I received call from [protected] Reserve Bank of India starting that money has got transferred from UK into Reserve Bank of India.They are telling that I have to pay Rs.25, 000 to him by DD.Kindly verify and tell.
I have recieved message for your mobile has won 750, 000 POUNDS from Nokia mobile draw 2011. for claims sen name, adress, email at [protected]@gmail.co.uk I want to know this information is true or false please clear my doubt.
I recived massage on idea phon from uk . They say you win 1 million pound on your phon no. what I donot know its true or not and his ph no,[protected].

    i purchase a nokia mobile phone modle No. X3-02 on 27 march 2011. Now my phone is not working properly (ear speaker very very low & its radio headset attechment is working. I want my phone replace with new x3-02 or my money back.

          Respected Sir

          I had a mobile handsets of nokia 6220 classic worth 17240/-. Just after one year should say just after expiration of warranty period mobile had some problem in keypad buttons. key pad button no. 1,4,7 stopped working. Being high value handsets I went to authorized NOKIA CARE centre availble at district head quarter. it was obvious that i had to pay if i want to get my handset repaired because warranty period had alredy been expired. Nokia care centre issued me a job sheet no. 657 on date[protected] mentioning the estimate of 850/- describing keypad problem. He told me that your handset will be repaired after 7 days. I went several time to collect my mobile after 7 days but he always kept saying tomorrow and tomorrow. 2 months passed. on[protected] he told me to come on centre.I shocked to see my mobile condition. Body cover of mobile lost and packing of mobile severely exposed. On that particular time i switched on the mobile but mobile did not get switched on. the mobile which was running except few keypad button functioning problem, completely stopped running. then i told him "how it can happen?" After discussion he told me that some problem in software of mobile has occurred and you need to pay 1300/- instead of 850/-. so he issued me a new job sheet no. c-541 dated[protected]. After one and half month he called me and said your handset can not be repaired and you can take it to your home.

          My handset of worth 17240/- become of worth 0/-

          there was no way for me except to go to consumer court. I went to consumer court against the party. Party made a strong point that I was not ready to give amount for repairing so he did not repair the handset. court strongly disallowed his statement saying if this hand set could not be repaired then why he issued two job sheets and the statement that consumer was not ready to give repairing charges is totally baseless.

          Court has ordered as follows:-

          1. Nokia care has to repair the handset within one month and if it is not possible to repair then surrender the mobile to customer.
          2. Consumer will receive Rs 5000/- as a mental compensation.


          The matter is not all over here.

          Nokia care Centre manager called me at his centre for negotiation. He offered me a old handset of N73 in lieu of 5000/- compensation and give my handset back which has already been spoiled by service faults. he has accepted in front of me that the motherboard of handset got damaged while repairing and it can not be repaired. new motherboard for mobile will cost 7000/-.

          now sir that manager is saying that as per court order I will surrender mobile saying that it can not be repaired and will give you Rs 5000/- thats all. but in actual that handset can be repaired.

          Sir I personally feel that while giving order by honorable judge in order no.1 court has in mind that Nokia care centre will surrender my mobile to me as in condition which i have given him initially but the real thing is that mobile has been spoiled by service faults. Even I am ready to receive my mobile in condition as i have given to the centre. but sir if he will surrender the mobile saying that it can not be repaired it will cause me the loss of approx[protected]=12240/-.

          Sir if possible kindly help me to find the way.
          if there is any way to prove that hand set can be repaired, I am lodging this complaint in very much hope.

          Keep it up Mr. Suthar, it is people like you who will change the business model in India.

          "CONSUMER IS THE KING " and NOKIA / MOKIA are just names which die with time.
          NOKIA is already slipping down due to bad business practices even its merger with Microsoft will not reclaim it as once a name dies it gets burried in the grave.

          New avtar of Nokia will be in the form of MOKIA which will be difficult to digest by consumers who have as they say experienced " Doodh ka Jala, Chaas ko phook phook ke pita hai".
          It's doom is certain in the future and this is a lesson to be learnt by all other business. To be successful saitisfy the KING.
          Keep Going and whole INDIA is with you in your endeavour.
          Every hard money has to be accounted for by the cheaters after all this money is flowing to foreign coffers.
          INDIA is not for EASY MONEY & we WILL NOT ALLOW LOOT BY MNC's in the garb of business.

          I have contacted Nokia care many time regarding problem but they simply told sir your mobile is out of warranty period so it is a matter of you and Local Nokia care shop manager. If it would have under warranty period certainly we would have changed the handset. If NOKIA is giving such kind of statement then why it is authorizing such people to operate NOKIA care Centre. It should have certain control as well as certain responsibility.

