Nokia 5800 Expressmusic Bluetooth Application (Unable to Perform this request) and Radio Problem (Mobile gets hanged out once Radio option is selected in Music).

Nokia is a world leader in providing mobile of various types. But this company has a worst customer service in Pune. I purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music model on 15th May, 2010 from the nearest Mobile Store Shop. I loved this mobile because whatever functions and applications, i needed were present in this Mobile. My Mobile worked properly till 11th May, 2011. Suddenly, I was making my mobile ready for transferring a data to one of my friend and so started the Bluetooth Application. Its started giving me the error message "Unable to perform this action". I was shocked to see this failure. However, I was not able to set this up. So, I started searching on Google for this problem. I did everything possible which was been told on Nokia Forums and etc. Even I reset my mobile, to see if it works. But no changes. Then I started checking each and every application in my mobile. Then I found my Radio not working. So I planned to get it repaired from the nearest Nokia Care. I went to the Nokia Care Center on Pune-Satara Road. The address is Nokia Care, Adinath Shopping Center, 2nd Flr, Pune Satara Road, Pune, Maharashtra 400037 Phone No.[protected]. Mobile:[protected]Mobile) . This information is as per the Google Maps. I went there. My Mobile was taken for service. The lady there offered me for the Free Extended Warranty. I was ready to pay for the extended warranty. The amount was Rs. 565/-. She also told me that the mobile is not in warranty and its expired. So, I was ready to make with the charges they were going to apply for the service. I asked her about the amount they were going to charge me for the service. On hearing that amount, I was just shocked to hear that. The amount for repairing the mobile for just Bluetooth Problem and Radio Problem was Rs. 3800/-. I asked her whether she is making a joke of me. I was just shocked to hear it. Rs. 3800/- I asked her to get my mobile back and then I returned home. So, now this issue is like taking a huge amount of money for small small problems. How can we keep faith in Nokia, If this company is charging huge amount of money from the customers whose problems are small. We can understand if the problem is big but here is something different. I want some decision on this by Nokia. Nokia has to overcome this issue. Secondly, how the people in this service center provide service. They don't even care about customers sitting outside. Some employees playing on their mobiles, some roaming here n there. Some talking on phone leaving their work. What can a Customer expect from such a service center. nokia/5800 xpress music — fault in mobile,lack of poor service

sir, i bought nokia 5800 mobile in january month . there are so many problem in my mobile such as... voice incoming and outgoing is not clear.and while seeeing images or video clip is showing a blank display some times, some times it chages the color like ..green, orange, black so.. that i went to nokia care to service...they service for voice problem...it clear. but for that display problem they are not at al ready my mobile...i went to nokia care for the last 2 weeks daily.. they are teelin come 2day i will give... they give but no good service ..after getting my mobile the same problem will appear again and again...

last friday(20/02/2009) again i went to nokia care to the same problem...they told give 2 days i will use the mobile and if any problem came means i will service the mobile ...so i gave to the service care but they didnt give the job sheet for that..on tuesday24/02/2009. i went to get my mobile they told..I INCREASED THE RAM SO NO PROBLEM WILL OCCUR..AND I CAME BACK TO ROOM I PUT ONE SONG THE SAME PROBLEM IS APPEARED ..

I REALLY HATED THE NOKIA CARE SERVICE .PAST 6 YRS I MUST BUY NOKIA MOBILE ONLY THIS IS MY 11th mobile. i didnt expect this from nokia mobile..ple take a corrective action.from chennai.

remove ur memory card, switch off d phone, then try for data xchange, may b it was due to corrupted memory card with viruses. . Try it. . .

      I bought a Nokia C6 phone on 26th April 2011. The reception quality is very bad in the phone and it hangs atleast 10times in a day. I took it back to the retailer and he refused to replace it as he claims its a common problem in all Nokia C6 phones and replacing it wont solve the issue. Please suggest me as to what can be done.

