Respected Sir,

I bought a new Nokia E5 in the first week of Dec-10, the day 1 itself it shown charging complaint and some other issues with sms application. Unfortunately i was not about to take the handset to nokia care by that time, contacted call center they asked me to take the handset to Nokia Care center. When I contacted NCC they not agreeing with my complaints as they says its software built lik that only. atlast they ve sent my handset to Delhi for replacment and kept me waiting for two weeks and replaced my handset with another Nokia E5. This time the handset which i received as replacment is also faulty, issues with Network, Mail service Notworking, Poor download speed etc.. Again i went to NCC for a solution they just telling me some non sense things like issues with server not with handset and all... same time i can access my mail in another handsets. I dont know what to do. Please help.

    i purchased nokia 5235 with IMEI no. [protected] on 20th of march 2011 and within a period of two months i had to visit nokia care for four times with multiple problems. i wonder whether the mobile belonged to original nokia or not. the head phone stopped functioning, the music player stopped, the set began to hang for hoiurs and now the whole mobile began to warm up while calling, using internet or during charging. at all the times whenever i visited nokia care everytime i was asked that it needed software update and nothing else.
    the problem still continues to b there but to visit nokia care is just a wastage of time and nothing else.
    Hoping for a favourable and early consideration.

      I bought my cellphone from Nokia Priority Dealer from kapoor company Moradabad and my cellphone no is [protected] in November 2008 but from September 2009 I m facing many problem regarding my handset and when i went to contact Nokia Care( Rajeev Sons) Moradabad they said that it is a problem of virus. They format my set and gave back to me and at that time my handset was working but within 4 days the same problem occour once again and again they format my handset and gave back . After some days this problem occour once again and in the month of september I took my handset to Nokia Care for at least 5 times.Now on 17th october 2009 i again facing this problem.Kindly, give your comment to me on my e-mail id as early as possible.         I wish to inform that I had purchased handset E-72 nokia vide bill
        no. 0010332,dated: 23.03.2010,Rs. 18500/- with two years warranty ,
        from Nokia priority dealer {planet infocom} D-154 kamla nagar ,Delhi-
        110007.
        My problem is the feature of e-mail synchronization option did not
        working automatically and the phone used to hang up frequently.
        In this regard I want to bring your attention to complaint no:
        1-[protected] hs been lodged by me dated:[protected] in nokia customer
        care.[protected].
        They had tried and changed all the settings one by one every day to
        solve these problems ,but did not find any solution. Mr. jai singh
        bhati (nokia customer care) is the person whom I had contacted more
        than 20 times, he used to say to change the settings ,reset your phone
        ,format your memory card, upgrade your phone software ,but even these
        solution had never solve my problem.
        The nokia care (Durga Communication) 126, mall road Kingsway camp
        Delhi-110009 is not capable to diagnose the fault, since the mobile
        is not providing the features for which I had purchased . All time
        they people not rectified issues, but upgrade handset software.
        In the above mentioned nokia customer care Mr. jai singh bhati and mr
        sunil kumar (superviser) is very much familier to me , they know very
        well how many times I had called up in customer care[protected] to
        solve these issues. Every time I get a silly answer that please wait
        for another two days or five days ,we are going to transfer your case
        in R&D team and wait for another five days.
        Now I think I would never get rid of these weeds. So may I request
        you to kindly replace my handset or refund my money as soon as
        possible.
        Through this letter I am giving you the time period of 15 days from
        the date of this letter to solve this matter.
        In the case of your failure upon my above request, I had no other
        option left but to register the case to consumer forum.
        For your reference I am enclosing the copy of invoice and the itemized
        bill of network service provider which shows how many times I had
        called up to nokia customer care.
        I request you to please take this matter seriously and oblige.

