    I have purchased nokia mobile 2690 from mobile store kota with one year warranty but unfortunately it lost is blue color haphazardly now it looks very bad and still it is in gurantee period.when contacted to nokia care centre they say it is not a new problem it happens in nokia 2690 now I have decided to sue in the consumer court.

      i purchesed a nokia 2690.within one year i went four time in nokia centre,1-in massege folder e-mail option removed,(centre reinsttale saftware,)2- in mini opera hindi font not working on handset but working on pc,(centre could not solved the problem but create a new problem) 3- again e-mail option removed and.............. and now i want to get rid of this problem(hand set )so i sale it in onethird rate of purchese. now i am happy ! becouse i have no this problem (handset).

        Today(12_april_2011) I was supposed to get my phone Returned, when i make a call to your Service Centre they said "your phone is with our Head
        office and it will take 04 to 05 days more". Now I am totally
        frustrated with your Services. If you are not able to solve my problem

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Its really painful and heart breaking that I have been compelled to approach you directly for proper repairing of my newly purchased phone –Model-X2-01 Silver of Nokia brand, perhaps one of the most prestigious brand and reputed brand world wide. I have just purchase the phone on 01st March’2011 which unfortunately creates problem and subsequently I approached your authorised service centre namely Durga Communications but they provide me such a poor service which is not expected from an authorised service centre using your brand name. I approached on 08th March’2011 first time for repairing and since then they have repaired it three times but phone is not still working properly. They are still lingering it on and tolerating for next week and as such I have been compelled to approach you with a request to please intervene and look the matter from your end.

          I bought NOKIA N8 about 5 and a half months back and have been facing too many problems with it, sometimes messages wont be sent, sometimes the phone restarts automatically,etc etc...
          within a span of jus 5months, I've given my handset to NOKIA Care 6 times and everytime they flash the software and give, initially there wont be ant problem but after a few days again some or the other problem starts... I WANTED TO KNOW IF I CAN CLAIM FOR HANDSET REPLACEMENT FROM NOKIA BECAUSE OF VERY FREQUENT PROBLEMS.

            I purchased NOKIA E52 mobile on last year JUNE with cost of 900 dh.. On that day onwards getting n number of problems with that mobile. I Nokia care center to find the solution for that. But, They are unable to solve the issue present i am not using the mobile. Please...

                  I have very bitter experiences with Nokia 7230, whose primitive software shatters all my expectations.:

                  • Unexpectedly, TEMPLATES & SAVED ITEMS folders are not offered in a phone costing nearly Rs 6,000 !! I cannot save any item or save any template, which I can even in a basic phone like Nokia 2626 !! This affects me too much as I need SMS a lot and lack of this feature makes my phone somewhat useless.
                  • In "Internet" folder , there is no "Go to Address" or "Settings" options !!
                  • I Cannot change the "Home Page" address from the default one !!

                  On 16 April I went to Nokia Care at 10, Lenin Sarani, Calcutta (150+ KM from my town), they tried to solve my complaints but it is confirmed that Nokia 7230 offers NO TEMPLATE at all, and alternative process of adding & storing is VERY complicated & time consuming !! Really a very serious lapse. Three Software updates prove futile - the Template, Internet Settings, Call Details log are really customer unfriendly and I strongly urge Nokia to withdraw such a Primitive mobile set from market.

                  On 20 April, I get a call from Nokia, only to be told once again that Nokia 7230 DOESNOT HAVE the feature !! Saving & using Templates are BASIC features and essential for most phone users, it IUS NOT offered in a 3G phone--Disgusting & disappointing !!
                  Worse, I am told that customers try phones and only after satisfaction, they buy one phone!! ---I REITERATE, phone buyers DONOT HAVE the OPPORTUNITIES TO TEST ANY PHONE BEFORE BUYING, and dummy phone only give an idea of size & appearance of the phone, NOT features, even on the packet too little specifications are offered . We HAVE to buy a phone relying upon the salesperson's exaggerated claims and have to repent later. Such consumer –unfriendly attitude of largest phone manufacturer should be changed.