      My Nokia C6-00 phone restarts automatically, atleast twice a day. Also, I had three Nokia phones earlier (Nokia6100, Nokia N73, Nokia 6303), none of them had network issues with Airtel, however there's a network problem with Nokia C6-00. One of my colleague at my office is also facing the same problem. He even kept his phone at Nokia service center for 7 days. However they gave the same phone back saying they did not observe any problem. While trying to open applications like gallery, web the phone hangs and then restarts. I too had a bad experience at Nokia service center once when I took my wife's phone (Nokia 6220 classic) and they kept it for 7days and gave it back without repairing it.

      Please suggest as what needs to be done. I knoe that the phone has a manufacturing default as reflected through various complaints online. Please let me know whether I can have this phone replaced by any other phone. I'm even ready to pay the extra cost whatever applicable to get rid of this phone because it gets too irritating when there's no network when I try to call up someone or when it hangs up when I'm playing a game on the phone.       I got a call from Nokia and they guided me to a Nokia care store at Mulund (Arya communications). The representative at Nokia store asked me to talk to the store supervisor. Now, the supervisor claims that he knows that Nokia has a problem with their phones and it hangs repeatedly, hence he can't do anything about it. He can reinstall the software and even then if it does not work, then he'll send the phone to New Delhi and keep it under observation. I told him that my friend has already done it with his Nokia C6-00 and it won't solve the purpose. He replied back saying that he knows that the issue would not be resolved, but there's nothing much he can do about it. He asked me to call the Nokia customer service number or contact the Nokia priority shop. I told him that I've bought the phone from a Nokia dealer and not the priority shop. His next statement was simply shocking. He asked me to the sell the phone back to the dealer and get a new phone.

      At last I asked him to at least get the phone software reinstalled for which he took the request. I've been using Nokia phones for the last 8 years and am surprised to see such a pathetic service from them.

      The attitude of the Nokia care representative shows that my problem will not be resolved. Hence, please let me know a way by which I can resolve the issue.

      i brought this phone just 4 days ago. this phone is very irritating. hangs so much even though i did not add additional data. i collected my hard earned money to buy a good phone. and my hard earned 13000/- have been swallowed by nokia.
      i pray this company suffer huge losses.

      I bought the same model Nokia C6 from singapore. I thought to use of blackberry but while seeing the model Nokia C6, I impressed the design and bought it. But all went into vain now, I have suffered a lot by using this phone. My main purpose of selecting C6 was internet usage, but now it becomes a normal hand set.

      If nokia calls back the C6 model mobile then all customers will be appreciated. They must understand the customers feeling by not getting the best one for their usage.
      Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
      service and DEFECTED product.

      I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
      heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
      submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
      Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
      been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
      so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
      had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
      Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
      returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
      performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
      service.

      Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
      Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
      touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
      the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
      When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
      itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
      frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
      days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
      days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
      working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
      dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
      camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

      Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
      informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
      time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
      (IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
      need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
      considered and right action will be taken.

            my mobile was under warranty,i was having problem in voice while making calls, very small defect which can be sorted out very quickly but One girl name Akanksha(executive)she took my phone and after few minute given my memory card and said you can collect your phone tomorrow date 4/5/2011,when i received my phone all the data has been deleted without my permission and my memory card is locked by service centre so that i can not take out data from memory card, This is somthing very disgusting and unethical behaviour done by authorised nokia service
            centre,in sec-14,Gurgaon.
            I called the manager 4-5times but he did not pick the phone, i wrote a complaint and submit there but after this kind of behaviour i dont expect anything from the centre.Kindly take promt action against the Executive because she was denying everything and misbehaved with me after she came to know that she has done a blunder mitake.I hope nokia customer care will take some prompt and serious action so that no one can dare to do this with any customer.My loss can never be compensate but right action can save many poor people who become the target of these untrained people, who has no control. job sheet no is 0110504/54

              I had purchase Nokia 5230 before 11 months.