            I have got a message from nokia world fortune program that i have got 500000 in nokia world fortune program.they again mail me that they have deposited my winning amount to the dhl security courier company and they wrote in the email that to get your payment then send email to [protected]@globo.com and after sending email to the above email address i got one another mail from dhl courier company that they have sent their agent to india to deliver me the valid won amount after that the agent call me and said that he is in new delhi international airport and give me one account no. said that deposit Rs9800 for the custom clearence. I want to know that it is fraud company or true.

                after two days of purchasing i found that my mobile display screen was fluctuating and cell phone was restarting repeatidly by itself...again i complained to
                dealer and he sent me to nokia care centre ,my job sheet no is[protected]/110521/23 care center assured me that within 4_5 days my mobile will be repaired by them but when they delivered me the mobile....that problem was still existing...after few days again i approached
                to NOKIA CARE CENTER, and again they deposited the mobile for 4_5 days and when they delivered me mobile with that problem still existing....upto now i have deposited my cell 5 times in the nokia care centre and till date problem is not sought out
                it is quite embarrasing and a harrasement to loyal customer who being aware of availability of other good brands in the market purchased a mobile
                of your renowned company , keeping faith in nokia...but i am disappointed that my mobile till date has not been repaired or changed by company, and
                neither i was entertained by nokia care centre.
                In 2 months of purchase i have not even used it that much your care centre is consuming time to repair it.
                i complained in nokia also but i have not found any solution till date.
                the handset nokia x3-02 is a defective handset, it has so many problems. i m suffering after buying this cellphone. this is my request from all please do not buy nokia x3-02.

                  I brought a new Nokia C3 01 b4 4 months, But unfortunately from the first day I had some complaints like overheating, phone getting stuck, battery backup..etc. So i went to Nokia care they told it is common for all phone.But you need to understand one thing it is your responsibility to check the product b4 releasing to market.We never except this from a well known brand NOKIA.

                    I have submitted the phone at Nokia care. First of all when I visited the centre they refused to generate new job sheet. They insisted me to sign on old Job sheet dated 23rd Apr. They then asked me to bring the copy of the mail from Nokia careline. I took ½ day leave from my office and now they were not generating the new job sheet. After repeated request they generated the job sheet. I asked them to accept battery and all other accessories but they refused. I have recorded all this conversation I had with the Nokia care and have it with me as proof. I can submit the recording if requested to prove my point.

                    I also have recorded videos of all the issues I have faced in the phone till date. I will use it in court of law if required.

                    Let me know when will be the amount refunded.



                    While I was in Nokia care centre I happened to meet another customer struggling to get repaired the same model I have. She was also complaining of similar problems I am facing. I am sure there are many customers who are suffering from this but most of them might have considered this as a feature and accept it as their fate. Nobody have time to keep shuttling to Nokia care for these problems as mostly after restarting the mobile, it starts working. After few visits to Nokia care you come to know that your warranty has expired. Then you have no choice but to live with it..



                    This is the story of a common man using faulty Nokia mobiles and example of how the company cheats their customers. There are few standard reasons where in any common man will not even question why is it so. They will say it’s due to virus or Software update or water or some silly reasons where customer cannot prove otherwise.



                    I would like to inform you that if my money is not refunded then I will be spending all my time and money to fight till the end. As already mentioned previously I will be placing a Banner on rear glass shield of my car mentioning the pain I am undergoing after using Nokia phone. I will not be responsible for negative publicity whatsoever that may arise.

                    Recently I had a similar case with a car company. Company was kind enough accept my complaints, they took back the brand new car and refunded full amount.

                    I have already spend enough time explaining my point. Please forward it to higher ups rather than just replying as a normal case.



                    Hope the issue will be resolved at the earliest and the amount will be refunded soon.

I am an Electronics and Communication graduate and understand all technicalities. I am confident that the issue is with phone design and replacement will not resolve my issues. I have been demanding about KBA/Hotfix details but no response from your side.

                    How many times do I have to repeat my request. Please arrange for refund and let me know where should I visit to close this matter once for all. I don’t want to shuttle to Nokia care anymore. I don’t have time and money. I already mentioned the care centre timings do not suit working professional.



