The above hand set was given for service on 16.02.2011.After service the slide lock found missing.
Since the mobile is not that old nothing was missing.I have submitted the unit to ARYA COMMUNICATIONS at mulund west on the mentioned date.
We expect a genuine and polite service from Nokia Care centre.But the way they speak to me is
not telerable.If some thing was missing at the time of admission of the unit they were suppose to mention in the service job sheet.
Since we are customer for NOKIA for last many years we believe in good service.
We request you to solve this issue at the earliest.
If not we will be forced to take legal action against the agency for the same.

Nokia N 97 — UNABLE TO SOLVE SET PROBLEMS AT NOKIA CARE KALKAJI DELHI

HI I RECENTLY PURCHASED N 97,SPENDING 32000/= WAS REALL STUPID ON MY PART AS THE SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,TWICE IT VISITED THE HO OF NOKIA CARE FOR REPAIR,ONCE IT WAS WITH THEM FOR 15 DAYS BUTUNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.I DONT KNOW WHATT TO DO NEXT.LOOKING TO FILE A CASE AT CONSUMER COURT MEHRAULI(DELHI) HOPE SO SOMETHINNG GOOD CAN HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS IN INDIA,THE WAY NOKIA CARE PPL ON PHONE/CARE CENTER TALK NEED TO BE EDUCATED.

Nokia N 97 — changed my camera and charged me for things which is not changed

sir i am having a nokia N 97 which i had given for repair as thr was water droplets gone due to rain for cleaning of water droplets. the nokia service centre people tol me it is not under warrenty as thr is water droplets gone inside . thr was no problem with my mobile till that time only the problem of water had gone as i knew so had gone to get it cleaned so that in future i dont have problems and i just told them sir pls see the vibration also as it vibrates a lot when i touch . they said its touch screen is gone and needs to be chaged . i gave them the mobile and it was kept thr for five days and after five days when i got it collected they said your touchscreen is replaced and water is removed from mobile and charged me 2200rs.
very next day i had left for banglore on my official trip and thr my friend informed me the vibration is a normal thing and it can be removed by putting that option as no vibration . and i also could feel that my touch screen also was not replaced as thr were the same scratch marks present those i had before also. even the camera clarity is gone down so much that a person having a 2 mega pxel gets better result then mine one .
sir kindly guide me what is to be done now as it is one month or so and i dont want to give my mobile to the same service centre. to prove themself correct they might spoil my mobile also or can do any thing inside
i have given a complaint to nokia also on 30303838.and have a refference number also. can you pls guide me what is to be done for that or whome i can complaint for this to get the things repaired or get the replacement done .

Nokia N 97 — Superclass bad service

I like to explain regards your service. I have N 97, software problem, bring to your NOKIA care TELEZONE, Nawanshahr, Pumjab on 12/08/2010, but untill now they are not telling me the expected delievery time of my mob, as there was great problem to me without it, this is totally bad experience with your company, Compliant No[protected]/100821 Job sheet no 37534306

    i bought a nokia x2-01 one month ago,iam getting very very poor battery back up when using net, every time after being fully charge the battery goes empty within 3to 4 hours of net using if net is not used then it gives long back up of 3 days
    1.is this the problem of battery?
    2.is this the problem of the set?
    Its make me very dissapointed for nokia

          i had purchased one mobile phone 1202 in the month of June. after using the phone for two weeks phone gets hang, i submit the phone to nokia care naraina after two days he returned phone to me in same condition i again approach the nokia care than he returned me the replaced phone telling that your phone has been replaced but phone given to me is also faulty i.e ringer is not working. again i approach to nokia care. after week or ten days he gave me another phone that also hangs,

          kindly pl advise me what can i do to repair the phone if there is any mafufacturing fault in the model than replace the model i will pay difference

              Truth behind corporate companies contests.

              I am a regular visitor of your website/FB fan page. On Saturday the 26th February 2011. I came to know about your contest '' Nokia Europe - Nokia E7 search for 7 '' on facebook link http://nokia.ly/fJ5T2f in which you have hidden a Nokia E7 in New Delhi. According to it ''the first to find it win'' I saw your contest on facebook.com/nokia which was started on saturday at 11.02 am.