              Now it is having some connectivity related issue in its modem.

              When I connect my mobile with computer through Ovi / PC Suit for internet browsing, the data flow (Sent-Received) is getting stop within 5 to 10 minutes even the status show connect in both phone and computer.

              I have used three mobile operators (Airtel, TATA Docomo and BSNL) in front of Nokia Care manager to resolve the issue but the problem is still there. As it is the PCB related issue.

              On my first visit of Nokia Care, they upgrade my software version and told me that this is your mobile operator problem.

              On my second and third visit of Nokia Care, they understood my problem by internet browsing and sent the phone to Nokia repair center. After 9 days I got my mobile back with the same problem, so I resubmitted to the same care center.

              Now I don't want to go to Consumer Court for this unsatisfaction and I hope this time my problem will get resolved.

                I have purchased a Nokia N97 in June 2010. After 6 months onwards, i have been facing charging problem with the phone. I thought there may be a USB port issue/lose connection etc. on and off this was charging.

                I took it to the Nokia Care center in Tambaram (PORR & SONS OVT LTD) NCC - 437_4655500

                Gave the phone for repair on 02-Apr-2011

                After two weeks, they said there is a mother board issue and are sending to head office.

                When i contacted the Nokia call center with the IMEI number, they have not received anything and they nevery updated any status

                Again i went to the Nokia Care center they said they have rectified the issue but re occuring.

                Their response was very poor & suspicious.

                Again they said they have sent to the head office,.

                But there is no status in call center that they have received anything. Call center guys said that someone from the regional service will call me, But this never happened.

                It is almost more than a month and i could not get a trace of my phone and Tambaram PORR & SONS center is keep pushing for some other dates.

                  Hi, I have Purchased a Nokia X6 on June 2010 in Singapore. I was using for nearly 8 Months without any problem. Later it goes hang and finally it went dead which is in warranty.
                  When i contacted Bangalore Nokia Care Centre in Residency Road they told the Outstation mobile is not given warranty. And told that average cost will be around 2000 INR that too not confident in repairing it. And also they have told that we need sign a declaration that if the Mobile goes dead or broken while repairing will be on borne by the Mobile Owner, that hurt me. Then later i went some roadside Mobile repair shop and got it fixed by just paying 150 INR without any declaration.

                  This shows how talented are Nokia Care centre are who only know to extract money from the Owner, Now i feel like why i have purchased Nokia Mobile.

                  Nokia is the Useless Phone, I suggest not to use this better go with China mobile which is far better than Nokia. If i find the Nokia CEO i will throw this mobile on his head.

                    I purchased C1-02(IMEI-354334/04/602800/2,Code[protected] on 07/05/2011 from NOKIA Store Lajpat Nagar Delhi & facing some problume in Handset.Like- Hang Problume, Distorted Sound (when playing Music in Loudspeaker Mode full Volume.), etc. Main thing is Handset hang when Connected from PC at OVI Mode & when using Mail. Kindely suggest what i do.

                    dear nokia team,
                    I purchased too a nokia C1-02 on may 13, 2011 at good year gen, mdse. boac, marinduque, Philippines. everytime i am using the cellphone it hangs and after a few seconds it will shut down and open again. so far i try to give it back to the store but they are currently monitoring it..but the seven days warranty to replace a new unit is running out of time. what shall i do?

                    I bought one NOKIA phone C1.02 from the retailer of phone in One year guarantee but it is lost/ damage than i am going to nokia care centre but he say it was not replace or also tell that it was not repair. Than i task about that but no answer give me by nokia care centre.

                      My mobile theft by someone in BMTC bus when i try to enter inside.. then i went to police station for compliant, i wrote a compliant "My mobile theft by someone", but police not allowed me to use the word "theft" where as they asked me to write "Loss".

                      Even i called to service operator, they are saying "its not in our hand", contact police.but their response is very bad which i relized on that day common people of india.

