Dear Sir,

I am Bishal Sarkar. I have bought a Nokia Handset C5 - 03 (IMEI No.[protected]) from SAHA TELECOM (11 workshop road, Kanchrapara, 24 PGS North, W.B ) Mobile [protected]/[protected], Vat Regn. No. [protected] on[protected].

It was doing well, soon i realise that there is some problem with the software. I contact Citytel Service (P-II, C I T Road, Scheme - L.V Moulali Kolkata), Ncc- 270_504886, Cont- [protected]. I submitted my phone on 18- April 2011 and they Assure me that the problem will be solved very soon.... They give me a job sheet ..[protected]/110418/27). But the problem is now they are not returning my phone .. Some time they are saying it is sent to Delhi ..and sometime at Express Service center... I dont want to know any excuse. I just want my phone back ... If the process is going on like this then i am bound to go to print media.

          this is to inform you that i m one o[censored]r customers using x3-02 touch and type set... i buy this set on 11 may2011.and
          i have been getting many problems from the set
          i have come to ur customer care bt i didnt get any response...sometimes they say it will go for checkup after 10 days they cum with the set and having up the same problem and it is nw very irritating
          i m getting very irritated from this set as it heats up while charging and dosent have battery backup...it charges in 2 hours and get finish in less than 6 hours
          i dnt want to replace my set...as i m fedd up nw from this set.....i want my full money back for your company otherwise i m going to complaint in consumer court for this nw ....so nw its ur responsibility to do so.....

          nokia x3 — SET UNABLE

          Dear Sir,
          I buyed the nokia x3 from "NEXTAG" from vadodara fategunj it self on 07/07/2010 in evening. when i started my mobile while reaching home i was unable to receive coverage. There was some thing wrong with the hand set , so next day i went to shop and ask them to replace me the same set (x3) as there is some problem with the set.Today its been 22/07/2010. still they do not have the set along with them.
          1st confirm me , do nokia care take 15 days to replace the set mobile? As said my shop owner?

          nokia x3 — Handset Not Working Properly Despite Replacement

          Dear Sir,

          I had Recently Purchased Nokia X3 with Bill around July - August 2010 In Ghatkopar ( EAST ) ,Mumbai, INDIA .I was having a problem With Network ( No access ) though my sim was working properly in my old mobile.Then, i gave my Nokia X3 phone to Service Center at Satyam Shopping Center Ghatkopar East ( Nokia Authorized Service Centre ) ,Mumbai INDIA .They Said that there is a problem in the phone so they gave me the Replacement after 30 days which they said that its a new phone but it was actually a used phone . Now after getting that phone i am still facing a problem of Network issues, Phone getting too hot after charging for 5 min. Even that i have complained to the cust care people they said they cant do any thing .i said the Wat the [censored]. Sorry to use this language This is my first purchase with Nokia & this is the Product & service i get from you company .How can a new customer can trust Nokia if you provide such type of services & answers from your customer care division. I also said them if you cant get the same piece again then give me the upgraded model but they said that they cant do it. Is it my fault buying Nokia X3 Model and its giving more problems even after getting the new Piece as said by customer care ppl .

          I request you to either please give me the upgraded model or give my full money refund including interest as my time time and money was wasted .

          Nokia - X3 — Phone not working since it was bought

          Dear Sir,
          I buyed a Nokia Phone X-3 IMI No. [protected] dated 23rd Aug and the phone started to have problem of switching off. Then the phone was handed over to customer care dated 3rd sept. The phone was handed over back to me on 13rd sept. The phone was resubmitted on 18th Sept again to nokia customer care centre. Again the phone was handed over to me on 5th Oct which could not be turned on by the nokia care engineer and then and there only re-submitted by them on the same job sheet.
          Still the phone is lying with them.
          Not getting any adequate replys from the company.

          Nokia X-3 — Handset Heat Up

          Dear Concern,
          I purchased Nokia-x-3 (ESN/IMEI-[protected] Job Warranty no.-GLBINY[protected]handset in Oct 2010. From Nov it begun heat up. I showed it to Nokia care center Tilak Nagar first,This center charged 750/-saying that your set is not in Warranty.I was shocked and took return.Again brought to another Nokia Center Patel Nagar(Near to Metro pillar No.-229)After two hours the handset was given to me that the problems have been resolved.Next day I noticed that again the same issue occurred with new issues like camera was not working & set was hanging ,again I brought to care center patel nagar.Now I got the set after 3 days.Again the same problem found in my set.I Again I brought the set to patel nagar on 11th Dec_10 & told to replace the set but they did not agree to do so and kept the set for servicing for a week.The delivery date was 18th Dec_2010 but till date I have not received my handset.

