i had brought the new nokia c2-01 handset and after somedays the handset keypad start working with difficulty without being damage. I buy this phone is two month before. Now i face a problem with this phone, it's touch screen is not working.

When I go to Nokia care center, they said me, I have to pay extra 3200 rs. for repairing touch screen panel for it because it touch screen fault is cover under exclusive warranty.

I gave my Nokia N900 for service (Network crashes while connecting to 3G) on May 5th, 2011 to Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar, Bangalore.
