          I was facing some problems with my nokia handset N8.
          On 19-april, 2011 i went to nokia care in o-9, 1st floor, Lajpat nagar 2, new delhi.
          before giving my handset everything was fine with it, but after getting it repaired the person concerned called me up to handover the handset i found my handset broken from the handsfree port, i complained about the same to the person (engineer) present there as well as the owner, but both of them refused to entertain my complaint.

          Moreover they checked the handset before receiving it.

          I request you to please do the needful asap so that i can have my handset back after the necessary action has been taken.

            My Nokia handset slipped from my hand and hitted by an auto while driving. I took the hand set to Nokia care cutta BK road,[protected] for checking and assesment of damage. After checking they told that repairing cost will be Rs 450.00. After one hour when i approached them with money for repairing the handset they told me that cost will be Rs950.00 + Rs 450.00, which is not at all justifiable to repair a hand set . Since They were not able to provide a cabinet for the same a cabinet for the same was purchased from out side for Rs. 200.00 which has gone waste. Due to this I lost around 2 hours of my valuable time apart from Rs.200.00 for the cabinet purchased. This matter may kindly be looked into and harassing to customer should not be done at any cost. Every body in india can not afford to loss Rs 200.00 due to irresponsibility of the staffs.

            Nokia 6080 — miss behaviour of nokia care

            Hi,
            This is Ashish Shah. I have purchased one Nokia 6080 EMI is [protected] on 13th Sept. 2009 from Mobile Store Pachim Vihar Opp jwala heri market New Delhi. I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after four month , the handffree started giving troubles. I approach to the nearest service center that is at Nokia care, B-1, market Pachimvihar on 27/01/2010. I meet their to Mrs Sarita Rawat She Said that my phone warranty is expair on 01 jan 2009. I saw her my bill but she said warranty is expaird when i said to give me in written she said i will charged 180 Ruppes then she will write, after long arrgument Mr. mukesh came who senior of sarita, and he said that the handfree is not of nokia 6080 model.

            I am not at all expect this type of services in current totally service who take 180 ruppes for written material on lettar head jow that expaired my warranty in Jan 2009 when I purchased mobile on 13/09/2009 I have a vaild bill of mobile.
            Being a word class company please look into the matter. And do the needful as early as possible. So that I can remain my faith in your company.

              I Mr.G.VARUN have purchased a Nokia C7 handset on 4th of April 2011...I hardly used it for 10 days... I use BSNL network and iam using it from last 10 years...While downloading any application from Nokia OVI Store the mobile is getting heated up gradually and sometimes while talking for 10 to 15 mins,for which i submitted the handst already for 3 times in NOKIA CARE SIRIPURAM... Using of such default mobile may become a health hazardous for my health.The Nokia Care head incharge told me there is some problem in the network for which he told me to change the Sim Card...But after changing the Sim the Same Problem exists... I kindly request the concerned person to kindly take my case seriously and replace me my mobile or give me my money back.Iam attaching the details of my handset below...

                I had bought a Nokia N97 cellphone on 9th July 2009 at a cost of Rs.31500 from TELE SHOPPE, A/102, SAHID NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR. During my first year of warranty the cabinet was replaced twice because of colour fade at CELLULAR CLINIC, B/32, SAHID NAGAR, BHBANESWAR. So, they advised me to extend the warranty for another 1 year at cost of Rs.1414 to get a full coverage i.e. warranty for mechanical defects as well as colour of the cabinet.