          Its really worst experience with Nokia.Now I have decided to submit all the communication to consumer court for final solution.

          nokia x3 — Bought a defective / Not getting replacement

          This is Ravi Kannan from Chennai. I have bought a handset model Nokia X3 on 30th Oct'10 from Univercell. Within couple of days, I started getting charging problem. After it is not charging completely, I handed over the handset for repair to univercell (Ekattuthangal branch) on 23rd Dec'10. Now, Univercell is saying, Nokia is sending this handset to HO for further testing, as even after changing the battery it is not working / charging. I demanded for a replacement immediately. No proper reply from univercell. Then, I lodged a complaint with Nokia service center demanding a replacement. I am chasing both Univercell and Nokia. But, the response is damnnnnn poor. They are absolutely no customer friendly. I never expected a multinational company like Nokia will behave like this. Their service standards are far below than even an Indian local company.

          Nokia, I am still waiting for your response to my request for replacement of your defective product sold to me.

          I have purchased new NOKIA X-3 handset WORTH rs6540 on 5 sept 2010 which was creating problem after 10 days of purchasing.I have submitted it to NOKIA CARE near about 10 times with in 3 months but no permanent solution was provided to me.After that they gave me another used handset of same type but this set was more worst than my original handset.I have agin submitted to NOKIA CARE 7complaint about it nearly 20 times but not received permanent solution.

Sometimes missed important calls without awaring about its power off. When I went to my dealer he refused to listen my complaint and misbehaved with me. Being a female counter part, I could fought much with them and these situation made me forced to come to the door of Consumer Right Court. As I belong to minority section of the society people assaulted me and tried to supress my vioce. Kindly help me in this matter.

          Yes.. I too agree.. Infact I got a defective head set. I bought the mobile yesterday (29MAy11). and after watching its acessories at my home. I found that the headphones are defective..
          Mobile looks great but What are these unqualitative acessories??

          Nokia handset X3-02 — Problematic handset

          Hi Team,

          Have bought Nokia Handset X series touch and type name X3-02 on dated[protected] as a gift to my wife from Mobile Link, Shop No-312, Sai Chowk Pimpri Ph [protected].
          But handset started giving me trouble from very 1st day.It switched off automatically without me switching it off. Also battery is draining faster than I thought. Hardly getting 2/3 hours of talk time.
          This is annoying experience still I had not complained much as I have trust on Nokia but that trust broke finally on[protected] when keypad stopped responding. Sometimes * key is pressed automatically all the time and at end it starts My GPRS automatically. Also it created disturbance when I received any call.I left heart broken as within 3 months of purchase handset gave me so many problems.

          Finally sent to Nokia care for Repair on 15th June 2011 in Sky link at Sundarbaug Chinchwad.33

          But this was start of another blunder. Initially they claim that it can be repaired within hour when they failed they told me to come next day.Next day same thing happed and I have to wait for another day.
          Then they told me that Keypad need to change and they have no spare part so they have requested to company and asked me to wait for a week.
          As they do not have standby handset I have to borrow it from my friend. When approached to them after week.Same story repeated as spare part was not available. But this time they gave me standby handset but without charger a= which is of no use.
          Now I need to wait for another week and still not sure if I get back my handset with all issues resolved.

          This left me completely in helpless situation request you to look in this matter and get my handset back.
          But definatly I will refrain my friends /collegues from buying Nokia handset in future. They have lost credibility I will not be surprised to see if they are not in top five after 10 years

          Hi Team,

          I have collected my phone and seems it was temporarily repaired.It has started same issue over again.
          Now new issues added along with old issue
          1) Again key pad not working.* key is pressed automatically
          2)backlight never get off
          3)and battery drain even faster before

          Sorry to say but i am really pissed up because of this temporary fix and seriousy it has dented Image of Nokia in my mind.

          Now eaither i need credir note of same amount or new handset. i am not here to run behind Nokia care and waste my precious time.

