This is rajesh from mumbai. My IMEI no. is [protected]. On last 28th December 2010, i purchase Nokia N8 mobile from croma. Within a month a month im facing a hanging up & continues rebooting issue. I reached at Nokia customer care near dipak cinema, they solve the issue by formating my mobile. Now on 04th March 2011, my mobile getting hanged up & have some battery issues, i submitted my mobile at Nokia customer care near dipak cinema. But i got on 07th March 2011, they just update the software or reinstall, i dnt know about this. But as soon as i reached at home im facing new problem. My mobile is still hanging up & new issue is, when im restarting my mobile its giving me error message "System error". They dnt check device properly after solving the issue. They just reinstall software or update them or formate them & given back to customer. Now, i want replacement but cnt happing. Every time Nokia customer care just update or reinstall or formate the device but giving any permanent solution. Im sick of this. Nokia people just dnt have any experience staff to deal with this kind of issue. They have inexperience labors. Please help me out. I spend my whole pocket money on this device. Please do need full. HI I RECENTLY PURCHASED N 97,SPENDING 32000/= WAS REALL STUPID ON MY PART AS THE SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,TWICE IT VISITED THE HO OF NOKIA CARE FOR REPAIR,ONCE IT WAS WITH THEM FOR 15 DAYS BUTUNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I DONT KNOW WHATT TO DO NEXT.LOOKING TO FILE A CASE AT CONSUMER COURT MEHRAULI(DELHI) HOPE SO SOMETHINNG GOOD CAN HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS IN INDIA,THE WAY NOKIA CARE PPL ON PHONE/CARE CENTER TALK NEED TO BE EDUCATED.