              I also solve the clue that it is hidden in Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. When I reached Jantar Mantar and find nokia people. Nokia representative told me that E7 has been given to somebody else. But to my amazement that winner has given clue AFTER one hour twenty six minutes and won. How can it be possible that a person answered at 11.02 AM + 1.26 hours = 12.28 PM ''as per your given information to me on your http://www.facebook.com/nokia post and had been declared winner at 12.08 PM. What a miracle Nokia watch progresses anticlock wise. Otherwise the winner who had found Nokia E7 at Jantar Mantar New Delhi at 12.28 hours would not have been declared a winner at 12.08 PM.

              How can it be possible that winner be declared (12.28 hrs - 12.08 hrs) = 20 minutes earlier then that given answers time. One would not have thought such a miraculous cheating by an esteemed company like Nokia to gain popularity. Please don't waste your and your fans valuable time and mind on such Fake Contest in other words a bucket full of cheating. Nokia has to think about. I have not received any satisfied answer from your nokia care India.

              I agreed most of the top companies promote fake contest to gain customers attention even some of them never declared who is the winner, I think companies have to think about it.

                Hello sir,

                This is rajesh from mumbai. My IMEI no. is [protected]. On last 28th December 2010, i purchase Nokia N8 mobile from croma. Within a month a month im facing a hanging up & continues rebooting issue. I reached at Nokia customer care near dipak cinema, they solve the issue by formating my mobile. Now on 04th March 2011, my mobile getting hanged up & have some battery issues, i submitted my mobile at Nokia customer care near dipak cinema. But i got on 07th March 2011, they just update the software or reinstall, i dnt know about this. But as soon as i reached at home im facing new problem. My mobile is still hanging up & new issue is, when im restarting my mobile its giving me error message "System error". They dnt check device properly after solving the issue. They just reinstall software or update them or formate them & given back to customer. Now, i want replacement but cnt happing. Every time Nokia customer care just update or reinstall or formate the device but giving any permanent solution. Im sick of this. Nokia people just dnt have any experience staff to deal with this kind of issue. They have inexperience labors. Please help me out. I spend my whole pocket money on this device. Please do need full.                 even i m having d same problem with my n8 and i think everybody who is having but only thing i can advice u is switch of[censored]r cell once or twice in a week for its efficient performance..

                What can I do? I'm so disappointed with this phone, all I can think of is that I should have got an Android phone, this N8 seems to be rubbish.

                  I did not expect to reach poor service at Nokia Care in Riyadh to this
                  Level!
                  Disrupted the possibility to connect two C7 to your PC via cable. Delivered
                  Appliance to the Nokia Center Street Fog (the date of delivery to the phone center
                  Maintenance = 17 February 2, 2011) and after 8 days I was contacted to receive
                  Device after the repair to find it does not work because of a malfunction in the Main Button
                  This occurred in the same position, and even today's date (March 7 32 011) does not
                  There is no response.
                  Although my contact with their number of free and make a complaint, but without
                  Any interest??
                  But I contacted the main company in Helsinki - Finland and did not
                  Not provide any service to specialists in that they (Europe) and Lavado?

                      Hi I Had emailed to nokia last week about my problem but nobody come ahead from nokia to help me.
                      My problem with job sheet no. is given below:

                      I had visited to your service center on 28th feb 2011 with few complaints on my phone model no. 5233 are: (My Job sheet No.-8764 Manual at, Mannat Telecom,C-10, sector-10,Noida)

                      1. My phone gets restart sometime.
                      2.Phone side lock is unstable, like when i am on the call and if i need go to the menu to fetch the contacts n all it blinks and unstable that makes me cry there.
                      3.I am unable pick the call from touch slider
                      4.its automatically gets lock when i make call without my intentions.

                        Please tell us the correct dates for launching of this cell in India.Its been launched elsewhere in world.
                        it was supposed to come latest by September 2009 as per your announcement in June but now there are speculations that it would be launched in November or December.

