            Bought the new handset on 20th Jan.

            The set was auotmatically swithing off and it was unable to swith on.

            Gave at Nokia Care Centre for repairing. They redone the software and the set came to the good condition even if I lost huge datas stored.

            Again the complaint persisted. Now the device is with Nokia for their third time experiment.

            I am not confident that it will get smooth.

            I should get my handset replaced, for that I am going to seek the help of law.

            If anybody is interested for the same, please mail me. We can have a combined move.

              I HAD A NOKIA 2700 MOBILE , GOT IT AS A COMPLIMENT FROM MY UNCLE. NOW MY MOBILE IS NOT SWITCHING ON. I SHOWED IT IN THE NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CELL AT THRISSUR.                 I would like to bring to your kind reference that i had purchased a nokia touchscreen handset, on 31st december,2010. Though being assured of flawless service the mobile started giving troubles from the very 2nd day. It was slow in its functioning, n a nokia service personnel suggested for an update to overcome the problem. it was done in a local authorized nokia care. even after the cell regained speed i was barely able 2 use it. new problems emerged as the mobile got really hot at its least use, with a single message being sent or a few minutes call. also problems started with the memory storage as only the phone memory was valid even after the memory card was inserted, the gallery also opens for only about 30 secs preventing from viewing pictures. On approaching the service personnel she again recommended to submit the handset for proper rectification at nokia service center. i went to the service center on 23rd march,2011 and as per method submitted the handset together with the battery as they thought the battery was responsible for the handset gaining heat.I was asked to collect the contents by evening, later a call came saying the shop was closing early asking me to come the day next. but what was most shocking was the ill responsibility of the employees over there when i went the next day. i was horrified on discovering the screen being badly tempered with causing a eye catching big scratch which i am 100% sure was never before. i request to take severe action against such uncaring attitude of the technicians at that particular nokia service care who cannot securely keep a mobile handset even for a single day. n i have no other option but to return the handset and seek a replacement as i believe it has some non rectifiable technical defect since with almost three months passed from the date of purchasing it is still within the warranty period. I look forward soliciting your co-operation to see my complain being attended to.

                  I have purchased mobile handset Nokia E5-00 (IMEI No.[protected]) from 'The Mobile Store, Panvel, Raigad' on 13.01.2011.

                  On 24.02.2011, same handset auto restarting within two minutes. In this two minutes camera & torch not working, also call was disconnected.

                  To resolve this, I had submitted this handset to Nokia Care [Service Centre – Siddhivinayak Electronics, 11/12, Varadvinayak, Plot No.4, Sectore-5, Near Khanda Colony Rly Gate, New Panvel (E)-410206] vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/110228/51 dated 28.02.2011. One person from this centre had informed me that there is some Software or hardware problem, we have to send this handset to company, you will get it in warranty & it will take 7 days and instructed to contact on Nokia Care line at[protected] for status.

                  Reference to this, I had contacted to this careline on 05.03.2011, the customer care executive given me the status as- your hand set has some physical damage due to water and your warranty is void . You will get details from Nokia Care where you have submitted the handset. After that I had contacted to Siddhivinayak Electronics, New Panvel for the same, they had intimated me that your mobile have hardware problem due to some pressure or dropped from height, for this reason company is not giving warranty.

                  I would like to declare that my handset not have any water contact nor dropped from height. Also I was shocked to above two different replies from same company. I thinks Nokia have to give replacement of my handset.

                        I Asha Sharma resident of C-3 Sainik School Campus, Kapurthala. My mobile No is [protected] . I have purchased Nokia Mobile No 5233 three months back. It is dead now. I contacted Nokia Care Centre at Kapurthala (Opp Bus Stand)as well as Jalandhar near BMC Chowk. Kapurthala Nokia centre demanded Rs.850/- for its repair even it is within warranty period. I deposited my mobile with Kapurthala Nokia Centre. After four days they refused to repair and given me back asking to report at Jalandhar Nokia Centre. They I contacted Jalandhar Nokia Centre on 09 March 2011 they have given me the repair estimate amount Rs.1000/- After 10 days when I enquired from them they demanded Rs.2500/-. Then they refused to repair it with a Zig Zag manners . Sir What I should do no where I should go now. The individuals of Nokia Care Centre are spoiling your name and fame. Sir please reply me soon as I am very depressed as Iost my huge amount to purchase the Nokia Mobile or otherwise.

                            I got my nokia E75 vibratory part which is responsible for vibration in phone, changed from Nokia care Sector15 FBD.Instead they replaced with duplicate part resulting in very poor vibration. They themselves admitted it and kept the phone back.
                            First of all this is very hard to imagine that such a big mnc can do like this to the customer.Matter of shame for Nokia.

                            Secondly 11 Days have passed by and my phone has not been returned till yet. This shows heights of poor service. Customer has to follow up regarding the issue instead of customer care contacting of such a serious issue. Companies like Spice Mobile,Micromax are providing better services than you.

                            Lastly Blackberry and i phone r ruling the market bcz of these kind of poor services and callous attitude towards customer being provided by u.

                            I have also posted this on all networking sites like twitter, facebook etc.

                            Please look into this matter seriously.