          Kindly let me know next cource of action.

          hiii i i i am manod daniel from navi mumbai i hve buyd x3-02 on may 25th of rs 7800 right aftr 15 daz it started problem ven v unlock to open MENU it blinks again light goes off on tat time any1 calz. his name, number doesnt appear.ven i gave to service centre at vashi, navimumbai. with this same complaint i hve gone three times bt no response they tell now it is ok. again the same problem coming. nw 5 daz bak i got the cel it runned 2 daz. nw again a new problem ven some1 calz no name, number coming on the display rest all the displaz r ok tat reciver symbol comes on the top bt if v press the recive button it doesnt accept. the bus fAre from my home to&fro it costs rs50/- wo will give me & whom to complaint & wat abt my mobile. ven i cald the number of customer care it also costs 1 paisa per sec. nw wat is the result? we(customers) r baffons or wat? y u release this type of DUST BIN SETS. i want the reply wo is the bloody M.D send his number also.           Hi, I am Nithya from Chennai. I have the same problem as like muthuvel said above. I have contacted 2 Nokia Care centre(Adyar and Tnagar) and the reply got from them is Touch screen problem but right now to replace the same no stock.

          X3-02 — Poor Service

          Dear Sir,
          My two month old X3-02 developed touch pad problem and poor audio quality. On Service Job Sheet No.[protected]/120502/100, touch pad was replaced but audio problem was still not rectified.
          Mr Deepak , the floor supervisor promised to get it done by[protected] but couldn't even after re-submitting the handset for the second time.

              Hi,

              I bought Nokia C7 from the Ambience mall Nokia concept store in the last week of October 2010 for my wife.

              From the moment we bought the phone, we have faced nothing but problems with the phone.. And now (after going to nokia care thrice) it has gone completely DEAD..

              I tried everything from charging to removing battery, but it doesnt do anything.

              To begin with, my wife faced continuous problems of call drop from the day we bought the phone.. Having tried different sim cards, we took it to Nokia care in December and it was sent for repairs.. But the problem existed. It was sent to nokia care again in Jan and we were again told the problem has been rectified.. But it was of no use..

              Finally in March (the 3rd time it was sent to service centre) the phone was replaced stating that the handset was faulty..

              The new handset worked fine till last week when it went completely dead.. It was lying on the table and when we checked again, it was just dead.. I tried charging it, and removing the battery.. I even tried the hard reset keys but nothing happened..

              The phone is still DEAD.. I dont understand how many times am I supposed to run to Nokia Care to get my phone working so that I can stay connected.. I am too irritated to go back to Nokia care center again..

              From the company whose tagline is "Connecting People", this is an terrible display of handset quality..

              I would NOT recommend anyone to buy Nokia anymore..

                i have given my nokia E5 imei - [protected] , purchased in kota rajsthan in month oct 2010 .... sir there is a problem opf slow processing and network catching ..... i ve given my cell phone atleast 5 times at nokia care jawahar nagar kota .... But still they everytime they just format my phone at give it back next day ...... once it was gone for 7 days and they returned it as it was .... kindly give me some response .. what should i do now .. as my problem is not getting solved from past 4 months ... And i v e given the response by nokia care i m not going to buy another nokia and not gonna recommend it too ..

                  Hi,

                  My handset was not working properly, specifc with Bluetooth and hanging handset during calls. To ractify this problem I have handed over my handset to Nokia carecenter, they give me handset after 15 days and during that time keypad is not working properly, so again given back to Nokia Carecenter they took another 20 days to repair it. After working 15-20 day it again giving same problme, and submitted once again in same Nokia Center. I am getting after 2 month in March 2011 with faulty keyboard and refuse to correct it saying "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT IT".

                  Please advice what to do with this case.

                  Nokia E-72 is still not working after 2 services by Nokia Care
                  My name is Amit Maheshwari.
                  I bought newly launched Nokia E-72 series mobile from Priya Communication, Gurgaon (who is a Nokia Priority Dealer) on[protected] at 01-06 PM.

                  From the start I was facing following 2 major problems in my mobile which could result in something very harmful-
                  1. Mobile vibrates whie recieving calls at least for 40 secs
                  2. While talking to some person on phone, another person can't hear my voice. Voice goes automatically.

                  I went twice to Nokia Care for services. Details of both are below-

                  I told both problems in my service request to Nokia Care. I told them that there are problem in Hardware and modulator but they din't listen to me.

                  But I had very bad experience in Nokia services now after this and frustated that after spending INR 20,400/-, I dint get the right phone.

                  I sent a formal mail for complaint to nokia care and they said that I need to submit the phone again. I can't submit the phone again as i know again they will provide the temporary solution.