                      I HAD PURCHASED THE NOKIA E5 MOBILE PHONE ON 25/12/2010 AT SRI LAKSHMI TELE SHOP,MANDYA, AND SINCE 03/04/2011 THE MOBILE SET DOES NOT SWITCH ON ,NOR GETTING CHARGED. THIS WAS BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE SHOP WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED AT MANDYA, AS PER THEIR INSTRUCTION IT WAS SHOWN TO PRIYA NOKIA CARE CENTER , MANDYA, THEY KEPT FOR 2 DAYS AND ON 07/04/.2011 INFORMED THAT THEY CAN NOT ATTEND FOR REPAIR AND IT HAS TO BE SENT TO NEW DELHI NOKIA CARE CENTER, REF JOB SHEET NO[protected]/110407/7 DT 07.04.2011.

                      THEY COULD HAVE SENT THE SET TO BANGALORE INSTEAD OF NEW DELHI,TO GET THE REPAIRED SET AT THE EARLIEST, BUT, THEY DID NOT DO SO, AS THE SET IS ONE OF THE HI END MOBILE SET, WE DO NOT EXPECT IT TO MALFUNCTION SO EARLY, I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED INSTEAD OF REPAIRING THE SAME, OTHER WISE I WILL HAVE TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR DOING THE JUSTICE, AS I AM A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL DOCTOR, THE MOBILE USAGE IS VERY MUCH ESSENTIAL, THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED ANY SPARE SET FOR STOP GAP ARRANGEMENT, HOPE SUCH FACILITY ARE PROVIDED IN FUTURE, AND HOPE MY SET ARE REPLACE AT THE EARLIEST.

                          NOKIA N 97 Mini — touch panel problem

                          I S.K.Arora, purchased a N97 Mini(White),on 15/4/10(sending you attached copy of bill)I have been facing the problem with the handset for long period of time, my first complain was on 7/5/2010,for touch panel but it went for a software updating. Second I gave it on 10/1/2011 it was again touch panel problem which took 15 days to get repaired then again the problem occurred on 24/2/2011 again the problem was same.

                          Even today I am facing the same problem. I visited to NOKIA CARE and after that they told me to submit the instrument again and they will send the mobile instrument to the NOKIA HEAD OFFICE NEW DELHI.

                          Now the point is for how many time do I have to get it repaired, second every time such things happens I lose my data which causes a great lose in my business, I’ am very disappointed with the handset, is a defective piece was given to me or what is the problem? In all this I’ am suffering a lot. Why every time same problem is occurring just cannot understand?

                          Kindly replace my handset or else I have to apply to consumer court!

                            Dear sir,

                            i(guru dayal) gave my handset(nokia 5130) at nokia care jaunpur some times ago because it was not working properly.
                            At nokia care they told to me that your mobile's warantty period has been gone out and take 100rs for this and said that u have to spent 800-1000rs for it and u have to put it for 2 days then ur mobile will work properly. I said ok.
                            After 2 days when i went there then they said to me that your mobile will not be repair because all the parts o[censored]r mobile has been burst, and also thex didn't return my 100rs.
                            After that i gave my mobile to a general repair shop and he told me that some parts o[censored]r mobile like camera,ic etc. has been changed.
                            I found a big guilty and corruption at nokia care jaunpur and care like this are responsible for the bad image of nokia at this stage.
                            Kindly take a proper and tight action against the nokia care jaunpur.

                              I bought a Nokia c7 in Jan 2011. Within fifteen days of purchase the paint on the panel started peeling off. On contacting the nearest Nokia care, they ask'd me to wait saying the spares of this phone are not out yet being a newly launched model.

                              And now after 2 months of continuous request for a solution they Say that PANELS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY.

                              Am really shock'd the way Nokia has treated me. I feel cheated. I request you to look into this matter at the earliest and provide me wit a solution on how to table the issue.

                              We as customers don't pay separately for panel, battery, mother board etc. We pay together, a lumpsum amount for the phone. Then why is the warranty diff for each part?

                              I have been very loyal to the NOKIA BRAND! But the response from Nokia care gives me a feeling That customers are taken for a ride.

                              After paying 18000rupees for the phone, i didn't expect such poor quality of parts on the phone.

                              I did contact you through the care line and email But i got the same response.

                              Am not satisfied wit your contention that panels are not on warranty. I've also been ask'd to get the panel replaced at my cost. In my belief, its a clear case of day light loot!

                              The phone sold to me had SUBSTANDARD PANEL which became evident wit Jus 15 days o[censored]sage. How is it my fault for me to bear the cost of replacement?

                                I like Nokia by their products like 1100, 6630, N-series. I always trust Nokia's products as top notch quality. I want to bring your notice of my new Nokia handset's technical problem and the irresponsible customer service.