                      I have a insurace for my mobile.i should sumbit the complaint copy which mentioned "theft" in the letter. so that i can get the claim amount from the insurance company..

                        i want to do a complain abt my hand set which i purchase two mnth ago,in this set there is also facebook bt when ever i want to login frm that there is always error in valid pw or id.whereas there is not any error many time i hav checked it and when i login frm pc there is no error y?

                        and my 2nd and formost complain is that there is no any free calling and call blocking software for this set which i need utmost so please i request to u to launch free calling software like other mob sets have and compatible

                          nokia e52 — Faulty device

                          I am using Nokia E52, still in warrenty. Causing lot of hardware and software problems. Half of the time it was with nokia care. They are reluctant to replace. They don't have any proper communication of which we can keep record. So all of you stay away from nokia.

                            I want to tell you about my experience with Nokia. Current experience is very – very bad with Nokia. I could not think that it could be happen with a new buying cell phone.

                            I bought a Nokia 5233 – EMI [protected] (buying date 19/09/2010)
                            After buying this phone I have been regular facing problem with my phone for last 4-5 months and this is very funny that you could not solve my problem in 6-7 times may I know how many times I have to go in Nokia care????????? I think according to your service and policy I should buy a home near any Nokia care because you are not proving good service.

                            Problem: - Hang when I activate call waiting (if I am talking on phone and another call comes than it hangs. If I received 10 call 2 times it will hang.

                            Battery back up: - Low battery back up and I have been facing new problem since 5th may - I charge my mobile in morning in evening I always see full battery but when I wakeup in next morning –Mobile switch off because of battery discharge. I just talk 15 – 20 minutes only in a day why it happening??? In 1st month I was getting battery backup of 3-4 days and now just a day even not 24 hrs.

                            6-7 times I have given my mobile in Nokia care, 2 times they sent my mobile in your head office but my problem is still same

                            This is mentally and physical torcher and it is given by Nokia Company. Now I want mobile change.

                            I PAID MONEY FOR BRAND NEW AND GOOD MOBILE NOT FOR TENSION/ NOT FOR THIS TYPE OF MOBILE.

                            I don’t want to go Nokia care again and again I request to you please think seriously about my problem. I am not fool / Mad who is going Nokia care again and again. I waste my money / waste time I got mentally tension so pleaseeeeeeeeeeee take a good action.

                                I had purchased Nokia C3 on 11th april 2011, within 10 days from the date of purchase the colour of middle Scroll key was lost, on complaining this matter to Nokia care it was told that it is a PHYSICAL DAMAGE and user was not handling the handset properly.
                                Well now the question if of Nokia as a QUALITY BRAND and does it has such a CHEAP R&D that the mobile colour is lost within 10 days.

                                  I have a nokia c-3. Net is not working in my phone & so i went to nokia care, than they suggested me for updation up my software. After getting the software updated i realised that my phone got more problematic than it was earlier.                                     i bought nokia C6 handset from nokia priority center on 11OCT,2010 . After 3 days my handset creating hanging problem. After that i gave my mobile for servicing on 26 oct,2010 to nokia care, Gandhi Nagar, Tonk road ,Jaipur . After a long period of 1 month I got my mobile from nokia care. But problem remain same. After some time again I gave my mobile to nokia care. after 2 weeks I got my mobile.
                                    Now speaker of handset is creating problem. Again I gave my mobile to nokia care on date 23 apr2011. But they are not responding in proper way and creating unnecessary delay to resolve the problem. Till now I have not get my mobile. Again I reach to nokia care today 06.05.2011 but he told me to come after one week.
                                    In this period I suffered from mentally tension and without mobile my work also suffered.
                                    Kindly do the needful, so that I got my mobile as early as possible.

                                      Good Day,

                                      Nokia Corp.UK sent an E mail informing me of a winning ticket , and NatWest bank informed that the price money had been deposited giving the account number. So far no catch.