                Then I had taken an extended warranty of 1 year for my Nokia N97 on 27th May 2010 at a cost of Rs.1414 CELLULAR CLINIC, B/32, SAHID NAGAR, BHBANESWAR, Authorised Nakiacare Centre. At the time of contract there was a full coverage i.e. mechacial defects as well as colour of the cabinet. On 18th May 2011, I visited that store for a claim of warranty on colour of the cabinet but I was told that cabinet could not be reaplaced because as per the company policy, 1st April 2011 onwards extended warranty does not cover warranty on colour of the cabinet. As my contract is valid for 1 year, there must be a full coverage upto 27th May 2011. Now They are saying they can't help, its a compny policy and if you want the replacement ask NOKIA.
                Brief recital
                Nokia E72 is till today is the premier business phone in India till date
                That I had purchased a Nokia E72 – 1T. Brown (IMEI : [protected]) for Rs. 21,779 as per enclosed bill.
                That sometime in September or thereabout I noticed strange lines on the display.
                I took the same to the Nokia service centre Foneworld at Borivali since I reside in Mumbai.
                They informed me that they do not have the display for Nokia E72 and that I should call them and
                after confirming bring it in for servicing as it was in warranty.
                I kept calling twice a week probably after one and a half month finally on 2nd of October they informed me that I could bring the Phone to them for servicing.
                Which was given to them on 02/10/2010, Job Sheet No.[protected]/101002/45 attached.
                They phone was for the first time opened at Foneworld.
                They informed me that the display could not be done here and they had to send the same to Head office Bangalore.
                And I would get it back in about 15 days.
                A standby phone was neither offered nor was given one thereby compelling me to buy a second phone as it is not possible to be without your mobile phone.
                After about 15 days I got a call from Mr. Lakhani and to my shock and surprise he said Bangalore had refused to replace it as the hand set is out of warranty
                Mr. Lakhani is fully aware that the phone was first time opened at his very service centre.
                I asked him to get me the same in writing which he said he was unable to get and gave me help line no. [protected].
                I called the helpline which again confirmed what Mr. Lakhani was saying and they also refused to give anything in writing.
                However Mr. Lakhani had offered to repair the phone if I paid for it which is holding a customer to ransom.
                Now the situation is that the phone is in warranty it has not been tempered with except your service centre and damage caused is between transit to and from Mumbai’s service centre and Head office service centre.
                Now having given to understand that the phone is damaged tempered etc in no circumstances will I take back this phone.
                I require a replacement by a new handset.
                Nokia is exploiting the people of India by getting cheap substandard phones form China selling them and then evading warranty.
                We buy a phone with a bill just to take advantage of warranty the price of this in the grey market would have been about Rs. 3000 cheaper.
                That they refuse to let me know the provision under which the warranty is void

                I didn't get you !! Is this kind of a JOKE !! Why the hell are you giving wrong information in a public forum. You said the issue has been resolved, could you please let everybody know about your solution. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED TILL NOW !!! On 24th May, I got a call from Nokia Care and visited their place to discuss on this issue but they replied that it's upto the company and the franchisees can't do anything. When I warned them to move to consumer court they suggested me to send a final mail to <[protected]@ovi.com> and they might consider my issue. But matter of regret is that, you are mentioning here that the issue has been resolved even without replying to my mail sent on 24th May 2011.                 As mentioned, I got a call from your team and also I visited your store (Talk Tel, Plot No. 366, Saheed Nagar, Infornt of Idco Tower, BBSR-751007) today for further discussion. But that ended up with no satisfactory solution. They replied that its a genuine case as the contract is valid upto 27th May 2011 but they are unable to honour my claim because it is beyond their capacity as per the company policy.

                So, I do hereby request you to consider my case on priority and protect the goodwill of NOKIA. Otherwise I will take the last resort and move to consumer court on 27th May 2011.

I am really surprised to see your promptness in claiming here in this forum on 26th May 2011 that the issue has been resolved. But you didn't dare to respond to the query on 28th May 2011 to brief on the solution provided.

                Let me remind you, these communications are more than sufficient for me to drag you to the consumer court. If your campany can cheat the consumers with such wrong declaration in public forums like ICCF, then the court of law can simply imagine how honest you are to your commitments. Anyway I will wait for another 2-3 days for your revert on this matter before moving to Consumer Court.

                    I have purchased Nokia C6.00 on[protected],from Telephone Shoppee, Pune (Invoice No-166, Phone IMEI No – [protected], Amount paid in cash Rs – 12400/-) after using the phone I realized that I cannot exchange any data via bluetooth from my existing Nokia 5130c & Nokia N72 to my new Nokia C6.00 & vice a versa, even my phone use to hang a lot & would not respond to any buttons, if I start using mail service the phone would further hang & would not respond until I remove the batteries. So I registered my first complain on[protected] on Nokia Careline [protected], They asked me to format my phone manually as per the steps suggested, I did it but there was no use, the problem still continued & I reverted back to Nokia Careline on[protected], the representative told me that the issue will be solve in next 48hrs but Nokia didn't solve my problem. I have also registered my complain online on[protected] & have received the complain No from their end (case ID is 1-[protected]) after many time consuming discussions over phone finally they told me to submit my handset to nearest Nokia Care Centre for repair. I have asked for the Brand new replacement for my Nokia C6.00 so they told me that they will check & inform me. I have submitted my handset on[protected] at Nokia Care centre (Shree Communication, Pune, Job Sheet No[protected]/110511/30). I have called Nokia Careline & informed them that I have submitted my Handset, I have received the call from Nokia Care Centre that the problem has been solved & I can collect my handset, I went to collect my handset but while checking handset at Nokia care centre I found that the problem is not solve & they kept the handset for further repairs. The problem is still persisting & Nokia people are not replacing me with new handset. I have been deprived o[censored]sing my own phone to the fullest capacity & facility since the date of purchase, I have lost my mental peace, feel helpless & hopeless as my problem is genuine but they don’t want to give a new replacement so they are giving all the excuses that they have send my phone to Nokia factory & it is under repair by engineers. I need a new sealed pack Nokia C6.00 as replacement, it is not my fault, if it further delays than I would seek compensation for the trouble that I have faced, I have lost my mental peace & caused lots of harassment & I have spent my valuable time & money in the phone calls dome to Nokia Careline.