                    Please arrange to refund my money on priority. Else I will be forced to proceed with further action.

                    I am not demanding for replacement. I am demanding for refund. I cannot trust that the replaced phone will be working good as I understand the issue is with overall performance. The issue is not related to only one feature. The phone is very slow even while making a simple call. Its frustrating….

                    The phone is not meeting the basic requirement. I have no trust in Nokia care centre. The service provided is pathetic. Why did they not investigated my complaints in detail when I submitted my phone second time. I even asked them to keep the phone for longer duration and investigate thoroughly. But the phone was returned back in 2 days confirming all is well.



                    The service centre is 8 KM from my place with timings not convenient to me as I am also working. Why should I keep on shuttling to Nokia care not for my fault. I am mentally and financially harassed. The faulty phone is causing impact in my day to day working.



                    I once again request to arrange for refund and put an end to my ordeal. I am no more interested in any Nokia product.



                    If you fail to provide refund I will be forced to approach higher authorities. I will wait for 6 days and if refund is not arranged I will have no option but to protest with a Banner on back of my car mentioning the pathetic performance of Nokia Phone and care centre. I will not be responsible for negative advertisement that will be caused.

                    As I have mentioned in my last mail as per your advice I resubmitted my mobile to Nokia care on 30th April vide Job sheet #[protected]/110423/32. I received SMS from Nokia Care on 2nd May informing that mobile is ready for delivery and I can pick up any time. I went to Nokia care on 4th May and got the mobile. The delivery boy informed that now it is repaired and it should be all good. I inquired what was the issue and what action was taken to repair. I was not satisfied with the reply from Nokia care as its very common answer that its flashed with latest software etc …. Or virus removed. I asked for report of testing is any but Nokia care denied the same.



                    Looking to the nature of issues I am confident that its due to software glitch. Someone need to carefully review the issues and software development team need to resolve it by releasing patches (hotfixes). User should be also made aware of what was the issue and how its resolved. For e.g. any issues arising in operating system is fixed by installing hotfixes. Operating software companies publish all details in for of KBA. Does Nokia follow similar approach….



                    On 5th May I inserted my SIM and started using cell. After about 2 hrs I tried to access my live mail account. Following is the sequence of events I faced:



                    1. Cell screen went white. I waited for minutes to see if turns normal. Nothing happened. (refer attachment 01_Hang_Snap.pdf)

                    2. I then pressed right side key. The screen turned as shown in second snap (refer attachment 02_Hang_Snap.pdf)

                    3. I tried using the phone but nothing was working. (See attached video 03 Hang_video.zip)

                    4. I asked my friend to call on my cell. I could see that incoming call is coming but could not receive it. My friend hanged the call but I could see that my cell is still ringing. After all tries I finally had to remove battery of the cell to reset it.

                    5. Since 5th May till writing this mail I see that call logs keep on vanishing at least 3-4 times a day.

                    6. Today morning I could see that the signal bar was dancing frequently. Normally at same location it works fine with my other cell.

                    7. I tried using 3G connection on 6th evening. The phone started getting hot.



                    Above is my experience from two day usage. Nothing is resolved. I am once again requesting to please refund my hard earned money. I don’t want to keep shuttling to Nokia care without any solution. Its mental as well as financial harassment.



                    Once again request to please arrange to refund my money.

