA N95 — repaired 3 times

                                  i have had my nokia n95 3 months and it has been repaired 3 times now i have to send it back and receive a new one what adds salt to the wound is that i have to send it away to the returns dept of 02 rather than be able to go in to local store and get new one so i have to wait another wk without a mobile, this isnt good enough. i for 1 will never buy a nokia again and i will advise others to buy a different make.

                                  i have given my cell for repair.. and 3 months have gone and i have not get it back.. i have called them so many times.. either they are bussy or they say that it's coming next week ...same stuff is happening for so long..earlier they have broken my phone also.. and tried to put that blame on me.. please help

                                  I have given my Nokia E65 for repair since it was not getting charged to the Nokia Care service center in Chennai, tamilandu, India (The one near Satyam Cinemas).

                                  They initially said the charging Pin was not working and charged me about 600 bucks and handed over. But i figured out it was not charging even after that and my driver had to threaten of a police complaint to get them to relook at it. Subsequently they got me to buy a new battery saying that was the problem. That was another 800 to Nokia account. It was not even working then. After a repair(600 ), New battery (800) and a new charger (400), the phone is still with them for repair and i am not sure what they will bill me now...

                                  I purchased a Nokia N73 - 1 ME Hand set for Rs12700 , It was not functioning properly, i got it repaired 3 times in a spam of 1 year, But the problem was not solved properly by the nokia care centre. and finnaly the IMEI No got curropted and phone became dead, now nokia care centre has no solution for the same. They are asking me try out side and get repaired. I sent 2 mails to nokia customer care but I have not yet received the response.

                                  Nokia C6 Handset — Mobile sent for repairing for 5 times for 20 days each

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have purchased Nokia C6 handset on 03.11.2010 in Diwali from Bhandara Nokia Priority Gallery. Soon after 4-5 days mobile started hanging and thereafter switching off automatically. I showed to Priority gallery and he told to show in nokia care and it cant be replaced at his shop and nokia care will decide it. I was on leave at that time for Diwali. I am working in Raigad district at Nagothane. There is no nokia care here nearby. So i went to nokia care vashi for the same. They checked the handset there and told me that it has to be sent to their head office for reparing purpose and i received the phone nearly after 15-20 days. After i left the nokia care soon after half an hour the problem was the same, switching off automatically. Again i went same nokia care then again they sent it for 15-20 days. This time they gave me the replaced one with different IMEA number but there was an cosmetic issue. The phone body was so dusty and dented and the screen was scratchy one without screen guard like the phone used one for more than a year. So again the handset was sent for 15-20 days. This time they gave me again the replaced handset with different IMEA number and the phone body was OK.
                                  In the month of May-June this handset also started giving the problem with both touchpad and querty keypad. This time i went to the dombivali nokia care. They also checked and sent it for 15-20 days. Again in the month of July, the phone got switched off, not getting charged and and was not getting switched on. When shown to the dombivali nokia care, they again sent it for another 15-days and till date i did not receive the phone.
                                  Each i time was given the basic nokia handset for temporary purpose on which i could not save my phone contacts. i could not use the internet properly. Although the handsome amount for the C6 handset, i have to use basic phone for 5 times that is almost for 3 months in last 9 months. I have to pay from my pocket each time as i have to travel from nagothane to mumbai (about 4+4 hr journey). Also my weekly offs/personal time i have to devote for this. And the unnecessary mental stress and headache is another one.
                                  Since C6 handset is giving problem again and again. I propose Nokia should give me the different model of the same cost.
                                  The handset is under warrenty period hence i did not have to pay yet in nokia care apart from my travelling expenses. But once the warrenty period is over they will ask for repairing charges also.

                                  I have already put complaint on nokia customer care number for the new model.

                                  This time if i receive the same C6 model. i am not going to accept this time. I am very frustrated. Please help me out in this regard. Otherwise I have No option but to go in consumer court.

                                  Earlier i had used nokia N70 for 3 yrs hence i had a good impression of nokia. But this time it is deteriorated completely.