                  I want my phone to be changed and INR 20000/- for mental frustation and life risk due to this phone..

                  Nokia E72 — Poor Service of Nokia Care

                  On Saturday, January 22,2011, I took my mobile phone Nokia E72, under warranty to a Nokia Care centre at O-9 Lajpat Nagar II.

                  Please judge the level of service that is being given.

                  The complaints and solutions given aer indicated below :-

                  1. Mail cannot be configured :- Reply : NOKIA servers are having a problem. Mail will not work on E72 and has not been working for past several months. No solution can be offered .
                  2. On the phone several times while typing messages, the space bar is not working .- No solution offered.
                  3. On the phone, several times, when one looks up contacts, the message "Memory full" appears. Solution suggested is to "Reload the software". For this I am told to go back and backup all data else I will loose all data. The centre, refuses to take a backup on a local computer or even on my own memory card and reload the software.

                  On raising my voice in order that someone higher up listens, I am told that no further solution can be provided.
                  As far as the centre is concerne, they have already logge a priority customer call N22 and will get paid for it, WITHOUT RESOLVING ANY COMPLAINT.

                  Is this the standard of service expected from companies that are dishing out expensive instruments with literally NO support.

                  I purchased the Nokia E72 mobile nearly three months before from Ernakulam.
                  The IME NO is [protected]. Firstly I had a complaint, and shown the mobile to Nokia Service Centre at Ernakulam, Job Sheet No[protected]/110808/41 dated 8th August 2011.The set carries warranty. Ref No GLBINY[protected]. I got it repaired with doing the soft ware and battery replaced. But again the complaint is there. Mobile gets stuck, some times after a call is being ended, and sometimes cannot make a call, sometimes get break with the connection of the service. The phone frequently gets switched off frequently. When the battery is fully charged, and after using it for some time, the level of battery, when in middle comes automatically low. After some time
                  it comes to the middle level again. These also happens when using memory card, and E-mail. Totally I have submitted my phone in the service centre more than three times.
                  Now I have submitted to the Nokia Service Centre.

                    Dear sir,
                    I would like to inform you that my son purchased nokia mobile model no:5130 , IMEI No:[protected],on dt. 23.03.2010,after five months this set become faulty. So this set was sent for repair to Nokia care Sri co mmunication, by pass, bhadrak, odisha; from where it was sent to Nokia service centre Bhubaneswar. After a month the set had been returned back to Nokiacare Sri co mmunication without repair and till date its been there. I tried to contact them several times regarding the matter but did not get any positive response. Besides this their arrogant behaviour towards customer upsets me a lot.
                    Please look into this and resolve the matter at the earliest. I shall be obliged for your prompt action.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I approached above customer Care Unit at 12:30 PM on 2nd May 2011. Miss Priya Took the mobile and gave me receipt and back cover, memory card, sim card and battery and asked me to wait 4 one hour. I expressed my inability to wait and requested her to contact me on telephone and give the estimate. I was informed at 01:30 PM that estimate is Rs. 742/- I accepted the estimate and requested whoever contacted me on phone to repair and inform me. I was told that the repairs would be completed in 1 hour and I can pay charges and collect in 1 hour. I gave my consent and and told her that I will collect around 3 PM.
                        I went personally at 3:15 PM and produced the receipt given to me to Miss Priaya. She took it inside and didn't return till 3:35 PM, When she returned she told me that it would take a few minutes more and I should wait outside. I was told that my name would be announced and I could collect it immediately. I waited till 4 PM for announcement. However my name was not announced so I again contacted miss Priya. She said she is surprised how my name is not announced. She asked me to go to another desk where she said the mobile would be delivered.
                        I followed her advise. and went to the desk but the man at desk didn't speak to me any thing in spite of me asking him about mobile. After repeated requests he said the mobile was under testing and hence is delay. I complaint to him that I want to register a complaint again improper management. He told me I could talk to the manager. I asked him where is manager? He told me that he will ask manager to come. I waited for manager till 4:15 PM. The man at desk didn't come back nor the manager came. I was annoyed with the behaviour of the man of the desk and complaint to him on his return that your company has wasted my time. I didn't know why it took so much time and made me to wait? He was indifferent. So I asked him he should pay penalty for making me wait. He kept on telling I should tell this to manager.
                        The manager never showed up and I left at 4:30 PM telling him that I shall complain to the proprietor for the inordinate delay and ask for compensation for time lost. He was indifferent quietly gave me receipt and I left.