                    Please refer Service Job Sheet #[protected]/110423/32 dated 23rd April.
                    I purchased Nokia C6 last month from Pune Nokia Dealer. From day one I am having
                    issues with this set. I bought this high end set to enable me access mails/net on the move
                    and use latest 3G features. Since I was out town I could not contact Nokia dealer for few
                    weeks to explain the issues I am facing. I then contacted Nokia dealer, from where I
                    bought the phone. He advised to visit Nokia care centre to get latest software flashed,
                    near golibar maidan, Pune.
                    The care centre is 8 Km from my place. I somehow managed visit Nokia care centre on
                    23rd Apr. I explained all issues I was facing listed below:
                    1. Handset hangs almost every day. Sometime cannot switch off. Need to remove
                    battery to reset.
                    2. Mail for Exchange does not read mails. Synchronize do not work as it should be. I
                    cannot rely on this mail client. I have to use my laptop for mail. Failing the very
                    purpose of the set.
                    3. Phone hangs most of the time I try to access Mail for Exchange
                    4. Phone heats up while working on 3G
                    5. Major issue (safety concern as well): Sometimes when I try to reach my phone for
                    making call I find that Phone is extremely hot and there is no signal shown on
                    network. Then I go to Network and change mode from GSM to Dual and back to
                    GSM the signal gets working. This happens frequently and during this time I am not
                    reachable as well it’s a safety concern.
                    6. Almost every day the Phone call log gets lost. Suddenly I see that all call logs
                    (incoming/Outgoing/Missed are lost. The list is empty.

                    Visit to Nokia Care (Kaustubh Telecon) was a horrible experience.
                    1. I was handed over a token at 1:09 PM.
                    2. It took almost one hour (2:06 PM) to generate Job sheet that too after persuading
                    a lot. The reason for delay given was power failure. Cannot understand how Nokia
                    can afford to have a care center without UPS.
                    3. Care center did not have Air conditioner functioning. All customers were sweating.
                    The attendant at token machine informed that it’s down since last two days.
                    4. After the phone was repaired/flashed with latest software the technician asked me
                    to hand over my copy of job sheet. I demanded that this is my copy and should be
                    given to me. He denied and then I decided to get it photo copied. I had to again
                    travel and search for ½ hr for a Photo copier.
                    Nokia care technician explained that phone is now flashed and should be working fine
                    resolving all issues. I was happy to hear this that now all issues should be resolved. But I
                    am sorry to say that none of the above issue got resolved.
                    I am an engineer (Electronics and communication) by profession, can understand that
                    these issues cannot be resolved by local Nokia care. There is a serious quality issue in
                    phone software/hardware. The software had not been subjected to rigorous quality
                    testing.
                    Looking to above situation I request you to please arrange to refund my amount as early
                    as possible. Please instruct the Nokia dealer to refund the amount. I am mentally
                    harassed each day due to these issues. The very purpose of buying a high end phone is
                    not served and is even a safety concern. Whole day I keep in checking if phone is getting
                    hot.

                      I would like to bring in ur kind notice that the nokia service centre in Agra are not issuing invoices in order to evade the payment of VAT and service tax.....
                      Sir i have bought a nokia mobile ( Nokia X2 IMI No [protected]) on 22 april 2011. I have a problem during charging, actually it takes about 5-6 hrs. On otherside when i charge this battery in another nokia mobile it takes 2 hrs only. I also complained in Nokia care Agra( job sheet no[protected]/110517/64) but they didnt give me satisfactory service and told that this is not a problem. for your kind information i am a pemanent user of Nokia mobile since 2002. At this time i have 5 nokia mobiles but dont have any problem regarding battery charging except this phone. So now i complain you please take it in consideration and i hope you must give me a better solution.Contact Mobile no-[protected].

                        08 NOV 2011 from TUDORAIRLINK SYSTEMS meerut.
                        From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of hangafter calling and dust/dirt inside the screen.. This handset has been sent morethan three times to Nokia service centre

                        IT GAIN,1st floor bulg N 64 OPP. Tanyaautomobile MEERUT, but the problem still persists. It’s really problematic andvery tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. For myofficial work I have to travel a lot in different parts of India, where mobileis an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office.For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. I am using nokia handsets from very long time like N72,N73,N85,but not facing any problem.

                        Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the presenthandset with a new one of the upgrade version for your customer satisfaction.

                        I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolvedwithin 7 days of time span.