                    As requested by Team Nokia, India, I have mailed once again all my details 24hrs back, still I haven't received any communication from their end (Nokia). This how Nokia treats their customers.

                      Yesterday i spoke back to your executive through the phone and his number is [protected]. He said that he will get back to me after discussing with the Rocky Agencies(To which i gave my device) but still I didn’t receive any update from your side for the complaint placed on 10-May-11.Why this is not updated in the complaint? I have totally lost my patience, because of your repeated answer that we will update at the earliest.



                      History and headache I am facing with Nokia service.



                      I bought my device on 12/07/2010. After that I got a complaint with my touch screen on December (That within 6 month of my mobile purchased). I went to rocky agencies near my house and they stated that they will not be able to repair any premium mobile in that store and this will be sent to head office to change the screen, the delivery date is informed to be after 10 working days. After i stated that I don’t have alternate mobile, they provided a back up mobile. Again from Jan i got a problem with network drop in my mobile, initially I thought it might be due to service provider. But later i can able to see that issue is occurring on regular basis and i checked with all the simcard available and then i could find the issue is with my device and i went to the same agency (rocky agencies) on 10-May-11. Again they have stated that they will not be able to repair any premium mobile in that store and this will be sent to head office. This time they have not provided a backup mobile for me, for this they have provided the reason that backup mobile are out of stock(That many customer are facing issue like me) and they have given the delivery date for my mobile will be on 25-May-11(Which is more than 10 working days). I have placed a complaint with your customer care executive and i have told all my concerns with them and they stated that they will provide me a complete history about the problem within 48 working hours(I think its 480 working hrs) , the complaint no (1-[protected]). AFTER PLACING THE CALL I SPOKE WITH YOU GUYZ 5 TIMES AND STILL I AM RECEIVING AN RESPONSE THAT"WE WILL UPDATE YOU". This shows your service policy is a total failure.



                      If next time if i receive a call/Email I need an answer for the below queries

                      1. Is the nokia authorized agency is not having any skilled labor to repair a mobile?

                      2. Is the device sold to me is a defective one?

                      3. Why can’t a customer facing so many issues with the service centre and customer executive cannot be able to contact the manager?

                      4. Is it worth to buy nokia which claims it has a wonderful service policy?

                      5. Is the Nokia failed to meet the quality as there is a second hardware issue with the same device within 10 Months?

                      6. Is this the way you treat a customer, who invested the money and facing the problem with your brand?



                      One more thing I need the above answer from a responsible person from Nokia and not from customer executive/Supervisor who will not be able to provide the answer other we understand your concern. OTHER WISE PLEASE KEEP THE DEVICE IN YOUR HEAD OFFICE AND SHOW TO OTHER CUSTOMER HOW YOU PROVIDE AN AFTER SERVICE WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SEND ME A MAIL THAT NOKIA WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE.





                      After this kind of issue how will I suggest Nokia mobile to my friends or relatives? At present we have 6 Premium Nokia mobile in my family, but after this worst experience we faced with Nokia service, we are planning to switch from Nokia to some other mobile. We never expected such a worst response from a company which is famous for its service.