                                My ordeal and my association with NOKIA began from the 1st of August 2010 when I went to your Dombivli unit with a complaint that I had problem in charging my Handset, that I had to charge it twice in a day but still the battery goes out. They checked my handset, the battery was OK but then you reloaded the Software and send me back saying it will work. I went back to them again on the 4th of Aug. '10 with the same complaint but this time they kept my handset on Observation along with the Battery for 2 days. I went back to them after 2 days, they returned my Battery and I was told that they are sending my handset to Mumbai Office for repairs. My handset was returned after 13 days, with them keeping it at their Centre for observation for 2 days after its return from Mumbai Office. My handset was returned to me. At home I tried charging it but now the problem has become bad to worse. The handset was not getting charged at all and it was becoming very very hot when I keep it for charging. I came back to your centre on the 23rd August '10 again and your officials over there told me that it will be kept under observation for another 2 days. I telephone you on the 26th Aug. morning and I was told that the handset will be sent to Mumbai Office once again and that I will be given a standby handset. I do appreciate their concern but sorry to tell you that the handset they gave me was also faulty. Firstly the set was not compatible to the charger of my handset 5130 and secondly after borrowing a compatible charger from my neighbour I tried charging it but it was not getting charged at all. I spoke to your Official on the phone but they were not admitting their fault. I got a replacement handset on the 26th Aug. 2010 from Nokia given to me by the Nokia Care Centre at Dombivli. After receiving your replacement I have visited your Nokia Care Centre at Dombivli at least 6 times with the complaint that it goes dead after a few days. I have been sending you emails regarding this issue and I gave up hopes getting my issue solved. Finally one fine day I got a call from your Nokia Official Ms. Parikh[protected] enquiring about the whole issue and after getting all the info needed she ran up the Nokia Care Manager of Dombivli one Mr. Sandesh spoke to him and asked me to go and meet him and get my issued sorted out.
                                I was happy to feel that Nokia had the courtesy to at least look into my problems and get it sorted out. I met Mr. Sandesh of Nokia Care Centre at Dombivli and handed over my handset wide Job Sheet No. 3386 dt. 27/11/2010 explaining to him the problem I am facing . I asked him for a standby handset but as usual they handed me a handset which was not compatible to my charger and they told me that they do not have a compatible set. I refused taking it. I received my handset on the 7/12/2010. On 11/12/2010 my handset went dead again as usual. I rang up Mr. Sandesh of Nokia Care Centre and told him my problem. He was not bothered to listen to me and keeps on stressing and telling me that my Handset is not in Warranty period.
                                I agree that the Warranty period of my old handset expired but what about the replacement handset given to me by Nokia on Aug. 26. 2010. That clearly shows that Nokia has given me a faulty handset and thus it is getting dead every other day. The logic you give regarding Warranty is just absurd and foolish to my knowledge. Nokia had the audacity of sending me faulty handset as part of your Customer Services and then talk about Warranty. The only regret I have in my life now is buying a Nokia handset and getting associated with Nokia which has no place for Customer Services at all. I have visited your Nokia Care Centre at Dombivli at least10-15 times and every time I go there I see a huge crowd and I presume it is either because of their substandard instruments or because of their non-technical and inefficient staff they have in their Care Centres who are unable to diagnose the problems. The staff over there are just bothered about extending the Warranty period which they ask every customer they come across. Even a compatible handset to be given as a standby is not available. The funniest and foolish part of their staff is to give a non compatible handset to a Customer as a standby one. That clearly shows how inefficient and non-technical they are.
                                Even after interference of an official from Nokia my problem is not solved but it became bad to worse.

                                For all the mental agony I have faced visiting their Care Centres and living without a mobile, I would request you to ask Nokia to either pay damages or send me a replacement handset immediately.