                          This is to bring to your reference about the harresment i am facing from Local Nokia Care Manager (Bright Info Com, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India) in regards to my Nokia N8.

                          I have bought Nokia N8 handeset in the month of Nov 2010 (IMEI - [protected]). The handset worked all well till March 16th 2011.

                          On Mar 16th, my handset went dead all of a sudden and did not switch back ON....tried charging but of no use. So submitted my Handset with Nokia care center at my place.

                          Nokia Care Center:

                          First Instance:

                          I submitted the handset on Mar 17th 2011 at the above mentioned Nokia Care Point. They said that the set needs to be sent to company to get repaired and would take more than 10 days.

                          After several follow-ups, i got my handset on Mar 28th (Fully Charged). I took my handset and observed the display was showing purple tint. When asked abt the same at the Nokia Care center , they told me that it is not a issue at all. So i left the place and used the set for a day.

                          On 30th of March 2011, when i tried to charge the handset, it was not charging..... :( which means the handset is still with the same problem. I went to Nokia Care and inquired about the same.

                          They asked me submit the handset again, so that they can send it to Nokia Company and get it repaired.

                          Second Instance:

                          So, as per the Nokia Care Point people, I submitted it again. The Handset went to certified technicians of Nokia for the second time for the same issue.

                          After several follow-ups with Local Nokia Care and the Nokia Cust Care, i got my handset on 14th of Apr 2011. Only to see the handset charging with more purple issue.

                          Again on Apr 26th i had the same problem (Handset not charging). which means the handset is still with the same problem.

                          Third Instance:

                          On 26th of April 2011, I went to Nokia Care and inquired about the same.

                          They asked me submit the handset again, so that they can send it to Nokia Company and get it repaired.

                          Which means the Handset is going to the company for the third time to get repaired by the "SO CALLED CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS OF NOKIA" for the same issue.

                          "Three Repairs on the same handset with same Problem"

                          I got pissed off this time with Nokia.............

                          Me being with Nokia from past 11 Years never experienced this issue. This is for the first time i had observed this and really got vexed with this handset (Nokia N8).

                          This time i was really in need of hasle free handset from Nokia.......but from Nokia Cust Care when inquired got to know that even third time it is getting repaired and being sent to NCP.
                          This was heights.......and now the Nokia Manager (Mr. Ashok) who introduced himself as a branch manager for Bright Info Com, Visakhapatnam assured me that he will get me a replaced handset.

                          After several days of tiresome calls and running around NCP, i was finally told that they are going to give me a replaced handset. I got the handset on first week of May 2011 ( IMEI: [protected] ). It was working fine with this Purple Tint display problem. when asked about the same he (Mr. Ashok) said that he is going to replace the display the next week of May 2011 ( which means second week of May). So i returned home with a handset with display problem.

                          On Monday, May 09 2011, i received a call from Nokia Cust Care to know the status on the complaint which i raised for all the above mentioned problems and said that they are replacing my handset and gave me a IMEI number (Sorry not handy now). I was really shocked and called up Mr Ashok from NCP, Visakhapatnam. (+91 - [protected]) and told the same thing to him.

                          He said that he has given a different handset as a customer courtesy and did not wait till Nokia Company to send a handset to me.

                          I really doubt this behaviour of Ashok then as i thought may he was trying to get away with the handset which had the display problem (which he gave to me) and could get a better handset.
                          The very same day he called me up in the evening and said that the handset which Nokia Company has sent is not all a good one and said that he has actually sent it back to the company. When asked the reason behind he calling up and telling me this, said that "This is for your information and not to mention about he taking a valid decision on giving a different handset to me)

                          From then he is not answering my calls and when ever he is, he started giving excuses that "the displays are not yet in the store" on fine day when called up, he actually asked me come down at 7.30 PM and could get my handset repaired for the display. When i was there on time, he gave me a excuse that the stock had arrived now only and would take sometime to get everything settled. And saying so asked me to come the nextday.