                        I have never come across such inhuman and indifferent behaviour in my life since 1939. I don't know how India can progress with such work force and mismanagement.

But now after near about three months they donot response my queries. The Staff & owner of above said Care Centre are irresponsible. Now i asked that who one responsible for my harrasment.

                            Nokia/6303c — Unsatisfactory service

                            I bought a nokia 6303c in August 09.Since then my phone has been giving problems to me.
                            I submitted my phone for repair to Nokia Care known as Dexters Digital Lab in sec-3,Rohini,New Delhi.
                            I made sure that my phone has been fixed before i go and collect it so i called up care centre before
                            i went to collect my phone.however i had to wait fr more than one hour to get my phone.
                            I recieved my phone in the original state without being fixed.when i brought this to their notice, the answer i recieved was "this fickering is due to the wallpaper i am using and the media palyer issue(Track gets changed as soon as the headset is reseated a little) is common with all Nokia phones(quite surprising).They made us wait for another 30-45 mins and the technicians kept on denying the problem or taking it back for repair.
                            after a much hassle they agreed to keep my phone and send it to Service Centre as they felt issue is out of their scope.
                            I wish they coud have understood this before so that i would have not wasted my 2 hours and 4 days.
                            Now i have to wait or another 10 days o get my phone back.
                            The service is highly disappointing forcing me never to buy Nolia again nor suggest anyone to.
                            I know these complains does not matter but st‎ill as a consumer it was my duty to bring this up.

                                I bought a Nokia mobile phone 1203 model no. on 02.05.2010 from MObile Store chain at City Centre saltlake,Kolkata.I went for servicing of the same on 30.04.2011 since the product is covered by 12months warranty.But I was informed by the servicing centre from their own website that the product's warranty ended way back on 24.09.2010! When I contacted the Mobile Store they kept the phone for two days and then informed me that Nokia has now changed their product warranty policy and it is now available only for 18 months from manufacturing date! Nokia has rubbished the claim but refused to intervene in the matter as the seller has swindled me by selling a second hand product as new.

The costumer care of Sharaf DJ claims it is a physical damage to extort money for the replacement of manufacturing defect. THEN ON 29/4/2011 I GAVE MY PHONE FOR SERVICE @ JOY CELL, PERAMBUR (JOB SHEET#8389) AND THEY SAID IT COULD BE SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND THE SAME WILL BE RECTIFIED ONCE U UPDATE THE SOFTWARE. I WAS ASKED TO GIVE MY PHONE TO THEM AND COLLECT IT THE NEXT DAY. I DID COME BACK THE NEXT DAY @ 3.15PM TO COLLECT MY PHONE AND I CHECKED IF THE PROBLEM WAS RECTIFIED BY RECORDING A SMALL VIDEO INSIDE THE SERVICE CENTRE AND IT WAS WORKING FINE. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED. THEN DURING THAT MIDNIGHT I TRIED RECORDING MY SON'S VIDEO AND FOR MY SURPRISE THE PROBLEM PERSISTED. I WAS SO PISSED WITH THEIR SERVICE QUALITY THEN I THOUGHT NEVER TO WASTE TIME AGAIN BY TAKING IT TO THEM SO I LEFT IT TO MY FATE. BUT NOW THERE IS A ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING WITH MY PHONE. ITS THAT, "I CAN HEAR THE OTHER PERSON WHO IS TALKING CLEARLY BUT THE OTHER PERSON COULD ONLY HEAR ME SO LOW VOICED". I TRIED WITH SEVERAL NUMBERS AND LANDLINE TOO BUT THE PROBLEM PERSIST. IS THER ANY WAY THAT YOU CAN HELP ME TO FIX THIS. HOW COULD A SERVICE CENTRE CAN BE SO DOWN THE LEVEL WITHOUT NO PROPER QUALITY IN SERVICE??? PLEASE SEE IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT MY COMPLAINT.                                       I have a Nokia 2700 Classic set & purchased it in September 2009.
                                      In December 2010 a problem occrued in the same set regarding
                                      CONTACT SERVICE & have approached Nokia care center for

                                      but every time they ask that you would received a call from our end
                                      with in 48 hrs but I do not receive any call from your side.

                                      I am very disappointed from your side.

                                      Please help me asap if you can, If you people are not able to resolve
                                      the same issue please let me know atleast.