            I had a bad experience last month when i brought Nokia 2700c-2. Within 24 hour's, it developed 'dead pixels' and few 'bright spots'. On contacting Nokia service centre, they, at first, did not pay any attention to my problem. But at last, they accepted the defect, and told that they can at max replace the display. I did not accept their bakwass. I told them why should i get my new mobile repaired? I just demanded for replacement. At last, when they wasted my 2 hours, i asked them to given me in written that mobile plone cannot be replaced within 24 hours for dead pixels, and i would go to consumer court. As soon they heard these words, they quickly made arrangements and replaced my mobile.
            Unfortunately, the new mobile i got in replacement got software problem. So, i had, no option, but to send to service centre for installing new software.
            This indicates how Nokia Co. makes products of ;least quality. To your surprise, every 50% of Nokia customers are disatisfied with Nokia since ending 2009. Even most of the Nokia mobiles phones have been felt to get loose covers after few months, and produce unappealing sound ike 'Crit crit" !!
            It has been found that first 2-3 lots of products are od superior quality from Nokia. After that, inferior ones are sent. ( Survey done by 6969 Corporation)
            So, i request consumers not to accept blindly products from the companies that have earned fame. Actually, they cheat customer's in the real sense.
            Dear All

            My Wife gifted me the Nokia C7 on our wedding. Soon I realizes that is has lot of problem even Nokia official website is full of complaints.

            3 basic problem in Every Handset

            1. Call Log : It can erase any time, Call log can keep calls for only 5 days. max even after setting or Software update.
            2. Sort battery back up : hardly 24 hours
            3. Hanging

                than i choose ii option because i do not have passport and Newest bank sent a id proof of diplomatic agent( Mr. gregg paul) and sent a scan copy of nokia winning certificte
                diplomatic agent come to india on 13/ 01/2011 and call me , they said to me that i paid only cleraence charges ( 25950 rupees) and they give the a/c no. [protected] TIARENLA) of ICICI bank then i arrange the money and paid this ammount on 15 /01/2011. after paid clerence charges , united nation of india sent a mail and united nation of india's director ( Mr. Patel Sharma) says to me that i pay varification charges(125000 rupees) only after this apyment they release my consintment . but i do not have this money than i says to Mr. Paul that i do not have this money so i can not pay this money than Mr. Paul agree for help me only 105000 rupees only and says to me that i paid only 20000 rupees than i arrange this money , united nations of india give the a/c no.[protected] pacific enterprises) of ICICI bank
                after arrangement i paid this money on 19/01/2011 but i do the payment one day late so united nation again says to me that i pay the panality ( 25000 rupees) only and they again give the a/c no.[protected]TIARENLA) of ICICI bank than i do the arrange this money after arrangethis money i paid on 21/01/2011
                united nations do not sent to me and transfer my consintmentto reserve bank of india
                RESERVE BANK OF INDIA sent a mail on 24/01/2011 and says to me that i m a new customer of RBI
                Mrs. PRIYANKA SHARMA (. handling manager of conversion code of RBI new delhi) sent a mail and says to me that i pay conversion charges(55000rupees) only ofRBI after that they release my consintment
                and giv ethe account no. i- [protected] ( GORE RAI) OF SBI , ii- [protected] ( INAHOLI SUMI) OF SBI
                now i again arrange this money and paid on 27/01/2011 and 28/01/2011 , i paid 30000 rupees in GORE RAI A/C. and i paid 25000 RUPEES IN INHOLI SUMI A/C.
                BUT RBI again sent a mail and says to me that i paids indian tax( 75000 rupees) after paid this charges they release my consintment but i do not have this money so i can not pay this money , i again says to Mr. Paul they do the again help me than Mr. paul agree for help me only 50000 rupees and says to me that i paid only 25000 rupees so i again arrange this money
                after arrange this money INDIAN TAX DEPARTMENT ' DIRECTOR ( MR. PATEL CHODHAREY) give the a/c. no. i-[protected] (ruby sakia )of sbi , ii[protected]ATU SANGTAM) OF ICICI BANK
                THAN I PAID 3000 IN RUBY SAKIA A/C. AND 22OOO RUPEES IN ATU SANGTAM A/Con 31/012011
                after this payment reserve bank sent a mail and says to me that i late one day so i again pay the panality of 25000 rupees
                than i again arrange this money and paid in ATU SANGTAM A/C.[protected] on 2/02 /2011
                but RBI not sent any mail and transfer my consint ment to IMF OF INDIA ,imf director ( DR. SURESH TAPASH SARKAR)sent a mail and says to me that i paid signing and releasing charges(50000 rs.) than they release my consintment but i do not have this money and again mr. paul help me only 30000 rs. and i paid 20000 rs. IN ANDREW TINGKAI ( [protected] A/C.) OF SBI 7/02/2011
                and imf again sent a mail and asys to me that if i pay 60000 rupees than they release my consintment immediately than i also agree but mr. paul says to me that they will not return in india and says to me that i do again help to u of 30000 rupees and i pay only 30000 rs. than i again arrangement the money anfd paid tothis a/c no .-[protected](LALLIANPUII RATTE)OF SBI AND [protected] ( LONGTOK) OF SBI
                I PAID 25000 RS. ON LALLIANPUII RATTE A/C. AND 5000 RS. ON LONGTOK A/C ON 17/02/2011
                I PAY ALL TAX. TO ALL DEPARTMENT BUT IMF DO NOT SENT ANY MAIL AND THEY DO NOT RELEASE MY CONSINTMENT SO PLZ.                         I have submitted my Nokia 7610 Supernova handset to Nokia Care Center in Mudiali,Kolkata. They formatted my memory card without even seeking my prior permission and when confronted, they on the first instance refused to accept.When pressurised they gave some lame excuse and the universal word for all mistakes whether big or small...SORRY!! What kind of training do they impart to their staff?? Dont they seem it necessary to even ask a customer before formatting the entire contents which may range from timeless pics to contact details..and on top of that when the cell again malfunctions,without even hearing out the details..they have a default statement by their side which is "Koi hardware problem hai...virus hai aapke mobile pe"...(There is a hardware problem..your mobile is containing virus)
                        NOKIA should periodically review their so called Nokia "CARE" service centers which they franchise out.