                          As, I stay 21 kms away from the NCP. I thought of calling him before starting from my place. But he never used to answer my calls :(
                          When called up on the Landline of Bright Info Com[protected], they staff out there used to give irrelevant answers to my questions.

                          He is still playing with my patience till today by asking me run around the store and call only to listen to a answer that the stock is not yet in.....

                          I seriously feel that Mr. Ashok is taking his revenge on me as i have raised a complaint against him and his staff here in Bright Infocom with Nokia Cust Care[protected]
                          as they were not responding to me properly when i was there at NCP on March 29th.

                          Mr. Ashok was not ready to accept the issue i raised about the purple tint and simply throwed the handset on the table recklessly.

                          I had a feedback call on the same from Nokia Cust Care and i told the same thing. The nery next day he called me up and put a conference with someone whom he introduced to me as a area manager and asked to tell him the truth.

                          I Told everything which i had experienced with him and staff.

                          I feel this is the issue that he is playing with me.

                          I am sitting with a defective Nokia N8 handset with me and have no choice apart from calling him up only to listen that there is no stock for N8 displays yet or to come every 2 day to NCP only to return dejected.

                          After spending 23,000 Bugs on a multimedia phone, I am just helpless!!

                          I am sorry to say this, but I started hating NOKIA, firstly for the in-efficient technicians worked on the Nokia N8 handset and secondly for recruting Managers like Askok who are like taking revenge on customers who try to bring the actual face of Nokia.

                          My sincere plead through this mail is....

                          NCP are the only people who are in direct contact with the customers, if they dont behave properly, it is straight blow to Nokia,because of which the customers are loosing their faith on Nokia.

                          If someone can help me out with this Nokia N8 display Problem, I would appreciate a lot!!

                            Nokia / X6 — Irresponsible and useless customer care

                            I own Nokia X6, after few months I found problem in ear piece, I went to customer care in Ghatkopar, they didn't change the hardware instead they just formatted and returned back, they didn't assembled it back properly and after some time dust particles starter appearing in over my secondary camera. I again visited with the same complaint in the handset and a few more problems like improper functioning of lock keys and to get secondary camera surface cleaned.
                            They cleaned the camera, dust particles were removed but they used rough object to clean the lens cover that destroyed the lens covering and now nothing appears clear on the screen while using the camera, it is recording even more hazy pictures.
                            The customer care guys don't even know what to use for cleaning based on surface type, I am surprised how they got selected for this kind of job??
                            For the rest two problems they told that they will take two days while it was very clear that they need to change the ear piece and the lock keys.

                            I am very much disappointed with the service of this Nokia Care, I visited two times but instead of getting my actual problem solved, they created new problems in my handset.

                              I went to Nokia's CustomerCare centre located at Quiet office number 07, Opp. Khukrain Bhawan, Sector 35-A, Chandigarh on 20th May, 2011 with the
                              problem that the head phones were not inserting in my Nokia E63 handset (under warranty). I was attended by Miss Anu and when i told this problem to her, to my surprise she was
                              asking me where exactly the headphone's pin get inserted. Then she called one of her Technical assistant Mr Virender and told him the problem to which Mr Virender
                              responsed by declaring it a physical damage without even touching or examining the handset. When i told him that there was nothing happened which can make
                              a physical damage to which he responded by saying that he better knows about the nature of problem. Mean time Miss Anu tried to insert the headphones by which
                              a headset logo got appeared to which Mr Virender said look because of this logo outgoing and incoming voice is also not there even on handset mode. I told him
                              i was using this handset on normal mode from the last 8 months and was working fine, to which Mr Virender responded in a loud voice that we have not done anything.
                              I was in utter shock. I requested him and asked him to solve the problem to which he said"if he will open the handset, it can even get a permanent damage or
                              some of its shockets (some technical word) can get damage." I was really in the state of shock after listing his these words. I thought he didnt knew what he was saying or might be he
                              was not menatlly fit to attend the customers. Anyways on repeated request he opened the handset and found a very tiny rubber particle on the insertion hole of the
                              handset. Once he removed that rubber particle, handset started working fine to which he earlier declared a physical damage and was claiming that the handset
                              can get a permament damage if he opens it. (Might be he was not confident enough on his technical skills).