                            nokia E75 — Poor Nokia Care service

                            I submitted my Nokia E75 to the Nokia Care Center- Roorkee on 1 Sep 2009. The phone was under warranty when I submitted it. The Target Delivery given to me was 5 Sep 2009.

                            Today it is Nov 22, 2009.

                            It is more than 2.5 months and I still have not got back my phone.

                            Such a delay is ridiculous. Perhaps you need to give me a temporary replacement or deliver my repaired phone to me by the end of this month.

                            hv an e-75 which crashed after the software update. they r refusing to do n e thing saying it is out of waranty n too expensive to repair. they refuse to put in writing what it would cost if i do wanna get it repaired . even tho they admit it willl happen again they refuse to acknowledge their fault in this n they hv not replied to my mails or telphone calls.

                            Nokia E75 — Theft of Phone at IGI airport

                            Hi,

                            I travelled to swiss on 15.05.2011 @ 00:45 .

                            I have my nokia E75 with me. during having food in food cort some near by sitter picked my phone and take away.

                            As its a bussiness phone i have lot of my bussiness data and other account infor on my phone.

                            i also complaint about it to infrmation deck and haev also wrote mail to GMR and swiss airline.

                            furhter the security camera installated there are not wroking proper to find some useful data of theft.

Please be carefull - these people you do not trust!!! Arseholes!!!

                                    Anyone who is stupid enough to answer this sms and gives their bank account details or personal information needs their head examined. These fraudsters will clean your bank account out in 10 seconds flat. If you still have some slight doubts and you really really really think that Nokia would give away all this money without some kind of world wide advertising campaign, call your local Nokia head office. If you have already answered the sms, give yourself an uppercut then a left then a right hook to your head, just because you're an . DON'T ANSWER THESE SMS's or any others like it.

                                        I had purchased E 72 of Nokia 6 months back . One key on the key pad is out and the key pad needs replacement. Company says not covered in warranty. Ok if not covered atleast only keypad should be made avialble. The care centre people say you have to purchase complete body for Rs 3200/-. Even if I opt for buying the body they say you will have to take whatever colour comes from company.

                                        Dear Nokia,
                                        I have purchased a new Nokia E-72 ([protected]
                                        )handset from one of your Authorised dealer, M/s Indira Enterprises Sector 22-B Chandigarh on 24/5/10, The phone started giving me the problems of No connectivity and call droping which got me frustrated and i had to give my new Phone purchased out of my hard earned money to your Nokia care for checkups. I showed the phone at your nokia care in laxmi nagar delhi, who did something and returned the phone back to me with the assurance that it would work allright henceforth, but to my dismay the phone kept giving me the problems as earlier. I had no alternative other than to show the phone again to Nokia care and have deposited the phone with nokia care , N.R.I communications Lajpat nager wide service job sheet no. 10083 dated 25/05/2010 at about 13.28. I was told that i would be called to inform abou the status in the evening but i got no call and i called them personally on 29/05/10 to know that the phone will take another 2 to 3 days to be repaired. But in the morning today i,e 31.5.10 i was called by some lady and was informed that they could not rectify the problem there hence the phone would be send to Nokia service centre to be repraired and would take another 5 to 6 days.
                                        I have spend Rs. 18451 to purchase a phone who is one of the top models in its catageroy in india and i got the worst ever phone Nokia may have ever Produced plus i got the most disconcerned customer care executives who are only concerned to communicate the policies to the agitated customer and they have no solution to offer. The are kept there in increase the temper of the customer rather than to be solution manager. To write this message to Nokia i had to work so hard to get this site, i could not get the support of getting a website address from them forget about the cell no's of the sebior persons.
                                        What i want now is a total replacement of my phone which is lying with the lajpat nager Nokia care, i would not accept a repaired phone no. If i can be given this i will take it otherwise please inform me asap so that i may think of the other remedies available to me through law.

                                        call dropping
                                        phone hanging up
                                        when called many times the phone shows the ring to be going but never connects
                                        callers complaining that the phone gives a message that it is switched off or constantly says engaged

                                        Nokia E 72 — Problem in new handset E72,

                                        I bought Nokia E72 about 2 weeks ago from Nokia Priority at Shipra Mall Ghaziabad.
                                        Its IMEI number is [protected].
                                        But since the day when i bought this hand set my life has become difficult because of its malfunctioning.

                                        i have registered complaints number of times, visited their customer contact centres........ but nothing seems to work. Number of times the software is loaded in this handset, as every one in Nokia customer care will advise this...(as if this is the only thing they know ) but sorry this does solve my problem..

                                        This is very sad that after spending about 17000/- INR, I am not able to use it as desired...........instead it is wasting time & is effecting my work.

                                        So i request you to kindly look into this matter urgently.

                                        The major problems that i am facing in this hand set are
                                        - It hangs (about 2 to 3 time every day)
                                        - Settings gets changed automatically
                                        - shows error 'memory full' ( FYI in acctual memory is allmost empty & no other application is also opened )
                                        -call drop
                                        - emails get deleted automatically
                                        - very slow in processing. normal size Attachments may take hours to open.
                                        - loud speeker very bad
                                        (nokia should not name it as loud speeker, as this is a shame for loud speeker)
                                        - some times a currrrrrrr. noise in all conversations that does not allow to hear what the person is saying..
                                        this disturbance will continue for all calls.........only will get over if i switch the handset off & on..