                                    I bought a new mobile phone nokia c6 from agra at[protected].
                                    Now I am in doing job kolkata. One day[protected] I was making a call and my cell got dead suddenly. It was not getting switch on.
                                    I went to nokia care. And they told me to submit the phone for two three days. And at[protected] they called me and told that we are sending your mobile phone to gurgaon for repairing. Then they called me and told that problem in your mobile phone is not repairable. So we are proving you an another mobile phone with same model. When I go there they provide me a used mobile phone. And there were scratches on the phone also.
                                    So I refused to take the used mobile. And told them to provide me a new set or my own mobile set.
                                    Then they told me that this is the company policy u have to take this set.

                                      I purchased Nokia x3-02 in April 2011. its been only 2 month and the mobile touch pad stopped working. And as it requires touch to unlock I cant use it. I went to service center and asked them for replacement as its only 2 month old and paid Rs 7500 for that hand set so I need new hand set to be replaced.

                                      These people are useless as they told me we can only replace the touch pad that too it may take 1 week or more.

                                      I told him I need replacement of that hand set as it is hardly used, no help received.

                                      2nd day Aditya sharma from customer care called me regarding the same and told me same story as it has been told by Nokia care center that they will replace the touch pad. when I told him I will go to consumer court he was not listening to me and was bluffing about the process.

                                      I have really bad experience and now I am going to file consumer complaint against Nokia. The service is pathetic and the product is too bad to use.

                                        I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor service/support being followed by Nokia and I am the victim for the same as i bought my Nokia handset on 22/Nov/2010 from spice hotspot (Bill attached) and it started creating problems after just 2 months, i went to Nokia care at Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi, on 25/02/2011 where i told them the problem that i am facing is problem where my handset gets hang and all the keys doesn't work at that moment, they solved the problem at that point of time.

                                        Then again i faced the same issue and i went to the same service centre on 11/05/2011 then they solved it again and finally they swapped my handset on 28/05/2011 (date is mentioned on the bill as well which i have attached with this application ) with a new one (but the condition remains the same).
                                        then i went to them on 25/06/2011 and i talked to their engineer Mr. Tushar and he told me that now your handset doesn't come under warranty as there is liquid in the handset, but i didn't found any and also with the same problem i was facing from the day i bought the handset. and that engineer was manner less guy he also abused me.

                                        I have also attached the bill of my handset as they were saying that warranty of my handset is till july/2011 but i bought it on 22/11/2010 so it should be valid till 21/11/2011

                                        i request you to take some serious action against them as my handset is not working at the moment i am not in condition to buy another one.

                                        I bough Nokia 5610 in December 2007. It started giving trouble from starting only.
                                        I got it repaired from Nokia Care Centre (Sector 27, NOIDA) twice but its still the same problem.
                                        I again submitted my phone (on 30th June) to Nokia Care Centre.
                                        It is more than 3 weeks, and I have not received my phone back.
                                        I have raised the request almost more than 10 time, but they have only one answer, 'we will get back to you'.

                                        This pathetic on part of nokia. I want the replacement of the defective phone or my money back.
                                        Dear Concern,

                                        This is to bring into your notice the agony and unnecessary inconvenience caused to me. I bought a Nokia handset model 3500c [IMEI no-[protected]] from one of your authorized dealers on 31-03-08, with bill no.3098 Keeping in mind the trust and commitment which is a distinguish feature of Nokia. Whatever I heard about Nokia After-Sales Service is not in conformity with fact, this came to my knowledge when the said handset went through a technical fault and visited one of your Nokia care Service Centers. After diagnosing the handset service representative has submitted it for further repair and gave me a TAT of 15 days. Since that day I am going through the worst agony of my life. I do understand the delay which could happen to fix a technical error but the way your service representatives is behaving with the customer is really caused me lot of agitation. I have visited the service centre thrice and always as per the date provided within the TAT. Being a working employee, I asked them for a reasonable TAT so that I may plan my leave from office accordingly, but to ignite my frustration more they replied in the rude manner, "yahan to aisa hi hota hai."
                                        Your intervention in above case is requisite for timely resolution and I also request you to notify this case to the concerned authorised person to take the proper action in the general interest of nokia customers.

                                        but nokia is not reverting back neither they contacted me through call.
                                        i want this issue to be resolved as early as possible else i will move to the consumer court, and will sue Nokia in the court.