                              I went there with the thought to avail the one year extended warranty but after this incident, i droped the idea for the same. I always blindly trusted
                              Nokia but this incident has forced me now to think twice. Such kind of incidents not only shattered the customer's trust but also spoils the brand image.
                              Very strange that how a Brand like Nokia is affording such a team of highy un professionals who declares the physical damage soo confidently without even
                              examining the nature of problem.

                              Apart from this the behaviour of the Nokia professional (Mr Virender) was quite unbearable. Hence i request you to kindly look in to the matter personally
                              and make sure that such incidents should not get occur in future with any of your valuable customer as your custopmers are your marketing executives.
                              I further request you to kindly mail me on the mail id if any further details required.

                              Sir, i have kept that tiny rubber particle with me to prove the authenticity of the above narrated incident.

                                      I PROCURED A NOKIA MADE BLD-3 BATTERY FOR MY NOKIA HAND SET 2100 FROM M/S. S. H. MUMTAZUDDIN (MY MOBILE STORE, 13, B.B.D. BAG, KOLKATA-1. WHEN I GOT IT RECHARGED FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TO CHARGE FULLY AND ON MAKING A SINGLE CALL IT WAS DISCHARGED. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I WENT TO THE SAME SHOP AND ASK THEM TO REPLACE THE BATTERY WITH A FRESH ONE. THEY ARGUED AS TO MY MOBILE SET IS FAULTY & DETAINED ME FOR A LONG TIME IN THE SHOP. AFTER CONVINCING THEM THAT MY MOBILE IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, THEY TOOK THE BATTERY AND ASKED ME TO COME AFTER 10 DAYS. AFTER 10 DAYS THEY GAVE ME A NEW BATTERY & I FOUND IT FAULTY AS THE EARLIER. I AGAIN WENT TO THE SHOP & RETURNED THE BATTERY ON 08.03.2011. THEY ASKED ME TO COME AFTER 7 DAYS, BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A NEW BETTERY TILL DATE. WHENEVER I MEET THEM, THEY ASK ME TO COME AFTER ONE DAY OR TWO. I ALSO ASKED THEM TO RETURN THE MONEY OR LET ME BUY SOME OTHER ARTICLE INSTEAD OF RETURNING THE MONEY, BUT THEY ARE NEITHER READY TO RETURN THE MONEY NOR GIVE ME OTHER OPTION. IN VIEW OF THIS, I APPEAL THE CONCERN AUTHORITY OF THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM TO TAKE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST THE SAID SHOPKEEPER IN ORDER TO STOP SUCH KIND OF HARRASMENT.
                                      this kind of incident is being happended frequently. once goods/service is sold, the shopkeeper/service provider forgets his/her customer. suitable action must be taken against this kind of shopkeepers/service providers.

                                      S.H. MUMTAZUDDIN IS ANOTHER NAME OF THIEF. THEY ENTERTAIN U TILL SELLING THE GOODS. AFTER SELLING, ONLY MIS-BEHEAVE CAN BE EXPECTED FROM THEM. MANY COMPLAINS HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATED AGAINST THEM, THEY WILL BE BEFITTINGLY REPLIED ONE DAY OR OTHER.

                                        I purchased the Nokia x2 on[protected] at Dilshad Garden.After 2 or 3 days my phone began to create problem like hanging, self switch off, USB not connect etc.I went to Nokia care to solve my problem but their employees misbehave with me and my problem still not solve.that's why i m very disappoint with the Nokia care service.Provided that i went to again Nokia Care but I saw same behavior with me.so i request to you that please take action against the Nokia care which is in Dilshad Garden in East Delhi.