                                      Then when I made an Internet transfer request they want a Western Union money transfer of any amount between B.Pounds 300-1000.

                                      Catch These Donkeys who are bloody culprits,

                                      Thanks to the Internet they can not screw us.

                                      1). Their web address is different to the actual NatWest uk bank, so as the sort code.

                                      2). The winning number that they want us to keep confidential (BNK 040 228 18T) had been a common number many had received.

                                      3). The same Nat West bank account number[protected] had received by many others.

                                      4). Non of the Nokia office'es or Nat West bank branches has the telephone or the fax numbers they mention.

                                      5). The donkeys gives an account number to you with the winning money diposited with out an account name.

                                      6). To varify your own account , instead of asking a deposit direct to the account they want us to send through Western Union, so that there is no record.

                                      7). They put you in to a state of panic to make your mind go off, stoping you from analysing the events.

                                      Those Donkeys thinks that we are offsprings of them and horses, called MULE.

                                      So called Mr. Richard A Simonson has been mailing people telling them about winning the lottery. When going through the Nokia website I came to know about the truth. The chief financial officer he claims to be is false. Nokia company should take actions against such fraud.
                                      A man called Richard A Simonson sent a mail informing about winning a nokia promo game. If he is a fraud he should be punished according to the UK law.
                                      Why should nokia deceive people?

                                        I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 3 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends to go for Nokia.
                                        I had trust on it before but not now, I am sorry to say that, Because you people made me to do so.
                                        I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
                                        I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE. i would have not been worried if i have lost my Moblie , but your service made me to feel so bad.

                                        I purchased nokia mobile on 28-mar-2011 and the Model is Nokia C2, the only mistake I did is that, I haven’t checked the headset thinking Nokia is the best and will not have problem, but assumption went wrong. When I checked the headset last week I found out that is not functioning, so went to Nokia care in Peters road (Chennai) I was really shocked seeing the service provided to the customers. At that moment I felt bad it’s my mistake purchasing Nokia Brand.

                                        Being Nokia a best company, but the service provided to the customer is not up to the mark what we expected.


                                        If anyone in Nokia say that you care for your customer queries , please address it ASAP.

                                        I really don't know how to share my worst experience i have ever had with one of your General managers (Pandia Rajan from Rocky agencies). he is really rude and don't know who to handle a customer.

                                        here is my Job sheet Number:[protected]/110509/62 for checking the problem with the headset connector. by checking the phone they said that it might take 10 days and 20th of may was the dead line for that. but till 20th evening 5:00pm we haven't got any phone call or status call about the phone, so we called and found that the mobile was still not ready and got 2 days time, so we agreed and stayed cool.

                                        Today around 4:00 pm we got a message that the Phone was ready and informed us to collect it. so we went there around 6:00 to collect it, but shocked seeing that they have changed the Panel without out my permission that too with a OLD panel not a New one. I got Tensed seeing that and asked about the same to the GM, he doesn't know to answer my questions and was "RUDE". that made me really feel bad and came out of that place.

                                        IS THAT THE WAY WHO YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER

                                        Team i just want to bring this to your Notice, i bought this Mobile on 30th of March as a Gift for my girl whom i am going to marry on her Birthday. we just used the phone for around 20 days and 5 days roaming for the service centers after that mobile is with you till this moment. so i dint ever use my mobile properly not even for a month.

                                        Moreover, even if you change the panel i will not feel that i am using a New mobile, so i would like to have a replacement with a New mobile. if not please let me i will return the Spare mobile and think that i have lost my new phone, but have one thing in mind Team i will never turn back to Nokia in my life and will have this shared will all my friends about the same.

                                        Its over 2 days still i havent received any E-mail or call from your company addressing my concern. Kinldy have someone to check with my issues. i never mind to take Legal Action against Nokia and the Authorized Service center. Please dont make me to do so only because i like to use Nokia.