                        I had purchased a NOKIA C1-01 handset. Things were fine for just a week.
                        After that I started having problems with my handset bearing IMEI NO:[protected].
                        There was some strange sound when I connect an incoming call. But it was not for all incoming calls.
                        I approached the dealer from whom I purhcased. I was told that there was some software problem and if is reset
                        the issue will be solved. The problem continued. So I thought it would be ideal if I visit the NOKIA Care, who are
                        said to be the authorised service centres. I told my problem, a compliant was logged, after servicing my handset was delivered
                        stating that there was some dust collection, which was cleaned. The problem was not solved, so I revisited Nokia Care.
                        This time they said the speaker was changed and was told that you will not have that strange sound. But to my surprise
                        then I after I could hear no sound. When my mobile rings, only the screen will blink but no sound, the same with alarm, you
                        were also not able to hear the person at the other end. Probably that's the real solution to my problem "All Sounds Silenced". Once again I visited
                        hoping that this should be my last visit. The person on the desk was patient enough and regretted for their faulty service, but the core issue
                        for which I stepped in first was not solved. You should also take note that each time you walk into Nokia Care, it takes close to 1 1/2 to 2 hours
                        before you could walk out. Yesterday I had walked in again I was given a job seet number[protected]/110516/148 dated 16/05/2011, I was told that my
                        handset will be kept under Observation for a day and the status will be communicated. I opted to take the Spare handset from Nokia care.
                        If one had the opportunity to walk into Nokia Care, one would have noticed a box named "We Re-cycle" kept. You will be astonished to know how they
                        re-cyle. The handset that was provided to me as spare was so clean. It was so clean that the number panel was totally wiped of. There was no charger
                        provided and the charger of my mobile was not compatible with the spare one. Probably no one had dropped a charger for "Re-cycle".
                        I hope that when my mobile is delivered this time the core problem will be addressed.

                          I bought Nokia X6 on 07/11/2011 and with in one month I submitted it to Nokia care centre for over heating at kochi ..., they told that broad problem send that head office , about 21 days takes to replace that . next week itself I submitted that again to nokia centre for complaint low batary back , they updated my software and told some problems in broard and give back to me .
                          Again after 2 month some balck lines are came while using camera , for this complaints itself they told that its broad problem and have to send to head office ....
                          Now Iost the confident about the Nokia ........

                                I have the honour to inform you that I am Tilak Debnath using a nokia 5233 mobile. The Imei number of the mobile is [protected] & my mobile number is (0)[protected].The warranty of the mobile is completing on 28th may,2011.From the beginning of the mobile I am facing display problem ,Already many times I have gone to Nokia Care(22/1,ashutosh ghosh road,sethpukur bus stop,barasat,kol-124) to solve the problem. Just they did software update nothing except it. Today also I have gone for this problem. There was a customer care executive, the name of the customer care executive was Aesha. She told me that there is extended warranty (1 year) facility of nokia care for the reason only you have to to pay 565 ruppes ,If you pay 565 then only your phone will be sent to our expert. I said it has not completed 1 year, it is in warranty. She said no sir I can’t do anything for you, and she gave my phone back.Then I said you please give me the written why you are not able to take my phone still she has not given any written. I said I want to talk with technicians she said there is no provision.
                                I used 5 times nokia (nokia 1100,6600,3230,6233,5233).If this is happening with me , I am not going to continue with nokia . I will go for the Samsung.Why people preffered nokia ,for there brand standard and service.If this is your brand standard then you will be no more.
                                I will be thankful to you if you take positive stapes for it.

                                  hi i am sathish..i have given my mobile to nokia care for 6 times for various problems..in 5 th time they sent my mobile to head office for replacement so i had been waiting 15 days for that,then they gave the same mobile for me without rectified the problems..then again i gave my mobile to chennai nokia care because of lot of problems(mobile heating,software problem,battery not charging,bloothtooth not working)then again they sent my mobile to head office for replacement this time i had been waiting 25 days,2 days before they have given the same mobile with out rectified the problems..i have the warrenty for 4 months...so please don't buy the nokia products...nolia service is very very bad.....my

                                    Mobile hand set modle 5130-c serial no.[protected] was dead condition in warrenty given to Sameer nokia care,bhopal for repairing they told me it takes 8-10 days but after 7 days I call then they told me that your hand set is temperd so it is not repaired in warrenty they also not give any report of main nokia care center where they send my hand set.It not clear me that how hand set is tempered.They never do any call for reparing condition.
                                    Iam in doubt that they actually send it to head office of Nokia care if they send it then where is the report.And how they analyse that it is tempered it s not cleare me.

