Sir,
I purchased nokia 5800 xpressmusic. It worked quite satisfactory for few months but after that it started switching off automatically. I took it to nokia care in Karan Nagar Srinagar three times a month. They all time returned it back to me with OK label on its back. But all time when I reached home problem was there. Nokia care is unable to solve it. I told them if they are unable to solve so please forward the handset and send it to outside or company but they refused to. They think that there is on engineer who could solve it if they could not. Please and please help me. Please tell me what to do now.

    I had purchased a Nokia 7210 supernova on 15th august of 2009 and i have been facing problems with it eversince i bought it.Every two months eversince, the phone stops working. the screen goes blank immediately after startup.
    Everytime i took it to the Nikia Care service centre, the persons there told me it is because of bluetooth and other viruses. So,i did not use any bluetooth or USB connection in the phone and still the same thing happened. I'm very sick and tired of going to the service centres again.

      Hello

      I am writing you to bring some important information to your notice. I'm one of the Nokia Customers for many years and always prefer to buy Nokia phones. Yesterday, I got a chance to buy one Nokia N95 8GB phone from a local market. I checked it inside the battery area and it was written "MADE IN FINLAND" and I got it, and very next day it got a problem and shut down. I went back to the market, the guy said it's software problem, and the next sentence he said that it's Chinese Made. I said are you joking, it's not chinese, it's made in Finland. He said no, look there is a space of putting one more memory card, while the original one doesn't have that option. I really got shocked!!!!!!!!!

      I asked how can it be written made in Finland, and he told me the funny thing that China make same type of Nokia Phones and put the sticker either made in Finland, or Made in Nokia, and orginary people who don't have much idea about it like me, get stupid, and loose money.


      Could you please look into this matter because lots of people are being cheated because of putting wrong stamp on the Nokia products.

        I bought new mobile the above said model on 10 jan 2011.a week later i start to use the headset first time when i was checked its was connected and worked. next day morning when i was connecting it was not connected.but when i tried to other mobile with the same hearphone its working.then i came to know its mobile problem and also i faced other complain echo voice for incoming and outgoing call so both i regestered as a complain in your authorized Dealer name veetee communications pvt ltd,adyar chennai,600020.given dated 22 jan 2011.after verifyed my mobile they said for headset its part missing and it wil not cover under warranty so i need to pay amount.yes i agree for part missing it wil not cover under warranty and the amout is matter rs 150 but?since its a brand new mobile how the part will miss?sir i am using another mobile E73 and past 6 years more then 15 mobile we purchased and used u r brand through my family we are much satified of your product.and honestly speaking we had lot of competation brand is aviable in market but since your trustedbrand and reliability we never change from your brand.i cant belive the answer from your end part missing.i not even putdown my handset then how?plz look out this complaint and given me the solution

          Hi, I am Dr.Parul Shukla. I bought Nokia E5 from Paragon store - Thane on 16th nov 2010 & in jan 2011 the phone has started giving problems. It is getting hang over n over again. On approaching the store from where I purchased they started giving various excuses. Sometimes they say its software problem ...sometimes its hardware problem. My handset has been set to Delhi for repair....I want a NEW phone and i REFUSE to take repaired phone. I was about to buy BlackBerry but I bought nokia based on its name in market.

          I also spoke to nokia gurgaon customercare number but they gave the same excuses and when i requested to speak to some senior manager but none manager came over phone to hear customer problems

          Nokia is an international brand name & in abroad they have replacement policy so why not in INDIA. India should have same policies too..

          If this is what nokia is giving services to India then i would not like to buy handset in future & would also discourage others.