                                I purchased a new Nokia X3 with an IMEI No. of [protected]XXXXX from a Nokia dealer in Coimbatore on[protected]. Within a fortnight the device failed to perform. I addressed this to the Nokia Customer care (Multiple Mobile Care, Center No.: NCC329_465550) in Coimbatore. They identified the problem as 'Boot Failure'. I got my mobile replaced on[protected] with a mobile carrying an IMEI No. of [protected]XXXXX which was after 20 days of placing a service request. They said it was a new mobile, but it rather appears like a well used mobile. Is this mobile replacement service a betraying drama?
                                I have no option other than receiving that replaced new like old mobile as I can count on the days rather hours I used my highly anticipated so called X3 mobile. Before I had my hands on the replaced mobile the network wasn't consistent. Though I had experienced a worst customer support from Nokia, I trusted the mobile was in a good condition. I made couple of process to verify the BSNL network and my SIM card. It works fine with any mobile other than my X3. I was so much disappointed that I was on an official tour and my brand new mobile wasn't working. It often goes to 'No Service' mode.
                                I returned my mobile phone to the same service center where I got it replaced before 2 months. They again promised that the network issue has been fixed. Within an hour, the handset failed to fetch the network. I was frustrated and raised this issues to the center management.
                                They accepted my handset for servicing for the 3rd time within 6 months of purchase. This time the Job sheet was made computerized and I got the computer generated acknowledgment. I lost the trust with Nokia.
                                My friends who was very happy with the value of money, china handsets are making me think over it.

                                Is Nokia listening to these customer complaints?
                                Is this mobile replacement service a betraying drama?
                                Is Nokia promoting deceitful advertisement of their models?
                                Why is the customer support of 1,020 million U.S. dollars company, so worst and not customer-centric?
                                Why was the Job sheet made computer generated only when someone raises the issue to higher level?
                                Are these customer support centers cheating on the customers and the company?
                                What steps will Nokia take to satisfy customers like me and put them back in a smoother relationship with Nokia?

                                i m Tarun I bought a nokia x3 mobile {IMEI no.[protected]} from nokia priority (367, garh road, near soharab gate bus depot, meerut) centre but after one months of purchase i faced lots of problems like camera is not working, hanging problem. after that i went to service centre to repair my cell.they repaired my cell and the next day same problem i faced.i again go service center 4 times but still my cell problem is not solved.sir i requested you to dat i want new nokia x3 cell. please give me new cell immediately..

                                  The nokia E5 phone was bought just 2 months before.The following details of the phone are mentioned, NOKIA E5, IMEI [protected], Invoice no 8225, dated 05.02.11 purchased from Poorvika mobile stores in Pondicherry. The mobile is insured too. One morning it just hanged on receiving a call and didn't respond to any thing even after switching off. The mobile showroom was contacted and didn't listen to anything and suggested to contact Nokia care at Pondicherry (Royal service, 361, MG road, Puducherry - 605001). However, it had to be sent to Delhi by them because they could not fix the problem. I was told that such type of service delivery takes a minimum of 8days and maximum..? duration and i feel this is too long a duration and creates extreme customer irritation. Added on to that, no stand by phone is given and even if it is given, either it is worn out or does not have a charger/ connector. I am unable to understand the fact that why customers should buy the charger for the stand by phone? If the phone shows problem so early after purchase, what is the guarantee that it would be good in future? and i just wanted to know openly what is the meaning of warranty here? Is it to just to repair and give the phone so that it creates problems again after the warranty is over!!! This might sound too silly to the Nokia team but kindly note it that it is loosing credibility by doing so. There is so much of marketing of lucrative services and best models..."Best care by Nokia" but it is questionable and customers are not ignorant or blind.

                                  This is to inform all nokia users that in response to my above comments on the E5 seris, the issue has been promptly taken up by the nokia team and has been solved. My handset was replaced with a new E5 model (machine alone). I feel that the complaints made should be properly reported to the head office so that it comes to their notice because many complaints are improperly or inadequately represented by the service centre.