                                Nokia — not returning my phone

                                Dear Sir,
                                i gave my nokia 6300 repair in BELLARY(KARNAYAKA-583104) NOKIA CARE CENTER as was not responding, power lock, auto re-starting .when again i went after week take it, again they asked me to come after few days..
                                its been more that 2 months cell to repair for not starting when i got it finally after goin for 9times, ...i ha fed up going there still they are telling that your phone is in bangalore we will bring shortly...but i had given my cell phone on 07/1/09...still they not intersted in returning my phone so plz help me sir
                                problems wit my phone was
                                1)power lock up
                                2)not responding

                                Earlier these problems were not there when i gave it for repair(it was not starting).
                                i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) i had to go there 9 imes, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

                                Nokia — they are not returning my mobile phone

                                I gave my nokia 6270 to the nokia care of haldwani(uttarakhand) center on 4-12-08.there was a problem of slow charging in my phone.Then they said to me that yo can take your mobile after 15 days.when i went there then they said to me that you come after 7 days.They made this type of excuses daily and till now they are not returning my mobile.please help me to get back my mobile.

                                Nokia Care,Sector 2,Noida.they could not repair my under warrenty nokia 5130c music express cell phone and replaced it with an unwanted colour of Nokia 5130c and earlier when i asked them weather on replacement i will get the same colour cell phone or not they said yes the colour would be same and now they are not sticking to their words and getting rude at me. I submitted my cell phone on 3rd march 2010 and got a col from them at 24th mar 2010.

                                Sir, the above hand set was given for repairs which is under warranty twice but the problems of autoswitch off continued, I once again gave the phone for repairs on 31 july 2010, I have been requesting the company to replace the hand set as after servicing the problem remains the same.
                                About a dozen mails have been sent to the company requesting replacement but they are not ready to listen, I am going through lot of hardship.

                                  I have a nokia 5130 handset.And the software of it is complaint repeatedly.One time i serviced my phone in nokia care Kozhikose
                                  But in that day onwards the complaint start again.
                                  When i am browsing the menu and etc suudenly a White Screen appears and the application iam just running is close.

                                      This is to inform you that I Avijit Roy Chowdhury,bought a Nokia x6 8gb(IMEI no-[protected]) mobile phone on 29/1/2011, after which I am facing various problems in the phone.problems such as poor imcoming audio quality,ringtone issue,software & auto restart. I took the phone to Suri Nokia Care Center(West Bengal,dist-Birbhum) on the very next day 30/1/2011.there they informed me that it will be sorted out within the next 7 working days. I went back to Suri on 11/2/2011 and I found out the phone in the same condition as I had left. They informed me that your Delhi unite has sent it back without repairing and sharing no valid reason.
                                      Now I have again deposited it to your Burdwan Nokia Care (ncc no 297_504886,job sheet no 110228/13)(West Bengal,dist-Burdwan) on 28/2/2011.
                                      I would love to know how this problem is going to be sorted out. My phone was troublesome from the very first day and I feel like cheated by your Nokia care unit. I want it to be replaced and not repaired. I paid for a new phone and I was provided with a faulty one. If I don’t receive a new one soon in exchange I would file a case in the consumer forum against Nokia.please do the needful.

                                      I M SHRUTI I BOUGHT NOKIA X2 SET FROM LUDHIANA, , NOKIA PRIORITY GHUMAR MANDI...I PURCHASED IT ON 30 .11.2010..THE IMEI NO OF THE SET IS [protected]..AFTER 3 4 DAYS..IT GETING SWITCHED OF ND HANGED..WE GAVE THE SET TO NOKIA CARE ..ND AFTER 4 5 DAYS THEY GIVE IT BACK ND SAYS THE SET IS OK...BUT THIS PROBLEM REPEATED 8 9 TIMES ...THEY SO MANY TIMES INSTALL SOFTWARE BUT THE SET IS NT PROPERLY WORKING...THEN THEY CHANGE THE INTERNAL BOARD SO THE NEW IMEI NO IS [protected]...BUT AGAIN THE SET IS SWITCHED OF AT THE TIME OF CHARGING ND LISTENING SONGS...WE ARE SO MUCH FED UP FROM ALL THIS...WE AGAIN GIVE IT TO NOKIA CARE AT FOUNTAIN CHOWNK LUDHIANA.ON 25 .2 2011.PLS GAVE A NEW SET ...AUR SOLVE OUR PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSIBLE...OTHERWISE WE GO TO CONSUMER COURT...