          Please help me in getting new E5 handset

            hi i'm Rahul i brouth nokia 5233 about 4 months Ago, i was very happy with my phone, it's performens is very good and great to use. I installed many and many 3rd party softwarer in it, it gave me best the entertainment. But after 3 months i was having problem in display, sometimes it will be work great and when the phone turns auto phone lock the display of the phone goes crazy. And i go adjust with that problem. The main is:- i was browsing with opera mini 5.2(beta) and in other mean while i'll listen to the music when i browse, and suddenly the nokia music player stopped playing music, but the track is on play. Then i closed all applications and again i played music but no sounds can hear. Then i restarted my phone then the sound of the whole system has been gone(disable) now i can't hear i single thing. Even ringtones, alarmtune, game's sound. If i insert enhancement its coming sound on that but not in phone's speaker. I don't know what to do... Please make sure before you buy guysss...

              I purchased Nokia N8 in November 2010. Last week the Mobile Phone suddenly stopped working with no display. The Nokia Authorized Service Centre in Nagercoil informed me that it will take more than two weeks to get it repaired, as they will send this unit to New Delhi. I wonder why a reputed Company like Nokia is selling Mobile Phones with too much hardware problems. No wonder, Nokia's sales is going down worldwide.

              Nokia — phone power failure

              respected sir/madam,
              i brought a nokia 3110 classic phone on 31 december 2008 for cost of Rs.4450, but after sometime o[censored]sage i face a problem of power failure in my phone in march 2009 for that i contact to nokia care center but when they return my phone after that within 2 or 3 days i face this problem again so after that i give my phone 8 times more to nokia care center for the same problem but they return me my phone after this kind of temporary repair and when i said to them that "this problem is generating again and agin so please take a quick action and please replace my phone" so they always said to me that "we can't replace your phone till we can make it repaire" but reality is this they repaire my phone in temporary condition and after that i hav to face this problem again and again i m not geting any kind of help and support from nokia company and nokia care center so please kindly help me to recover me from this problem by taking an action on nokia company

              Nokia Mobile Phone N8 — Power Failure

              I purchased Nokia N8 in November 2010. I used it rarely. I used to charge it regularly. Last week suddenly it failed to work with no display and response at any commands. Nokia Authorized Service Centre in Nagercoil said that they will send it to New Delhi for repairs and it will take more than two weeks. When I asked them for a stand-by Nokia N8, they refused. I cannot understand why a reputed company like Nokia is selling it's Products with defective Power Supply System or defective Battery. If Nokia doesnot improve in the quality, it will loose customer confidence drastically.

                  Hello,
                  This is about Nokia Care Rishikesh. I went to them for a new body for my n82, which was out of warranty period. When I called them they told me that it will cost me 2800/-. But when I actually went there. They told me that the whole body is going to cost me around 4000/-. I ordered for the front panel and keypad only. I was told that it will take within one month. After several callings and after 1 and 1/2 months, they told me that the body has arrived. I gave them my phone. But I was surprised that when they returned the phone only half of the parts were assembled to the phone. They told me that right now only this has come and I have to wait some days for the remaining part. The worst thing that happend when I got my phone back was all the keys of the keypad stopped working. When I asked them about that they didn't have a satisfactory answer. And I still didn't get the remaining part. I don't know what to call this. This kind of care centres are erasing all the goodwill and reputation earned by Nokia. It looks like vegetables vendors are trying their hands in repairing such a revolutionary invention as mobile phones, with such a big brand as nokia. Total fraud!

                  N-82 — WORST AFTER SERVICE

                  I brought this Mobile-N-82 in April end this year and was very happy to be in possesion of this handset. But now i feel I did a big mistake of buying Nokia product. The handset got a snagwithin 5 months of purchase and the way Nokia has put me HARDSHIPby handing over faulty handset and then delaying its now more than a month and half still no response from the tambaram Nokia care. I regret buying Nokia Mobile. Will never buy one nor encourage Anyknown person to go for Nokia. It has the worst Service. Iam well within the warranty period could have replaced My handset with a new one but they just give false promises and the Nokia Branches are the worst.