                          Summary of problem:
                          Purchased on 5th FEB 2011
                          1. Camera problem ( phone getting hung when using camera). with in 3days of purchase.
                          sent to repair on 12th FEB 2011to delhi came back on 19th feb 2011.
                          2. Speaker problem on 25th and Head set problem. NOKIA CARE cant open phone, they have aggrement with NOkia. so had to wait untill 19MAR 2011.
                          3. Again sent to Delhi as told to some board problem. Received on 28 mar 2011. Phone working fine with head set of other phone but not working fine with the head set i received with mobile. At the same time my head set working fine with other phone.

                          Kindly help me

                          bought a NOKIA E72 Phone in the first week of FEB. On the third day i faced problem of my phone getting HANG when using CAMERA. Phone was shown to MOBILE STORE from where i bought the phone but they were not ready to support and asked to go to NOKIA CARE. NOKIA CARE accepted that it is a HARDWARE problem. I submitted my phone on 12th of FEB @ NOKIA CARE, FC Road, Pune Branch. I received the Phone on 19th of FEB. In the next week i again came across the problem that OTHER PARTY CANT LISTEN TO MY PHONE VOICE IF I USE HEAD PHONE BUT I CAN LISTEN TO HIS VOICE & I CAN LISTEN TO RADIO STATION BUT CANT CHANGE THE CHANNEL. ALSO, MY SPEAKER OF PHONE WAS HAVING DISTORTED SOUND WITH THE INCOMING CALL.When shown the phone to NOKIA CARE again they are telling that again need to send to DELHI.

                          It is very disturbing to me. After buying phone worth 18000 if i come across three problem in 1.5 months then i am asking for replacement.
                          I am asking for REPLACEMENT, but according to the NOKIA CARE it has to be sent to DELHI and they will only decide REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR. It is shame full for NOKIA.

                          I received phone yesterday now phone is working fine with other head set (other then i received with phone) but my head set which is not working with my phone is working fine with other phone.

                          it is very bad from NOKIA side



                          Now also there is difference between Nokia care and MOBILE STORE, JM ROAD PUNE. i m getting harrased

                          I had purchage a nokia mobile hand set modil no E72 there is a voice problem have given to nokia center they send to delhi abd after one month they return back and told that youe warenty is expired and i have taken my mobile on 20 jan