                                      Nokia is one highly sophisticated product. However, it is so unfortunate that the service centre staff in Landmark Johor Baru is not trained for technical repairs as well as customer service. My family and I as well as my staff have been ardent fans of Nokia phones. Everytime there is a new model, I am one of the first to purchase a set for my family and I. However, today, I have told all my staff that we shall longer support Nokia because of the lack of care in handle repairs. This is nit the first time, I have had trouble with this service centre. But today is my worse nightmare. 2 weeks ago I realized that there is something wrong with the speaker phone...I sent it back to the regular shop I bought it I City Square and the regular guy sent it to the Nokia service centre in Landmark, Johor Baru, Malaysia. Today I was told they repaired the speaker but it is not going to help...and they asked if I wanted to change the mother board. My regular phone guy had already told the service centre not to do any that will effect the memory bec I have many important data. The guy took it back with the supposed old motherboard ....and both i[censored]s found out that someone had done something and the whole contact and memory data have been erased. I am shocked that the Manager, Hidayat had the cheek to tell us that her technician did not do anything. My business in of an Electronics nature...and the lack of integrity and knowledge as the head of Nokia centre...is such an insult to the Nokia brand...what sort of technicians are really employed to handle the repairs of these supposedly high end brands....it is shocking and I shall now also inform all my companies not to authorize any purchase of Nokia phones in all our companies here and abroad. Critical and invaluable data is lost simply because the phone is left of low end technicians and Managers.

                                        Nokia 5800 Expressmusic Bluetooth Application (Unable to Perform this request) and Radio Problem (Mobile gets hanged out once Radio option is selected in Music).

                                        Nokia is a world leader in providing mobile of various types. But this company has a worst customer service in Pune. I purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music model on 15th May, 2010 from the nearest Mobile Store Shop. I loved this mobile because whatever functions and applications, i needed were present in this Mobile. My Mobile worked properly till 11th May, 2011. Suddenly, I was making my mobile ready for transferring a data to one of my friend and so started the Bluetooth Application. Its started giving me the error message "Unable to perform this action". I was shocked to see this failure. However, I was not able to set this up. So, I started searching on Google for this problem. I did everything possible which was been told on Nokia Forums and etc. Even I reset my mobile, to see if it works. But no changes. Then I started checking each and every application in my mobile. Then I found my Radio not working. So I planned to get it repaired from the nearest Nokia Care. I went to the Nokia Care Center on Pune-Satara Road. The address is Nokia Care, Adinath Shopping Center, 2nd Flr, Pune Satara Road, Pune, Maharashtra 400037 Phone No.[protected]. Mobile:[protected]Mobile) . This information is as per the Google Maps. I went there. My Mobile was taken for service. The lady there offered me for the Free Extended Warranty. I was ready to pay for the extended warranty. The amount was Rs. 565/-. She also told me that the mobile is not in warranty and its expired. So, I was ready to make with the charges they were going to apply for the service. I asked her about the amount they were going to charge me for the service. On hearing that amount, I was just shocked to hear that. The amount for repairing the mobile for just Bluetooth Problem and Radio Problem was Rs. 3800/-. I asked her whether she is making a joke of me. I was just shocked to hear it. Rs. 3800/- I asked her to get my mobile back and then I returned home. So, now this issue is like taking a huge amount of money for small small problems. How can we keep faith in Nokia, If this company is charging huge amount of money from the customers whose problems are small. We can understand if the problem is big but here is something different. I want some decision on this by Nokia. Nokia has to overcome this issue. Secondly, how the people in this service center provide service. They don't even care about customers sitting outside. Some employees playing on their mobiles, some roaming here n there. Some talking on phone leaving their work. What can a Customer expect from such a service center.                                         nokia/5800 xpress music — fault in mobile,lack of poor service

                                        sir, i bought nokia 5800 mobile in january month . there are so many problem in my mobile such as... voice incoming and outgoing is not clear.and while seeeing images or video clip is showing a blank display some times, some times it chages the color like ..green, orange, black so.. that i went to nokia care to service...they service for voice problem...it clear. but for that display problem they are not at al ready my mobile...i went to nokia care for the last 2 weeks daily.. they are teelin come 2day i will give... they give but no good service ..after getting my mobile the same problem will appear again and again...

                                        last friday(20/02/2009) again i went to nokia care to the same problem...they told give 2 days i will use the mobile and if any problem came means i will service the mobile ...so i gave to the service care but they didnt give the job sheet for that..on tuesday24/02/2009. i went to get my mobile they told..I INCREASED THE RAM SO NO PROBLEM WILL OCCUR..AND I CAME BACK TO ROOM I PUT ONE SONG THE SAME PROBLEM IS APPEARED ..

                                        I REALLY HATED THE NOKIA CARE SERVICE .PAST 6 YRS I MUST BUY NOKIA MOBILE ONLY THIS IS MY 11th mobile. i didnt expect this from nokia mobile..ple take a corrective action.from chennai.

                                        remove ur memory card, switch off d phone, then try for data xchange, may b it was due to corrupted memory card with viruses. . Try it. . .
