I have purchased mobile handset Nokia E5-00 (IMEI No.[protected]) from 'The Mobile Store, Panvel, Raigad' on 13.01.2011.

On 24.02.2011, same handset auto restarting within two minutes. In this two minutes camera & torch not working, also call was disconnected.

To resolve this, I had submitted this handset to Nokia Care [Service Centre – Siddhivinayak Electronics, 11/12, Varadvinayak, Plot...

I got my nokia E75 vibratory part which is responsible for vibration in phone, changed from Nokia care Sector15 FBD.Instead they replaced with duplicate part resulting in very poor vibration. They themselves admitted it and kept the phone back.
First of all this is very hard to imagine that such a big mnc can do like this to the customer.Matter of shame for Nokia.

Secondly 11 Days have passed...

I have purchased Nokia X3 in last week of January. But it is working very slowly.
It works fine when switched on but after some time o[censored]sing it starts getting slow and works very very slow.
I have already visited Nokia Care 6 times in the past 1 month and they also sent my phone to their head office taking 15 days for service.
But till now nothing improvement has been done and the phone is working in the same slow condition.br...

my new phone nokia 5130 it not working due to the software complaint. i service the phone near the nokia care but still the problem continued.the company must take the responsibilityand i need a solution....

I had purchased E 72 of Nokia 6 months back . One key on the key pad is out and the key pad needs replacement. Company says not covered in warranty. Ok if not covered atleast only keypad should be made avialble. The care centre people say you have to purchase complete body for Rs 3200/-. I purchased NOKIA E52 mobile on last year JUNE with cost of 12000. On that day onwards getting n number of problems with that mobile. I Nokia care center to find the solution for that. But, They are unable to solve the issue present i am not using the mobile. Please provide the solution for that.