                          I purchased Nokia e72 in the month of August 2010,in the month of September when i started using my phone the phone has noticed problems like hanging, automatically switching off key pad not working blank screen OVI applications not working & when i connect my phone to my computer the phone gets switched off then i contacted Nokia customer care they told me to refresh the phone with some code i did the same, but it was not rectified then i again called up the Nokia care center then they told me to visit Nokia care center in rohini i visited there i told them the noticed problems then they told me the your phone software to be upgraded so i told them to do so. after 5 hrs they had given me my phone back with the same problems that i have mentioned them in the morning with additional problem that the language of the phone is changed some Latin language i told nokia care center people about the same then they told me your ph is not accepting the English language so you need to manage to use phone like this only.then i called up the Nokia call center then they told me your handset needs to be replaced, i asked them you pls replace my phone but i need to clarify one thing that wil you give me the new phone in replacement they told me no it will be used phone by someone else.i told them i dont want to replace my phone kindly rectify my phone my handset is just a month old then why would i take second hand handset they told me you have to manage that.then i day Nokia people contacted me & told me that they will rectify my phone they told me they are calling from kotla mubarak pur center in new Delhi i visited there they took 2 days & the phone was in the same condition it hasnt been rectified then i visited the Dealer from where i have purchased the phone he told me to leave the phone with him he will rectified the phone from Nokia i have left the phone with him with all the accessories on 7th of Jan 11 till date i have not received the phone back to me it s been a month that Nokia was no t able to rectify handset that they have built it

                            I am ankush mago ......i purchased a nokia handset E 72 and its still under warranty however suddenly it has stopped charging and when i took the handset to the service centre they said that thr is something which is been burnt inside ...however i need some help from the service centre so that it should work in a proper condition and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my contact no is [protected] if something can be done urgently .....and i am also ready to pay if thr is any extra cost involved however the service centre reps r not taking the handset to repair .........

                              Dear Sir/Maam,

                              I Amit Taneja purchased a N 79 set on 20 Apr 2010 according to bill. After around 01 month from purchase set started having problem. I had shown the same at Nokia customer care Vaishali. The set was repaired as per customer care center but again after 01 month same problem occurred, Same process was done by customer care. Again after around 02 months same problem occurred again. This time being in warranty they charged me for 450 Rupees. After defect rectification by the customer care new problem started of battery backup. Now when I showed them the same they are telling me to pay 2400 for replacement of IC. There are many customer who faced such typr of problems from Nokia Care Vaishali. I requested somebody to take action as the center is not working for customer care they just work as to make their money.

                                this is tharun from chennai and i ve purchased a nokia c3-01 of imei no. [protected]handset last month and since den i ve been xperiencing a lot of probs in the categories of battery backup , and the phne get switched off many a time in a day ... i think derr is a software problem with the phne ... bt derr r even further prob with my handset in particular .. hoping for a speedy response ...

                                I too have some minor problems with the phone. But these are not malfunctions but lack of functionality as such. Some examples are below

                                1) Mark multiple and Mark all options not available in many places, especially messaging. So, finding it a bit hard to delete multiple items by selecting them simultaneously

                                2) Navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Sync and Backup -> Create Backup. Select Continue in the prompt. Now there is no way to come back to "Create Backup" level. You need to exit using the "End cal" button

                                3) Cam clarity not very good. Touch screen is resistive. Actually this is a good point about the phone. Else, you might have to be very gentle in handling it

                                Otherwise the phone is a masterpiece from Nokia. All other features are awesome
                                I also am in the same situation and is waiting for Nokia customer care to get me a new touchpad for the past 2 weeks.. The phone is pathetic and has been causing problems right from the start.. Frequent issues with touchpad and unreliable battery life. Please dont buy this model..The only good thing about it is the look..

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I am Jayesh Atmani, a Nokia Mobile customer. My Nokia N70 got damaged due to some water spill on it. I was getting no NETWORK on my handset.I took it to the nokia customer care and got it repaired in 2 days in RS 1100. But it again gave same problem in 3 hrs . I took it there again and they took 1 week to repair it and gave ti back to me. But my phone again started giving same problem in 2 Hours. I took at at customer care the next day and they then took 3 weeks to repair it and after getting it it again gave same problem. I went to customer care to ask for REFUND OF RS 1100 but they said that they will try for one more time. Now its been 40 days they are telling me to come tomorrow, again tomorrow and when i go there, they say that its not yet done and to come tomorrow. I am fed up of this Problem.
                                    Strict Action should be taken against Nokia Customer Care and i should get my REFUND OF RS 1100.

                                    hiee..ma name s vijay..i am using nokia 6300...as i got a problem with charger port..since it is not responding for charging.i gave ma phone n AMMERPET nokia care. they said that the initial cost would b 346Rs..but after 2 days they called me and said some IC's had gone wrong in it and we have to replace with new one's. so i agreed for the replacement, it costs me another 300Rs..but now they are sayin that DISPLAY is also gone...!!! now ma doubt s ..........SHOULD WE BELIEVE U PEOPLE OR NOT ....????????? what s this..????????

                                        i have shifted from sony to nokia by C6-01 but i really made a big mistake. This c6-01 really upset me by its poor battery. After full charge i am not getting half day also. The company replaced me with new set but again same problem and also cell overheat while using. Please think before u buy this phone.