                  Nokia — very bad service of Nokia care

                  i have given my nokia 3600 for repair which is in warranty in nokia Care, BTM, Bangalore.
                  I dont understand why they are taking more than 25 days.
                  The time given for me in my job sheet is 15 days, but its been 23 days and still they are not sure when the mobile wll be given back to me.
                  I am very disappointed about the service.
                  please let me know how much exact date when can I collect my mobile.

                  Nokia N82 — VERY BAD SERVICE FROM NOKIA CARE

                  I have submitted my Nokia N82 at Nokia Care Centre (Poovath International, 4th Floor, Kurian Towers, Opp. Saritha Theatre, Banerji Road, Cochin-18, Ernakulam) on 09/05/2009 (Job Sheet No.[protected]/090509/57) due to heating up of battery. Target delivery date: 11/05/2009. On my calling the Nokia Care on 12th May they have told that the set is ready and I can collect it. On my checking at the Centre, I have found that the set is overheating again and the set was returned to them. On 16th and 23 May also, the same story was repeated and I have wasted many hours travelling to and waiting at the centre. They tell that the set has been repaired; but on my checking fault remains. It clearly shows the negligence of the above Nokia Care Centre. Now according to them, they have sent the handset to Delhi and the new target date is 19/06/09 (40 days after the handset was handed over to them). After buying such a costly set we are made to run here and there without quality service. I hope atleast this time my luck will be good and my handset will indeed be repaired -- after 40 days at the Nokia Care. My contact number is[protected]

                  Nokia — Very Bad Service at Nokia Care

                  I have purchased one Nokia 7210 C Supernova Model.
                  I have face the Battery charging problem.
                  I contacted the Nokia care at Bharuch-Gujarat.
                  I feel very sad to when i came to know that the employee of nokia care do not what is the exact problem in Mobile, first they update the software of mobile. After then the problem was not solved. then i again contact them they said me that we will replace the Battery of said mobile. When i used the new Battery. Than i also face the same problem. Than next time i meet the nokia care they sais that we will replace the mobile set. When i went to nokia care on target delivery date they tell me come after three days.
                  When again i went there they show me the replaced mobile set which was the blue color body mobile. which was other than (Black) i that have purchased.
                  they assure me that they will replace the same and deliver the black body color mobile. When i went there they again they give me the black color body mobile. Again they assure me to give me the black body color mobile.
                  then after one week they collect the hand set. when i went their they deliver me the mobile set without battery.
                  and they tell me that battery will come after one week.
                  Totaly i have visted the nokia care centre about 10 times. which is far away from my home.
                  I am totaly fed up with your service.
                  I can't beleive that biggest company like Nokia providing this type of service.
                  what should you i do please suggest me.

                    on recieving the call i m not able to hear the caller voice clearly as i used to hear before
                    and sometimes my voice is not hearable to the reciever
                    so plese do something ...i m facing this problem since many days

                    n i had submitted my mobile to nigdi nokia care but they are just giving me the reason dat the earpiece is damaged and it is not available
                    so they just make me to come afterwards

                      I lost my mobile during travel from home to office on Jan19,2010.
                      It was Nokia 5230 , I want this mobile to be blocked so that noone can use my mobile.
                      I have the Bill and IMEI number along with the police complaint copy.
                      I am trying daily to get it done via Airtel and Nokia outlets, but all are advising me to go on the other one (Airtel says go to nokia and vice-versa).
                      And because of all this I am having a second thought in buying nokia phone again.

                      This behaviour suggest only one thing that one who stole my mobile can use it without any tension.
                      Kindly do let me know the procedure to block my mobile phone.

                        3 months back my brother bought nokia x3 from singapore and now i came to know about the battery that it's battery backup is only 8 to 9 hours... and one more problem is i kept my battey fully charged at night 10 and next day morning it is showing zero battery with ut using i did not understand why it is happening so can any one help me please

Sometime his screen is not working well, sometimes lock was not working properly, somethime suddenly switch off.                           Please regard this draft as a complain letter to NOKIA due to its POOR
                          service and DEFECTED product.

