I LOST MY BRAND NEW NOKIA X6-0016GB MOBIE HANDSET ON 16TH MARCH 2011 WHILE I WAS TRAVELING FROM DAMMAM(SAUDI ARABIA) TO KOCHI(KERALA). THE IMEI NO. OF THE HANSET IS [protected], WLAN NO. 3CF72AD7D040. THE HANDSET WAS PURCHASED ON 16TH MARCH 2011 FROM AL KHOBAR(KSA) FROM LU LU HYPERMARKET. IAM HAVING WARRANTY CARD AND ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES WITH ME EXCEPT THE HANDSET WHICH WAS LOST DURING TRANSIT. I am vikram,working with nokia siemens netwokrs as an O&M engineer since 3 years.Our job profile is 24X7 the engineer should available and he need to goto the field.So the engineers are working restless no week ends holli day even in govt hollidays also we are working.Atleast they have to provide good salary but they are providing only 13000 and taking work like this.Every year they are providing 4 % increment and telling like company growth is not upto the mark but they are getting new new projects and cheating the employees like this.

Please look into this and looking forward for your kind action .

I had submitted my nokia E63 handset(IMEI Number [protected]) for repair in Nokia Care at Laxmi Nagar on[protected] which was having some problem in speaker. As on today they are saying that it will take some more days as the parts are not available but they are not telling me the exact date on which my handset will be ready for collection. After every two days they are saying it will take two more days.

Hi, I am Tarun Modi, having a car rental travel agency in Ahmedabad & Vadodara City, on the point I purchased Nokia N8 on 28.02.2011 through Nokia priority dealer (Sunshine - nr.Parimal Garden) there is some major problem is that i cant receive my mail without synchronism, and my 95% business on my mail, thats why i am not satisfied with Nokia N8, Four days ago i went to Nokia care at that time problem has been solved but after 24 hr problems created related to mail automatically again, give me suggestion,what i will do, may i go with Samsung Galaxy ? (i am using Only Nokia phone since 1998)

i had purchased a nokia e71 handset . my keypads printed button numbers were getting vanished so i gave my cell to a nokia care center(harmony audio pvt ltd) situated at anjali bldg,ground floor, french bridge, opera house junction, mumbai-400007 tel:23870904. i was been told that there was a small liquid damage inside the keypad but i refused to change the socket . when i went to receive my phone date[protected] , when i went home i realized that the phone is hanging and restarting on its own and showing sim card registration failed to any sim cards , so on the[protected] i went to the nokia care as[protected] was a sunday and explained my problem the company Representative was very rude with me and did not answer to my any question properly . i was given the same reason that the mistake was because of that liquid damage and the part should be changes so i allowed them to replace the keypad socket with a new one and i was given the guarantee that the phone will be repaired and given at its best condition after this replacement of the part. yesterday that is on[protected] i received a call from the consumer care that the phone is dead and can not be repaired any more


poins that i can not understand

1) when the phone was given it waz functioning normally so how can a repacement of a keypad can lead the phone to get dead

2) do u make all of your customers fool like this and change the parts?


3)my service job sheet no is:[protected]/110314/15

4) i have not collected my handset and will not collect it till i am provided with a proper answer

5) non reply on this complain within 7 working days may lead to legal action against the company

Nokia C6-01, bought on 12/3/2011 from Classic Electronics, Shop No. 4, Gr. Floor, Golden Arcade, M.G. Road, Mangalore-575 003. Ph.:[protected] by paying Rs. 15,900. as their instruction, i have charged the mobile for 8 hours. next day morning, i saw, without using it, the battery dropped something around 20%. as per the problem in battery, i brought into the classic electronics. but they have not given me the reliable answer. while selling the product, they are trying to convince us to take go for it. but after that, if any customer looking for the good service, they are reacting in a rude manner. so i am surrendering my mobile by evening. and fight for justice...

I purchased a Nokia X3-02 from an authorized reseller on Feb 28, 2011. The IMEI No. of the mobile phone purchased by me is [protected]. I made an informed decision to buy the phone based on the research and reading on the company’s web site, other web pages and blogs that Nokia X3-02 phone was an OVI Music Unlimited Edition phone. I was impressed with its sleek design, unique key pad with touch UI and also its music capabilities like...

salt lake sector 5 nokia care staffs r absolutely worthless...........i had done some physical damage with my memory card slot of nokia 5130 xpress music.........i requested to replace the damaged slot area......they told me its never possible to replace a damaged memory card slot as it is an embedded chip............but later i realised that its absolutely curable....the behala nokia care ultimately took the initiative of repairing it..........please take certain measures of those inefficient workers as they would tend to distract ordinary people from their problems by suppresing their own inefficiency............sector 5 nokia care staffs efficiency levels should immediately be checked........deserved people should take up the responsibility..........heard nokia care charges a bit high..i hadnt a monetary problem.........its their ill efficiency i wana question about...........remove those good for nothing staffs of sector 5 & recruit efficient ones..........its a serious problem otherwise most people like me would be distracted by their big big inefficient talks.........