                                    NOKIA N97 MINI COMPLAINT - Many problems in this set bad set of the company
                                    1-software hanging,
                                    2- mobile automatic restart than display becomes red green yellow lines are come on using it some times display half of dis display work and half is hang many times,
                                    3- phone heat up on play video and music and any app is running
                                    4- low battery back up
                                    5- phone hangs many times then the only option is that u have to reinsert the battery
                                    6- when i select silent mode and personalize it to select to vibrate it but phone don't vibrated

                                    Nokia, N97 Mini — Display malfunction

                                    Purchased Nokia97 mini from Spice retail Ltd, G-1, Manish Abhinav plaza, Sector-5, dwarka, New Delhi-110075 on 7th May 2010. Presently located at Lucknow.                                     I have purchased nokia e71 model during the year 2010 April 16 th at vizianagaram NOKIA PRIORITY swathy mobiles shop no.2 vytla avenue Andhrapradesh -535002.vide invoice TINNO.[protected] SNO.166 receipt given for Rs.15050 (Rs Fifteen Thousand and Fifty only) .IMEI NO.[protected]:0580126 BATTETY NO.[protected]:0670519

                                    When ever i am going use to my mobile it became heat and hanging mode immediately i went to your NOKIA CARE and handed over the mobile for rectification on dt.18/aug/2010 vide job sheet number [protected]/100818/39 and the same returned to me and said rectified by the company.Again the same problem occurred and haded over to at your NOKIACARE vide job sheet no.[protected]/100823/56 with the same complaint .The same reply given by your nokia staff and returned to me the mobile and 3rd time also with same complaint vide jobsheet no[protected]/100825/55 4th complaint job sheet no[protected]/110422/38 dt 22 april 2011and it is still it at your end for rectification.

                                    Please let me know whether it can be rectified or not and i am very unhappy with your service by using nokia mobile product in the mean while as per your bill the guarantee period also is going to be expired if it is not rectified or exchange my mobile further i will approach consumer court for which i have more data in this mobile each and every time formating which is inconvenience and i hope good result expecting from you

                                      This mail is reference to recent purchase of Nikia Handset - E-7 from Nokia priority dealer , Samarth Lifestyle Retalling Pvt. Ltd., F58, 1st Floor ,Select City Walk , Saket, New Delhi - 110017

                                      I have purchased the E-7 on 2/04/2011 at that point they told me 10% voucher scheme which is run by the Select City Mall shop operators.

                                      Today I visited the Reward Desk of Select City Walk and for my surprise they have told me that they have only 5% voucher scheme at present and the 10% scheme was only till 31/03/2011.

                                      Reward Desk Counter person Mr. Tarun Roy also told me that same type of issue also happened 2 days back.

                                      My utter disappointment was that on calling to Nokia dealer they have told me to come to the showroom , when I visited the showroom they have told scheme changes time to time and they refused to accept that they have offered my net 10% vouchers.

                                      The 10% scheme is told to me by Mr. Aravind of Nokia and the same guy is today refusing to accept it, moreover he is saying that this scheme is not offered by them it is offered by the Mall , which is ridiculous.

                                      it is not a matter of 5% or 10% , it is a matter of wrong commitment beacuse of non aware of scheme run by the outlet.

                                      As I am a regular visitor and also a member of Select City Walk reward scheme, it was strange for me to accept his logic ,usually all such type of scheme is run for a month.

                                      This is total failure committment from Nokia Dealer and this has to taken up stongly..

                                      With this mail I request you to please take up the matter with the concerned and address my complaint in next 2 days , otherwise I do not have any option but have to go consumer court.

                                      Nokia — Wrong Commitment

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am from Delhi & have some problem in nokia model 6303.
                                      I went to nokia center for repair on 13th of dec 2010 because phone's keypad was not working.
                                      And Nokia care executive told me it will repair till 17th.When i went over there he will told me its not repaired come after 2 days
                                      Then after 3 days i didn't go there i called at the center on landline phone Ms.Archana told me that it will repair with in 2 or three days.
                                      after 2 days i again call on that no but no one pik the calll and other no is switched off then i went to the center and center was closed then i called on nokia customer care Mr.Tushhar write my complaion and my complain no is[protected].but i didn't got any call from that side.
                                      After 2 days i got call from Nokia care then again Ms.Archana told me you will collect your handset on saturday 01-Jan-2011.
                                      Today i call her then she told me it's not repaired yet and it will be on wednesday.


                                      I am totally dissappointed if they are not able to do so they have no right to wrong commitment withn customers.

                                      My Nokia E7 handset continuously giving problems from the day of purchase.I purchased my handset on August 2011 but after months it starts hanging problem or some times it is automatically off. Already given 3 times to Nokia care but they reluctant to provide any permanent solution. Yesterday i attend one call and while talking it had been off.
                                      so request you plz do the needful or i just want to change my handset.