                          I had purchased NOKIA 6303i classic on September 2010 which started
                          heating problem and it was a dead mobile at the month of April 2011. I
                          submitted my mobile to Nokia Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.)
                          Mulund, Mumbai. After 4 days it was informed to me that my mobile has
                          been sent to Delhi for servicing and it will take another 8 to 10 days,
                          so after two weeks I got my mobile back which after using two days it
                          had the same heating problem so I had to return it back again to Nokia
                          Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.) Mulund, Mumbai. It was
                          returned to me after a week and now its working, but the battery
                          performance is not so good. So it was a bad experience from your
                          service.

                          Meanwhile I purchased Nokia C6 on May 7 from the same store Nokia
                          Priority Partner (ADDON Retail Pvt. Ltd.). Within two weeks it had
                          touch screen problem which used to get hanged. I submitted Nokia C6 to
                          the same store and they took one and a half week to do the servicing.
                          When they returned my mobile back, I checked my mobile in the store
                          itself and it had the same touch screen problem. It was really very
                          frustrating. Again I returned it back to store which took another five
                          days. I also complained to Nokia Bangalore call centre. And after five
                          days I got my mobile back and I checked the touch screen which was
                          working fine but I found the alignment of the sliding panel was bit
                          dislocated. Next day I wanted to click some snap so I pressed the side
                          camera button which didn’t respond, this was the end of my patience.

                          Now I had submitted my Nokia C6 to the same store, after two days I was
                          informed that my mobile will be sent to Delhi for servicing. So this
                          time I am not going to tolerate anymore and I will not take that mobile
                          (IMEI No[protected]--) back even if it is in working condition. I
                          need a REPLACEMENT or MONEY BACK. I hope this complain letter will be
                          considered and right action will be taken.

                          THIS IS VERY BAD FROM NOKIA AND THEIR TEAM. I AM REALLY VERY ANGRY. I JUST FEEL LIKE TO POST MY COMPLAIN IN EACH AND EVERY SITE SO THAT EVERYONE WILL BE AWARE WATZ GOING ON WITH NOKIA - THE CHEATERS. NOKIA SUCKS

                            I have gone many times to nokiacare for resolving the problem in my nokia handset.
                            Last month I have taken the new nokia X6 set by spending 16,500.After one month it is showing problem.
                            I have visited there many times and waited for lot of hours .I dont want to do the same again I have asked to replace but they are telling if it is not repairable then only we can replace.I have given the battery for replacement as my handset automatically getting switchedoff. I want to replace that handset completly.

                              sir i purchased a new nokia e5 ...after one day ,it create a sound like somepart of its key pad has break...i went to the nokia prioriti center and said to the dealer about this problem..but he rejected and said that its not any problem,may be it create sound due to its steel body...then i came back ...but after some days letter it was countinuoslly create sound...again i went to them and ask to them they suggested me to go nokia care opp. to sanjivni hospital,new sanganer road..i went there..they accept this problem and changed the key pad..but i think that the keypad is not new.it contain skeches on it and some keys are so loose..and the main problem is that my mobile is woking slowly after coming from nokia care...now i ma confused that what can i do against it...i purched it on 13 jan 2011..it is worth rs/.10100...please help me ...
                              Yes, I am also facing same problem, I got it repaired in Nokia care, but after a day again the same problem continious.I want a new mobile or money back.

                                    I purchased a Nokia X6 from Croma Eva Mall - Brigade Road,Bangalore on 14/10/2010. Within a week the power and lock switch broke,when we took it back to Croma they refused to replace the phone instead they said they got it serviced by Nokia and paid Rs.800 as service charges. But when we colleced the phone,the power switch was in the same condition and the lock switch was fixed upside down,we returned the phone back to them on 29/12/2010 asking for a replacement but they refuse saying Nokia is not replacing. They said they will service it again but till now I have not recieved the phone,they say the parts are not available.
